Lord Zedd had been watching Miss Appleby's classroom. The teens were presenting pictures of when they were children. This gave Lord Zedd the idea to turn the teens into children, effectively ridding himself of the Power Rangers. Lord Zedd used the Rock of Time to spin Earth backwards. His plan worked and everyone reverted back to their younger selves. Aisha, Kimberly, Adam, Tommy, Billy, and Rocky were in the park playing when Lord Zedd sent down several of Putties. Although initially scared, the children successfully defeated the Putties. Furious Lord Zedd created Photomare from a discarded camera in the park.
