The Youth Center was hosting a dance later that day. Several teens were there decorating the place and there were kids helping the band to set up. Billy and Zack were carrying a banner when suddenly Bulk ran into with his skateboard. The banner covered Bulk's face as he headed towards Jason and Trini. Jason leaped out of the way. Trini was unaware of the commotion. Trini was working on her kick and accidentally kicked Bulk. Trini called out an apology as Bulk was now heading towards Kimberly, who was working on her gymnastics. Bulk called her a dorkette as he told her to get out of the way. Kimberly leaped out of the way and yelled at him to watch where he's going. Bulk yelled back that he goes where he wants to go. Ernie was walking with a cake and Bulk was heading straight for him. Unable to stop, Bulk crashed into Ernie and his face landed in the cake. Billy and his friends gathered around. Skull asked Bulk if he was sure this was where he wanted to go? Billy and his friends laughed. Ernie was not amused. Ernie grabbed a hold of Bulk and Skull and told them they had to follow the rules. Bulk & Skull needed to reimburse him for the cake or they were not allow back. Billy and his friends overheard the conversation. Zack chuckled and told them they never learn. Zack then offered to teach Billy some dancing moves. Billy declined. Billy wasn't interested in dancing to attract female attention. Zack replied to each his own and walked away. Jason asked Billy if he was going to the dance. Billy told him no. Kimberly was surprised. Surely there was some girl at school he would like to take. Billy told them he would rather work on his weather device. Billy started to head out of the Youth Center. Billy bumped into Marge. There was an instant attraction. Marge's necklace had fallen off and they both spotted it on the floor. Billy and Marge bumped heads as they tried to retrieve it. Billy then got the necklace off the floor. Billy gallantly placed the necklace back on Marge's neck. Instead of leaving, Billy and Marge sat at a table together. Marge explained that she always wears her necklace. Marge's mother had gotten it for her after she graduated from the accelerated baby genius program. Billy was excited to tell Marge that he had graduated from the accelerated baby genius program as well. Billy noticed that his friends were standing closed by and watching them. Jason, Zack, Kimberly, and Trini quickly averted their faces, when they saw Billy looking at them. Marge asked Billy if he was going to the dance. Billy told her no. Billy then asked Marge if she was going to the dance. Marge replied not yet. Trini called out Billy's name. Jason pointed to his communicator and told him it was an emergency. Billy excused himself and walked over to his friends. Jason told Billy to ask Marge to the dance. Billy was outrage that was the emergency. Zack told him it was the biggest one of his life. Trini told Billy he could do it. But Billy couldn't. Marge got up from the table and told Billy she had to go. Marge then asked Billy if he would escort her to the party. Billy was thrilled and told her definitely. Billy suggested they get together prior to the evening's engagement to get to know each other better. Marge thought it was a capital idea. Billy then suggested the lake at the park at four o'clock. Maybe they could exchange ideas on his weather device. Marge thought it was the perfect place to discuss the weather. Billy and Marge left. Later, Billy was carrying flowers as he went to the lake. Marge was not there yet. Billy took a look around rather impatiently. Billy happen to glance down and saw Marge's necklace. Suddenly several Putties arrived. Billy tried to escape, but the Putties had him trapped. Billy used his communicator to contact Jason and let him know what was going on. One of the Putties grabbed the flowers and tossed it aside. Billy tried to break through. A Putty kicked Billy and he fell onto a rock, just as Zack, Kimberly, Trini, and Jason arrived. The four teens battled and defeated the Putties. Billy picked up the necklace as his friends gathered around. Billy was upset. Marge had never shown up. Billy feared something had happen to her, as her necklace was here. Just then Jason's communicator went off. It was Zordon and he wanted them in the Command Center right away. Billy and his friends teleported to the Command Center. When they arrived Billy was very upset and