Carolyn Pickets was one of the people chosen to board Terra Venture. Carolyn Pickets is a super star and very well known as she has graced numerous magazine covers. Carolyn's stardom had gone to her head and she became demanding. Carolyn had entered her dressing room after making her way through a crowd of fans clamoring for her autograph. Carolyn had smiled in front of her fans and signed a few sheets of paper, but once inside her dressing room she became disdainful of her fans. Carolyn sat in her chair and whine to her manager about her fans and why couldn't they find someone else to adore. The makeup lady applied makeup as her manager tried to sooth her. Carolyn's manager told her about the day's schedule, but Carolyn had had enough. She decided to blow off her commitments and to go shopping as well. Carolyn grabbed the dusting power from the makeup lady and applied it on her manager before declaring that no one could stop her. Another day, Carolyn was at a photo shoot. At first, she posed with a smile on her face as she faced the camera. But like normal, she soon became bored with the photo shoot. While the photographer continue to snap away, Carolyn yawned and leaned against a tree as though she was exhausted. The photographer stopped and her manager walked up. Carolyn begin to whine about how tired she was and the manger agreed that it was hard work and pleaded with her to do a few more shoots. Carolyn noted a group of five young people walking towards her and began to whine about her fans and how they never leave her alone. Wisewizard, looking for the Lights of Orion, appeared and began blasting away. The five young people were Kendrix, Maya, Kai, Leo, and Damon, and they tried to stop the Wisewizard. During the blast, Carolyn had been knocked to the ground. She watched as Wisewizard threw a photo plate at Kendrix that hit her mid-thigh and caused her to stumble. Wisewizard left. Carolyn's manager asked if she was alright as he helped her help. Grumpily she started to reply that she was okay and then she got an idea. Carolyn pretended that her ankle had been hurt in the fall. Kendrix, Damon, Maya, Kai, and Leo asked if Carolyn was okay. Carolyn's manager answer that she was and then noticed how much Kendrix looked like Carolyn. The manager begged Kendrix to step in for Carolyn. Carolyn was upset at first, but quickly went back to pretending her ankle was hurt. Kendrix agreed to step in. The following day, Carolyn's manager took her shopping. They then stopped on the set of "Star Crossed Lovers" to watch Kendrix's first day. Carolyn continued to play up her "injury" and had her ankle in a cast and used crutches to walk. Carolyn complained of the pain, but told her manager that she did not want to miss Kendrix's first day. Her manager promised that they would do more shopping later. Carolyn entered the set and watched from the director's chair. She was surprised as everyone else, when Kendrix flipped her co-star. Carolyn continued to watch Kendrix as the days passed. Carolyn laughed when Kendrix stumbled, still bothered by her thigh, and fell against another actor causing an accident. The final shoot was upon them and Carolyn watched from the sidelines as usual. Kendrix had a difficult time with the scene, as she had to climb a hill and it really bothered her leg. Carolyn chanted under her breath to just quit. The director began furious with Kendrix as take after take was shot. The director yelled at Kendrix that they hadn't had all day. Kendrix promised to do better. Kendrix briefly sat on a rock and rubbed her leg. Carolyn remembered Kendrix's encounter with Wisewizard and her injury. Carolyn walked up to Kendrix and asked her if her leg was bothering her. Kendrix replied that she was okay, but Carolyn insisted on taking a look. She was startled at how raw Kendrix's injury still was and insisted that Kendrix tell them about her leg and quit. Kendrix told her not worry and that she was not quitting. Carolyn watched as Kendrix pulled off a superb performance, thrilling everyone on the set. Carolyn was stunned and she walked up to Kendrix. She told Kendrix that she was really good. Kendrix smiled and told her that she would have done better. Carolyn was not so sure. She told Kendrix that when things got rough she always quit. Kendrix told Carolyn that it's easy to make promises, much harder to keep them. Wisewizard appeared and began attacking the set. Carolyn hid behind Kendrix at first and then went to another hiding place. Carolyn watched as Kendrix tried to battle Wisewizard, but having a difficult time. Carolyn removed her scarf and sunglasses to look like Kendrix. She then pretended to be Kendrix and tricked Wisewizard. Carolyn and Kendrix stood side by side and faced off Wisewizard until the rest of the Rangers appeared. Kendrix thanked Carolyn and Carolyn told her that she could count on her anytime. Some time later, Leo, Maya, Kendrix, Damon, and Kai watched the television set that was airing an award show. Carolyn Pickets had won an award and went to accept it. Carolyn looked into the cameras and thanked everyone for the award. She also dedicated the award to Kendrix who had shown her the value of hard work and keeping a promise.
