Everyone was watching Peggy work intently. Peggy put the cover on Gorenger Storm and excitedly told them, I've done it! The Child-Parent Bomb! Commander Edogawa sent the Gorengers out. Variblune took off with the team inside. After awhile, Variblune landed and Aka Ranger took off on his Machine, followed by Ao Ranger and Ki Ranger on their Machine, and Momo and Mido on their Machine. Horn Mask and his troops headed towards the EAGLE main base. An explosion took place in front of them. Horn Mask and the Zolders jumped out of their jeep. The Gorengers appeared above them. Horn Mask told them, you still haven't learned! The Gorengers announced themselves. The Gorengers leaped down and faced Horn Mask. Horn Mask told them, this place will be your tomb! Horn Mask sent his Human Bombs after them. The Gorengers put their plan into action. Horn Mask thought they were running away. Moments later, the Gorengers appeared on their Machines. Horn Mask sent the Human Bombs after them. The Human Bombs walked toward the Gorengers as the Gorengers began their Machine strategy. On their Machine, the Gorengers rode circles around the Human Bombs. The Human Bombs' computers had no data about the Gorengers' new Machine strategy. The Gorengers' strategy was working. Ki Ranger picked up a Human Bomb and tossed it. Ao Ranger used his Blue Cherry and struck a Human Bomb with it. Aka Ranger used Red Vute against a Human Bomb. Aka Ranger wrapped the Human Bomb with his Red Vute and then released it into the air for Mido Ranger. Mido Ranger used his Midomerang and knocked the Human Bomb out of the sky. The Human Bomb landed on a pile of Human Bombs and they all blew up. Horn Mask was furious. Horn Mask sent the Zolders after the Gorengers. Mido Ranger fought two Zolders with his Midomerang. Ki Ranger fought another set of Zolders, knocking a pair down a hill. Aka Ranger struck several Zolders with his Red Vute. Ao Ranger fought another Zolder. A pair of Zolders were running towards Momo Ranger. Momo Ranger struck both Zolders with several blows. Mido Ranger fought another Zolder with his Midomerang, causing it to fall down the hill. Aka Ranger struck another Zolder several times. Ki Ranger struck another Zolder. Ao Ranger fought a pair of Zolders. Ao Ranger struck and kicked the Zolders. Momo Ranger used her Earrings Bomb against a group of Zolders. It went flying through the air and struck three Zolders to the ground. Ao Ranger used Blue Cherry against a Zolder. It struck the Zolder and he went tumbling down a hill. Ki Ranger held tight onto a Zolder. The Zolder was unable to strike Ki Ranger. Ki Ranger then flipped the Zolder over and onto the ground. Aka Ranger kicked and used his Red Vute against a Zolder. The Zolders were defeated. Horn Mask was trying to get away when Mido Ranger threw his Midomerang at him. Horn Mask turned into a boulder and Midomerang bounced off. Horn Mask gloated no one can injure me! Momo Ranger and Ao Ranger came running up. Ao Ranger used his Blue Cherry and it struck Horn Mask, but did nothing. Horn Mask pulled the bow out. Horn Mask leaped into the air, changed into a boulder and flew towards Momo Ranger and Ao Ranger. Ao Ranger shielded Momo Ranger. The boulder struck Ao Ranger's back. The bolder then flew into the air and headed towards the two Gorengers. Ki Ranger jumped in front of them and caught the boulder. Ki Ranger tossed the boulder down the hill. At the bottom of the hill, Horn Mask returned to his normal form. Aka Ranger called for the Time Lag Attack. The Gorengers got into formation. Momo Ranger turned around and a pink ball appeared in her hands. She placed the pink ball onto the ground and kicked it towards Ki Ranger. The ball turned yellow as Ki Ranger head butt it towards Mido Ranger. Mido Ranger kicked the green ball towards Ao Ranger. Ao Ranger kicked the blue ball towards Aka Ranger. The ball turned red and spikey as Aka Ranger leaped into the sky. Aka Ranger kicked the red spikey ball towards Horn Mask. As Gorenger Storm flew through the air, it dropped a smaller red spikey ball onto the ground. The rest of Gorenger Storm continued until it struck Horn Mask. Horn Mask laughed as he ran out of the smoke and towards the Gorengers. Not paying any attention to the ground, Horn Mask ran on top of the smaller red spikey ball and was destroyed. Later, the Gorengers patrolled the area on their Machines. With first the Machine Strategy, and then the Time Lag Attack, the Gorengers were able to defeat the Human Bombs and Horn Mask.

