MISS FAIRWEATHER
Miss Angela Fairweather - Monica Lauwerens
Miss Fairweather works at Aquabase. She is a scientist who had developed the technology for Lightspeed, including the Rangers' morphers and zords. Miss Fairweather was pushing a cart along a hall when a young man bumped into it as he walked backwards. The cart and Miss Fairweather was knocked to the floor. Miss Fairweather was dazed for a moment, and then found her glasses, which had fallen off, and put them back on. The young man helped Miss Fairweather to her feet and introduced himself, Joel. Miss Fairweather also introduced herself to Joel and shook his hand, although she had a hard time freeing her hand as Joel did not want to let her hand go. Joel told Miss Fairweather that he had a secret meeting with Captain Mitchell - probably another life or death mission. Miss Fairweather listened to Joel amusedly, telling him it sounded dangerous. Joel continued to show off by showing Miss Fairweather his morpher and telling her that he was the Green Ranger. Joel's morpher went off with Dana asking him where he was, as he was late. Miss Fairweather had overheard the conversation and was very amused. Joel told Miss Fairweather that he had to leave hoped to see her again. Miss Fairweather, being a little dramatic, told Joel that she felt that they were destined to meet again. Joel left and Miss Fairweather continued on her way. Later, Captain Mitchell introduced Miss Fairweather as the genius behind everything to Dana, Kelsey, Carter, and Chad. Miss Fairweather told the teens that Diabolico would stop at nothing to destroy the city and that they had to stay one step ahead of him. Miss Fairweather reveal the Rail Rescues. Kelsey was skeptical of trains being much help. Miss Fairweather assured them that they were much more than trains. Magmavore had landed in Mariner Bay and it was time for the Rangers to use their new Rail Rescues. Chad was hesitant - having never operated a zord. Miss Fairweather told him that the Rail Rescues were programmed to assist them automatically and that they should have no problems. The Rangers left and Miss Fairweather joined Captain Mitchell in watching the Rangers on the monitor. Magmavore had create a lava pool downtown. Carter had asked Joel if he could cool the rock and Joel told him he could do anything. Miss Fairweather told Captain Mitchell it was too dangerous as his aircraft didn't have enough power on his own. Captain Mitchell told Joel not to cool down the lava pool and Joel reluctantly followed orders. As the battle continued the Pyro Rescue One was buried in rubble. Captain Mitchell sent Joel in, but Joel had other ideas. Miss Fairweather, frustrated, grabbed Captain Mitchell's headset and yelled at Joel to just follow orders. Joel did. Eventually the Rangers destroyed Magmavore and Miss Fairweather gave an enthusiastic yeah. Captain Mitchell turned around, surprised at Miss Fairweather's outburst. Miss Fairweather composed herself and more calmly said yes. Later, Joel quickly spotted Miss Fairweather working and followed her. Joel was surprised to see Miss Fairweather in the science/testing area and asked her if she should be here. Miss Fairweather commented that she worked here. Joel replied good for her. Joel gave Miss Fairweather a bouquet of flowers and an autograph photo of him as the Sky Cowboy. Miss Fairweather replied how nice, my own pinup. Miss Fairweather asked Joel how the latest mission went. Joel replied everything was fine until some computer geek tried to tell him how to do his job. Miss Fairweather's back had been turned and she became angry at Joel's comments. She turned around and furiously told Joel that the next time he wanted to overload his engines, this computer geek would just let him. Miss Fairweather tossed his flowers back to him and stormed out of the room.
