CLARE

Clare, the Gatekeeper/Shining Moon Warrior - Antonia Prebble

Clare lives in the woods on the edge of Briarwood.  She hurried into Rootcore to find Udonna.  Clare was startled to see five teens standing there, Chip, Xander, Nick, Madison, and Vida.  She gave them a quick hello and then whisper into Udonna's ear.  Clare told Udonna that Woodland Village had been destroyed.  Udonna told the teens to stay in Rootcore, she had business to attend to.  Udonna snapped her fingers and vanished.  Clare wished she could that and tried snapping her fingers.  Clare introduced herself to the teens, telling them she is a sorceress apprentice in training.  Nick had had enough and tried to leave.  Clare stopped them, telling them that Udonna wanted them to stay.  Nick and the rest were adamant about leaving.  Clare decided she would use a freezing spell to stop them until Udonna returned.  Clare used the spell and turned into a sheep.  She commented that Udonna was going to be mad at her.  Later, Udonna summon Clare into the woods.  Clare was still a sheep and Udonna chuckled when she saw her, commenting when will you get your spells right.  Udonna told Clare to escort Nick, who had made the decision not to become a Power Ranger, out of the woods.  Clare lead Nick out of the woods.

Clare continued walking with Nick through the woods.  It started to snow.  Nick noticed the snow and also noticed that there wasn't a cloud in the sky.  Clare became alarmed and started crying out for Udonna as she ran through the woods.  Clare entered Rootcore and found Udonna, Madison, Vida, Chip, and Xander there.  Udonna chuckled when she saw Clare and reverted her back to human form.  Clare asked Udonna why she couldn't have done that sooner, pointing out how warm it was under all the wool.  But Udonna wanted her to learn things for herself.  Clare got up off the floor and joined the group.  Udonna passed out their wands, trusting that they would not leave them again.  Xander told her that they had learned that lesson.  Xander also pointed out, that except for chip, it would be awkward walking around town with wands.  Udonna looked at Clare and Clare nodded.  Udonna cast a spell and the wands were transform into cell phones, their mystic morphers.  Udonna told the teens to return to their normal lives, to tell no one of what had happened, and they would know when they are needed again.  Clare offered to show the teens out of the woods, but Udonna wanted the teens to learn it on their own.  Udonna simply told them that the trees were their passage.  Later, Clare looked into the crystal ball.  She was watching as Madison walked away from Nick, after trying to convince him to stay.  Udonna told her to forget about Nick.  Clare was confused as to why the Xenotome had shown five warriors, when there was only four.  Then Clare thought maybe she was the fifth warrior.  She swung her broom around in a fighting stance.  Udonna caught the broom and told her she didn't think so.  Clare and Udonna walked along.  Clare told Udonna that she was glad that Udonna had never given up on her and listed the numerous spells that had gone wrong.  Udonna told her that she was someone she would never give up on.  Clare asked, so that she would know when she became a great sorceress, why they were giving up on Nick?  Clare's question hit the mark, and Udonna would seek Nick out to convince once more.  Later, Clare and Udonna were monitoring the Rangers' battle with Koragg.  The Rangers were not doing well when suddenly Nick appeared and gave Koragg a strong kick.  Nick stated that now was a good time to believe in magic and managed to stop Koragg's sword from hitting him.  Clare and Udonna were thrilled.  Nick finally believed.  Nick became the Red Ranger and the Rangers successfully won the battle.

Clare was in the woods, gathering ingredients for Udonna.  She carried her basket and went over her checklist:  Let's see...beetle fang, check.  Slug root, check.  Suddenly a strong gust of wind blew her hair.  Clare looked up startled as the Rangers, on their mystic riders, flew over her.  The Rangers shouted out:  Heads up!  Coming Through!  Red Ranger shouted:  Sorry! Clare:  They need to put traffic lights out here.  Clare spotted some flowers:  Aah, holly flower petals.  Come to mama.  Clare cast a spell, but instead of the flower petals, she had a swarm of bees attack her.  The bees finally vanished, and Clare composed herself.  Clare continued gathering the ingredients.  She spotted some berries and gathered them.  Suddenly the ground began to tremble.  Clare glanced up and saw a huge creature, the Hydra Worm, burrowing underground and headed straight for her.  Clare took off running, but she couldn't outrun the Hydra Worm.  Out of nowhere, a strange creature, knock Clare off the path and out of harm's way.  Clare dusted herself off, but she couldn't spot the creature who had save her.  Clare went back to Rootcore.  Udonna asked Clare about one of the ingredients, and Clare replied that she had had a whole basket full, but the Hydra Worm, had knocked the berries out.  Udonna asked her if she was okay.  Clare responded that she was, some creature had save her.  Clare didn't get a chance to thank the creature, because he was gone before she could.

Clare had done a spell that caused her to turn into a goldfish.  She cried out for help inside a fish bowl, until Udonna heard her.  Udonna chuckled and then cast a spell.  Clare was soaked and her face was still stuck as a fish face for a moment.  Clare looked apologetically at Udonna and told her she was sorry.

