Ernie is working at his place. He becomes puzzled when his ice cream machine stops working as he is trying to fill up a cone. Seconds later, he is started when his blender stops working. Ernie cautiously walks over to the blender to take a closer look. Suddenly the lights go out. Ernie is unaware that Psychotick is in the city and draining all the power. Eventually the power is restore and Psychotick is destroyed by Gosei Grand Megazord.
Gia and Emma entered Ernie's Brain Freeze and walked up to the counter. Gia placed their order and she sat with Emma at the counter. Moments earlier Jake had declared a race and whoever lost had to pay. Gia and Emma waited patiently until the guys showed up. Emma and Gia saluted the guys with their glasses of water and Gia informed Jake that he would be paying as she and Emma joined Troy and Noah at their table. Ernie brought over a tray of treats to Jake. Ernie: "Your treats are ready. I made this extra special for you. Guarantee to score points with a certain young lady." Ernie turned to get the special treat just as Jake and the rest's morphers went off. Ernie: "Voila!" Jake looked longing at the treat and then glanced over to his friends, who were already on their way out. Jake: "Ahh, I don't need them anymore." Ernie was irritated. "You should check first!" Ernie snatched the bills from Jake's hand. With one last look of frustration at the treats, Jake raced out of Ernie's.
Jake stood at the counter, as Ernie prepared their order. When it was ready, Ernie loaded up the tray and passed it to Jake. Ernie: "Your low fat sundaes. Enjoy!" Jake carried the tray to his table with a smile.