asked Zordon about Marge. Zordon told them Rita had set a trap for Billy. Instead Madame Woe had mistaken Marge for a Power Ranger and captured her. Billy felt it was all his fault. Alpha 5 reassured him that it wasn't. Kimberly told Billy they had dealt with Rita's bogus monsters before. They would take care of this one too. Zordon directed the teens to the viewing globe, which showed Madame Woe. Madame Woe was capable of controlling the weather elements. Madame Woe can also transport people to another dimension. This was all done through the crown jewel on her forehead. Madame Woe is a very formidable opponent. The teens would need to destroy her crown jewel. To defeat her, they would need to combine the power of all five power coins. Someone needed to assume this power. Billy stepped forward and told Zordon he would. Billy and his friends morphed and teleported to the beach where Madame Woe was waiting. Before Blue Ranger and the rest of the Rangers could strike, Madame Woe transported them to the same dimension Marge was in. Blue Ranger was surprised to see Marge there and hurried over. Blue Ranger told her not to be afraid and reassured her they would have her out soon. Blue Ranger walked back to the rest of the Rangers. Madame Woe had entered the dimension and battled the Rangers with ease. Madame Woe laughed throughout her battle with the Rangers. Red Ranger and Black Ranger used the Power Sword and Power Ax against Madame Woe as the rest of the Rangers fought her. Madame Woe easily knocked them aside. Blue Ranger, Pink Ranger, and Yellow Ranger then used their Blade Blasters against Madame Woe. They were knocked aside once more. Madame Woe used her long blue braids to toss the Rangers around. Black Ranger pointed out that none of their weapons worked against Madame Woe. They needed to come up with a plan and fast. Blue Ranger battled Madame Woe with his Power Lance. Madame Woe grabbed him by the neck and held him in the air. Blue Ranger realized they could not defeat Madame Woe in this dimension. They needed to get back to their own dimension. Blue Ranger managed to kick himself away from Madame Woe. The Rangers pulled out their power coins and combined the power, which Blue Ranger assumed. This allowed Blue Ranger to leave the dimension. Furious Madame Woe followed him out, declaring no one escapes Madame Woe. Blue Ranger battled Madame Woe with his Power Lance. It was another difficult battle. Madame Woe grabbed him with her braids and tangle him in the air before firing at him. Blue Ranger managed to grab the crown jewel off of Madame Woe's forehead. This greatly weaken Madame Woe. Blue Ranger's voice informed the rest of the Rangers and Marge of what was going on. Within a few minutes the rest of the Rangers and Marge were freed from the dimension. Marge stayed hidden as Blue Ranger and the rest of the Rangers battled Madame Woe. The Rangers formed the Power Blaster and destroyed Madame Woe with it. Blue Ranger and the rest of the Rangers gathered around Marge to make sure she was okay. Marge was very impress with the Rangers and tried to find the right words. Blue Ranger suggested "totally awesome". Marge told him exactly. Later that day the dance was held. Billy and Marge sat at a table together. Billy told Marge how he was worried when Marge had not shown up. Marge thought Billy was sweet. Marge told Billy she had been worried too, until the Power Rangers showed up. Billy confirmed that they had rather saved the day. Marge agreed - especially the Blue one. Marge is partial to Blue and thought the Blue Ranger was very gallant and brave. Billy was very flattered and about to agree when he caught himself. Meanwhile, Bulk & Skull had sneaked into the dance in disguises, but Ernie found them out. Ernie insisted on them paying for the cake. Bulk took the money out of the bank. Bulk's money was in between his toes. Bulk waved the money under Ernie's nose. Ernie felt faint and fell into the cake. Billy, Marge, Kimberly, Trini, Jason, and Zack hurried over and helped Ernie up. Jason joked that it wasn't time for the cake, they still had to serve the sandwiches. Ernie agree, but first he needed to work up an appetite. Ernie suggested dance. Ernie started to dance his way onto the dance floor. Kimberly, Trini, Billy, Marge, Jason, and Zack formed a conga line after Ernie and danced their way onto the dance floor. Billy and Marge danced together and had a great time.