Clare attempted another spell.  This time she wanted to levitate a bowling ball.  Clare cast the spell and the bowling ball stayed put.  Clare noticed her reflection, she was bald.  The warning sound came from the crystal ball.  Clare knew someone was in trouble.  Clare started to call out for Udonna.  Udonna arrived and they both watched the crystal ball.  It showed Red Ranger and Koragg battling.  Clare was puzzled as to why Red Ranger was battling on his own.  Udonna told Clare to contact the others and then to get some hair.  Clare, slightly abashed, did as she was told.  The following day, Clare was sweeping up.  Udonna walked in and asked Clare about the Rangers.  Clare kept her back towards Udonna and told her everything was okay with the Rangers, other than the dark force having the Rangers' Megazord power.  Udonna noticed Clare's hair and told her that she could see the hair restorer worked.  Clare reluctantly turned around and told Udonna and then some.  In addition to her hair returning, Clare now had a beard.

Clare walked in and told the teens and Udonna nothing felt better than a good brain storm.  The teens began giggling and Clare told them of how she combined two spells.  Vida pointed out that she was steaming.  Clare told them hot cocoa kept her warm on stormy nights.  The teens continued to laugh and Clare laughed along with them.  Madison managed to tell Clare that something was wrong with her hair.  Clare reached up and realized she had whipped cream on her head.  Clare panicked as she realized she had done the spell wrong and she was allergic to whipped cream.  Clare told Nick to finish the spell as she began to sneeze.  One sneeze caused whipped cream to land on Udonna.  Udonna was not happy and walked away.  Nick finish the spell.  The whipped cream vanished from Clare's head and she was back to normal.  Clare thanked Nick and then walked away rather quickly.

Vida had been turned into a vampire.  Madison, Chip, Nick, and Xander managed to get Vida to Rootcore and contained within a circle made of vampire chalk.  Udonna and Clare were at Rootcore as well.  Vida:  Guys.  I know you think you need to do this.  But I'm alright.  Please let me out.  Chip:  We're going to help you V.  I promise.  Clare felt a little sorry for Vida.  Stepping closer to Vida, Clare:  Maybe...you should let her out.  Vida suddenly snarled at her.  Clare jumped back in fright and stood beside Udonna.  Clare:  And maybe you shouldn't.  Madison:  If Flytrap was destroyed, Vida should be fine.  She must be under the spell of another vampire.  Chip:  What if it is Necrolai?  Xander:  Koragg would know that.  Chip:  Nick!  Koragg seems to be able to contact you whenever he likes.  Chip asked Nick if he had ever tried contacting him.  Nick replied no, but seeing the looks on his friends faces, decided to give it a try.  At first, Nick thought nothing happened, and then he clenched his head in pain.  Nick had contacted Koragg and told his friends that Koragg was in the glen.  Udonna told them while they contact Koragg, she had something she had to do and left.  Nick, Xander, and Madison noticed that Chip was missing, he had slipped away quietly.  Xander and Nick were ready to leave, but Madison asked them who was going to watch Vida.  Clare eagerly stepped forward and told them she would.  Xander was doubtful and warned Clare that Vida would play any trick to get out.  Clare assured them that she is smarter than she looks.  Clare promised them she would not be tricked.  Xander, Madison, and Nick left.  Alone in Rootcore, Clare started sweeping up.  After a while, Vida called out to Clare, claiming she was not feeling well.  Clare stopped and cautiously look at Vida.  Vida gripped her head and stomach and then suddenly fell to the floor.  Clare raced over to the edge of the circle and looked at Vida in alarmed.  Clare realized that it was one of Vida's tricks and walked away.  Later, Clare returned and saw Chip, Madison, Nick, and Xander.  She told the teens that she hadn't heard them come in.  Clare told them that Vida was certainly tricky and how she had tried to pretend to be ill to be let out.  Clare suddenly noticed the empty circle.  Vida hadn't tricked Clare, but she had tricked Madison, Nick, Xander, and Chip into letting her by pretending to be Clare.

At Rootcore, Clare worked on her new potion.  She spray some sad looking flowers, and was dismayed to see the potion did not work.  Clare walked away to figure out what went wrong.  The teens were at Rootcore as well.  As Clare walked back to her flowers, she was pleasantly surprised.  The sad looking flowers were now beautiful red roses.  Clare was thrilled that she finally got something right.  Xander asked her what was going on.  Clare explained that she had been working on a potion to turn sad looking flowers into beautiful flowers, a perfection potion.  Clare walked away, thrilled that her potion had worked.  Later, Clare was not so happy.  She sat by her dead flowers, wondering what had gone wrong.  Vida walked in looking for Xander and noticed that Clare was upset.  Vida walked over and asked her what was wrong.  Clare pointed out her flowers and told Vida that her potion had failed, and now her flowers were dead.  Vida became alarmed.  Xander had spray himself with Clare's perfection potion to get rid of a zit.  Xander had slowly been turning into a tree.  Vida realized that Xander could have the same result as the dead flowers.  Clare immediately began working on anti-dote.  Later, Clare had completed the anti-dote and raced to the woods.  She fell as she arrived at Phineas' camp, where Xander had been staying.  Clare got back up and immediately started to spray Xander, who was starting to root.  Xander urged them to hurry and seconds later, bark covered his mouth.  Vida told Clare she had a quicker way and took the potion from her.  Clare watched as Vida turned herself into a rain cloud, hovered over Xander, and poured the anti-dote on Xander.  Vida then stood next to Clare, and they both anxiously watched Xander.  Within a few moments, Xander returned to normal.  Xander thanked Vida and told her he couldn't have done it without her.  Xander also received a new spell code.  Nick contacted Xander over his morpher, the Rangers were in trouble.  Clare, Vida, and Xander raced through the woods.  Clare returned to Rootcore, while Vida and Xander joined the rest of the Rangers in battle.  Later, the teens returned with the chest to the secret of the Fire Heart.  Nick opened the chest and inside laid a giant egg.  Chip was disappointed - the Fire Heart was an egg.  Clare was puzzled as well.  Udonna immediately recognized the egg.  Udonna told the teens, this was no ordinary egg, it was the last dragon egg.

