Rita was on her balcony with Baboo, Squatt, Goldar and Scorpina. She had been spying on the teens in their classroom. Rita knew of Trini's plan to form a clean up club. Rita: "A clean-up club! We'll give them something to clean. Call Finster's Polluticorn. The Polluticorn will make such a mess of their planet, they'll never get it cleaned up. Scorpina! Goldar! I have you two to make sure it works. Now go!" Scorpina and Goldar give a small bow and leave. Polluticorn flies to Angel Grove. Later, Rita watches the teens in the park. Goldar is with her. Rita announces it's almost time. Rita laughs. Goldar tells her another brilliant plan. I shall send down Putties to soften them up for Polluticorn. Eventually the Rangers battle Polluticorn. Rita has been watching the battle and is very pleased. Rita states, that's the way Polluticorn. I am so devious, it's delicious. Soon the Rangers retreat, but another battle between Polluticorn, Goldar, and Scorpina occurs within moments. During the battle, Red Ranger chops off Polluticorn's horn. Rita screams I'll get you for that! Polluticorn grow! Rita tosses her wand down to Angel Grove. Polluticorn grows to giant size. The Rangers quickly form their Megazord. Polluticorn and Megazord battle. Megazord destroys Polluticorn with it's power sword. Rita is very upset and claims she has a headache. Goldar is with her. He vows that one day we will make those Power Rangers pay!

Rita had come up with a new plan. Baboo, Squatt, Goldar, and Scorpina were with her. So were four putties and Twin Man. Rita: "You puny Power Rangers think you are so tough. Well the Twin Man is a whole lot tougher than you are." Goldar: "Scorpina will be in command of this mission. And with the help of the Twin Man's powers, they shall pulverize those Power brats once and for all." Baboo: "We've got our work cut out for us, don't we?" Rita instructs the Putties that the Twin Man will transform them into duplicates of the Power Rangers. Once you're on Earth, do your best to do your worst. Make them look bad and ruin their reputation. Then you will slice them and dice them! Rita laughs. The Putties and Twin Man go down to Angel Grove. Twin Man assumes Jason's identity. The Putties assume Kimberly's, Trini's, Billy's, and Zack's identities. "The teens" enter Angel Grove High School and put laundry detergent into the a water fountain. Rita has been keeping an eye on them. She is thrilled. It's all going exactly as I said. Rita laughs. Mr. Caplan uses the water fountain and gets covered in soap suds. Mr. Caplan places Billy, Jason, Zack, Kimberly and Trini in detention. Rita, Goldar, Baboo, and Squatt are on the balcony. Goldar informs Rita, now for phase two. Rita comments, it's going to be so good to see those Rangers get what they deserve. The "Power Rangers" attack Angel Grove. Rita is watching Angel Grove and she is very pleased at her "Rangers" success. Unfortunately the real Power Ranger arrive. The Rangers battled their counterparts and soon discovered it's Putties and Twin Man. Eventually Twin Man and the Putties are destroyed by the Power Rangers.

Rita was on her balcony with Baboo, Squatt, Scorpina, Goldar, and Finster. As always, she was aware of what was happening in the teens' lives. Angel Grove was planning a Power Ranger day and were hoping to see the Rangers attend. Rita: "Maybe we should attend this little party too." Baboo: "Are there going to be any little Swedish meatballs?" Goldar: "Quiet you bubbleheads! We're not going for a social visit, we're going to destroy the Power Rangers!" Rita: "That's right Goldar. " Rita stood at her alter and used all her power to bring forth Goldar's Cyclopsis. The thunder frighten Finster, Baboo, and Squatt. Goldar vowed that he would not fail her. Later, Baboo, Squatt, Finster, and Goldar are with Rita and she is in a very good mood because of the big crowd at the park. Baboo is surprised. Squatt knows why, they could put lots of people in another dimension, which will make it easy to hunt the Rangers down. Finster announces that the dimensional vortex beam is ready. Goldar notes, soon everyone of them will be our prisoners. Rita is very happy. Goldar and Rita continue to watch the park. Goldar tells Rita at her command, all of Angel Grove will be beamed into another dimension. Rita tells him to do it now and laughs. Goldar states, goodbye sniveling citizens! Rita announces it's time to travel everyone. Squatt asks if he should pack a bathing suit? Goldar announces in order to power his zord, the palace must be close to it. The rooms start to shake as the Moon Palace travels down to Angel Grove. Rita, Goldar, Scorpina, Finster, Baboo, and Squatt have gather in one of the rooms. Rita announces that why we're traveling to Earth. Goldar vows, he will destroy the Power Rangers once and for all. Squatt looks through the telescope and announces they are right on target. The Moon Palace lands in Angel Grove on top of a tall building. Goldar asks Rita to summon Cyclopsis. Rita uses her wand to summon Cyclopsis. Cyclopsis slowly emerges from beneath the ground. Soon the Rangers arrive. Megazord and Cyclopsis battle. Baboo, Squatt, and Scorpina have gathered on the balcony with Rita. Rita laughs as she watches the battle. It is a difficult battle for the Rangers. Red Ranger summons Dragonzord with the Dragon Dagger. Dragonzord joins in the battle against Cyclopsis. Soon Dragonzord in Fighting Mode is formed. Dragonzord in Fighting Mode and Tyrannosaurus have a difficult battle against Cyclopsis. Watching from her balcony, Rita states, I hate those guys. Titanus arrives and fires at Cyclopsis. Ultrazord is formed. Ultrazord fires at Cyclopsis. Goldar teleports out. Cyclopsis falls to the ground, and his head comes off and goes flying through the air and lands on the ground. The Rangers are thrilled. Rita is furious. She uses her wand to blast Titanus. The ground beneath Titanus opens up and Titanus struggles as it sinks. Rita laughs. Titanus cries out as it struggles to stay above ground. Megadragonzord walks over, gets a hold of Titanus' neck, and tries to pull it up. Rita exclaims, no you don't! She uses her wand to blast Megadragonzord. Megadragonzord loses it's grip on Titanus. Titanus sinks beneath the ground. Rita laughs. Blue Ranger states Titanus is gone. Now what? Red Ranger doesn't have an answer for him. Rita leaves the Moon Palace and stands on top of a tall building. Rita casts a spell. Soon Lokar appears in the sky. Rita tells Lokar he is the final ingredient in her master plan. With Lokar's power, she can recreate Cyclopsis. Rita aims her wand down at the ground and soon Cyclopsis is back. The Rangers retreat to the Command Center.

