Trini had brought Mr. Ticklesneezer to Angel Grove High School. Miss Appleby was having Hobby Week in her class. Trini was the first to present her hobby - which was collecting dolls. Trini showed her doll collection to the class, which included Mr. Ticklesneezer. Mr. Ticklesneezer was her favorite doll. It had belonged to her mother when she was a young girl. Trini had a book about legends with her. The book had a legend about Mr. Ticklesneezer. Mr. Ticklesneezer liked to collect goodies in his bottle. There were several more presentations and the bell rang for the end of class. Everyone gathered their things and started to leave the classroom. Trini had gone up to talk to Billy. Billy had presented his volcano to the class and was cleaning it up. Bulk walked up and grabbed Mr. Ticklesneezer. Trini tried to grab him back, but Bulk tossed him to Skull. Skull caught her Ticklesneezer and made baby sounds before tossing it back to Bulk. This time Trini got Mr. Ticklesneezer. Bulk had reached for the doll, but instead landed on the activate button for Billy's volcano. The volcano spewed purple goo all over Bulk's face. Skull raced over to help Bulk clean up and Bulk spit the goo onto Skull's face. Holding Mr. Ticklesneezer, Trini laughed, along with Billy. That night Trini placed all her dolls back into her spots in her bedroom. She told them they had had a long day and then yawned. Trini realized she had had a long day. Trini walked over to her bed, told Mr. Ticklesneezer good night and placed him onto her night stand. Trini fell fast asleep. Trini had a dream. In the dream, Squatt had teleported to her bedroom with a device. Squatt used the device to make Mr. Ticklesneezer life size. Squatt walked over to Mr. Ticklesneezer and they teleported out. At the Moon Palace, Mr. Ticklesneezer stood in front of Rita, Finster, Baboo, and Squatt. Rita, Finster, Baboo, and Squatt were sitting down in chairs. Mr. Ticklesneezer squirm a lot, which made Rita very irritated. Rita told Mr. Ticklesneezer to stop moving around. Mr. Ticklesneezer explained that he was not use to being alive. Rita asked him if he would like to go back, and Mr. Ticklesneezer told her no. He liked being alive. Rita asked him what he can do. Mr. Ticklesneezer explained that he collected goodies in his magic bottle. Finster confirmed from a book that what Mr. Ticklesneezer had said was correct. Baboo added that Mr. Ticklesneezer could collect the Power Rangers. Rita told Mr. Ticklesneezer that he had to obey her now and sent him down to Earth. Rita then placed him under her spell. Mr. Ticklesneezer landed in Angel Grove. Mr. Ticklesneezer enjoyed being Angel Grove and immediately spotted goodies. He opened his magic bottle and items were pulled into it. Mr. Ticklesneezer was walking on a road when he spotted his next goody. It's a white car (Trini's car). Mr. Ticklesneezer opened his magic bottle and the car was pulled in. Mr. Ticklesneezer looked inside his bottle and was thrilled to see two more "goodies" sitting inside the car. It was Trini and Billy. Trini and Billy were screaming, afraid of Mr. Ticklesneezer. He told them he wouldn't hurt them. Mr. Ticklesneezer continued to wonder through Angel Grove. He ended up by the train tracks when Pink Ranger, Red Ranger, and Black Ranger arrived. Several Putties were there, along with Goldar, Baboo, and Squatt. Mr. Ticklesneezer stayed hidden as Red Ranger battle Goldar and Black Ranger and Pink Ranger battled the Putties. After awhile, Mr. Ticklesneezer decided it was time to leave. As he tried to leave, he tripped and the bottle went flying. Pink Ranger caught it. Goldar attacked and the bottle went flying again. This time landing on the train tracks. Mr. Ticklesneezer was quite alarmed and wanted his magic bottle. Pink Ranger managed to get away from Goldar and grabbed the bottle. Pink Ranger opened the bottle and the car rolled out. Trini and Billy quickly got out of the car and morphed. Rita appears on a balcony of an apartment building. Rita wants Mr. Ticklesneezer to continue collecting the Rangers. Mr. Ticklesneezer explains he can't without his bottle. Rita becomes angry and throws down her wand, making Mr. Ticklesneezer giant size. The Rangers summon their zords and from the Megazord. Mr. Ticklesneezer has his magic bottle back and tells the Rangers he has to collect goodies for his Empress. Rita hears him and comments on what a nice doll he is. Mr. Ticklesneezer used the magic bottle and the Megazord is trapped inside. Rita is very pleased. The Rangers summon the Megazords' Power Sword. the sword hits the ground, causing Mr. Ticklesneezer to fall and the bottle to open. The Megazord is released and grabs the bottle. Mr. Ticklesneezer tries to grab it back. The Megazord keeps it out of reach. The Rangers threaten Rita with the bottle and open it. Goldar and Baboo grab onto Rita's wand. Squatt floats up into the air and grabs onto the building to hold on. Rita fires her wand, but it's not effective. Rita, Goldar, Baboo, and Squatt retreat. Zordon tells the Ranges to have Mr. Ticklesneezer return everything to it's proper place and time. Yellow Ranger tells Mr. Ticklesneezer to put everything back. Red Ranger adds before he hurts someone. It was never Mr. Ticklesneezer's attention to hurt anyone. He has goodness in his heart and meant no harm. Mr. Ticklesneezer begins returning everything he had collected with Yellow Ranger's encouragement. Trini wakes up from the dream, relieved at first. Trini turns on the light and is alarm to see Mr. Ticklesneezer is gone. Trini then glances down onto the floor and sees Mr. Ticklesneezer on the floor. Trini picks up Mr. Ticklesneezer and tells him she definitely has too much Rita on her mind. Trini turns out the light and goes to sleep with Mr. Ticklesneezer tucked in her arms.
