Jesse is a friend of Blake Bradley.  They were in Reefside for the motocross nationals.  Jesse and Blake walked in Hayley's Cyberspace.  A young girl approached Blake and asked if they knew each other.  Blake introduced Jesse to Kira, the young girl.  Jesse got passes for Kira and her friends to come watch Blake.