Rita was in high spirits. Cyclopsis and Lokar were doing a lot of damage to Angel Grove. Finster, Baboo, Squatt, and Scorpina stood with Rita. Rita laughed. Rita: "Between Cyclopsis and Lokar, the world will now be mine." Soon the Rangers arrived and they quickly formed their Megazord. Rita goes down to Angel Grove. Rita is on top of a building. She asks if they are back for more? Lokar will take care of you for good! Right Lokar? Lokar blasts his breath onto Megazord. Megazord is hit and flips through the air, eventually crashing onto the ground. Cyclopsis walks over and ejects swords out of it's wrists. Cyclopsis is about to strike the fallen Megazord, but Megazord rolls out of the way. Goldar is furious and vows they will pay for that. Rita returns to her palace. Cyclopsis and Lokar do well against the Rangers, even with the help of Dragonzord. Eventually Megazord and Dragonzord are knocked down to the ground. Lokar announces, they are all yours Rita. She is joined by Squatt, Baboo, and Scorpina. Rita gloats, Power Rangers - got ya! Squatt is thrilled too - the Power Rangers are finished! Rita tells them, she is going to enjoy this. She aims her wand at Megazord and Dragonzord and blasts them. Parts of Megazord and Dragonzord start to vanish. The Rangers eject out as Megazord and Dragonzord completely disappear. Rita then blocks the communicators' frequency. Goldar has returned to Moon Palace and stands with Rita. Finster, Squatt, Baboo, and Scorpina are with Rita as well. Rita is thrilled to be winning. Finster adds, without Zordon and the zords, the Power Rangers are ripe for defeat. Goldar exclaims he is going down there and personally finished off each one of those power geeks! Rita tells Goldar to get down there. Unfortunately the plan did not work. Before Goldar and two Putties could strike the teens, Billy had adjusted the communicators' frequency, and they were able to teleport out. Goldar continued to attack the city with Cyclopsis and Lokar. Soon the Rangers and their zords arrived. This time the Rangers constantly changed their battle mode, weakening Cyclopsis. Eventually Cyclopsis was destroyed by Ultrazord. Lokar vanished and his whereabouts are unknown. Rita is furious. She screams, I can't stand it! Fearfully, Baboo covers his face. Baboo tells her he certainly regrets her displeasure. Squatt tells her it wasn't his fault, he was asleep. Finster defends himself. You can't blame me. This time it's all Goldar's fault. Goldar screams, never mind that! Rita, get us out of here before the Ultrazord blasts us! Rita laughs. The Moon Palace heads back up into space. Finster, Goldar, Scorpina, Baboo, and Squatt join her on the balcony. Rita yells at Goldar to never tell her what to do again!

Rita has been watching the classroom where Mr. Caplan was checking on the teens progress with their tree planting project. She has Baboo, Squatt, and Goldar with her. Rita comments, so you want to raise some trees. Goldar tells her, I will send down Squatt, my queen, to sow the seeds of the terrible Octoplant. The dreaded Octoplant will grow and grow until it's tentacles encircle the entire Earth and destroy it! Rita laughs. Squatt is sent down and successfully plants the evil seeds. Later, Jason is alone in the park when he is attacked by Octoplant's roots. He manages to morph, but is soon trapped in the roots. Rita, Baboo, Squatt, and Goldar are watching Red Ranger's struggle with Octoplant's roots. Rita comments, soon my Octoplant will crush him. Goldar adds soon the Octoplant's bulb will bloom. Rita laughs. Unfortunately the rest of the Rangers arrive and free Red Ranger. Rita and Goldar have been watching the battle. Rita is taken aback to see Red Ranger is free. Goldar states, Jason's friends have saved him for now. Things are made worse when the Rangers start digging for the seeds. Baboo, Squatt, Scorpina, and Goldar are with Rita. Rita screams, they are going to wreck everything! Goldar states he will lead the attack. Scorpina volunteers to come along. Rita is pleased, how delightfully evil. Goldar and Scorpina leave to battle the Rangers. Rita watches the battle and is pleased. Baboo is by her side. She tells him, my plan is succeeding. Baboo adds, while they fight the Putties, the Octoplant is getting the chance to grow and grow. The battle goes well for Goldar and Scorpina. Rita laughs as she watches the battle. Baboo puts a damper on her happiness by pointing out the bulb still hasn't bloom. Rita calls him a nutcase. Watch! My victory is certain! Baboo asks her if she is sure. Rita replies, you'll see. Octoplant blooms and arrives in Angel Grove. Rita is thrilled. Baboo and Squatt are with her. Rita tells them, just like I told you two. Nasty isn't it? Squatt admits, you were right and I was wrong. Baboo reassures Rita that he knew it would work. Rita tosses down her wand to make Octoplant grow. Octoplant grows to giant size. The Rangers summon their zords. Rita is not happy to see the arrival of the zords. Octoplant fires and hits the zords. Rita gleefully states, take that! Eventually Octoplant is destroyed by the Rangers and their Megazord.