Clare sat by the dragon egg, anxious for it to hatch.  Clare:  Hatch.  Come on...hatch.  Hatch!  Udonna walked in.  Udonna:  The Fire Heart will hatch when the time is right Clare.  Clare:  But I've never seen a baby dragon before.  Udonna:  Well, you must be patience.  Haven't you ever heard the phrase "a watched pot never boils"?  Clare:  Oh, that reminds me!  Clare quickly got up and went to a boiling pot.  She began to throw various items into the pot.  It did not smell good.  Udonna commented that the potion she was working on was powerful to ward off Morticon.  Clare informed her it wasn't a potion, it was dinner.  Excited, Clare wanted to show Udonna how well she could do the invisibility.  Clare did the spell and her legs disappear.  Clare was disappointed and didn't know why she bothered.  Udonna told her that she had the utmost faith in her.  This gave Clare new determination and she stated she would keep working, with or without her legs.  Later, outside of Rootcore, Clare worked on her invisibility spell.  She was determined to get it right.  And she did.  Very excited, the invisible Clare raced inside Rootcore to show Udonna.  She overheard the teens asking about Udonna about the Gatekeeper.  Udonna told them the Gatekeeper had lost her life force when she sealed the gates to the pit.  Udonna also told the teens that the Gatekeeper, Niella, was her sister.  Niella's heir would inherit the Gatekeeper power, which is Clare.  Clare suddenly became visible as the news sunk in.  Clare took a walk outside and sat down.  She was feeling dejected.  Udonna appeared and told her she had been worried about her.  Clare told Udonna she knew why the Gatekeeper power had been kept from her, because she was incompetent.  Udonna told her that was not true.  Although Niella was a great sorceress, she did not start out that way.  Clare was a lot like Niella.  Udonna told Clare she had worked hard to protect Clare.  Clare told her she couldn't have ask for a better protector or Aunt.  Koragg suddenly appear.  Udonna told Clare to stand back.  Udonna told Koragg to leave Clare alone.  But Koragg had not come for Clare.  Udonna cast a spell to keep Koragg away, but her magic was weak and Koragg easily deflected it.  Koragg captured Udonna.  Clare tried to stop Koragg, but she couldn't.  Koragg left with the captured Udonna.  Clare raced back to Rootcore, looking for the Rangers.  She glanced in the crystal ball and received a shock.  The Rangers were battling a more powerful Necrolai and not doing so well.  Clare didn't know what to do.  She glanced up at her mom's head piece and it radiated power.  Clare took the head piece and ran into the city to help the Rangers.  She cast a spell that stopped Necrolai.  Necrolai merely laughed at Clare.  Clare put on the head piece and transform into the Gatekeeper.  The Gatekeeper and Necrolai battle.  The Gatekeeper destroyed Necrolai's new power.  Necrolai was furious and flew away.  The Rangers raced over, thrilled that Clare had done so well.  The Gatekeeper told them there was no time, Udonna had been captured.  Koragg contacted Red Ranger and told him he wanted to battle Clare one on one, otherwise, Udonna would perish.  Red Ranger told Gatekeeper what Koragg had said.  Gatekeeper was more than ready to take on Koragg.  Gatekeeper arrive and faced down Koragg.  She demonstrated her power and Koragg was very impressed.  Gatekeeper and Koragg battled.  Eventually Gatekeeper transform into Shining Moon Warrior.  The battle continued.  Hiding, Necrolai watched the battle.  Shining Moon Warrior did her best, but Koragg was more powerful.  Koragg delivered a powerful blow that transform Shining Moon Warrior back into the Gatekeeper.  Gatekeeper was on the ground and a menacing Koragg walked ever closer.  Koragg demanded that Gatekeeper open the gates.  Gatekeeper refused.  Koragg was about to deliver another powerful blow when the Rangers stopped him.  The Power Rangers kept Koragg away from Gatekeeper.  Gatekeeper was relieved to see them.  As she watched, she was unaware of Necrolai behind her.  Suddenly Necrolai grabbed the Gatekeeper.  Necrolai used Gatekeeper's power to rise up the gates and open them.  Gatekeeper was tossed aside when Necrolai was done.  Dark clouds formed over the city as the gates came up from under the ground.  The Rangers raced over to Gatekeeper.  They were at a loss at what to do.

