Tommy, Kimberly, and Trini are building sand castles with Trini's neighbor, Hallie.  Hallie thought it would be romantic to be a sleeping princess in a castle, waiting for her prince.  Tommy thought it was sappy.  Richie walked by.  Trini and Richie exchanged glances and hellos.  Bulk and Skull were also at the beach.  Bulk and Skull had come up with the idea of disguising themselves as Zedd's Putties, in order to lure the Power Rangers and discover their identities.  Acting as Putties, Bulk and Skull ran around the beach and in the process destroy a small boy's sand castle.  The small boy gave Bulk a kick, effectively chasing off Bulk and Skull.  Kimberly, Tommy, and Trini are amused.

Lord Zedd is not happy that those teenage twerps are mocking his Putties.  I'll remind them who's master of the universe.  Lord Zedd sends his Putties to the beach to bring him the girl.  Don't hurt her, just teach them all a lesson.  Goldar pleads to go as well.  I have a score to settle.  Lord Zedd tells him to take the bottle with the secret instructions with you.  Lord Zedd laughs.  I can't wait to see the look on their faces when she disappears!

The light hearted moment doesn't last long as Trini, Tommy, and Kimberly hear Hallie screaming.  The three teens take off.  Trini, Tommy, and Kimberly soon find Hallie being held captive by several Putties and Goldar is there as well.  Goldar vanishes before they can do anything.  The teens discover the bottle Goldar has left behind.
