Maryl is a leading genetics engineer in her field. She was leaving work and was walking towards her car in a parking garage. Maryl had a briefcase that was chained to her wrist. She was talking on her cell phone. Maryl: Yes. I'm leaving the lab now. No, no, I'm not leaving the formula out of my sight until I can be absolutely sure my findings are accurate. Why? Why, because I don't trust anyone. Never have, never will. Got to go. Maryl reached her car. She heard a strange sound and looked around. Maryl tried unlocking her car door, but dropped the car keys. When she retrieve them she noticed the Rin Shi approaching her. Frighten, Maryl tried to unlock her car once more. Maryl: Come on. She managed to get in and shut the door behind her. There were several more Rin Shi and they were surrounding her car. Maryl tried to start her car, but it wouldn't go. Camille appeared in front of her car. Camille: I don't think your car will work without these. Camille had a car part in her hand. Camille tossed it aside and walked over to the driver's side of the car. Camille: Hmmm, you can make things very easy on yourself. Just open the door and hand over the formula. Maryl shook her head no. Camille: Bad choice! Camille ripped off the car door and yanked Maryl out. Camille: Hmmm, nice bracelet, but it doesn't match your outfit. Give me the briefcase. Maryl: I don't have the key. Camille: You're not making very good choices today. Shame. I guess I'll have to take your wrist as well. Suddenly Rhino Ranger came leaping through. Rhino Ranger: Camille! Rhino Ranger and Camille battle. Blue Ranger, Wolf Ranger, and Yellow Ranger had arrived as well and they were battling the Rin Shi. Red Ranger arrive on his Strike Rider. Red Ranger: Strike Rider Cruise! Attack Mode Go! Red Ranger battle the Rin Shi as well. During the battle, Maryl had been knocked to the floor. Camille and Rhino Ranger were still battling. Camille: Life would be so much easier without the Power Ranger. Camille transform into her General Phoenix armor and laughed. Rhino Ranger glanced at Maryl. Rhino Ranger: Get in the car. Maryl quickly got back into her car. Rhino Ranger faced Camille. Rhino Ranger: Try picking on someone your own size Camille. Come on! General Camille: Gladly! Rhino Ranger and General Camille battle once more. Eventually General Camille knocked Rhino Ranger to the floor. General Camille: You disappoint me Rhino Ranger. General Camille turned around and looked at Maryl, who was still in the car. General Camille: Now it's your turn! Maryl quickly got out the other side of the car and ran. Unfortunately she soon found herself trapped in a corner. General Camille: No where else to run. I'm tired of this game. Let's end it. General Camille fired at Maryl. Rhino Ranger: No! Rhino Ranger leaped in and pushed Maryl out of the way. The laser hit the chain on the briefcase and broke it. The briefcase went spinning on the floor and landed by General Camille. General Camille quickly picked it up. General Camille: Thanks! General Camille vanished. Maryl and Rhino Ranger got up off the floor. Rhino Ranger: Are you alright? Maryl: Yeah, I'm alright. Rhino Ranger: Good I thought that you might be...beautiful. Rhino Ranger stutters for a moment. Rhino Ranger: I mean you might be hurt. Maryl: I'm fine. Maryl noticed the briefcase was gone. Maryl: It's gone. Rhino Ranger: What was in the case? Maryl: I have to go. Maryl went running out of the parking garage. The next day Maryl is walking through the city of Ocean Bluff, when she notices a young man following her. Every time Maryl turns around, the young man stops or hides his face behind a newspaper. The young man is Dominic. Finally Maryl walks quickly and Dominic hurries to catch up. Maryl is waiting when Dominic goes around the corner and they come face to face. Maryl asks him if he has been following her. Dominic admits he has. Maryl wonders if she should scream for help and Dominic tells her he would be the one to help her. Maryl asks if he is a policeman or something and Dominic replies something. Dominic tells Maryl he knows that she was attacked yesterday. Maryl is startled. Maryl wants to know how and Dominic tells her he was there. Dominic asks her what was in her briefcase. Maryl is shaken and refuses to answer. Maryl turns around and starts to walk away when there is a flash of light. When Maryl turns around there is the Rhino Ranger. Maryl realizes Dominic is the Rhino Ranger. They go to Jungle Karma Pizza. Fran is the one to greet them and leads them to a table. Dominic tries to persuade Maryl to let him know what was n the briefcase. he had shown her his secret and can trust him with hers. Mary is about to tell Dominic, when Dominic stops her. Dominic excuses himself and goes into the kitchen. After awhile, Maryl decides to go into the kitchen as well. When she opens the door she hears Dominic telling his friends how Maryl is putty in his hands and how she thinks of him as her hero. Maryl is not happy and walks back towards her table. Dominic realizes Maryl had been behind him and hurries to catch her before she leaves. Dominic tells Maryl she has misunderstood what he was saying. Maryl tells him she understood perfectly. Maryl walks out. Later, Dominic catches up to Maryl. Maryl really doesn't want to have anything to do with Dominic. Dominic apologizes and tells Maryl he was just trying to impress, not his friends, but himself. Dominic also admits that he had a job to do, but had gotten it messed up because he likes her. Dominic tells Maryl that several clones are attacking the city and he needs to know how to defeat them. Maryl tells Dominic that if you destroy the clone you destroy the rest. The way to tell the original is that the original has a severe case of itching. Dominic wants to talk to Maryl more and suggests the pizza place tomorrow. Maryl is uncertain. Dominic takes off. Maryl makes the decision not to see Dominic and never shows up at the pizza place.
