WILLY

Willy

Willy is a young friend of Billy.  Willy created a holo game that made you feel as if you were on a roller coaster.  Willy and Billy were at Billy's lab, working on it.  Jason, Zack, Kimberly, and Trini were there as well.  Willy was nervous about his game, but Billy told him to have faith.  They walked over to where Zack, Kimberly, Trini, and Jason waited.  Willy's game was ready and everyone put on their goggles.  The game was started.  Trini, Billy, Willy, Jason, and Zack enjoyed the game.  It made Kimberly dizzy and she pleaded for the game to stop.  Willy reluctantly turned off the game.  Jason was very impress that Willy had made the game.  Willy was entering it in Angel Grove's Junior Science Fair.  The teens helped Willy pack up his game and they headed off to the science fair.  Willy and his friends walked through the park.  Suddenly several Putties arrive.  One of the Putties grabbed Willy, but Jason managed to get him back.  Willy was placed in the middle as Kimberly, Trini, Billy, Jason, and Zack formed a circle around him.  The teens battled and defeated the Putties, while keeping Willy safe.  Once the Putties vanished, Willy and his friends headed off for the science fair, which was being held in the Youth Center.  Willy and his friends entered just as the judge announced the fair was to begin in ten minutes.  Any one tardy would be disqualified.  Willy and Billy headed over to their table.  Zack asked if they needed any help, but they had everything under control.  Billy told Zack and the rest to have fun.  While Willy and Billy set up Willy's project, Bulk & Skull entered the room.  Bulk & Skull mess another with one of the inventions which cause Bulk's pants to vanish.  Bulk was furious.  Willy and Billy walked over.  Billy asked Bulk why he was here - after all an IQ is required.  Bulk formed a fist and told him this was all the IQ he needed.  Skull repeated it.  Jason and Zack walked up.  Jason told Bulk all he needed was a club, he was just like a caveman.  A fight broke out between Jason and Bulk and Zack and Skull.  Billy yanked Willy out of harm's way.  During the fight, Bulk & Skull  ended up being tossed in a makeover machine.  When doors to the machine opened it revealed Bulk & Skull dressed as girls.  Willy and his friends laughed as Bulk & Skull made a hasty exit.  The judge noticed the laughter and walked over.  The judge assume it was all Willy's fault and told him the science fair was not a playground.  The judge disqualified Willy from the science fair.  Upset, Willy left.  Rita Repulsa was impressed with Willy's intelligence.  Rita sent down Eye Guy to capture Willy.  Willy was in the park when he was captured by Eye Guy and held in the Internal Vortex.  Willy stayed there until the Power Rangers destroyed Eye Guy's main eye and released Willy.  Willy was thrilled to be rescued by the Power Rangers.  Willy returned to the Junior Science Fair with Billy and the rest of his friends.  Willy was surprised to see the judge and Ernie using his holo game.  Willy won first prize at the Junior Science Fair.