Miss Fairweather was working when she heard Joel's voice called her. Joel like to refer to her as Miss F. Joel was about to ask Miss Fairweather out when the alarm went off - it was a code red. Joel told Miss Fairweather he had to go and she pretended to be disappointed that he was leaving. Later, Miss Fairweather was in the transport area when the Rangers return in their Rescue Rover. Miss Fairweather was stunned to see the Rescue Rover was heavily damaged and she asked Carter what had happened. Carter replied that Vypra had a more powerful vehicle - Vyprari. Captain Mitchell asked Miss Fairweather if she knew what to do. Miss Fairweather replied not yet. Miss Fairweather soon had her team busy working on a new project. During this busy time, Joel came up to her again. Joel wanted to see what Miss Fairweather would be doing later. Miss Fairweather told Joel that she was busy working on a surprise. Joel got a glance of some machinery being put together and assumed it was a surprise for him. Joel asked Miss Fairweather if the surprise was for him and she replied yes. Miss Fairweather was unaware that Joel kept a frame picture of her in his quarters. The following day, Miss Fairweather was ready to reveal her surprise. Her team was there, along with Captain Mitchell and the Rangers. Miss Fairweather told them that every once in awhile her job got personal. She then revealed the Lightspeed Cycles as the latest weapon against Vypra. As Miss Fairweather talked about the cycles, she noticed that Joel did not look happy and asked him if he liked the cycles. Chad started to tell Miss Fairweather that Joel had thought...but Joel stomped on Chad's foot and told her they were fine. The alarm went off and the Rangers were ready with their new cycles. Later, Miss Fairweather was picking up when Joel walked in. Miss Fairweather asked Joel how he liked his cycle and he replied that he liked it, but it was very complicated. Joel asked Miss Fairweather if she could give him some private lessons. Miss Fairweather smiled and removed her glasses. She told Joel that if she didn't know better, she would think that he was asking her for a date. Joel eagerly asked Miss Fairweather what would she say if he did. Miss Fairweather put her arm through Joel's and told him that she would say he is the most charming, handsome young man she knew but, and she placed her glasses back on, according to Rule #322.1 - there is no fraternization among squad members. Joel was disappointed and told Miss Fairweather if it wasn't for the rule, they would have a great time. Miss Fairweather agreed and asked Joel if he would take his cycle for a test drive, which he did. Dana had overheard the conversation and grinning, walked up to Miss Fairweather and told her there was no such rule #322.1. Miss Fairweather laughed and told her that maybe there should be.
Chad and Kelsey were battling Smogger. Smogger had entered a building and Kelsey, despite Chad's warning, entered the building. A back draft hit both her and Chad causing the Rangers to demorph. Chad was okay, but Kelsey had to stay in a hospital. Miss Fairweather was surprised when she found Kelsey at Aquabase putting on her jacket and taking off her head bandages. Miss Fairweather asked Kelsey if she shouldn't be in bed. Kelsey insisted that the Rangers needed her. Miss Fairweather smiled and told Kelsey that she knew she couldn't talk Kelsey out of going. Miss Fairweather told Kelsey that she had made something to help the Rangers and reveal the Rescue Speeder. Kelsey was thrilled and gave Miss Fairweather a hug. Miss Fairweather anxiously told Kelsey to be careful. Kelsey looked surprised. Miss Fairweather quickly adapted a more casual attitude and told Kelsey to bring the bike back in one piece.
