Rangers Back In Time, Part II - Page Twelve

Mr. Caplan yanks Bulk and Skull up by their ears and asks them if they are done with their essays?  Bulk is confused - what essays?  Bulk wonders what they are doing in the classroom.  Mr. Caplan tells him it seems to be where you live.  We are going to have to start charging you rent.  Mr. Caplan realizes he has no idea why he put Bulk and Skull in detention.  Skull suggests it was to take a nap.  Mr. Caplan decides it makes no difference.  He wants them both to write on the blackboard, one hundred times, silence is golden and I will abide by the rules.  Mr. Caplan walks to the blackboard.  Bulk and Skull very sullenly walk up to the blackboard.  Kimberly tells her friends I guess you could say Bulk and Skull have been in detention since the second grade.  Aisha adds literally.