Billy, Trini, Jason, and Zack were contacted and teleported to the Command Center. Zordon asks the four teens to look at the viewing globe. The viewing globe shows Kimberly flying a plane. Her Uncle Steve had been knocked out as his drink was tampered with. Bulk & Skull had fainted. Another complication is Rita had sent down a monster. Billy and his friends can't help Kimberly, they need to destroy the Snizzard. Alpha 5 will give Kimberly instructions on how to land the plane. The four teens morph and teleport out to the city. Blue Ranger, Yellow Ranger, Red Ranger, and Black Ranger battle Snizzard. The four Rangers used their Blade Blasters against Snizzard. Snizzard easily defeats them by deflecting the Blade Blasters' power against them. Blue Ranger and the rest battle Snizzard. Snizzard knocks them to the ground. Snizzard then releases his leg cobras. The cobras wrapped themselves around Blue Ranger and the rest. Blue Ranger and the rest can't break free and the cobras begin draining them of their energy. Snizzard easily knocks them around. Eventually Pink Ranger arrives, after Alpha 5 guided Kimberly through the landing of the plane. Snizzard summon several Putties. Pink Ranger destroys the Putties with her Power Bow. Pink Ranger then releases Blue Ranger and the rest of the Rangers. Snizzard releases his tonsil snakes. Pink Ranger destroys the snakes with her Power Bow. Red Ranger instructs Pink Ranger to destroy the apple on top of Snizzard's head. Pink Ranger does so with her Power bow and destroys Snizzard. After the battle, they all head over to the Youth Center. Billy watches Trini spar.

Jason is teaching a karate class. Trini is in the back of the class and goes through the kata with the class. Bulk & Skull are playing a video game. Trini leaves the class and walks over to where Billy is sitting at the counter. Billy has been watching the class and wishes that he had Jason's moves. Ernie overhears this comment about moves and asks Billy if he would move the containers to the recycling bin. Billy tells him yes and gathers up the empty containers. Billy is putting the containers in the recycling bin when Bulk & Skull walk up and stand on either side of Billy. Bulk demands money. Billy tells them he doesn't have any to spare. Bulk & Skull pick him up and turn him upside down. Bulk & Skull shake Billy and several coins fall out. Bulk & Skull then place Billy in the recycling bin. Trini walks over as Bulk & Skull reach for the coins. Bulk & Skull bump their heads, become dizzy, and stagger away. Trini picks up the coins and then helps Billy out of the bin. Billy is tired of being picked on. Trini tries to cheer him up by telling him her Uncle Howard, the famous scientist is coming for a visit. But this does not cheer up Billy. Billy walks towards Jason's class and decides he is going to reenroll Jason's class. Within a few moments of that decision, Billy is back in the class. Jason finishes up his karate class. Jason reminds them there is a test later that day and to practice. The class is dismissed. Trini and Kimberly race up to Billy and tell him what a great job he did. Jason and Zack joins them. Trini is very excited for her friends to meet her uncle - he had just invented a secret formula. Jason asks Trini isn't he also a world famous martial artists? Kimberly is surprise Jason knows this. Jason tells her the guy is a living legend. Billy finds some inspiration - a karate scientist. Trini thinks her uncle would be a perfect tutor for Billy. Trini spots her uncle. Trini runs up and gives her uncle a big hug. Trini takes her uncle to where Billy, Jason, Zack, and Kimberly are. Trini tells her uncle these are her friends. Trini goes and pulls Billy up and introduces Billy to Uncle Howard. Uncle Howard tells Billy with karate training, he can sharpen his body and his mind. Billy thinks this is great. Uncle Howard tells him he has a few other things he would like to teach him. Uncle Howard walks up to Billy and leads him out of the Youth Center. They head out to some fields and the karate lessons begin. Billy is doing well. Suddenly several Putties arrive and race over to where Uncle Howard and Billy are. Billy and Uncle Howard battle the Putties. The Putties overpower Uncle Howard and carry him off. Uncle Howard shouts out to remember what he has learned to Billy. The Putties and Uncle Howard vanish. Billy races back to the Youth Center. Billy finds his