Miss Fairweather was working in her lab. She was determined as she worked on her computer, trying to put the Supertrain Megazord online. Eventually, she got it and her techs cheered. Miss Fairweather was deep in thought when Joel came up from behind her. Joel told Miss Fairweather that she worked too hard and sometimes she should do nothing. Miss Fairweather assumed that Joel meant doing nothing with her. Miss Fairweather was preparing the Rescue Rover to leave, to check out some seismic activity at a volcano. She glanced up and had a moment of regret as she watched Joel walked away dejectedly. Miss Fairweather and two of her assistants left to investigate the volcano. They entered the inside of the volcano and began working immediately. Miss Fairweather reported to Captain Mitchell that the volcano was heating up. Suddenly the volcano began to shake. Miss Fairweather continued her report to Captain Mitchell, telling him that there was coming up from under ground. The something else turned out to be a giant Magmavore. The cavern shook more and Miss Fairweather's transmission to Caption Mitchell was cut off. Miss Fairweather and her assistants hurried to leave the cavern within the volcano. Rocks began to fall within and one of her assistants had been hit. Miss Fairweather turned around and helped her assistant back to his feet. The assistants raced out, unaware that Miss Fairweather had been hit by a rock and now was unconscious on the ground. The cavern was seal and although the assistants tried, they could not rescue Miss Fairweather. Captain Mitchell sent Joel, Carter, Dana, Chad, and Kelsey to the volcano. Joel raced to the volcano and blasted his way through the rocks sealing the cavern. Miss Fairweather woke up and slightly dazed gazed into Joel's eyes. Joel smiled back before helping her to her feet and taking her outside and to the Rescue Rover. Carter, Dana, Chad, and Kelsey asked her if she was okay and she told them that she was alright. Miss Fairweather told them to get back to their Megazord. Miss Fairweather had a plan, but she needed the Rangers to buy her some time. Joel told her they would do it and Miss Fairweather and Joel smiled at each other. Miss Fairweather raced back to the lab with her assistants. Once in the lab, Miss Fairweather quickly got to work. She ordered the Supertrain program online. Captain Mitchell entered. Miss Fairweather then instructed the Rangers to break down the Megazord and then put the engines to full power. A giant ramp appeared and the Rangers were able to form the Supertrain Megazord. With the Supertrain Megazord, the Rangers were able to destroy Magmavore. Miss Fairweather kept a close eye on the Rangers throughout the battle. Later, Miss Fairweather knocked on the door of Joel's quarters. Unaware that it was Miss Fairweather behind the door, Joel told the person to enter. Joel was surprised to see it was Miss Fairweather. Miss Fairweather told Joel that she had come to thank him for saving her. She was afraid that sometimes she got so wrapped up in her work that she forgets what it is all for, but Joel had reminder her perfectly. Miss Fairweather thought she would relax and invited him to dinner. Joel was amazed. Miss Fairweather laughed and told him the galley at eight. At eight o'clock, Miss Fairweather sat at a table with Chad, Dana, Kelsey, and Carter. They were waiting for Joel. The doors slid open and Miss Fairweather turned around and saw Joel dressed in a tux with a bouquet of red flowers. Dana, Kelsey, Carter, and Chad erupted in laugher. Joel was embarrassed and Miss Fairweather asked him if he thought it would be just the two of them. Joel tried to recover the situation, by saying of course not, but everyone knew better. Joel started to leave, but Dana, Kelsey, Carter, and Chad brought Joel back to the table.
The evil Titanium Ranger appeared and it turned out to be Captain Mitchell's son, Ryan. Eventually Ryan would join the Lightspeed Rescue Power Rangers team. Miss Fairweather designed Ryan his own zord, the Max Solarzord. Diabolico was not happy with Ryan deserting them and placed a curse on Ryan. A tattoo of a cobra that would move up Ryan's back every time he morphed, until eventually it reached his neck and destroyed him. After Ryan had a difficult battle, Miss Fairweather and Dana tended to the hurt Ryan. Captain Mitchell came to see his son and was dismayed when Ryan turned on his side and revealed that the cobra had climbed higher. Miss Fairweather and Captain Mitchell left sick bay together. Miss Fairweather felt that Ryan should no longer fight as it was too high of a risk. Captain Mitchell agreed. Eventually, frustrated by not being able to do anything, Ryan went to the tomb of the cobra and battled the cobra. Ryan destroyed the cobra and broke the curse. The Rangers destroyed Diabolico, but their trouble were far from over as Queen Bansheera told them. Impus emerged from his cocoon as Prince Olympius. Prince Olympius captured four of the Rangers and was able to use their images to gain entrance into the Aquabase. Prince Olympius used the image of Joel to try to open the entry doors and let Vypra, Loki, and several Batlings were waiting. Miss Fairweather had questioned "Joel" as to what he was doing and was surprised when "Joel" began to fight with her. Miss Fairweather managed to hit the emergency button and close the doors to the entry gate before Vypra, Loki, and the several Batlings could enter. During the struggle the passkey that "Joel" had fell to the floor. Carter picked it up and told "Joel" that he didn't know who he was, but he wasn't "Joel". Miss Fairweather screamed when "Joel" revealed himself to be Prince Olympius. Miss Fairweather continued to struggle to get free and only after Carter gave Prince Olympius the passkey and Ryan tackle him. Carter and Prince Olympius fell into the pool area of Aquabase and ended up on the beach. This action weaken Prince Olympius and the four Rangers were released. Prince Olympius had to retreat.