Gatekeeper:   I'm sorry Rangers.  Blue Ranger turned towards her.  Blue Ranger:  It wasn't your fault.  Green Ranger:  Look!  Up at the gates!  A stone gargoyle suddenly came to life and ripped itself out of the wall.  The gargoyle landed on the ground.  Suddenly Gatekeeper and the Rangers were blasted off their feet by Koragg.  Koragg grabbed a hold of Gatekeeper.  Koragg:  Get up!  Red Ranger:  Let her go!  Blue Ranger:  Clare!  Koragg looked at Gatekeeper.  Koragg:  you wont' get away this time.  Koragg left the Rangers to deal with the gargoyle while he vanished with Gatekeeper.  Gatekeeper woke up and found herself in the pit.  Koragg was there and so was Udonna - still trapped within the golden bubble.  Koragg told Gatekeeper she had enough magic power to raise the gates, and now he wanted to see if she could unlock the gates.  Udonna told her no.  Gatekeeper told Koragg she would never help him.  Koragg didn't want her help, he was simply going to take her magic.  Koragg cast a powerful spell and the spell to unseal the gates loomed over Gatekeeper.  Gatekeeper was helpless as the spell became to take place.  She was in a lot of pain as well.  Gatekeeper quietly asked herself to fight off the spell.  Koragg told her to be silent.  Udonna pleaded with Koragg as well to stop this madness.  Koragg didn't listen.  Soon the spell was almost complete and Gatekeeper was almost at the end of her life force.  She felt very weak.  Red Ranger suddenly burst through.  Red Ranger challenge Koragg to a battle.  Koragg accepted the challenge.  Koragg cast a spell that put Koragg, Red Ranger, and Gatekeeper outside.  Gatekeeper gaze around, not knowing where she was at.  Below, Koragg and Red Ranger faced each other.  Gatekeeper watched the intense battle below, becoming alarmed at some points for Red Ranger.  Eventually Red Ranger destroyed Koragg's sword and it appeared that Koragg was destroyed as well.  Gatekeeper collapse to the ground, as the spell was broken.  Red Ranger helped her to her feet and asked if she was okay.  Gatekeeper told him she was.  They were both stunned to see Koragg reappeared.  Koragg laughed before he vanished.  Gatekeeper told Red Ranger that the rest of the Rangers will be destroyed if Morticon is not stopped.  Red Ranger realized he could have enough power to stop Morticon if he had the help of Catastros.  Gatekeeper offered to help.  Red Ranger knew she was already weak.  Gatekeeper insisted, telling Red Ranger it was what her mother would do.  Combing their efforts, Gatekeeper and Red Ranger summon Catastros.  Red Ranger went to Titan mode and rode off on the back of Catastros.  Gatekeeper knew it was up to her to send the gates below ground once more.  Gatekeeper summon the last of her strength and with magic sent the gates down below.  Gatekeeper collapse to the ground and vanish.  Later, Clare awoke to find herself in the woods.  She was slightly dazed and it took her a moment to realize where she was at.  Clare had heard Udonna's voice and Udonna slowly came into focus.  Clare was thrilled to see that Udonna was okay.  The rest of the teens were there as well and Madison helped Clare to her feet.  The teens excitedly told Clare how White Ranger combined with them to destroy Morticon.  The teens also praised Clare's help in sending the gates below.  Chip called her a super sorceress.  Clare grinned and realized that she was.  Clare noticed her mother's head piece on the ground.  She picked it up and told them it was her mother's magic and now it was gone.  Udonna stepped forward and told her that Niella would be very proud of her and she was very proud of her as well.  The words of praise brought the smile back to Clare.  Later, Clare raced excitedly into Rootcore.  She wanted to show Udonna how she had perfected the invisibility spell.  Clare cast the spell and her top half disappeared.  Clare realized she didn't quite have the spell right.  She started to walk out of Rootcore, bumping into several things on the way out.

Clare was inside Rootcore with the dragon egg.  She excitedly called out to her friends.  Clare:  Guys!  Rangers!  Help!  Come quickly!  The teens raced to her side and wanted to know what was going on.  Clare told them the dragon egg was about to hatch.  Chip was excited as well and they wanted to know what they should.  Chip suggested Udonna.  Clare grabbed him by the shirt and told him Udonna is not here.  Madison suggested the dragon book.  Madison looked up the information, which suggested that you place the dragon egg upright and use a hammer against it.  Clare was aghast and protectively covered the egg.  Later, Clare was carrying the egg with her, when she noticed the large cat, Jenji.  Clare asked the teens if Udonna was aware that they had brought home a large cat.  The teens were not to happy with Jenji as he didn't grant their wishes.  Jenji could see that the egg was about to hatch.  Jenji told them that someone had to sit on the egg.  Clare realized that someone would be her.  Clare sat on the egg for quite some time.  Later, she called her friends inside.  The teens, Udonna, and Jenji raced in.   The egg was about to hatch.  Clare leaped off the egg and joined her friends in excitingly waiting for the egg to hatch.  The baby dragon hatched and everyone was thrilled.  The baby  Fire Heart looked at Clare and called her mama.  Clare was puzzled as everyone laughed.

