MRS. PORTER

Mrs. Porter - Lori Dungey

Mrs. Porter lead the Reefside High School class through an Egyptian exhibit at the museum.  The class included Kira, Ethan, Conner, and Trent.  As Mrs. Porter walked along, she told the class that the Kings and Queens had a life style awash in riches.  She told the class that many of the artifacts were over 4,000 years old.  Mrs. Porter came upon the tomb of Pharaoh Tutenhawken.  She stopped and told the class that the Pharaoh Tutenhawken was feared by his people.  Many believed that he had mystical powers.  Mrs. Porter told them that it was believed that Tutenhawken could hex people.  Ethan, Kira, Conner, and Trent stopped by the tomb and took a look at the hieroglyphics on the side.  Ethan began to copied them down and Conner asked what it meant.  Mrs. Porter heard them and told them that the legend was that the writing contain a curse.  After Ethan wrote down the hieroglyphics, the class continued the tour.
