The Great Bookala Escape - Page Three

Billy does so.  Zordon explains the Bookalas are a gentle race.  The diamond revives Bookala and he is standing in the Command Center.  Bookala repeats what they say in order to learn their language.  Zordon knows Lord Zedd will continue to hunt down Bookala, and they need to help him get back home.