Clare walked inside Rootcore, carrying Fire Heart wrapped in a blanket and a large bottle.  The teens and Udonna were there as well.  Clare walked past them..  Clare:  There's a good boy Fire Heart.  Vida, Chip, Nick, and Xander quickly surrounded Clare and started cooing over the baby dragon.  Madison, who was blind folded for a trust exercise, fell backwards and onto the floor.  Udonna quickly helped Madison up on her feet.  Madison removed the blind fold and saw her friends surrounding Clare.  Madison:  Oh!  That's trust for you.  Clare, oblivious, continue to coo with the teens, at Fire Heart.  Clare:  Yes you are.  Yes you are so beautiful.  Udonna hurried over to the crystal ball.  Udonna:  Dark magical energy is emitting from the forest.  Chip, Nick, Xander, and Vida hurried over to the crystal ball.  Nick:  We'll check it out.  The four left.  Madison hurried up to the crystal ball.  Madison:  What?  Oh!  Madison hurried to join her friends.  Clare was still taking care of Fire Heart.  Clare:  Do you need to burp little guy?  Fire Heart gave a burp that covered Clare's face in smoke ash.  Later, Clare stood in front of the crystal ball.  Udonna and the teens, and a man, walked into Rootcore.  Clare told them there was a strange creature in Briarwood.  The teens morphed and hurried off.  Udonna introduced Calindor to Clare.  Clare stumbled as she stepped forward to met Calindor.  Calindor remarked that she was the bumbling servant.  Clare was deeply offended.  Clare told Calindor she was not a servant, nor bumbling, she was a sorceress in training.  Calindor gave her a small bow and apologize.  Clare didn't quite buy it.  Calindor noticed the crystal ball and commented on it.  Clare told him it had show dark magic in the woods, before the teens had found him.  Calindor gave Clare a sideways look, but didn't say anything.  All of a sudden, the crystal ball filled with dark smoke.  Clare became alarm, the crystal ball was showing dark magic inside Rootcore.  Clare turned and called for Udonna to joined them.  By the time Udonna came up to the crystal ball, it was blank once more.  Udonna assumed Clare was simply tired.  Calindor asked Udonna if they could have a word in private.  Udonna and Calindor walked away.  Clare knew what she saw.  Clare walked out of Rootcore.  Clare walked through the woods.  She was furious over Calindor's treatment of her, which was unusual for Clare, since she likes everyone.  Clare stormed through the woods, muttering about Calindor.  Clare backed into Phineas.  After they stopped screaming, they walked together.  Clare told Phineas that she didn't trust one of Udonna's old friends.  Phineas told her that he also didn't trust one of Udonna's old friends, and mentioned Calindor.  Clare was surprised.  Clare asked Phineas how he knew Calindor.  Phineas looked on either side of him and then told Clare that Calindor was the one who betrayed the Mystics.  Clare hurried away to forewarn Udonna.  Clare entered Rootcore, just as Udonna was about to take a drink out of a goblet.  Clare screamed at Udonna not to take the drink and jumped onto Calindor's back.  Calindor tried to shake her off.  Udonna, bewildered, asked Clare what had gotten into her.  Clare told Udonna that it was Calindor who had betrayed the Mystics.  Calindor insisted Clare was out of her mind.  As Calindor struggled to shake off Clare, they hit the goblet Udonna was holding.  The goblet flew and landed sideways on a book.  The liquid spilled out and quickly turned into foam.  Udonna realized Clare was telling the truth.  Calindor shook off Clare.  Clare went to Udonna's side.   Calindor revealed that he was now Imperious and asked them if they were surprised.  Udonna quickly went into action, casing a spell.  Clare hid as Imperious blocked the spell and mocked Udonna if fighting without her snow staff.  Udonna did not have enough power and asked Clare for help.  Clare stood up and cast a spell as well.  Imperious vanished.  Clare was thrilled and asked who the bumbling servant was now.  Imperious appeared behind her and told her she was.  Imperious tossed Clare over to Udonna.  Clare and Udonna held each other as Imperious cast a spell that made them immobile.  Imperious walked over to the Xenotome, but it was protected by a protection spell.  Imperious cast his own spell to break through the protection spell.  Clare and Udonna could only watch helplessly.  After awhile, Imperious broke through the protection spell.  Imperious was about to pick up the Xenotome, when he was knocked off his feet by a spell.  The same spell also release Clare and Udonna.  Daggeron had arrived, along with the teens.  Imperious told Daggeron now was not the time and vanished.  Daggeron and Udonna hugged.