Miss Fairweather was working on the computer. She noticed something every odd. Miss Fairweather told Dana, Ryan, Carter, Kelsey, Chad, Joel, and Captain Mitchell that the planets were falling into a very rare alignment which hadn't occurred in 3,000 years. Ryan realized what was happening and told them that the planets' alignment was needed in a ceremony to bring back Queen Bansheera. Captain Mitchell send the Ryan, Carter, Kelsey, Chad, Joel, and Dana to stop them. Later, as Queen Bansheera began to take form, a huge tidal wave was headed towards the Aqua Base. Miss Fairweather announced that a tidal wave was about to hit and Captain Mitchell shouted to secure all decks. The Aqua Base began to shake, but then stopped. The tidal wave vanished as did Queen Bansheera. Titanium Ranger had stopped the ceremony by smashing a crystal ball. The Rangers returned to Aqua Base with a victory. Miss Fairweather and Captain Mitchell held a meeting with Carter, Kelsey, Chad, Joel, Dana, and Ryan in the conference. Ryan, who had buried in some rumble, had overheard Prince Olympius, Vypra, Loki, and Queen Bansheera's conversation. Ryan told the group that Queen Bansheera had return, but not with her whole body. Ryan forewarned them that Queen Bansheera's powers would only get stronger and one day, not matter what they did or what weapons they used, she would destroy them to build her palace. Miss Fairweather was a little defensive as she asked Ryan if he was saying Queen Bansheera was indestructible. Ryan told them that they knew there had been a time when the demons had been captured, so they knew it was possible. Ryan made the startling statement that he was leaving to find out how.
Miss Fairweather and Joel watched as Carter tested the Red Mobile Armored Vehicle in a sky simulation. When the simulation ended, Carter was a bit shaken and not sure he could operated the Mobile Armored Vehicle. Carter told Joel that he made it look so easy. Miss Fairweather asked Carter if he would be ready, because tomorrow he would be flying the Mobile Armored Vehicle for real. Carter looked unsure, but Joel reassured Miss Fairweather that Carter would be ready. The following day Joel and Carter entered the transport area. Miss Fairweather already had her tech scanning the Mobile Armored Vehicle. As Carter prepared himself, Miss Fairweather told him that they would be testing all the flight systems and then he was to return to base. Carter morphed and left in the Mobile Armored Vehicle. Miss Fairweather and Joel monitored the situation at the Aqua Base. Initially, the Mobile Armored Vehicle worked well, but then Red Ranger ran into some troubles. Miss Fairweather commented to Joel that the readings were all wrong. She contacted Red Ranger and told him to land. Meanwhile, the rest of the Rangers battled Prince Olympius and Mantevil. Miss Fairweather sat at a computer terminal and worried where Red Ranger was. Yellow Ranger had contacted Carter for help, but Red Ranger arrived too late. The Mobile Armored Vehicle continued to not work correctly and Red Ranger went back in time to the following day. Miss Fairweather and the rest of Aqua Base were unaware of this event. Red Ranger got out of the Mobile Armored Vehicle every upset and was stunned to see that Joel was okay. Miss Fairweather could see that Carter was upset and asked him if he would be okay for his flight the next day. Joel answered, again, and told her that Carter would be ready. The following day, Miss Fairweather had the techs scanning the same systems. Carter entered with Joel and Carter looked very concerned. Carter finally told Miss Fairweather that it might sound strange, but every since yesterday, he has had the feeling that he has relived this day. Miss Fairweather was not concern and told him that simulations could be very disorienting and to just stay focused. Carter reluctantly entered the Mobile Armored Vehicle. Miss Fairweather and Joel took up their positions again to monitor Carter's progress. Once again, the Mobile