DR. KENDER

Dr. Kender

Dr. Kender works in the science department at Angel Grove University.  She was testing some rockets when a young man, Billy, approached her.  Dr. Kender was impressed with Billy's enthusiasm for science.  Billy was looking for a phase modulator.  Dr. Kender had an old one from NASA that she could lend Billy.  Dr. Kender and Billy used safety goggles to watch some rockets take off.
