Trent and Ethan help Conner practice his soccer skills. Principal Randall walks up and demands a permit. Conner shows her that he has a permit. Principal Randall walks off. Conner wants Trent to help practice again, but Trent plans on being at Hayley's Cyberspace. His favorite artist, Carson Brady, will be there signing comic books. At Cyberspace, Cassidy and Devin are dressed as superheroes to do a story on the comic book fandom. Trent gets to met Carson. Trent and Carson talk for awhile and Carson offers to look at some of Trent's work. Trent leaves and Principal Randall quickly takes his place. Principal Randall claims she is a big fan and gives Carson a pen and has him promise to use it that night. That evening Carson uses the pen and frantically draws and writes a complete comic book on the Power Rangers. When Carson wakes up the following morning, he marvels over how great the comic book turned out. On the field, Kira and Dr. Oliver watch as Ethan puts Conner through his paces at soccer practice. Suddenly the soccer field turns black and white. Kira, Dr. Oliver, Conner, and Ethan walked through a frame that leads them to a comic book dimension. They are attacked by Fridgia, the monster in the comic book.
The Rangers morphed and the battle begins. Dr. Mercer is at home during paperwork when he runs across some of Trent's drawings. The drawings bring a smile to his face, and Dr. Mercer places a call. Carson enters Hayley's Cyberspace with his completed comic book. Trent walks up and Carson gives him a copy, telling him he has to get to his publishers. Trent looks through the comic and is surprised to see the Rangers in it. Trent is really surprised when one panel shows Dr. Oliver asking Trent to come and help. Hayley is with Trent and asks him how it ends. Trent looks to the back and in the comic book, the Rangers don't survive. Concerned, Trent goes after Carson and tells him not to publish the comic book. Carson refuses, claiming it's his best work to date. Trent looks around and asks Carson to stand back. Trent morphs in front of Carson. Trent tells Carson he believes that the Rangers are trapped in the comic book. Carson offers to help and Trent takes the comic book and draws himself into it. Carson is stunned. Trent helps the Rangers by going super dino mode and eventually using the dino gem power to break free from the comic book. Unfortunately Fridgia has also broken free from the comic book. The battle continues and eventually the Rangers destroy Fridgia. Carson likes the new ending to his comic book much better. Trent asks Carson for the pen he used to draw the comic book and tosses into the air and destroys it as well. Another day at Cyberspace has Carson and Trent signing copies of a comic book they have worked on together. Trent was surprised that Carson's publishers were okay with him working with an unknown artist. Carson tells Trent that they worked, the whole thing was bankrolled by Anton Mercer. This news brings a small smile to Trent's face. Cassidy and Devin walked in - still in their superhero gear. Cassidy is convinced she is meant to lead the superhero life. A young man walks in and tells everyone that his bike has been stolen. Cassidy has second thoughts about being a superhero, but Devin pulls her along to solve the crime much to Kira, Conner, and Ethan's amusement.