friends and tell them the Putties have captured Uncle Howard. Billy couldn't stop them. Trini doesn't know what the Putties would want with her uncle, he is a harmless old man. Ernie delivers a group of black balloons to Trini. The balloons pop suddenly and there is a note on the floor. Kimberly picks up the note. It is from Dark Warrior. Dark Warrior wants them to deliver the formula in the park or Uncle Howard will never be seen again. Zack concludes Dark Warrior is one of Rita's monsters. Trini tells her friends she doesn't have the secret formula. Knowing her uncle, he probably forgot where he put it. Jason tells Trini not to worry, they will find her uncle. Jason tells them they need to teleport to the Command Center. The teens hurry out of the Youth Center. Billy, Jason, Zack, Kimberly and Trini teleport to the Command Center. Alpha 5 and Zordon are there. Zordon welcomes them, as he was expecting them. Trini asks Zordon what is going on? A monster, named Dark Warrior, has kidnap her uncle. Zordon tells them that unfortunately Uncle Howard's creation has inspired Rita to hatch her most diabolical plan ever. The teens are directed to the viewing globe. there they see Uncle Howard making his formula - an invisibility formula. Rita had dispatched Dark Warrior to get the formula from Uncle Howard. Rita's master plan is to use the formula to make the Rangers disappear forever. The Dark Warrior is holding Uncle Howard hostage in an abandoned cave. Dark Warrior will destroy him if he does not get the formula. Trini is very worried about her uncle. Billy reassures her that they will save him. The teens teleport to the outside of the cave. Several Putties are guarding the entrance. Billy, Jason, Zack, Kimberly, and Trini battle the Putties. Eventually the Putties vanish and the teens can enter the cave. They easily find Uncle Howard. Uncle Howard is very happy to see them. Uncle Howard asks them how they found him? They tell him they got a message form Dark Warrior. Uncle Howard asks if Dark Warrior told them about the bomb? Jason tells him yes and they have to hurry. Kimberly, Trini, and Jason work frantically on loosening the ropes. Zack asks Billy if he can disconnect the bomb. Billy becomes a little stressed. Uncle Howard tells him to use his karate training to focus his mental energy. Billy does so and defuses the bomb. Everyone is happy. The ropes are loose enough for Uncle Howard to stand up. Uncle Howard wanders off, wondering what he did with the formula. Jason quietly contacts Zordon and tells him they have freed Uncle Howard. Zordon tells them good. Now they have to hurry to the park and put an end to Dark Warrior. Trini tells her friends now that Uncle Howard is safe, it's time to knock Dark Warrior's lights out. The teens morph and teleport to the park. The Rangers battle Dark Warrior with their Blade Blasters. It is a difficult battle as Dark Warrior has a small cannon under his wrist and fires it at the Rangers. Dark Warrior also battles the Rangers with his sword. Pink Ranger uses her Power Bow and fires several arrows at Dark Warrior. Rita makes Dark Warrior giant size. The Rangers summon their zords and the Megazord is formed. The Rangers battle Dark Warrior in tank mode and then go into battle mode. Dark Warrior battles the Megazord with a chain. Eventually Red Ranger summons the Power Sword. The Rangers destroy Dark Warrior with the Megazord's Power Sword. After the battle, they all return to the Youth Center. Billy takes his yellow belt test. Zack, Kimberly, Trini, and the karate class watch. Billy does really well and passes the test. Kimberly, Trini, and Zack run up to Billy, very happy for him. Jason tells Billy he earned it. Billy remarks that he just had to prove to himself that he could do it. Billy, Jason, Zack, Kimberly, and Trini start to walk away. Bulk & Skull yank Billy away from his friends and start giving him a hard time. Suddenly Bulk & Skull are knocked around by an unseen force. Bulk & Skull get knocked to the floor. Billy leans over and tells them to remember to keep your mental energy tightly centered, like the nucleus of an atom. Frighten, Bulk Skull get up and run away. Uncle Howard, who had drank some of his formula and fought Bulk & Skull, reappears next to Billy. Zack, Kimberly, Trini, and Jason run over to Billy and Uncle Howard. Kimberly tells Uncle Howard that was great. They all laugh together.

Power Ranger Punks