Rita was in her palace. She had been watching the teens and learned that Billy had a fear of fish. Rita: "Ahh! Billy doesn't like sea creatures, huh." Goldar: "This is the perfect time to bring out your toxic Goo Fish, your evilness, and destroy them all." Rita: "Well then, what are you waiting for? Get to it Goldar!" Rita kept an eye on Billy and Kimberly and overhear them getting ready to met the others at the beach. Rita: "We have got to keep those two off the beach until we're ready." Goldar replies, I'll send down a squad of Putties to overwhelm them. Baboo claims that he was about to say the same thing. Squatt quickly tells Baboo, you were not! Rita tells them to shut up. Rita then declares, we're going fishing for Rangers! Goldar sent down several Putties down to battle Kimberly and Billy. Eventually the Putties were defeated. Later, Goo Fish is sent down. Pink Ranger and Blue Ranger battle Goo Fish. Baboo, Squatt, and Goldar are with Rita as she watches the battle. Rita is frustrated. Why won't the Goo Fish go ahead and finish them?! I want those geeks wiped out right now! Goldar tells Rita, you should cast a spell to make Billy's fear unbearable. Rita likes the idea. Goldar laughs. Rita casts the spell - bring Billy overwhelming terror. Make his fear sharp like a spear. When fish are in his sight, fill him with fright. The spell works and Blue Ranger is too afraid to fight. Eventually the rest of the Rangers arrive to help them. Goo Fish retreats into the ocean. Baboo and Squatt stand beside Rita as she asks Goldar, what's next with our Goo Fish? Goldar replies, I've ordered him to draw out the Megazord and then use his goo to destroy it. Goldar laughs. Later, Goo Fish and several Putties are back on the beach. Soon the Rangers arrive and there is another battle. During the battle, Blue Ranger overcomes his fear and breaks the spell. Blue Ranger defeats Goo Fish with his Power Lance. From her Moon Palace, Rita declares it's not over yet! Rita tosses down her wand to make her monster grow. Goo Fish grows to giant size. The Rangers quickly summon their zords. Rita is not happy to see the arrival of the zords. It is an intense battle. During the battle, Goo Fish shoots it's toxic venom on Megazord's legs and the Megazord cannot move. Rita excitedly exclaims fantastic as she watches the battle. The Rangers convert the goo to energy and Megazord can move. Eventually Goo Fish is destroyed by the Megazord. Rita is joined by Baboo and Squatt. Rita can't believe they lost. Rita declares, I can't take it anymore! I've had it!

Baboo, Squatt, Scorpina, and Goldar are standing on the balcony with Rita. Rita shouts, yes, you are right Zack! (Zack had found a Putty in the woods and was going to battle it when several more Putties arrive. Zack had commented how he should have known it wouldn't be a fair fight.) Squatt adds if he thinks this is unfair, just wait. Goldar tells Rita, it's a brilliant plan. Rita agrees. She asks Goldar if he is prepared? Goldar answers by telling her the Power Rangers are doomed. Rita happily walks away. The plan had worked so far. The Putty, disguised as an elderly woman, gave the pig, Norman, to the teens, who were helping out at the adopt a pet program in Angel Grove park. There was a timer that was counting down and once it reached zero Norman was going to transform to Pudgy Pig. Baboo, Squatt, and Goldar are with Rita. Goldar tells Rita, it's time to cast your spell. Rita does so. The plan had worked. Pudgy Pig had attacked and the Power Rangers went into battle. Suddenly Pudgy Pig vanished and went to a farm. Pudgy Pig was soon located and the Power Rangers teleported to the farm. Meanwhile, a giant Goldar was attacking Angel Grove. Zordon soon let the Rangers know that Pudgy Pig was a diversion, the real threat was Goldar. The Power Rangers teleported to the city. Soon Goldar was battling Megazord. Rita is watching the battle and she is very pleased. Rita shouts, at last, you failed you weenies! Rita laughs. The battle continues between Megazord and Goldar. Red Ranger gives the command to power the sword to full charge. At the Moon Palace, Rita becomes more upset - Megazord, oh no! Back at the battle, Goldar vows, you haven't seen the last of me, fools! Goldar vanishes before Megazord can strike. At the Moon Palace, Rita is furious and screams no! Baboo and Squatt are with her. Baboo steps forward and tells Rita, I guess you can't afford to send us to face certain doom. Rita replies, that's a good one. Rita calls for Goldar and he walks in. Rita berates Goldar. Goldar apologizes and promises that next time, he will finish every last one of them.

Rita has been watching the Oddball games in Angel Grove park. Goldar, Squatt, and Baboo are with her. Rita was laughing. Rita: "So, the Lion Trophy, I'll show them the Lion Trophy." Goldar: "Of course, my queen, Goatan the Storm Bringer! The Earth and those Power Rangers will be destroyed for good." Although the red team, which included Kimberly, Trini, Billy, Jason, and Zack had won the trophy. Bulk & Skull stole it. Rita: "Our trophy is getting away!" Goldar: "Those two bumblers won't get far my Queen. I'll send down a horde of Putties to keep those power pests away." Goldar sent down several Putties to the teens, who had split up into two groups to find Bulk & Skull, and the trophy. At the Moon Palace, Squatt asks, what is your badness up to? Goldar yells at him, silence you fool! You will break her concentration! Baboo concludes that she is casting a spell. Goldar confirms this. Baboo further realizes the spell is to change the lion trophy into the monster Goatan. Rita casts her spell. Squatt and Baboo become frighten by the spell and hug each other. The Putties were defeated, but it gave Rita enough time to cast a spell that turned the Lion Trophy into Goatan. Goatan scared Bulk & Skull. Later, the Rangers would battle Goatan, the battle would escalate to forming the Megazord and the Rangers would destroy Goatan.