Armored Vehicle began to have problems and Miss Fairweather had him land. Miss Fairweather suggested that Carter check the power circuits, which Carter already knew he had to do. As Carter worked, he spotted his jacket and realized that he had gone back in time. Carter tried to contact Miss Fairweather to prevent the tragedy from occurring again, but Miss Fairweather never heard him as she was busy at another terminal. Miss Fairweather told the rest of the Rangers that she had maxed out their Battle Boosters and to go for it. Red Ranger made it in time, with the Mobile Armored Vehicle to stop Prince Olympius and Mantevil. The Rangers returned to the Aqua Base victorious. The following day, Miss Fairweather greeted Carter as he entered and told him proudly that the techs had replaced all the circuits and fuse panels and he shouldn't have any more problems with it. Dana told Carter that he had done some fancy flying up there. Carter told Dana that he had learned from the best. Joel agreed and then presented Carter with his own Sky Cowboy hat. Miss Fairweather and the rest of the group laughed.
Miss Fairweather was in the infirmary with her tech. Dana had brought in Joel, Kelsey, Carter, and Chad. They had no memories of being Rangers. The teens struggled against the techs, not understanding what was happening. Miss Fairweather spotted Joel and asked him if he remember her. Joel replied that if he'd seen her before, he'd know it. Captain Mitchell walked in and asked if she would be able to restore their memories. Miss Fairweather told him they could, but it wouldn't be easy. Miss Fairweather started work right away. Miss Fairweather had designed a program - memory restoration apparatus - for such an occasion. Kelsey, Carter, Chad, and Joel were strapped in and Miss Fairweather started the program. She had compiled a huge archived library of their experiences. Miss Fairweather kept a close eye on the procedures and when their memories were restored at 50%, Miss Fairweather decided to try something more personal, inserting a new set of discs that featured more personal memories. Captain Mitchell anxiously checked in, worried about what would happen. Miss Fairweather filled him in on the progress - but it was time consuming because they had to be careful. The alarm went off - which was what Captain Mitchell had feared. The teens were not ready and Miss Fairweather continued to work on restoring their memories. Miss Fairweather was unaware that Dana had sneaked out - despite her father's warning not to. Later, another alarm sounded and Captain Mitchell was informed that the Pink Ranger was in trouble. The memories were restored 100% and Miss Fairweather began to release Joel. Joel was confused and Miss Fairweather asked him if he remembered being a Ranger. Joel replied, of course, I remembered being a Ranger. Miss Fairweather hugged him. Kelsey and Chad were released next and Miss Fairweather asked them what their Ranger colors were - which they replied Yellow and Blue. Carter began to shake and Miss Fairweather realized that the program was on overload with Carter. They stopped the program and released Carter. Carter's head hurt and he couldn't remember any of them. Kelsey, Chad, and Joel left to help Dana. Miss Fairweather stood with Carter and watched the Rangers' battle. Only when Dana was demorph during battle did Carter remembered and he left to join them in their training. After the Rangers successfully destroyed Memorase, they returned to the Aqua Base. Miss Fairweather and Captain Mitchell greeted them. Captain Mitchell told them that he planned a very difficult training session to toughen them up. Joel started to pretend he had amnesia and didn't know where he was at. Neither Miss Fairweather or Captain Mitchell believed Joel. Miss Fairweather asked Joel if he remembered being the Green Ranger and Joel replied that he had never met the guy. Miss Fairweather started to leave, saying it was too bad, she had been thinking about asking the Green Ranger out on a date.