At the Gorengers' Secret Base, Yoko Kato informs Peggy Matsuyama, Tsuyoshi, Akira Shinmei, Kenji Asuka, Daita, and Commander Edogawa, that according to info from EAGLE HG, Professor Eguchi came home this morning and then left for work seeming a bit different than he usually acts. Daita wonders what it could mean? Thinking about it, it's pretty strange. Commander Edogawa tells them the place where Professor Eguchi works...it houses Japan's largest nuclear reactor. He wonders if the plant is the target. Tsuyoshi and Akira are sent off to find out. They managed to stop the plant from being blown up, but "Professor Eguchi" (Skull Mask) had managed to get away. Back at the Gorengers' Secret Base, Commander Edogawa informs the group that Skull Mask will likely try a similar tactic again. He'll likely go after another of Japan's great scientists...just like Professor Eguchi. We've created a list of probable victims. Commander Edogawa gives several papers to Kenji. Kenji states he will take Professor Okuma. Peggy takes a sheet as does Tsuyoshi. Commander Edogawa tells them all of EAGLE intelligence is offering us assistance in this case. Work hand in hand with them. Tsuyoshi passes the remaining sheets to Akira. Peggy states they she will protect Professor Shirataki. At Professor Shirataki's home, a messenger rings the doorbell. Peggy answers. The messenger states he is with Speed Messenger. Might Professor Shirataki be at home? Peggy responds, he is currently at the laboratory. The strange messenger tells Peggy, in that case...once he returns home...would you please present him with this? He hands over a large envelope that Peggy takes. The messenger leaves. Inside the home, Peggy plays the record. Tsuyoshi, Daita, and Professor Shirataki are there as well. Professor Shirataki abruptly stands up. Peggy, Tsuyoshi, and Daita watch him closely. The Professor begins to sway and Peggy and Daita help him walk away from the record. Professor Shirataki is confused and asks Peggy what is going on. Peggy and Daita walk back into the room where the record is still playing. Daita recognizes Skull Mask's voice. Tsuyoshi smiles, hypnotism won't work on Gorengers. The record disintegrates. Still smiling, Tsuyoshi notes things are getting interesting. Tsuyoshi looks over at Daita. Daita gets creped out by the look Tsuyoshi is giving him. Soon, Daita, dressed as elderly gentleman, leaves Professor Skirataki's home. Daita walks over to the waiting car and goes into the back seat. The chauffeur closes the door and enters the drivers seat. The chauffeur takes off in the car. Peggy and Tsuyoshi smile as they watch the car pull away. Peggy comments it actually fits him pretty well. Daita is taken to Skull mansion. Peggy, Tsuyoshi, and Kenji stay close by. Soon, Tsuyoshi receives a signal from Daita. Peggy and Kenji arrive and fight some of the Zolders staying guard. Quietly, Tsuyoshi follows a Zolder and then taps it on the shoulder. When the Zolder turns around, Tsuyoshi gives it a hard hit. Soon, the door burst opens and Peggy, Tsuyoshi, and Kenji enter. They quickly fight the Zolders inside. Daita is very happy to see them. Tsuyoshi faces "Professor Kiyozaki" and Daita informs him, it's Skull Mask. A Zolder leaps in front of Tsuyoshi and Tsuyoshi quickly fights it. Daita head butts the Zolder as well. "Professor Kiyozaki" leaves and Daita informs them that he's going to start a huge earthquake over the Artificial Earthquake Laboratory. Tsuyoshi tells Peggy, Kenji, and Daita to release the remaining Professors as he races out. The three quickly open the cell door. But the two remaining professors stand silently and Peggy realizes they are under hypnosis. Kenji double checks the two professors, confirming what Peggy has said. Kenji tells them, alight leave them to me. Kenji then works on waking up the professors from their hypnosis. Tsuyoshi had tried to catch up to "Professor Kiyozaki" but was unable to. He is soon joined by Peggy, Daita, and Kenji. They are all happy to see Variblune above them. Akira signals for them to come up. They transform and activate their Birdie and fly up to and enter Variblune. They soon spot the car "Professor Kiyozaki" is driving. The five Gorengers fly out of Variblune. A bomb explodes in front of the car. "Professor Kiyozaki" is surrounded by the Gorengers above him. Mido Ranger tosses his Midomerang towards "Professor Kiyozaki" and he is hit. "Professor Kiyozaki" reverts back to Skull Mask. Skull Mask vows he will kill every one of them. Aka Ranger responds, you can't defeat justice! The five Gorengers