At the Juice Bar, Jason is practicing for an upcoming tournament. Jason can't seem to concentrate. At one point, when he is practicing a kick, he sees the image of Tommy. Zack knows something is bothering Jason. Zack asks Jason if it is about Tommy, and tells him they miss him too. Jason tells Zack it is more than that. If he had been able to get the green candle, Tommy would have never lost his powers in the first place. Jason tells Zack it is all his fault, despite Zack's protests.
Lord Zedd was watching the Juice Bar. Goldar is with him. Lord Zedd notes that the Red Ranger is feeling guilty. Goldar adds, yes, these foolish humans have an incredible sense of loyalty. Lord Zedd snaps, apparently a trait you don't suffer from. Goldar jumps back a little. Lord Zedd continues, the green candle was just the beginning. These are the end. There are four candles. Each a different color, black, pink, blue, and yellow. Lord Zedd wonders how the Red Ranger will feel after the remaining Rangers powers have been drained and extinguished as once again he stands powerless to stop it. Lord Zedd laughs.
Zack tells Kimberly and Billy that he is worried about Jason. The gang talks and Bulk and Skull overhear them say Power Rangers. Kimberly thinks if they can find Tommy and see he is okay, Jason will be better. Bulk and Skull decided to follow them.
Zack, Kimberly, Billy, and Trini, who has joined them, start driving. They are looking for Tommy's uncle's cabin. Bulk and Skull follow behind in Bulk's aunt's taxi. Skull has his camera at the ready.