Miss Fairweather was in the pool room and watched as Chad cared for Marina, who was unconscious. Miss Fairweather was deep in thought when Carter, Dan, Kelsey, and Joel entered. Kelsey asked Miss Fairweather if there was anything they could do. Miss Fairweather replied softly that there was no data available on Marina's species and she didn't know how to help her. Miss Fairweather and the teens were stunned when King Neptune arose from the pool in a water form. Carter gave him his trident back and King Neptune thanked them for helping his daughter. Marina had awoken and King Neptune took her home.
Miss Fairweather watched Rangers anxiously as they sat in a mockup of the Lifeforce Megazord cockpit. Collars were suspended down and attached to the Rangers to tap their life energies. Miss Fairweather raised the level to two and then three. The teens began to clutched their heads and Miss Fairweather quickly shut down the equipment. The Rangers demorphed weakly. Captain Mitchell walked in and asked what had happened. Miss Fairweather didn't know and told Captain Mitchell that harnessing the Rangers' life energy was more complicated than she'd thought. Captain Mitchell thought the whole project was too dangerous and wanted to shut it down. Carter, Kelsey, Chad, Joel, and Dana were not ready to give up and told Miss Fairweather that they wanted to try again. Miss Fairweather smiled and Captain Mitchell accepted their decision. Miss Fairweather and the teens went back to testing the new project. Later, the Rangers battled a giant Diabolico and a giant Prince Olympius. All three of their zords were used and the Rangers were not having any luck. Miss Fairweather told them to use the Lifeforce Megazord, while Captain Mitchell reluctantly agreed. Pink Ranger and Yellow Ranger went to get the Lifeforce Megazord. Meanwhile the guys were defeated and all three megazords were destroyed. The Lifeforce Megazord arrived with Pink Ranger and Yellow Ranger telling the guys to tell them. They did and with the Lifeforce Megazord, the Rangers destroyed Diabolico and Prince Olympius.
Miss Fairweather was in the conference room with Captain Mitchell, Carter, Dana, Chad, Joel, and Kelsey. On the screen they could see the repairs being made to the Omega Megazord. Miss Fairweather told them that the zord was not ready for battle yet. A message came in from Ryan. The group could see Ryan on the computer screen. Ryan tried to warn them of what Queen Bansheera was up to. Before Ryan could get the message out, he was captured by Queen Bansheera. Miss Fairweather and the rest were stunned. Carter told the group that he would go rescue Ryan from Skull Cavern. Carter left and Miss Fairweather and the rest went back to work. Miss Fairweather entered the bay where the Lifeforce Megazord was kept. She was working on a keypad when she thought she heard a strange noise. The bay was dark and Miss Fairweather cautiously turned on the lights. She was horrified to see hundreds of Batlings in the bay. Miss Fairweather quickly went through the door and locked in. She contacted Captain Mitchell through a monitor and warned him that Batlings have invaded the Aqua Base. Despite their efforts, the Rangers could not stop the Batlings. To make matters worse, Jinxer and several Batlings were operating the Lifeforce Megazord and causing a great deal of damage to the Aqua Base. Miss Fairweather asked Captain Mitchell what they should do, but Captain Mitchell went into shock and did not reply. Miss Fairweather decided to take matters into her own hands. She told the teens that the staff was in danger and they had to excavate the premises. Miss Fairweather and the teens started the excavation process. Dana gently told her dad that they had to get going. Involved in the excavation procedures, Miss Fairweather and the teens did not notice that Captain Mitchell had stopped in rescue ops and was looking around in stunned disbelief. The rest of the staff had been excavate and Miss Fairweather and the teens searched for Captain Mitchell. They found him and he told them that all his hard work was gone. Dana pointed out that it wasn't true. Dana told her father that he had her and Ryan and that Miss Fairweather and the rest were counting on him. Miss Fairweather nodded her head in agreement. Captain Mitchell snapped out of his dazed