Dai Shi, Camille, and the Rinshi are in the woods. Camille stands apart from the rest and watches. Dai Shi: I have to test my growing power. Your challenge Rinshi is me. Who dares? Dai Shi stares at the army before him. The Rinshi attack. Dai Shi battle the Rinshi. Dai Shi lets loose the lion spirit and the lion spirit destroys the Rinshi. Dai Shi laughs. Camille walks up from behind and places Dai Shi's cloak on. Camille: Dai Shi you are so strong and so powerful. Dai Shi: Make yourself useful Camille. Dai Shi walks away. Camille watches him go. Camille is very attracted to Dai Shi, but it is obvious Dai Shi is not. Camille knows she needs to come up with a plan.
Inside RJ's apartment, RJ is blindfolded. RJ wants Lily and Casey to attack him. Lily is a little hesitant, but RJ insists. Casey and Lily attack RJ, but RJ manages to stop them their every move. Casey figures out that RJ is listening to them and signals to Lily to be quiet. Casey and Lily try to be quiet and attack RJ, but RJ still stops them and defeats them. RJ removes his blindfold and tells them they were distracted and defeated. RJ is ready to watch his show, Judge Jamie. Lily leaves, but Casey stays behind. Casey tells RJ that he needs to teach him something. Casey knows that Theo and Lily are way ahead of him. RJ agrees, but tells Casey he has to do everything he tells him to do. Casey agrees. RJ then has Casey rub his shoulders.
Camille and the Rinshi go to the Native American museum, where Camille steals a pouch that contains the spirit of the angry buffalo. A security guard tries to stop them, but Camille stops him with her tongue. Inside RJ's apartment, the robbery is being shown. RJ sends the teens out with a word of caution. Camille is a feisty one. The teens leave using vines to exit out a hole in the wall. The Rangers arrive in the city and immediately battle the Rinshi. During the battle, Camille leaves. Red Ranger leaves her leave and tells the others to continue as he is going after her. Red Ranger chases after Camille. Red Ranger and Camille battle. Camille defeats Red Ranger and taunts him, telling him she thought the Red was suppose to be the toughest. Meanwhile, Fran is preparing the pizza parlor for it's open. Fran goes over her checklist and makes sure everything is ready. There is a commotion at the door. It's a bunch of kids, and their moms, excited over the pizza birthday party. Fran becomes a little alarm when she realizes she is the only one there to handle the party. Upstairs, RJ discovers that his chair is broken. Casey, Theo, and Lily walk in. Casey is upset over losing to Camille, although the other two reassured him he will get her next time. RJ tells Casey that he broke his chair. Casey is more concern about getting more training. Casey wants to caught up with the other two. RJ tells Casey to fix his chair. Casey starts to protest, and RJ reminds him he has to do everything he says without argument. Inside Dai Shi's lair, Dai Shi is not happy with Camille. Camille tells Dai Shi of her plan. Camille has one of the Rinshi reluctantly step forward. Using the spirit of the buffalo, Camille has the Rinshi transform into Buffalord. Dai Shi is pleased with Camille's plan.
Casey fixes RJ's chair and tells RJ his forearms will never be the same. Casey asks about Theo and Lily. RJ tells Casey that he sent them down to check on Fran. Downstairs, the birthday party has turned into a riot and Fran is the target of the screaming children. Lily and Theo are outside the door, gazing inside. Theo and Lily decide Fran is doing fine, neither one willing to enter a room full of screaming children. Back upstairs, Casey tells RJ since Theo and Lily are gone, he will like to get more training. RJ wants Casey to wash his mat. Casey is not happy and RJ reminds him once more that he agreed to do whatever RJ told him. Reluctantly, Casey washes RJ's mat. Meanwhile, the city is under attack by the Rinshi and Buffalord. Back at RJ's apartment, Casey is washing RJ's mat under RJ's instructions. Lily and Theo entered and tell RJ that Fran has everything under control. The TVs then show the attack in the city. Casey is angry, as he wanted to be more trained by the next attack. The three teens leave and head out into the city. The Power Rangers face down Buffalord and the Rinshi. The Rangers battle the Rinshi and use their animal spirits to destroy them. Red Ranger then takes on Buffalord, but Buffalord proves to be difficult. Blue Ranger and Yellow Ranger step in and battle Buffalord. Red Ranger can only admire how skilled the two Rangers are. Yellow Ranger manages to get Buffalord to lose his monster form and Buffalord retreats. Red Ranger wants to go after him, but is stopped by Blue Ranger and Yellow Ranger. When Casey returns to the apartment, he is furious at RJ. RJ takes it all in his stride. RJ tells Casey he needs to mop the floor. Casey starts to walk out when RJ reminds him he had agreed to do whatever he told him to do. Casey begins to mop the floor. In the woods, Camille tracks down Buffalord and wants to know what he is doing. Buffalord tells Camille that he is recharging and Camille tells him not to take too long, as it is her butt on the line. Back at the apartment, Theo and Lily walk in. Theo jokes that he thought he was the neat one. The city if under attack once more. Theo and Lily are ready to go. So is Casey, but RJ tells him he has to stay and finish the floor. Casey points out that Theo and Lily could be destroyed. RJ is unconcern.
Lily and Theo race into the city. They morph. Yellow Ranger and Blue Ranger battle Buffalord and the Rinshi, but it is difficult for them. Inside RJ's apartment, Casey is moping the floor when he decides he has had enough. Casey is very angry with RJ. RJ and Casey battle, and Casey soon realizes that RJ had been training him, only he didn't realize it. Casey is very happy, even if the shoulder rub simply was because RJ had a knot in his shoulders. Meanwhile, Blue Ranger and Yellow Ranger have destroyed the Rinshi, but they are having a difficult time with Buffalord. Red Ranger races up. Red Ranger battles Buffalord, using the techniques that RJ had taught him. Red Ranger defeats Buffalord. Yellow Ranger and Blue Ranger race up to Red Ranger. They are all very happy until Buffalord grows to giant size. The Rangers formed their Jungle Pride Megazord and the battle continues. Camille watches on as Flit comments on the battle. The Power Rangers destroy Buffalord. Camille is unhappy and slaps Flit to the ground.
Inside Dai Shi's lair, Camille is scrubbing the floor as Dai Shi watches. Camille tells Dai Shi she doesn't know why she is being punish, it was Buffalord who had failed. Dai Shi tells her she has missed a spot and if she misses it again, she will be scrubbing the floors of the underworld. Frighten, Camille goes back to scrubbing the floor. Elsewhere, the birthday party is over and Fran and the place are a wreck. Casey, Theo, and Lily enter from the front door as RJ enters from the back of the place. RJ is not happy with Theo and Lily. Lily and Theo apologize to Fran, which Fran accepts. RJ suggests they go out for ice cream, except for Theo and Lily, who have to stay behind and clean the place up. Fran is very excited, she loves ice cream and is about to head out, when she realizes she should clean herself up first.
