Inside Skull Cavern, Diabolico tells the rest they must find the Power Rangers' base and destroy it. And them along with it. Loki replies, I've already found it. But it's underwater and you know what water does to us. Vypra adds, the Queen won't be pleased. Hearing the word Queen, Impus cries for his mama. Diabolico tells Jinxer that he needs a monster. Jinxer replies, whatever you want. Diabolico tells him, I want a monster evil enough wipe this whole city off the face of the Earth. Jinxer replies, at once!
At the Aquabase, Joel is strolling through one of the halls. He grins and says hello to a pair of pretty ladies. Walking backwards, Joel bumps into a cart. He falls to the floor, as does the person pushing the cart. Joel apologizes and then pauses mid sentence when he sees he has knock down a very attractive lady. Joel is smitten.
The lady picks up her glasses from the floor. She glances around at the mess and mutters, oh dear. Joel helps her up and apologizes once more. He picks up the cart and offers to help pick up the mess. Joel and the lady pick up all the items and place them back on the cart. Joel shakes her hand and introduces himself. The lady introduces herself as Miss Fairweather and has difficulty removing her hand from Joel's. Miss Fairweather notes, you're in quite a hurry. Joel, wanting to impress Miss Fairweather, tells her he has a meeting with Captain Mitchell. It's top secret. Probably another one of those life or death missions. Miss Fairweather, humoring him, replies, sounds very dangerous. Joel tells her danger comes with the job. He then shows off his morpher and tells her he is the Green Ranger. His morpher goes off. It's Dana, telling him he is late. As Dana yells at him, Joel turns his back to Miss Fairweather and quickly tells her he is on his way. Miss Fairweather suppresses her laugh. Joel turns around and faces Miss Fairweather, telling her maybe he'll see her again. Dramatically, Miss Fairweather responds, I have a feeling we're destined to meet again. Smiling and continuing to stare, Joel slowly walks away.