leap down to the ground. Skull Mask yells, die, as he tosses various bones towards them. A huge explosion occurs behind the Gorengers. Skull Mask laughs as he thinks he has destroyed the Gorengers. Instead they appear behind him. Skull Mask is very angry. Skull Mask has several Zolders attack the Gorengers. The five Gorengers separate. Aka Ranger fights two Zolders using well placed kicks. Ao Ranger kicks another Zolder. He lands several punches on another Zolder. Momo Ranger strikes a Zolder with several quick hits. Ki Ranger lands several punches on a Zolder. He tosses another Zolder aside. Mido Ranger kicks another Zolder. Aka Ranger battles another batch of Zolders. He uses his Red Vute and strikes the Zolders with it. Another set of Zolders leap down towards him and he knocks them out with his Red Vute. Ao Ranger leaps down. He strikes a Zolder several times. He uses his Blue Cherry and hits a Zolder with it. Mido Ranger leaps down as well. Several Zolders are running towards Mido Ranger. He uses his Midomerang and knocks some of them down. He fights another Zolder with his Midomerang. Momo Ranger strikes another Zolder. She kicks another Zolder away. Ki Ranger fights another Zolder. He distracts the Zolder and then punches him. He uses the same tactic on another Zolder. Momo Ranger kicks another Zolder away. She uses her Earrings Bomb on another group of Zolders running towards them. The explosion gets rid of the remaining Zolders. Skull Mask is furious. His coffin starts to come up from the ground. The Gorengers face Skull Mask as he stands by his coffin. Skull Mask tells them, once I enter this coffin, my powers will increase one hundred-fold. The coffin door opens and Skull Mask enters. Ao Ranger tells the rest of the Gorengers, it's time for the special explosive missile. The missile is attached to a bow and Ao Ranger fires Blue Cherry into the eye of the skull outside the coffin. Skull Mask is thrown from his coffin. The Gorengers summon Gorengers Storm. A pink ball appears in Momo's hands. She kicks it towards Ki Ranger. Ki Ranger head butts the yellow ball towards Mido Ranger. Mido Ranger kicks the green ball towards Ao Ranger. Ao Ranger kicks the blue ball towards Aka Ranger. The ball turns red and spikey. Aka Ranger kicks it towards Skull Mask. Skull Mask uses his staff to knock Gorenger Storm away. Aka Ranger jumps up and kicks Gorenger Storm back towards Skull Mask. This time it strikes Skull Mask and he is destroyed in the explosion. Afterwards, the Gorengers patrol on their Machines. Skull Mask's fearful plan was foiled, thanks to the combined efforts of the Gorengers. However, the Black Cross Army is already scheming toward its next conspiracy.

Variblune quickly took to the skies, having learned the EAGLE Kanto Branch Base 16 was attacked by Rainbow Mask's troops. Soon, Tsuyoshi Kaijo employs the Variscope. Explosions continue to take place on the ground. Several of EAGLE's soldiers fall to the ground. Tsuyoshi instructs Akira to continue to look for their base. Peggy Matsuyama and the rest of the team deploy. Momo Ranger, Ki Ranger, Aka Ranger, and Mido Ranger arrive on the ground. There is chaos all around them. Aka Ranger tells the EAGLE soldiers to let them handle it. Several Zolders continue to fire at the EAGLE soldiers. The four Gorengers chase after them. Racing past fallen bodies. Once they pass the fallen EAGLE soldiers, they start to get up. The EAGLE soldiers reveal that they are actually Zolders. Aka Ranger notes it's a trap and to be careful. Sun Halo Mask watches from above and tells the Zolders to go get them! The Zolders pursue the four Gorengers. Aka Ranger kicks a pair of Zolders. Ki Ranger punches a couple of Zolders. Mido Ranger lands a powerful kick on a Zolder. Momo Ranger fights another set of Zolders. Mido Ranger throws his Midomerang towards Sun Halo Mask. Sun Halo Mask bats it away with his staff. The four Gorengers regroup. Sun Halo Mask makes his way towards them and then slowly goes away from them. Aka Ranger wants to stop him. The four Gorengers run after Sun Halo Mask but eventually they cannot find Sun Halo Mask. The rest of the Gorengers gathered together. Aka Ranger asks the group if they found Rainbow Mask, but none of them had. Ki Ranger is confident that Rainbow Mask got scared of the Gorengers and ran away. Aka Ranger suggests they find Ao Ranger and meet again. The four Gorengers use their Birdies to take to the skies. Soon, Momo Ranger spots Ao Ranger. The four Gorengers land close by and race towards Ao Ranger. Ao Ranger is hurt and Aka Ranger