A little girl named Silvy catches Carlos morphing and begins to blackmail him for his attention.  He's just about had it when he discovers she's just moved to Angel Grove and lost her brother.  Of course, the Psycho Rangers who kidnap Silvy don't have such sympathetic thoughts.
