Conner and Kira walked in Hayley's Cyberspace at night.  They find Ethan happily watching TV on the new satellite systems Hayley has installed.  Conner is eager to start his report, but Ethan and Kira are already almost done.  Conner is ready to leave, when Kira and Ethan called him to the TV.  Ethan has found a Japanese show based on the Power Rangers.  Conner is very reluctant to watch it and gets mad over how the Rangers are portrayed.  Ethan and Kira both defend the show, telling him to give it a chance.  On the show, the Power Rangers must stop Ka-Ching from giving people bad hair styles, which in turn makes the people greedy.  Conner leaves, but returns when he realizes he has forgotten his backpack.  Conner is drawn into watching the show again.  Conner gets upset again, at one point blocking the screen from the other two.  Ethan and Kira want to see how the show ends and tell Conner to move.  Conner moves back to the coach and watches in resign.  The show becomes more action filled and Conner begins to get into the show.  At the end of the show, with the Rangers defeating the monster, Conner is standing on the coach cheering.  The following day, Conner completes his report on comparing two countries, based on the Japanese show.
