FUNKY FISHERMAN
Funky Fisherman - Nigel Godfrey
Funky Fisherman is the star of "The Funky Fisherman Show" television show. On the show he plays a nice guy, off the set he is not. Funky Fisherman has little tolerance for the interns on his show. Kira, as an intern, had first hand experience of this. Kira was thrilled to met him, Funky was not. All he wanted was his coffee and he wanted it now. Funky gave Kira five seconds to get his coffee and counted off his fingers. He cut off all her questions and was angry when Kira did not put cream in her coffee. Funky counted off the five seconds again. Kira had put in too much cream, and Funky poured the whole cup out. He simply couldn't tolerate such incompetence. Funky made his way back to his dressing room and everyone stepped out of his way. He waited impatiently for Marty the Mackerel to appear on the set, and when he wasn't there, Funky started counting off again. Once the cameras started rolling, Funky changed into a pleasant, happy person. Although he wasn't happy with Marty constantly bumping into him. Afterwards, he retired to his dressing room for his beauty routine. Funky heard a lot of commotion and left his dressing room. He was furious and demanded to know what was going on. Funky was inadvertently hit with a beam. He shrunken and ended up inside a TV set. Funky was not happy and demanded to be set free. He started counting again. Funky soon found himself in the dark as a black cloth was draped over the TV set. Funky could hear what was going on, but he couldn't see anything. He remain belligerent most of the time. When Marty's name came up, Funky went off on a tirade. He didn't stop, until Kira reminded him that Marty was his friend. Funky was released from the TV set and returned back to normal with a reverser shield the Rangers. He was outside and confused as to where he was. Funky watched the Rangers battle Mad Mackerel. With Mad Mackerel's defeat, Marty the Mackerel was returned to normal. Funky ran over to his friend and told him he believe he owed him an apology. Marty was as friendly as ever and the two friends left together for a tuna sandwich. "The Funky Fisherman Show" became a much more pleasant place as Funky was a very happy guy. He made Marty several balloon shapes and they both danced the happy dance around the set.
