Chuck - Jonathon Carter Schall

Chuck and his friends stole cars.  Chuck overheard two police officers at the Surf Spot questioned Adelle about her stolen delivery can.  Chuck was amused and walked towards his friends by a pool table.  On the way there, he took some money out of a purse hanging on a chair.  Chuck boasted to Susie and David that the police didn't have a clue.  Andros had joined them at the pool table after Susie had told him how to eat a banana.  Andros wanted to give some pointers to Susie about playing pool.  Chuck didn't like Andros and was not impressed when Andros demonstrated his point.  Outside, Chuck was trying to unlock a door so he could steal it.  Susie and David were with him.  Andros walked up and Chuck told him that he had lock himself out of the car.  Andros helped them open the car.  Susie offered to take Andros sight seeing and they all got into the car.  Chuck drove the stolen car, looking for his friend, Mikey.  Chuck pulled over when he spotted Mikey and grinned as Mikey stole a purse from an elderly lady.  Andros got out of the car and grabbed Mikey.  Andros yanked the purse out of Mikey's hands and they were joined by two police officers.  Andros handed the purse back to the elderly lady and return to the car.  Andros told his new friends that the one thing he can't stand is a thief.  Chuck did not appreciate the comment, but continued driving.  Andros asked them to stop the car when he noticed a strange surge of electricity around the wires.  They stopped and Andros took off.  David asked if Andros needed help, but Chuck told David they had work to do.  Chuck, David, and Susie went to where they kept their stolen cars.  They were busy dismantling Adelle's delivery can when Andros walked up to them.  Andros soon realized that they were the ones stealing all the cars and told them that the cars were going back to their owners.  Chuck didn't think so and went after Andros, although David had told him to leave Andros alone.  Chuck searched for Andros, but found Voltage Hog instead.  Voltage Hog attacked Chuck and he ended up on the ground.  Susie and David came along and helped him to his feet.  Voltage Hog went after the three of them.  Andros stepped in front of the three to protect them from Voltage Hog.  Andros urged the three to run.  Chuck did exactly that, while David and Susie tried to help Andros.  Later, Chuck was caught by two police officers while he was trying to steal a jeep.