state. They were about to leave when the Lifeforce Megazord broke the connecting tube. Miss Fairweather and the rest were trapped. After some moments, the windows began to crack and water seeped in. Everyone's spirits were low and they all felt that they had been defeated. Miss Fairweather saw Joel sitting alone and walked over to him. She told Joel that they would be okay. Joel did not think so and told her that they were trapped in here and the place was going to cave in any minute. Miss Fairweather told Joel she hoped not, saying once this was over, she was hoping they could actually go on that date, assuming he was still interested. Joel was uncertain and told Miss F not to joke with him. Miss Fairweather knelt in front of Joel and told him she wasn't joking and then smiled at Joel's surprised look. Dana brought their attention to a monitor which the Omega Megazord putting stone columns in the middle of the city. This angered all of them. They began searching for a way out. Joel found a shaft and Miss Fairweather checked in on the computer. She told them it lead to the submarine bay. Joel lifted the panel and they were all dismayed to find the shaft flooded in water. Chad told them that they could do it. Chad took an oxygen tank and swam to the submarine bay and back. Chad reappeared and told them that they could make it. Miss Fairweather and the rest took an oxygen tank and went into the shaft. Miss Fairweather and the rest swam, following Chad's instructions. They found the submarine suspended above it's pool. They entered and immediately Miss Fairweather worked on lowering the submarine. They were all frustrated when several Batlings entered and fired at the submarine. This caused the winch to jam and they were stuck. Joel was determined to keep his date and Captain Mitchell told him that this was no an airplane, it was a submarine that needed water. Joel glanced at the panel to launch torpedoes and told them then they would get water. Miss Fairweather was confused, but Chad, Kelsey, and Dana knew what Joel was planning. The torpedoes were launched and burst through the glass of the Aqua Base. The water poured in and the submarine was ready to go. The Lifeforce Megazord tried to stop them, but they launched more missiles and the Lifeforce Megazord was destroyed. They speed away in the submarine, leaving behind the destroyed Aqua Base. They arrived on land and Chad, Kelsey, Dana, and Joel took off to stop Queen Bansheera. Miss Fairweather stood with Captain Mitchell and hoped for the best. Red Ranger and Titanium Ranger joined the rest of the Rangers. Eventually, the Rangers, with Diabolico's help, trapped Queen Bansheera and her monsters in the tomb. Having done that, the palace began to crumble. The Rangers escape and stood without their helmets as they watched the palace turn to dust. Miss Fairweather smiled and tapped Joel's shoulder - thrilled that they had defeated Queen Bansheera. The following day, in the park, Carter, Kelsey, Dana, Joel, Ryan, and Chad returned their morphers to Captain Mitchell. Miss Fairweather pulled up in a convertible mustang and wearing cowboy boots. She got out of the car and shouted to Joel - who was dazed by her appearance - let's go cowboy. Miss Fairweather laughed as Joel excused himself and hurried over. Joel and Angela were sitting in the car when they saw a fire truck raced by - headed towards a dark mass of smoke in the distance. Angela and Joel turned their heads and watched as Carter, Chad, Kelsey, Dana, and Ryan started to run after the fire truck. Joel knew what he had to do, but he wasn't happy about it. Angela laughed. Joel gave Angela is hat and told her not to go anywhere. She smiled and watched as Joel joined the rest of the team.
A year later, Angela and Joel prepared to leave for their honeymoon in Hawaii. Joel told her that nothing was going to ruin their plans. Joel's cell phone rang. Joel hesitated for a moment and then answered the phone. Joel was talking to Carter and he told Carter no way. Angela snatch the phone from Joel and talk to Carter. Carter told Angela about Vypra's plans to steal the solar ambulant and summoned up a powerful demon. Angela looked at Joel and told Carter that Joel would be right there. Working together the Lightspeed Rescue Rangers and the Time Force Rangers destroyed Vypra and the demon.