Clare and Jenji were at Rootcore.  They stared into a small chest where Solaris Knight was training the Rangers.  The Rangers were miniature size.  Five brooms flew above everyone's head.  Solaris Knight:  This training exercise is harder than it looks.  Solaris Knight looked at the Rangers.  Solaris Knight:  Ready to begin?  All the Rangers:  Ready.  Solaris Knight:  Excellent.  The Rangers started casting spells.  The object was to tie a color coordinate ribbon onto the broom.  Solaris Knight:  Now capture the practice brooms.  Blue Ranger, Yellow Ranger, Red Ranger, and Pink Ranger were successful.  Solaris Knight:  Descend.  Green Ranger still had not captured his broom.  Green Ranger:  Guys, ahh, just wait a minute.  Blue Ranger, Red Ranger, Pink Ranger, and Yellow Ranger stood in a line.  Solaris Knight went down the line.  Solaris Knight stopped in front of Red Ranger.  Solaris Knight:  You pass.  Red Ranger:  Yeah!  Ha! Ha!  Solaris Knight then stopped in front of Pink Ranger.  Solaris Knight:  Good job.  Pink Ranger:  Thanks!  Solaris Knight stopped in front of Yellow Ranger.  Solaris Knight:  Excellent work.  Yellow Ranger:  I try.  Solaris Knight then stopped in front of Blue Ranger.  Solaris Knight:  Much improvement.  Blue Ranger:  Thanks.  I've been practicing.  Green Ranger still had not capture his broom.  Green Ranger:  Get down here!  Come On!  It's not working.  Blue Ranger and the rest of the Rangers groaned.  Blue Ranger:  Xander.  Solaris Knight:  Oh Xander.  Green Ranger gazed above him at the still flying broom.  Green Ranger:  What is wrong.  Solaris Knight walked over to Green Ranger.  Solaris Knight:  Hey.  Give it to me.  Green Ranger handed over his magic staff to Solaris Knight.  Green Ranger:  Fine!  Solaris Knight:  It's like this.  Solaris Knight quickly capture the broom and it had the ribbon tied on it.  Solaris Knight:  Didn't you practice for this assignment?  Red Ranger:  He had a date last night.  Solaris Knight:  The others found time to practice.  You have to work harder.  Outside the chest, Clare was sympatric.  Clare looked at Jenji.  Clare:  Ohhh, Xander's in trouble.  Jenji:  Better him than me.  Solaris Knight ended the lesson.  The teens were transported out of the small chest.  Daggeron walked past Xander, stopping to tell him he had expected better from him.

Clare was thrilled when Fire Heart gave his first roar.  Clare had Fire Heart wrapped in a blanket.  She excitedly entered Rootcore and told the teens and Jenji, who were there, that Fire Heart had given his first roar.  The teens raced over and began to ask Clare dozens of questions about his first roar.  Clare gave an imitation of his roar and told how a little puff of smoke follow.  The teens cooed over the baby dragon.  Later, Clare was very upset.  Fire Heart was missing and she was very worried about the baby dragon.  Clare set off for the woods to try and find the dragon.  She walked along the woods, calling out for Fire Heart.  Clare heard a noise and thought it might be Fire Heart.  Clare raced towards the sound.  Clare screamed as she ran into Phineas.  Clare told Phineas she thought he was her baby dragon.  Clare was surprised when Phineas told her that he thought she was his baby dragon.  A powerful roar and gust of wind interrupted their conversation.  Clare was stunned to see Fire Heart had grown into a young adult dragon.  Phineas was very proud and commented on how fast they grow.  Phineas put his arm around the still stunned Clare, beaming.  After Clare got over her shock, she raced back to Rootcore.  She quickly found Udonna and Daggeron.  Clare excitedly, told them that she had found Fire Heart and they were not going to believe the changes in him.  Udonna and Daggeron did not act happy.  Udonna told Clare they were happy about Fire Heart, but worried about Jenji.  If Jenji did not return soon, he would be turned into dust.  Daggeron commented that it would take a miracle to find Jenji now.  Suddenly, Daggeron was lifted off his feet.  Clare grinned and hurried to Udonna's side.  Fire Heart had picked up Daggeron and was flying him towards Jenji.  Clare cheered for Fire Heart.  Clare grinned at Udonna and Udonna smiled back.

Clare started walking back into Rootcore, after keeping an eye on Fire Heart.  As she walked, she got hit in the face with a pizza.  Clare went inside and glare at Chip, Nick, and Xander, and told them next time to give a heads up.  The guys laugh and apologized.  Clare removed one of the pepperoni slices from her face, gave it a sniff, and then ate it.  She started dusting around Rootcore.  The guys told her to use magic, it was faster.  Clare told them maybe so, but she got a real satisfaction of doing work the hard way.  The guys merely shook their heads in disbelief.  Daggeron walked in and told the guys there was trouble.  Daggeron asked Clare if she would let the girls know.  Clare nodded yes and contacted Madison and Vida to let them know of the trouble.  The following day, Clare stood beside Daggeron and behind Udonna.  Udonna was furious at the teens as they stood before her.  The teens tried to explain that they were tried and that is why they used Jenji.  Jenji had been captured by Fightoe and 50 Below.  Madison and Chip worried as they wonder what Imperious would wish for.  Clare, Udonna, and Daggeron were worried as well.  Later, Clare, Udonna, and Daggeron stood in front of the crystal ball.  The crystal ball was full of dark magic.  Daggeron asked Udonna what it meant.  Udonna told him it was like the whole world had gone evil.  Clare glanced up and saw Daggeron start to disappear.  She screamed.  Daggeron completely vanished.  Clare and Udonna started to back away.  Dark magic seeped from the crystal ball and headed straight towards them.

Clare was concern and went looking for Udonna.  She soon found her and asked her if she was okay, she had been worried.  Clare noticed five young teens standing in front of her and Udonna.  Clare put her arm protectively around Udonna.  She asked the teens who they were and not to give them any trouble.  One young man told her they would never give her any trouble and referred to her by her name.  Clare became alarmed, how did they know her name.  Clare assumed the five teens were one of them.  Another young man assured Clare that they were not them.  The teens wanted to know what had happened to Briarwood and to Rootcore.  Rootcore was in shambles.  Clare was surprised.  She asked them didn't they know, there was no more good magic in the world.

