Past, Present And Fusion - Page Three

Riley strikes Fury and knocks him to the ground.  Fury:  "You'll pay for that!"  Fury tries to blast Riley, but Riley blocks the blast with his Dino Saber.  The blast is directed towards a tree and hits one of it's branches.  The branch falls off and hits Fury.  Riley runs over to the rock and digs out the Green Energem.  Riley:  "What is this thing?"  As Riley looks at it, it begins to glow green.  Riley receives an image of a velociraptor.  Riley is confused, dinosaurs.  Fury is still struggling to get out from under the tree branch and is making a lot of noise.  Riley calls for his dog and they take off running.  Fury gets back up and yells, get back here!  But Riley and Rubik keep running.

Matt pulls out a flyer from Riley's bag and notes, he's going to a dinosaur museum.  Riley and his mom, and Rubik walk up to Matt.  Matt asks their mom, so you really said he could go?  Riley's mom answers, just for the summer.  Matt looks over Riley's scooter and hopes the thing makes it.  I checked the tires, engine oil.  Matt pulls out a worn out booklet and gives it to Riley as he tells him, I found the old manual.  Just in case you need it.  Riley reassures his brother that he will be fine.  Rubik whimpers.  Riley tells him, I'm going to miss you too as he pets Rubik.  Riley tells his mom, I love you, and gives her a big hug.  Riley tells Matt, and I'll miss those pig pens.  Matt laughs and the two brothers hug.  Riley gets on his scooter and heads out.

Riding along in Tyler's jeep, Shelby holds the Pink and Red Energems.  Shelby asks, why would both of these things be in dinosaur fossils?  Tyler guesses, maybe the dinosaurs ate them.  Shelby doesn't take his response serious, although Tyler is being serious.  Tyler asks her, do you have a better theory, Miss I know It All?  Shelby doesn't answer.  Instead she points out a young man (Riley) standing off the road with his scooter.  Shelby asks Tyler, what was it your dad said?  Tyler replies, helping is always...(Shelby joins in) the right thing to do.