Rita: "What's going on?!" Goldar: "It's time for the Crystal of Nightmare. With it, the Rangers will dream only of defeat. The Crystal will destroy their confidence forever!" Rita: "Why should I care about that?" Goldar replies, without their self confidence, their powers will be worthless. Rita thinks it's a good plan. Goldar left to put his idea into action. Initially the plan worked and the teens lost their confidence through nightmares. The following morning, Zordon, aware of what happened, teleported the teens outside the cave where the Crystal of Nightmares was kept and guarded by Putties. Eventually Jason manages to run inside, and although Goldar tried to stop him, destroyed the Crystal of Nightmares. With the crystal destroyed, the spell was broken and the teens' self confidence returned. The teens defeated the Putties. Another battle followed with the Rangers' Megazord and a giant size Goldar and monster form of Scorpina. The two were defeated by the Rangers. Baboo, Squatt, Finster, Scorpina, and Goldar blamed each other for the failure. Rita complained of a headache.

Rita is aware that Jason has found a lost dog and it gives her an idea. We can use that mutt to get to the Rangers. Baboo thinks it's a good idea. Squatt wishes he had thought it. Baboo and Squatt follow Rita into Finster's room. Rita tells Finster it's time to hatch my fabulous Fighting Flea. Look out Red Ranger! Goldar comments, that takes care of Red Ranger, but what about the others? Rita replies, I'll cast a spell that will make the itch contagious and get them all. Finster places the mold of Fighting Flea into the Monstermatic. He had been looking forward to this for such a long time. It will put quite a bite on the Rangers. Squatt comments it's munch-a-roonie time! Rita, Squatt, Baboo, and Goldar all watch the mold go in the Monstermatic. Soon Fighting Flea drops out. Fighting Flea exclaims I'm ready! I'm ready! Moments later, Squatt, Baboo, Scorpina, and Goldar are standing on the balcony with Rita. Rita asks Goldar, well what do you think now Goldar? Goldar asks, how will he get closer to him? Rita has the answer. I'm going to shrink him and put him on the little doggy! The tiny form of Fighting Flea lands on the dog. Rita laughs with joy at the success of her plan. Jason pets the dog and soon can't stop scratching his arm. Rita laughs and tells Finster and Goldar, that was great! Finster agrees. Fighting Flea did work out well, if I do say so myself. Goldar tells Finster to forget about that! We must send down the Putties to finish off Red Ranger once and for all! Putties are sent down to fight Jason and Kimberly. During the fight, they end up with the itch and retreat. Moments later, Fighting Flea confronts Kimberly and Jason. Jason and Kimberly morph and fight Fighting Flea. The rest of the Rangers soon join them. Blue Ranger has an antidote which he sprays on Red Ranger. The Rangers defeat Fighting Flea. Squatt, Baboo, and Scorpina have been watching the battle with Rita. Rita declares, we need magic! Wand let the monster grow! Rita throws her wand down to Angel Grove. Fighting Flea grows to giant size. Eventually Fighting Flea is destroyed by Megazord. After the battle, Rita blamed Baboo and Squatt for the failure of the plan.

As always, Rita was aware of what was going on in Angel Grove. She had overheard Miss Appleby tell her class she was putting in a picture of the Power Rangers in the time capsule, so the future would not forget their heroes. Rita was outrage. Rita: "Heroes! Finster! I'm the remarkable one the future should remember! Where's my monster cookbook?" Rita found it. Rita: "Ahh, here it is." Rita began flipping the pages. Squatt tells her, she needs a monster that can defeat the Power Rangers once and for all. Finster tells them, he has just the thing. The dreaded Jellyfish. I'll start making him at once. Rita walks over to her balcony with Goldar, Squatt, and Baboo. Squatt adds, and the name Rita Repulsa will live forever once the Power Rangers are defeated! Rita laughs. Later, Rita yells for Finster. I'm tired of waiting for this monster I'm suppose to have! How soon? Baboo and Squatt stand on either side of Rita. Goldar adds, you are holding up my queen's evil scheme. Calmly, Finster tells them, he must have the right ingredients. Finster completes his monster with a backbone, otherwise his monster would just be a pile of sushi instead of my most wonderful horrible creation. Finster places the clay into the Monstermatic. Squatt comments, then it's goodbye Power Rangers! Rita has been watching Angel Grove High School and she gets anxious when she sees the teens leaving with the time capsule. Rita screams, I'm waiting you dummies! Goldar tells her, do not worry my queen. I will send down the Putties to distract them while Squatt and Baboo steal the capsule and put your picture in it. Squatt and Baboo hurry out. But the plan did not work out. Baboo and Squatt return to Moon Palace, and Rita is not happy with them. She screams at them, you were suppose to take my picture with you! Next time I'll make hubcaps out of you! Squatt and Baboo hug each other in fear. Finster announces, the Jellyfish monster is finally finished and has been sent down to Earth as you commanded. Goldar adds, at last, the Rangers' defeat is at hand. This makes Rita happy. Unfortunately Jellyfish is destroyed by Megazord. Rita is furious. We lost again! Squatt and Baboo are with her and they huddle in fear. Rita continues to scream, it's so sad. I've got such a headache! Squatt responds, oh no! Not again!

