MR. WILTON

Mr. Wilbur Wilton

Mr. Wilbur Wilton is the science teacher at Angel Grove High School.  His classes are brutal and he is very strict.  Mr. Wilton participated in the Teacher for a Day program - where a student and teacher switch places.  Mr. Wilton was selected to switch with Rocky.  Mr. Wilton loaned Rocky his teaching books and told him to get a strict control over the class.  Mr. Wilton tended to get angry very quickly.  The following day Mr. Wilton became a student and attended Rocky's classes.  During a history class, he answered all the questions without giving any other student an opportunity.  The history teacher became upset with Mr. Wilton and told him to let the other students answer questions.  Instead Mr. Wilton began to criticize the class and started telling the kids to straighten up.  Wilbur was sent to detention.  Later,  in the park, Rocky ran into Mr. Wilton.  Mr. Wilton had found it was tougher being a teenager than he thought.  It had been much simpler in his day.  Rocky had also had problems and told Mr. Wilton about them.  Rocky invited Mr. Wilton to join him at the Juice Bar, and Mr. Wilton told him he would be there in a moment.  As he sat on the bench, he thought he heard something.  Mr. Wilton was captured by Tengas - who thought he was the Red Ranger.  Rocky called the other Rangers for help.  Rito Revolta appeared and accidentally turned Mr. Wilton into Marvo the Meanie.  Trapped in Marvo the Meanie, Mr. Wilton's face appeared briefly as he called the Rangers to help him.  The Rangers were able to free Mr. Wilton from Marvo the Meanie.  Mr. Wilton had thought the whole was a rather interesting experiment.  Later at the Juice Bar, Mr. Wilton was a big hit as he told everyone of his adventure.

Mr. Wilton helped Billy supervise the young Rangers when they went to an amusement park.
