LT. STONE
Lt. Jerome B. Stone - Gregg Bullock
Lt. Jerome Stone worked in the Angel Grove Junior Police Academy. He was given the task of turning Bulk & Skull into junior police officers. Lt. Stone supervise the physical training required for the academy. He kept a special eye on Bulk & Skull. Lt. Stone especially enjoyed having the recruits go through the Hangman's obstacle course. He found Bulk & Skull hiding inside a pipe and behind a door sipping drinks. Lt. Stone hosted the graduation ceremony for the Angel Grove Junior Police Patrol. Bulk & Skull had graduated. At the end of the ceremony, Bulk & Skull accidentally knocked down the rest of the graduation class. Lt. Stone stuck the badges - pins out - into Bulk & Skull's hands. He vowed to make sure they had parking ticket detail for the rest of their lives.
Lt. Stone was also placed under a love spell by Miss Chief. It occurred when he was poking his head into Miss Appleby's classroom. Miss Chief placed the spell and Lt. Stone fell in love with Miss Appleby. He asked her to the Junior Police Patrol Ball - Miss Appleby was rather flustered by Lt. Stone's attention. Later, Lt. Stone would get into a verbal fight with Mr. Caplan over who Miss Appleby was going to the dance with. Meanwhile, Miss Chief had to return to Lord Zedd's palace, and Finister was busy spraying the antidote on all Miss Chief's matches. Instead of hitting Mr. Caplan, Lt. Stone introduced himself to him. At the Junior Police Patrol ball, Lt. Stone asked Miss Appleby for a dance.
The police department decide to sponsored a horse trek for Nature Appreciation week. Lt. Stone rode horses with Tommy, Rocky, Adam, Billy, Aisha, Kat, Bulk and Skull. During the ride, the sky turned dark and the ground began to shake. Lt. Stone suspected that there would be a monster attack and sent Bulk & Skull to get help. After the defeat of Blue Globber, Lt. Stone and the rest resumed their horse ride.
Mean Screen had managed to infect the main computer at Angel Grove. Lt. Stone contacted Bulk & Skull and told them that they were need at 3rd and Elm for a code blue traffic situation. Lt. Stone was stuck in traffic for several hours. Lt. Stone found Bulk & Skull at 4th and Maple. As a punishment for their mistake, Lt. Stone took away their white gloves.
Lt. Stone had to give Bulk & Skull a psychological exam to see if they were fit to be junior officers. At the Youth Center, Lt. Stone held various ink drawings in front of Bulk & Skull. Bulk & Skull screamed at every one - claiming it to be a picture of a monster. Lt. Stone consulted the book "I'm Okay. You Might Be Nuts" to figure out their evaluation. Lt. Stone claimed that the book stated that Bulk & Skull thought of nothing but monsters. In any other city, they would be dismissed, but because Angel Grove was under constant monster attack, they needed more people like Bulk & Skull.
Lt. Stone introduce Bulk & Skull to the Police Chief's daughter, Connie. Bulk was immediately smitten with Connie. Bulk tried various ways to get Connie interested in him. Unfortunately, Lt. Stone and the Chief Crandall walked into every attempt. Because of this, Chief Crandall fired Lt. Stone based on the actions of Bulk & Skull. Bulk & Skull quit as well. Later, during a "come as your favorite decade" dance, Jerome Stone found Bulk & Skull. He thanked them for giving him the opportunity to pursue his dream. Jerome was going to open up his detective agency and offered Bulk & Skull jobs as detectives. Bulk & Skull accepted.
Detective Stone had Bulk & Skull work on several cases for him. They included searching for lost dogs, investigating fraud record producers, and guarding client's safes. During this time, he also wrote a book about coffee entitled "In The Know About Joe: A Coffee Lovers Handbook".
When they were not busy with detective cases, Detective Stone gave Bulk & Skull jobs such as waxing his new red sports car. This turned out not to be a good idea. Goldar & Rito Revolto had their memories recently restored and took off in Bulk & Skull's patrol bike. Bulk & Skull pursued Goldar & Rito Revolto in Detective Stone's car. During the pursuit, a monster appeared. Bulk & Skull escape, but the car was badly damaged by Silo. Detective Stone could hardly believe what had happened to his car. He shooed Bulk & Skull away, so that he could be alone with his car as it was towed.
Detective Stone's car was crushed, so Detective Stone bought another identical sports car. He once again, entrusted Bulk & Skull to take care of it. Unfortunately, Lord Zedd and Rita Repulsa super magnet pulled Detective Stone's car to the moon. Detective Stone returned, he demanded to know what had happened to his car. Bulk & Skull could give him no answer.
Detective Stone put Bulk & Skull in charge of his wave runner. He was planning on entering the wave runner race, and didn't want anything to happen to it. Detective Stone's wave runner was changed into Cruel Chrome by Prince Gasket. The Rangers destroyed Cruel Chrome and Alpha 5 had to replace Detective Stone's wave runner with an identical one. Detective Stone walked up to Bulk & Skull and asked them what they had done to his wave runner. The wave runner had never run smoother. Bulk & Skull fainted upon hearing praise from Detective Stone.