Rita was watching Trini at the Youth Center, as she learned a new form of kung-fu. Rita: "How cute, she wants to do Mantis Kung-Fu. Finster, make me a monster. I'll show her how it's done." Goldar: "Our latest monster to take on Trini, and then destroy her." Rita: "Her and the rest of those power brats too!" Rita tells Finster to make a good monster. Squatt adds, those Power Rangers have been bugging us forever. Baboo comments, this could be tasty. Finster is confident his mantis monster can do the job. Rita is confident as well - we'll finally get them! Finster created the monster Mantis. Mantis was sent down to Angel Grove. Mantis and Yellow Ranger battle until the rest of the Rangers arrive. Mantis told Yellow Ranger it wasn't a fair fight and vanished. Mantis' words hit Yellow Ranger hard. Rita had been watching the fight from her balcony and she laughs at Yellow Ranger's dilemma. Baboo, Squatt, and Goldar run up to the balcony as Rita gleefully announces that the Mantis has shamed Trini and she will have to fight him on her own next time and it will be the end of her. Finster agrees, it's a brilliant plant. Squatt notes that Baboo had thought it was a bad idea. Baboo can only stutter in fear. Rita doesn't care. She screams silence and savor my genius! Rita continues to watch Trini. Goldar is with her. Rita laughs as she watches Trini. Goldar tells her, now is your chance to get Trini away from the others. Trini is lured away from the Youth Center by a fake note from Master Li, asking her to meet him in the quarry. Soon Trini is facing down Mantis once more. Mantis and Yellow Ranger battle. Rita watches the battle with Baboo, Squatt, Finster, and Goldar. She sees Kimberly, Billy, Zack, and Jason running towards Mantis and Yellow Ranger. Rita screams, you want action! A few Putties should excite you! Several Putties are sent down to keep Billy, Zack, Jason, and Kimberly away from Yellow Ranger and Mantis. Soon the four teens defeat the Putties and join Yellow Ranger in her battle against Mantis. Mantis has an easy time against the Rangers. Rita is watching the battle and she is confident that she has the Rangers now. Rita throws down her magic wand to make Mantis grow. Mantis grows to giant size. The Rangers summon their zords and form the Megazord. The battle continues. Eventually Mantis is destroyed by Megazord. Rita is furious. Baboo, Squatt, and Goldar are kneeling before her and she strikes them with her wand as she yells at them. How do you always mess up?!

Rita has been watching the Youth Center, where Parents Day was being hosted. Rita: "Parents Day!" Rita mocked the special occasion. Rita: "Mama! Mama!" Baboo: "Yes, my Queen. The humans seem to feel that their parents are very important people." Rita is flanked by Baboo and Squatt as she enters the monster making room. Finster, Goldar, and Scorpina are all there. Rita wants a monster who will kidnap the parents of the Rangers. Scorpina notes then they will be under our control. Rita likes the idea. Finster suggests they use the Dramole monster. It comes with a perfectly delightful gas that can hypnotize anyone who breaths it. Dramole travels beneath the ground, completely undetected. Scorpina adds, so if we can distract the Power Rangers, Dramole can hypnotize their parents and kidnap them! Squatt shouts, this is great! Once we have their parents! Baboo adds, the ransom will be their surrender. Rita finishes to me! I will accepted their surrender and then I will destroy their world! Dramole is sent down to Angel Grove where Dramole successfully transfers all the people inside the Youth Center into the dark dimension. Moments later, Billy walks into the empty room. Rita has been keeping an eye on the Youth Center. Rita notes one Ranger is there all alone. She walks over to Baboo and Squatt and tells them, this is great. Goldar hurries onto the balcony. Rita tells Goldar, we can put the Blue Ranger under our spell. Goldar adds, we can use him to retrieve the Dragon Dagger. Rita likes the idea. The Dramole releases his gas and Billy coughs as the gas reaches his face. Billy hears Rita's voice calling out to him and he is under her control. Rita tells Billy that she is his evil queen and the power he will answer to. Rita instructs Billy to bring the Dragon Dagger. Billy responds, yes mistress. I obey your commands. Billy vanishes. The plan works well. Billy teleports to the Command Center, deactivates Alpha 5, and takes the Dragon Dagger, which he then brings to Goldar. Once Goldar has the Dragon Dagger, Billy is no longer under Rita's spell. Goldar sends Dragonzord on a rampage through Angel Grove. The Rangers try to defeat Dragonzord, but they can't. Painfully they give up their power coins to Goldar and find out that Goldar has no intention of releasing their parents. Goldar laughs and then vanishes. Rita exclaims, we won! Goldar, Baboo, Squatt, and Finster are with her and they are excited as well. Squatt tells Goldar, you really using your head this time. Goldar states, I told you, we wouldn't fail. Rita exclaims, this is fantastic!

Rita was watching the Youth Center and saw that Tommy had returned. Rita: "Huh? What's he doing there?" Goldar: " There is no way they can bring Green Ranger back. Impossible!" Rita: "He's lost his power Goldar." Squatt: "That's right!" Baboo exclaims, brilliant! Brilliant! Rita is ready to destroy Angel Grove. Goldar tells her he will start the next phase immediately. Finster tells them, and Dramole, my most horrible monster yet, will finish Earth once and for all. Goldar goes down to Angel Grove and plays the Dragon Dagger. Dragonzord attacks Angel Grove. Unfortunately, Zordon was able to transfer some of his energy to Tommy. Tommy was once again the Green Ranger. Goldar and Green Ranger fought. Green Ranger managed to get the Dragon Dagger back and started playing it. Rita is furious. She screams, I should fire all of you! I couldn't possibly have worse help than I do already. Baboo and Squatt cover their faces in fear. Rita asks Scorpina if she is ready? Scorpina is. Rita states perfect and then laughs. Scorpina goes down to Angel Grove. In giant monster form, Scorpina helps Goldar battle Dragonzord. From the Moon Palace balcony, Rita, Baboo, Squatt, and Finster cheer Scorpina and Goldar on. During the battle, Goldar remembers he left the power coins unguarded and vanishes from the battle, along with Scorpina. But it is too late. Green Ranger managed to get the power coins and was teleported back to the Command Center. Rita yells at Scorpina, Goldar, Baboo, and Squatt. You numbskulls! You had Green Ranger and you let him get away! Lucky for you, I still have my monster! Summon Dramole! Dramole breaks through the surface. The Power Rangers arrive. Dramole quickly releases it's gases and puts Red Ranger, Yellow Ranger, Blue Ranger, and Black Ranger under it's spell. The four Rangers go after Pink Ranger. Soon Green Ranger arrives and fires at Dramole, breaking the spell and defeating Dramole. From the balcony of her Moon Palace, Rita throws her wand down to Earth as she chants make my monster grow! Dramole grows to giant size. Another battle follows. Dramole is eventually destroyed by Ultrazord. At the Moon Palace, Rita is furious and falls to her knees. Baboo, Squatt, Scorpina, and Finster run over to help her. Rita yells, curse you Power Rangers! Goldar adds, they have escaped today but they have not seen the last of us!

