At the end of the day, Kimberly, Billy, and Tommy return to the Youth Center. As they sit at the counter, Ernie walks up to them and tells them what a success the program was. Ernie walks away.

The Youth Center is hosting the first annual world teen summit, with Billy as the host. Kimberly and Tommy are inside the Youth Center. There is a lot of activity as everything is being set up. Tommy: "I just can't believe this really is coming together." Kimberly: "I know." Tommy: "Billy is hosting this incredible event." Kimberly: "This is so cool. To have students from all over the world just talking about global events." Ernie had walked in with a statue and placed it on the table where Billy and six delegates sat. Aisha, Adam, and Rocky walked in and headed over to Kimberly and Tommy. They were all very excited. Ernie announced that it was time to begin. Billy stood up and thanked Angel Grove High School's art class for the statue. Billy then introduced the six teen delegates from around the world, Themba (South Africa), Chun Mei (China), Charlie (Australia), Boris (Russia), Pablo (Mexico), and Tamara (Israel), the head chairperson. Tamara thanked everyone and planned to enjoy her time in their beautiful city. Billy told the audience how the six delegates would be talking to teens in Angel Grove, and three would be selected to go to Switzerland with them. A couple of days later, the Annual World Teen Summit continues in the Youth Center. Ernie shakes hands with Billy before the start of the summit. The summit begins as Billy announces, today is the last day of the Teen Summit and it was a huge success. The audience applauds. Charlie states, well, we sure learned a lot this week mates. Tamara adds, about each other and ourselves. Chun Mei continues, we learned that although we are different, in many ways, we are really very similar. Boris adds, and that together, no problem is too big. Themba continues, or too difficult to solve. Pablo adds, if we work together, we can make the Earth a place we are all proud of. Billy concludes, and a place we can live peacefully, for years to come. Everyone claps.

Kimberly, Billy, and Tommy are at the Youth Center. The TV is on and the news announcer is talking. Billy, Tommy, and Kimberly walked up to the counter to listen, as does the rest of the crowd at the Youth Center. Bulk and Skull are there as well. They are confident they will be selected as peace ambassadors and have even dressed the part. Bulk and Skull feed each other chocolate and comment on how Swiss chocolate tastes good at this time of year. TV Reporter: "Out of thousands of entrants, three names were announce today as the lucky students invited to attend the World Peace Summit in Switzerland. The three youths will meet and then travel with teens from all over the world to discuss global problems that affect all of us. Young and old. The three teens selected are Jason Lee Scott, Zackary Taylor, and Trini Kwan." Kimberly squeals in excitement and the guys can't believe it. Bulk and Skull are disappointed. Ernie says congrats and then asks where are they? Kimberly knows - they are taking a bike ride in the park. Tommy, Kimberly, and Billy dash off to tell their friends the good news.

Bulk and Skull enter the Youth Center.