suggests they summon Variblune. Ao Ranger pulls out his handheld transistor radio and calls for Variblune. Variblune is chained up in the hangar. Ao Ranger notes there is no response. The signal is being blocked. They were after the Variblune from the beginning. Ao Ranger has a hard time standing and Aka Ranger, Momo Ranger, and Mido Ranger help him stand up. Ki Ranger vows he is not going to let that happen. Let me recapture it! Aka Ranger agrees and suggests that the three of them will go. Ki Ranger, Aka Ranger, and Mido Ranger activate their Birdies. Once more they are in the skies. But their plan does not work and the Gorengers have to retreat. Inside the Gorengers' Secret Base, Akira apologizes for allowing them to steal Variblune. Commander Edogawa responds, the question is, what are they up to? I wonder what they're going to do with Variblune? They soon get their answer as Daita receives intel that Tokyo is being bombed. The team watches the destruction on their screen. Akira notes it's Variblune causing the destruction. I'm absolutely sure of it, though it's camouflaged. Akira tries once more to communicate with Variblune and have it return to their base. There is no response and Akira is afraid the signal is being blocked. Variblune continues the destruction. Peggy, Daita, Tsuyoshi, Akira, Kenji, and Commander Edogawa watch with horror. Daita states, we must get the Variblune back now! Akira decides he will go. Akira leaves. Peggy, Daita, Tsuyoshi, and Kenji follow on their Machines. Soon, Tsuyoshi gets on a boat as the rest continue on the ground. Peggy, Daita, and Kenji spot Akira dangling from a cable car and race towards it. Several Zolders with guns, suddenly surround them. Daita leaps towards the Zolders. Peggy lands a powerful kick on one of the Zolders. Daita takes another Zolder and squeezes with all his might. Peggy lands a karate chop on another Zolder. The Zolders are defeated. Peggy, Daita, and Kenji wait and soon Tsuyoshi joins them in the wait. Peggy, Daita, Tsuyoshi, and Kenji keep watch and when Rainbow Fortress appears, they quickly transform. Using their Birdies, they quickly fly to where Rainbow Mask is. The Gorengers quickly surround Rainbow Mask. Ao Ranger fires his Blue Cherry at Rainbow Mask. It hits his staff. Rainbow Mask angrily removes the arrow. Rainbow Mask sends the Zolders after the Gorengers. Aka Ranger kicks several of the Zolders. Ki Ranger punches and then tosses a Zolder. Momo Ranger kicks a couple of Zolders. Ao Ranger hits a Zolder. Mido Ranger fights a couple of Zolders with his Midomerang. Aka Ranger uses his Red Vute and strikes a Zolder. Mido Ranger fights another set of Zolders with his Midomerang. Ao Ranger strikes a Zolder. Ao Ranger spots Rainbow Mask watching. Ao Ranger fires his Blue Cherry at a Zolder and it is hit. Momo Ranger uses her Earrings Bomb on several Zolders. Ki Ranger knocks a pair of Zolders against each other. Ao Ranger kicks a Zolder. Mido Ranger throws his Midomerang and hits several Zolders. The Zolders are defeated. The Gorengers quickly surround Rainbow Mask. Rainbow Mask uses his staff to summon Rainbow Fire. Several explosions erupt in a circle around Rainbow Mask. The Gorengers retreat high up in the trees. Rainbow Mask uses his staff to summon Cannon Fire. Several more explosions erupt on the ground. The Gorengers race after Rainbow Mask. In the distance, Sun Halo Mask watches, calls them fools, and leaves. Rainbow Mask hides behind a boulder. Ao Ranger wants to take care of Rainbow Mask. Ao Ranger uses Blue Cherry. Ao Ranger uses his handheld transistor radio and guides the arrow. He had installed a rudder on the arrow, so it curved around the rock. Rainbow Mask is furious and charges towards them with his staff. The Gorengers summon Gorenger Storm. Momo Ranger places a pink ball on to the ground and kicks it to Ki Ranger. Ki Ranger head butts the yellow ball towards Mido Ranger. Mido Ranger kicks the green ball towards Ao Ranger. Ao Ranger kicks the blue ball towards Aka Ranger. Aka Ranger leaps up and kicks the red, spikey ball towards Rainbow Mask. It hits Rainbow Mask and he is destroyed in the explosion. Momo Ranger and the rest of the Gorengers hurry onto Variblune as Rainbow Fortress is about to explode. Variblune quickly takes off and Rainbow Fortress explodes below them. Afterwards, the Gorengers patrol the area on their Machines. Combining their five strengths together, the Gorengers defeated Rainbow Mask. But it's too early to have peace of mind. They know Sun Halo Mask will come up with another dreadful plan.