Rita has been watching Angel Grove High School and is delighted with Billy's dismay. Rita: "Poor Billy got a B. That gives me an idea. Finster, make me a monster. A horrible, stinging bee." Finster: "Ah, yes, your evilness." Finster decided to create Grumble Bee out of his putty. I'm sure with my super putty I can create just the monster you're looking for. A powerful Grumble Bee monster with a nasty venom and sharp stinger. Rita has entered the monster making room and plays with the clay monsters. Finster is confident that this monster will be the end of the Power Rangers. Rita laughs. Rita has been keeping an eye on park as Jason, Kimberly, and Zack played basketball. Rita laughed and commented, I've got a new test for you! She walks over to Baboo and Squatt and tells them, I thought I told you ninnies to call Goldar. Rita calls for Goldar and he quickly arrives. Rita tells Goldar, you know what to do next. Goldar replies, I and my Putties shall engage the Rangers until Grumble Bee is ready. Rita tells him to get to it! Goldar leaves. Rita walks over to Baboo and Squatt once more and tells them to go do something nasty. Squatt quickly replies yes and they both hurry away. Rita laughs. The plan works well. Goldar and several Putties tied up Kimberly, Zack, and Jason with a golden rope that keeps them within a force field that they can't break out of. Grumble Bee is sent down and does well against Yellow Ranger and Blue Ranger. Eventually Alpha 5 managed to break Zack, Kimberly, and Jason out of the force field. The three Rangers join Yellow Ranger and Blue Ranger against Grumble Bee. Soon Grumble Bee is defeated. With Squatt and Baboo cheering her on, Rita screams make my monster giant and throws her wand down towards Grumble Bee. Giant size Grumble Bee does well against the Rangers and their Megazord. Rita, Baboo, Squatt, Finster, Scorpina, and Goldar all cheer. But the Rangers turn things around and Grumble Bee is destroyed by Megazord. Rita is furious. She yells lame brains! Another evil scheme down the drain! I hate those Power Rangers! Baboo, Squatt, Finster, and Goldar cower in fear.

Rita had been watching a self defense class taught by Jason and Tommy. Rita: "Two heads are better than one! Maybe that's the problem with Finster's monsters. They've only got one head, so they're stupid!" Squatt and Baboo went into a hiding place, seeing how upset Rita was. Squatt: "Hey, I'll take an extra head!" Baboo: "Move over." Baboo and Squatt continued to watch from their hiding place. Rita tells Finster, make me a monster with two heads so it will be twice as smart. Finster responds, I have a delightful parrot monster I'm working on. Rita screams, I want it special! Finster replies it is. Finster points to the clay figure as he states, it has one head here, and another down there. Rita likes it. Finster tells her he will have it for her in a jiffy. Rita warns, it better be good this time. Later, Rita has been watching Jason and Tommy at the park. Rita comments, all by yourselves boys?! Rita laughs. Goldar tells her, first that two-headed parrot will eliminate those two and then he can go after the other Rangers! Two Headed Parrot is sent down and soon is fighting Red Ranger and Green Ranger. Two Headed Parrot does so well, the two Rangers have to retreat. Later, Two Headed Parrot is fighting Red Ranger, Pink Ranger, Yellow Ranger, Blue Ranger, and Black Ranger. Tommy is not with them, as he is searching for a pamango tree. Rita keeps an eye on Tommy. It isn't long before she becomes furious. No! Green Ranger manage to find the pamango tree! If I could only rip out all the fruit! Goldar tells her, your wish is my command. I'll send the Putty Patrol. The Putties are sent down and successfully overpower Tommy and take the pamango fruit before vanishing. Unfortunately Tommy gets another one from Ernie. The Rangers use the pamango fruit to cause Two Headed Parrot to fight with itself. Two Headed Parrot is defeated. Rita exclaims, magic wand, make my monster grow! Rita throws her wand towards Angel Grove park. Two Headed Parrot grows to giant size and battles the Rangers. Eventually Two Headed Parrot is destroyed by Ultrazord. Rita is furious. I don't believe it! Those Power Brats did it again! That two headed monster wasn't twice as smart, it was twice as stupid! I have a headache!

Rita had just seen Zack get a kiss on the cheek from Angela. Rita: "I'll do everything within my power to show you what a real peck on the cheek feels like." Later, Rita stormed into Finster's monster room. Rita: "Finster, why is it taking you so long with my new monster?" Finster: "Sorry my queen, but he's nearly finished, and I think you will find him worth the wait. The Peckster can destroy any building with just a peck or two." Rita: "Hmmm, it had better work". Don't blow it this time. Finster promises he won't let her down. Peckster is sent down and does well against Black Ranger. Rita, Goldar, Squatt, and Baboo are watching the battle. Rita is very excited. Finally! One of Finster's monsters has done something right! With Zack out of the way, the rest will be easy! But it doesn't last long. In another battle with the Rangers, Peckster is defeated. Rita had been watching the battle and she gets very angry. Rita screams no! She throws down her wand to make Peckster grow. Another battle follows between Peckster and the Rangers with their Megazord. Megazord eventually destroys Peckster. Rita is furious. She storms into the monster making room where Finster, Baboo, and Squatt cower in fear. Rita screams, I can't believe you imbeciles let this happen again! I've obviously been way too nice!