Clare and Udonna were standing in the woods, when something strange happened.  The wish had been reversed, and Clare and Udonna were returned to normal.  Clare asked Udonna what had happened, but Udonna had no idea.  Clare and Udonna watched in amazement as Rootcore assembled itself.  The door opened and out stepped a bewildered Daggeron.  Daggeron asked them if they could explain what had happened.  Clare and Udonna grinned at each other.  Later, inside Rootcore, Clare, Udonna, Daggeron, Jenji, and the teens gathered together.  Everyone was happy that everything had returned to normal.  Daggeron was impressed with the teens courage in going to the Tribunal of Magic and couldn't believe Koragg had been the one to help them.  Jenji felt it all had been his fault.  Madison, speaking for them all, told Jenji it wasn't his fault, he had to grant the wish.  Udonna warned them that two of the Barbarian Beasts were still around.  Moments later, the crystal ball alerted them to that fact.  Later, the Power Rangers would destroyed the last two Barbarian Beasts.

Clare was inside Rootcore with Udonna.  Udonna:  They've been gone too long.  Udonna cast a spell towards the crystal ball.  Udonna:  Where are you Rangers?  The crystal ball filled with darkness.  Clare:  What does that mean?  Did you find them?  Udonna told Clare that the Rangers had been taken to the underworld.  Udonna pulled down the Book of Dark Spells.  Clare was shocked.  Clare told Udonna that she had told her no one was to use those spells, no one.  Udonna told Clare it was the only way.  Clare was still alarmed.  Clare told Udonna that if she used a spell from the Book of Dark Spells, she would lose her powers, she would become human.  Udonna told Clare that she could either help her or get out of the way.  Clare, very reluctantly, helped Udonna with the potion.  Udonna then left to rescue the Rangers.

Clare was inside Rootcore, when she heard Udonna called out her name.  Clare turned around in time to see Udonna collapse onto the floor.  Clare raced over, very worried.  Clare placed Udonna onto the couch.  Clare stayed close to Udonna.  Udonna was very upset.  The crystal ball alerted them to trouble, and Udonna knew it meant Leanbow was in trouble.  Despite Clare's protests that Udonna needed to rest, Udonna walked over to the crystal ball.  Clare and Udonna could both see that Leanbow had been turned into Koragg once more.  Udonna was very upset.  Clare managed to get Udonna back on the couch.  Clare tried to take care of Udonna.  Udonna was in tears.  Udonna told Clare that if Leanbow didn't destroy the Rangers, then the Rangers would destroy Leanbow.  Udonna told Clare there was no hope anymore.  Clare reminded Udonna that she had told her that with magic, anything was possible.  Udonna told Clare that she no longer had any magic.  Clare commented that Udonna may not have her magic, but she would always be magical.  Clare placed a small, red blanket on Udonna.  Udonna figured the blanket for a moment.  Udonna recognized the blanket as belonging to her baby, Bowen.  Udonna quickly sat up and asked Clare where she had gotten the blanket.  Clare told her she had taken it out of Nick's backpack.  She didn't think Nick would mind.  Udonna got up and started to race out of the room.  Clare asked Udonna what was going on.  Udonna spun around and happily told Clare that she believed in magic.  Clare smiled and laughed as Udonna raced out of Rootcore.

Clare was inside Rootcore.  The teens and Daggeron were there as well.  Udonna had called meeting.  Chip was pestering Daggeron to tell them what the meeting was about, but Daggeron didn't have any information.  Udonna entered the room.  Udonna told Clare what a wonderful sorceress she would make.  Udonna told Daggeron that she was so glad he had come back into her live.  Udonna also told Madison, Vida, Chip, and Xander how much they have grown and how they all exceeded her expectation.  Udonna told Bowen that he had grown into the man she had hoped he would become one day.  Nick quickly realized that his mom was leaving.  Udonna confirmed that she was leaving.  Somewhere out there was Leanbow and she was determine to find him and bring him back.  Vida wanted them to come with her, but Udonna insisted that they were needed here.  Udonna walked out to begin her journey.  After everyone had left, Clare decided she was going to follow Udonna.  Clare followed Udonna through the woods at a safe distance.  She could see that Udonna sense someone else was in the woods, but Clare did not reveal her presence.

Clare continued to hid from Udonna.  She could see Udonna struggling to make a fire.  Clare muttered a spell, but Udonna had heard her.  Clare quickly hid behind the tree before Udonna could see her.  After a few moments, Udonna tried once more to make a fire.  Clare muttered the spell and the fire was lit.  Clare was so thrilled that her spell worked that she jumped out from behind the tree.  Udonna was stunned and couldn't believe it was Clare who had been following her.  Clare simply grinned.  Clare and Udonna sat and ate together.  Udonna told Clare that when she was done eating, she was to return to Rootcore.  Clare told her no.  Udonna told Clare she didn't understand the danger ahead.  Clare stood up and told Udonna that she was the one with magic.  She was the sorceress.  Clare was going with Udonna even if she had to turn Udonna into a sickle berry and stick her in her pocket.  Instead of being angry, Udonna was rather pleased with Clare's outburst.  Clare sat down and told Udonna that she needed her.  Clare was determined to help Udonna find Leanbow.  Udonna realized what a good friend she had in Clare.  They leaned against each other in friendship

Clare and Udonna were walking through the woods.  Udonna had paused for a moment, and Clare noticed how weary Udonna looked.  Clare:  Udonna, why don't you sit down.  You look really tired.  Udonna:  I think it might be alright to rest a  few moments.  Udonna walked over to a fallen log.  Clare cast a spell that made a fluffy cushion appear.  Udonna was pleased.  Udonna:  Thank-you Clare!  Clare walked over to the fallen log.  Clare and Udonna sat down.  Udonna:  Your magic is getting stronger every day.  Clare:  I used to dream about becoming a great sorceress.  I could conjure anything I wanted.  Jewels, a beautiful castle, my own unicorn!  Udonna asked Clare what she wanted now.  Clare turned serious as she told Udonna nothing was more important to her than finding Udonna find Leanbow.  Udonna was touched by Clare's dedication to her.

