Deviot revives the Psycho Rangers, the Power Ranger's arch enemies.  One by one, each Ranger is captured except for Leo.  When Psycho Red attacks Leo, a surprise ally - Andros, the Red Ranger - shows up to help.  Eventually, all of the Power Rangers in Space show up to help the newest Rangers.  Together they defeat the Psycho Rangers once and for all at least that's what they think.