Keeping an eye on the Youth Center, Rita knew that Kimberly and Skull would be the next contestants on the game show "Trick Or Treat". Rita: "Those bozos just gave me a wonderful idea. Goldar!" Goldar: "Yes my queen, I have the same idea. Unleash the Pumpkin Rapper monster. He'll grow where we planted the rotten pumpkin seeds." Rita: "Why haven't you done so yet?" But Goldar had. Goldar had sent Baboo and Squatt down earlier to do the task. Later, Rita had been keeping an eye on the park and becomes very upset when she sees Tommy there. Rita paces back and forth as she calls for Goldar. When Goldar arrives, Rita screams, I can't stand it! Goldar tells her, don't worry my queen. I'll send down the Putties to deal with him. The Putties are sent down and Tommy is kept busy battling the Putties. Tommy defeats the Putties. Using Rita's telescope, Squatt watches the game show. Squatt notes, it looks like Kimberly is winning. Rita moves Squatt out of the way and looks through the telescope. Baboo and Goldar are there as well. Goldar informs Rita, when Pumpkin Rapper is ripe, they will all lose! Permanently! Moments later, Squatt, Baboo, Scorpina, and Goldar are standing on the balcony with Rita. Rita demands to know where the monster is. Goldar informs Rita that the Rapper is almost ripe. He will awaken soon. But that is not soon enough for Rita and she shouts for the monster to wake up. Which Pumpkin Rapper does. Soon the Rangers are fighting Pumpkin Rapper and destroy him with their Power Blaster. Rita is furious. Baboo, Squatt, and Goldar are kneeling before her as she berates them and hits them with her wand.

Ernie had just decided, thanks to Jason and Zack, to have a second try-out for the soccer team. Jason and Zack offered to help out Roger, who hadn't made the first cut. Goldar: "If the Rangers want to help that brat play ball, we should supply the equipment." Rita: "Yes, bring me a ball that will kick around the Rangers." Finster: "I have just the thing my queen. The Soccadillo monster ball." Rita: "Will it destroy the Power Rangers?" Finster is confident that it will once it is fully energized. Goldar instructs Finster to continue charging it. We'll send it down as soon as it's ready. Rita adds, and then we'll have something to clobber those Rangers. Rita laughs. The following day, Rita asks Finster to tell her about her monster. Finster replies, of course. The more Soccadillo absorbs energy, the more nasty power it gets. When it finally reaches full charge it will have terrible claws, electric beams. Goldar adds, even the Power Rangers will not stop it. Later, Rita is watching the park. Rita comments, that kid's terrible. I want to send my monster down now! Rita yells for Goldar. Goldar tells her, the monster is not fully charged. I suggest we first send down Putties to wear the Rangers down. Rita likes the idea. Alright, we'll have a little game with them. But Rita quickly tires of watching Jason and Zack face down the Putties, who aren't doing anything. Squatt and Baboo cower in fear as Rita yells, I don't care if it's ready or not! Send down the Soccadillo! Goldar replies, very well my queen. Begin the attack! Soccadillo is sent down. The Putties and Soccadillo, in ball shape, begin the attack. Jason and Zack fight the Putties and Soccadillo. But not much progress is being made. Rita is very angry. Goldar, Squatt, Baboo, and Finster all cower in fear as Rita screams what is it doing?! That thing should have crushed those kids! The Putties and Soccadillo vanish and return to the Moon Palace. Soccadillo charges up some more and then is sent down to Angel Grove. Soccadillo and the Rangers battle. Soccadillo is defeated. Angry, Rita throws her wand down to Angel Grove. Soccadillo grows to giant size and the battle continues. Soccadillo is destroyed by Megazord and Dragonzord. On the balcony of Moon Palace, Rita is furious and blames Goldar, Baboo, Squatt, and Finster. You messed up another great plan! When will I ever learn?! I've seen lunch meat smarter than the four of you! Rita storms off.

Rita had been watching Tommy and Jason teach a karate class. Rita: "Those two guys..."Rita made a gagging sound. Rita: "make me sick!" Finster: "I agree." Rita: "I'll make them enemies instead of friends." Goldar: "Excellent! The Slippery Shark's spell will do the trick." Rita is very excited over the plan. A few moments later, Rita is keeping an eye on Angel Grove park and she gets very excited when she sees Tommy and Jason are all alone. Goldar tells her, the Slippery Shark's boomerang will make them enemies. Rita commands, send the Putties down! What the Putties start, the Slippery Shark will finish! Tommy and Jason fight the Putties. The Putties make sure each guy catches the fin, which casts the spell to make them enemies. Rita is watching the fight and is very happy. Everything is going according to my plan! Now we just wait for the spell to take effect. It doesn't take long for the spell to take affect as Jason and Tommy begin to bicker with each other. Rita has been watching the whole exchange. She gloats, oh, is there a little problem here boys?! Rita laughs. The following day, the spell has Tommy and Jason ready to fight each other at Angel Grove High School, until Miss Appleby arrived. Rita has been watching the high school and is very pleased. Fantastic! Rita laughs. Baboo, Squatt, and Goldar are with her. Squatt tells her, your plan is working wonderfully. Goldar adds, time to send down the monster. Rita agrees. You will make it happen. Goldar states, the Rangers will be finished! They all go to Finster's workroom, where Finster is busy working on Slippery Shark. Slippery Shark drops out of the Monstermatic, and is eager to fight the Rangers. Goldar comments, once on Earth, with his lightening fast speed, those stupid Rangers will never catch him. Rita responds, that's the whole idea and sends Slippery Shark down to Angel Grove. But later that day, Zordon sends Green Ranger and Red Ranger to fight Slippery Shark. Telling them they must work together to break the spell. After several failed attempts to defeat Slippery Shark, the two Rangers work together and break the spell. The rest of the Rangers have arrived and are getting ready to form their Power Blaster. Rita has been watching the battle and she becomes alarmed. My shark! Rita screams, magic wand, make my monster grow! Rita throws her wand down towards Angel Grove. The five Rangers fire their Power Blaster just as Rita's wand hits Slippery Shark. Slippery Shark grows to giant size. He taunts, miss me! Rita laughs. The battle continues. Eventually Slippery Shark is destroyed by Megazord and Dragonzord.