Detective Stone hosted a whodunit party to raise money for the retired detectives' fund. Among the invited guests were Rocky, Kat, Jason, Tommy, Tanya, Adam, and Bulk & Skull. Detective Stone was about to reveal who the culprit was when the lights went on. When the lights returned, Detective Stone had vanished. Later, the teens gathered around the table once more. Kat had discovered an envelope and opened it. Before Kat could read the name on the envelope, the lights went out again. When the lights returned once more, Detective Stone reappeared. The envelope revealed that the culprit had been Detective Stone.
Detective Stone gave Bulk & Skull a test to gain their detectives' licenses. The test was given at Detective Stone's agency. He began the test and left the two alone. A monster attack went on during the test, but Bulk & Skull thought it was part of the test and continued with their examination. A few days later, Detective Stone met with Bulk & Skull at the Youth Center. He gave each of them an envelope. Bulk & Skull passed their detectives' tests - gaining extra points for being taken during a monster attack.
Lt. Stone found a pair of chimps and took them in. Their antics made Lt. Stone have the feeling that he knew them, but just couldn't place it. Lt. Stone became the new owner and manger of the Youth Center, when Ernie was recalled by his foreign service unit to build bridges in the Amazon.
At the Youth Center, Lt. Stone had Tanya's program at KAGV playing. He overheard the chimps on the radio station and thought that they sounded familiar.
Lt. Stone helped Tommy, Kat, Tanya, and Adam set up a surprise birthday party for Justin at the Racing Technologies garage. He had brought the chimps along as well. Lt. Stone realized that he had left some balloons at the Youth Center. He left to get them after warning the chimps to behave while he was gone. The teens walked Lt. Stone to his car and he drove off. Later, Lt. Stone returned to the garage and was stunned at the chaos the chimps had caused while he was gone. Lt. Stone managed to clean everything up in time for Justin's surprise birthday party. At the party, Lt. Stone pointed out to Justin that the chimps had a present for him as well - a wrapped banana.
Lt. Stone continued Ernie's tradition of allowing productions to be held at the Youth Center. The Angel Grove Ballet Company used the Youth Center for tryouts and for their performance of the Nutcracker. Lt. Stone sat with Tanya and Tommy in the audience during the performance of the Nutcracker.
The chimps continued to cause Lt. Stone a lot of problems. And either food or beverage fell on Lt. Stone when the chimps were around. Lt. Stone sat on the hood of his car and pondered what to do with the chimps. The chimps were in the car and with his back to them, Lt. Stone told them that they didn't act like chimps should. Lt. Stone wasn't sure what he should do with the chimps. The chimps left his car unnoticed by Lt. Stone. It would be the last time Lt. Stone saw the chimps.
Lt. Stone was very happy to see Bulk & Skull at the Youth Center. He told them that they had just dropped out of sight. Bulk replied that they had been monkeying around. Lt. Stone told them again how happy he was to see them and walked away.
Lt. Stone tried to help Bulk & Skull find jobs. He talked to several people and sent them to various jobs, which they would eventually get fired from. Lt. Stone started a Monster Tour for a while and had Bulk & Skull give monster tours.
Lt. Stone went to the Juice Bar early to make a protein shake for T.J. Earlier T.J. had told Lt. Stone he was going to jog for six miles. Lt. Stone passed the shake to T.J. telling him that shake was good for at least six miles. T.J. then changed his jogging length to two miles.
Lt. Stone was working at the Juice Bar when he noticed several ants on the floor and on the counter. He grabbed a container and read the instructions. Lt. Stone took out an ant monster figurine that was supposed to scare the ants away, although Lt. Stone had his doubts. Moments later, Bulk & Skull walked in. Bulk & Skull were working for yet another company - "Get The Bugs Out Exterminator Company". Bulk & Skull began spraying their new "Ants Away" formula around the Juice Bar. Bulk & Skull guarantee that it would get rid of the ants. But Lt. Stone felt it would also get rid of his customers and didn't want Bulk & Skull spraying the stuff around. Lt. Stone told them to spot and did not use their products. Lt. Stone continued to work and was amazed when Justin tore doors off it's hinges. Later, Lt. Stone couldn't open a jar of pickles, but Justin could open the same jar.
Lt. Stone eagerly opened a package that Bulk & Skull had delivered from "Super Duper Fast Deliveries". Lt. Stone had expected to find a new blender, but instead the package was empty. Bulk & Skull told Lt. Stone that the day time thief had struck again. The following day, Lt. Stone helped T.J., Cassie, Ashley, Carlos, Justin, Bulk & Skull set up packages as a trap for the day time thief. Later that day, Lt. Stone watched happily as the Power Rangers cleared Bulk & Skull's name and told their boss that it had been Divatox that had stolen all the packages.
