Rita's Seed Of Evil - Page Six

As the Rangers struggle to get back up, Red Ranger tells them, we can't let them beat us.

Rita laughs as she watches the battle.  Baboo puts a damper on her happiness by pointing out the bulb still hasn't bloom.  Rita calls him a nutcase.  Watch!  My victory is certain!  Baboo asks her if she is sure.  Rita replies, you'll see.

Alpha 5 is watching the battle on the viewing globe.  Alpha 5 becomes alarmed as he tells Zordon the Power Rangers are in terrible trouble.  Zordon agrees and informs Alpha that Rita's Octoplant is about to bloom.

Octoplant blooms and emerges from it's bulb.  Octoplant states, I am Octoplant, gaze upon me and tremble.  Back at the Moon Palace, Rita is thrilled.  Baboo and Squatt are with her.  Rita tells them, just like I told you two.  Nasty isn't it?  Squatt admits, you were right and I was wrong.  Baboo reassures Rita that he knew it would work.  Rita tosses down her wand to make Octoplant grow.  Octoplant grows to giant size.  Yellow Ranger points out the giant Octoplant to the rest of the Rangers.  Octoplant calls them puny.  Yellow Ranger takes offense to this.  Puny hun?  We'll see about that you overgrown petal pusher!  Right guys!  The Rangers summon their zords.  From her palace, Rita is not happy to see the arrival of the zords.  On the battle field, the Rangers leap into their zords.  The zords charge towards Octoplant.  Octoplant's eyes glow red and it fires at the zords.  The zords are hit.  From her Moon Palace, Rita gleefully states, take that!
