Charlie

Charlie is originally from Australia.  He became a teen ambassador and travels around the world.  Charlie and several other delegates traveled to Angel Grove.  The Youth Center is hosting the first annual world teen summit, with Billy as the host. Ernie had walked in with a statue and placed it on the table where Billy and six delegates sat.  Ernie announced that it was time to begin.  Billy stood up and thanked Angel Grove High School's art class for the statue.  Billy then introduced the six teen delegates from around the world, Themba (South Africa), Chun Mei (China), Charlie (Australia), Boris (Russia), Pablo (Mexico), and Tamara (Israel), the head chairperson.  Tamara thanked everyone and planned to enjoy her time in their beautiful city.  Billy told the audience how Charlie and the rest of the delegates would be talking to teens in Angel Grove, and three would be selected to go to Switzerland with them.  The following day, Tommy, Rocky, and Adam take Charlie and the rest of the teen delegates out to the park.  There they show each other their karate moves.  Everyone is enjoying themselves.  Suddenly several of Zedd's Putties arrive.  Tamara spots them before Billy.  Billy tells Tamara to run to the Youth Center, which she does.  Kimberly, Aisha, and Billy joined Tommy, Rocky, and Adam who are in front of Charlie and the rest of the delegates.  They tell Charlie and the rest of the delegates to hide.  Charlie and the rest of the teen delegates move away, but they are quickly captured by Goldar, Baboo, Squatt and several more Putties.  Goldar, Baboo, Squatt, and several Putties lead Charlie and the rest of the teen delegates inside a cave.  Baboo notes that the cave is cozy.  Squatt asks, why couldn't we guard the door?  It's creepy in here.  Charlie and the rest of the teen delegates are place in a holding area as Goldar tells them, this is your new home until the master sends for you.  Escape is impossible.  Charlie and the rest of the teen delegates look around as Goldar continues, you are now the prisoners of the great Lord Zedd.  After awhile, the Rangers enter the cave where Charlie and the rest of the delegates are held and rescue them.  They all leave the cave together.  The Rangers are surprised that Charlie and the rest of the delegates know they are Power Rangers and are known in other parts of the world.  The Rangers return Charlie and the rest of the delegates to the Youth Center.  Outside waiting are Aisha, Adam, and Rocky.  They were confident the Rangers could do it.  White Ranger asks them to keep an eye on Charlie and the rest of the delegates for them.  Which is no problem for the three friends.  The next day, the Annual World Teen Summit continues in the Youth Center. Billy announces, today is the last day of the Teen Summit and it was a huge success.  The audience applauds.  Charlie states, well, we sure learned a lot this week mates.  Tamara adds, about each other and ourselves.  Chun Mei continues, we learned that although we are different, in many ways, we are really very similar.  Boris adds, and that together, no problem is too big.  Themba continues, or too difficult to solve.  Pablo adds, if we work together, we can make the Earth a place we are all proud of.  Billy concludes, and a place we can live peacefully, for years to come.  Everyone claps.
