The attack from Tyrannosaurus and Dragonzord suddenly stops. Red Ranger doesn't understand why the zords stopped attacking. Green Ranger concludes that is weird. Black Ranger feels the important thing is that they stopped. The rest agree. Green Ranger hopes Billy and Trini get here with the signal blocker. From above, Pirantishead tells the four Rangers he has another surprise for them. Pirantishead blows his fish flute and Tyrannosaurus and Dragonzord change direction. The four Rangers note they are headed for the rally. Pirantishead laughs. Pink Ranger asks, what now? Red Ranger points to an area and replies we'll stationed ourselves over there. We may be able to distract them and draw them away.
Zordon informs Alpha 5 that the captured zords are on the move again. Alpha 5 points out that the Power Rangers are defenseless. Zordon is aware, but unfortunately this time the zords are not attacking the Power Rangers. It seems Lord Zedd has instructed Pirantishead to unleash the zords on the citizens of Angel Grove. Alpha 5 becomes alarmed. What should we do?! Zordon replies, the zords must be freed from Lord Zedd's control. And for that we need Billy's signal blocker. Find out if it is completed.
Alpha 5 contacts Billy to see if his signal blocker is ready. Billy replies, negative. We're still working on it.
Zordon tells Billy that the situation has become critical and you must hurry. Billy responds, we should be done with it soon Zordon. Trini agrees. Alpha 5 hopes this works. So does Zordon.
Squatt, Baboo, and Goldar are with Lord Zedd. Lord Zedd tells them they are witnesses to greatness. It's only a matter of time before I hold this world in the palm of my hand to crush at will. Lord Zedd uses his visor to watch Billy and Trini. He states, their efforts are futile. They'll never regain control of their own zords. Without them, they are nothing!
Bulk & Skull are zooming around on uncontrollable 4-wheelers that Pirantishead had put under a spell. The spectators are amused by Bulk & Skull antics.
Lord Zedd stands alone as he decides now the time is at hand. The Power Rangers will witness the mass destruction of all they have fought to protect. Lord Zedd uses his visor as he gazes down at Angel Grove. The first wave of attack will be against those annoying humans called teenagers. After that, the rest of the world shall easily fall. In their hiding spot, Squatt squeals, they are in for it now! I can't watch. Baboo covers his face.
Red Ranger shouts at Pirantishead. We can't control the zords, but we can take you out! Black Ranger agrees. Pirantishead states, you don't stand a chance with your zords protecting me.