The Angel Grove Junior High School was having it's cheerleading tryouts at the Youth Center. Something Rita was aware of. Rita: "I'm the only one that those punk boneheads should be cheering. You just wait!" Squat: "We'll cheer for you Rita." Rita: "Finster, what's taking you so long with my new monster?" Finster: "The terrible Lizzinator is almost ready, your cheesiness." Goldar adds, meanwhile, we'll kidnap the little cheerleader Kelly. Baboo and Squatt think this is a good idea. Rita plays with the clay monsters. Finster comments, that will keep the Rangers busy while Lizzinator destroys Earth. Goldar exclaims, victory is near thanks to the Lizzinator. Rita adds, and my dear stolen cheerleader. After awhile, Squatt points out that the little cheerleader is way out in the park. Goldar states, time for you two clowns to get her! Baboo suggests to Rita that maybe she should send someone else on this mission. Squatt agrees. She's not alone you know. Rita shoves Squatt aside, as she takes a look through the telescope. She tells them not to worry. The Putties will do the thinking. The plan works. The Putties keep Kimberly and Tommy busy while Squatt and Baboo take Kelly and teleport to a cave. Soon the Putties vanish. Later, the Rangers are fighting the Putties and Lizzinator. Lizzinator does well against Red Ranger and Green Ranger. Rita has been watching the battle. Rita screams, magic wand, make my monster grow! Rita throws her wand down to Angel Grove. Lizzinator grows to giant size. Another battle follows and eventually Lizzinator is destroyed by Ultrazord. Alpha 5 was able to locate Kelly and the Power Rangers teleported to the cave to rescue her. Baboo and Squatt had already vanished from the cave.

Squatt was looking through the telescope, watching the teens play football. Squatt: "Touch Down! Touch Down! Baboo look!" Baboo walked over and took a look. Baboo: "That game those humans are playing looks fun." Rita: "Fun!" Who wants that?! Baboo concludes, certainly not you. Squatt is convinced Rita can beat them at their own game. Goldar adds, join the Rhinoblaster with the Putties, and your team will be unstoppable. Rita agrees. I want a smash down! Squatt asks, you mean touchdown? Rita replies, whatever! The Putties and Rhinoblaster do well against the five Rangers. Rhinoblaster sends them through a vortex, that the Rangers are unable to break out of. Green Ranger arrives and fights Rhinoblaster. Rita screams, wand! Make my monster grow as she throws her wand down towards Angel Grove. Even with Dragonzord , Green Ranger has a difficult time against Rhinoblaster. Baboo and Squatt watch the battle with Rita. Rita is delighted. It's so easy, I don't believe that it's true. Unfortunately Green Ranger manages to throw his Dragon Dagger into Rhinoblaster's mist, which releases the rest of the Rangers from the vortex. The battle continues with Megazord and Dragonzord fighting Rhinoblaster. Eventually Rhinoblaster is destroyed by Megadragonzord. Squatt and Baboo hold onto each other as Rita screams, no! Not again! I've got such a headache!

Rita had been watching Angel Grove High School. In Miss Appleby's class, Bulk & Skull had been teasing Tommy about being forgetful. Rita had Baboo, Squatt, Finster, and Goldar with her. Rita: "You see dummies. I told you Green Ranger must have some weakness. Now listen up. Go to the dungeon and get the Badges of Darkness for our pathetic putties." Baboo: "Of course, the Badges of Darkness." Baboo and Squatt get excited. Goldar adds, they'll turn the Putties into Mutant Rangers. Goldar laughs. Goldar leaves with several Putties to select who will become the Mutant Rangers. After awhile, using her telescope, Rita gets very excited to see the Mutant Rangers. She asks Goldar if they are ready. Goldar replies, they are my queen! Rita gives the order to attack. At least those two! (Kimberly and Tommy were at the park.) Green and Pink Mutant Rangers do well against Tommy and Kimberly. Baboo and Squatt are with Rita as she praises Goldar as he walks in. Good work Goldar! Goldar informs her, we are nearing the time. Rita adds, a fine success! Squatt and Baboo are pleased as well. Commander Crayfish is selected to become the leader of the Mutant Rangers. Commander Crayfish and the Mutant Rangers battle the Rangers. They are defeated by the Power Blaster. Squatt and Baboo cheer Rita on as she throws her wand towards Angel Grove, shouting make my monster grow! Unfortunately Commander Crayfish and the Mutant Rangers are destroyed by Ultrazord. Baboo and Squatt are standing with Rita. Rita is furious. I just don't believe it! That's it! No more seafood!

Rita had been watching the teens at the Youth Center. Rita: "So Zack's in love and wants to buy pearls. What do you say Goldar?" Goldar: "Call on the Ecocite Pearl to unleash the Oysterizer." Rita: "That's great!" Goldar: "We'll pollute the sea and take over the world." Baboo and Squatt also get excited. After awhile, Rita looks into her crystal ball and comments, I believe it's time to awaken my monster. Finster cautions her, careful, my queen. Rita replies, ooh, too late. Inside the crystal ball Oysterizer informs her, I shall bring you the pearl of stillness and bows before Rita. Rita comments, what a lovely gift for Zack to give Angela. Squatt adds, that will quick freeze him. Rita screams, that's the whole idea and then laughs. Unfortunately the Megazord destroyed the Ecocite Pearl. Oysterizer was destroyed by Megazord and Dragonzord.