Clare and Udonna continued to travel.  Udonna paused for a moment and had Clare stop as well.  Udonna told Clare she sense Leanbow's presence close by.  They continued with their searching.  Later, Clare and Udonna reached the edge of the Lake of Lament.  Udonna told Clare that Leanbow had been here.  Clare replied that she had sense something as well.  Hekatoid appeared behind them and made a sound.  Clare and Udonna turned around, surprised.  Hekatoid attacked them.  The blast hit them both and it sent Clare flying.  Clare landed on the ground unconscious.

Clare woke up and immediately noticed that Udonna was missing.  Clare became alarmed.  Clare:  Udonna!  Later, Clare contacted Daggeron and Jenji through the crystal ball.  She let them know that Udonna had been captured by a blue frog.  Daggeron urged Clare to return to Rootcore.  Clare refused.  Clare was determined to rescue Udonna.  Later, Clare jumped out from behind the cover of the woods.  Phineas and Leelee had just walked past.  Clare walked up to Leelee, sure that Leelee knew where Udonna was being held.  Clare was very angry and told Leelee she should turn her into a sickle berry.  Leelee was not imitated by Clare.  Phineas tried to break up the argument, telling Clare and Leelee they were on the same side.  Clare stated she was going to rescue Udonna.  Leelee pointed out that Clare would need her help in order to rescue Udonna.  Phineas told Clare it was true.  Clare stared at the triumphant Leelee, unsure whether to trust her or not.

Clare, Leelee, and Phineas hid among the bushes.  Ahead of them were two Styxoids guarding the entrance to Udonna.  Leelee:  Udonna is inside that portal.  Clare:  Thanks, I'll take it from here.  Those Styxoids won't know what hit them!  Clare started to do a spell.  Clare:  Infusno.  Leelee quickly stopped Clare.  Leelee:  No, no, no, no!  You can't use magic.  It will alert the others.  Clare:  Well, do you have any better ideas?  Leelee grinned and then walked straight over to the Styxoids.  Clare and Phineas watched Leelee, still hiding in the bushes.  The Styxoids immediately barred the entrance.  Styxoid:  No passage!  Leelee:  Excuse me?  Do you know who I am?  I'm Leelee Pimvare.  Leelee continue by telling the Styxoids that her mother was the Queen of the Vampires.  She was going to be Queen of the Vampires one day.  The Styxoids insisted she was not on the list.  Leelee became outrage.  Leelee told the Styxoids that she was going to tell her mom what had happened and the Styxoids would find themselves buried so deep in the pit that they would have dig down to get out.  The Styxoids relented.  Leelee told the Styxoids to turn around.  While Leelee had been talking to the Styxoids, Clare and Phineas had crept closer to the entrance.  Under some leaf coverage.  Leelee ushered the two in and told the Styxoids not to move.  Leelee went in after Clare and Phineas.  They entered a dark chamber.  Clare, Leelee, and Phineas quickly hid as the two Styxoids entered the chamber.  Clare, Leelee, and Phineas stayed very close to a wall as the Styxoids passed.  Once the Styxoids were gone.  Clare, Leelee, and Phineas began searching for signs of Udonna.  Clare spotted a tore piece of fabric.  Clare picked it up as Leelee and Phineas hurried over.  It was a piece of material from Udonna's outfit.  Clare, Leelee, and Phineas were concern.  They continued to search for Udonna.  They had entered an area with a table covered with various cakes and goodies.  Much to their dismay, Hekatoid had entered the chamber, along with some Styxoids.  The Styxoids were carrying Udonna.  Clare, Leelee, and Phineas tried desperately to hid, but there was no where.  Panicking, Clare cast a quick spell that made them all disappear.  Hekatoid wanted to see what was happening with his poisonous tadpoles.  Hekatoid cast a spell and became outrage.  The vision had shown the Solar Streak Megazord using the furnace blast on the tadpoles.  Hekatoid and the Styxoids hurried out of the chamber.  Clare cast another spell that made them appear again.  Leelee warned them that they had to hurry.  Clare had used magic and they would be here soon.  Clare, Leelee, and Phineas tried to free Udonna from the vine covered container, but they couldn't.  Clare cast another spell and the vines disappear.  Clare, Leelee, and Phineas carried Udonna to a table.  Udonna was still under a spell.  Clare tried a spell several times, but it didn't work.  Leelee told Clare there was one more thing they could try.  Their conversation was interrupted by the appearance of three Styxoids.  Clare and Leelee got themselves into a ready fight stance.  Phineas surprised them by leaping in front of them and then battling the Styxoids.  One of the Styxoids got knock Clare's way.  She hit him in the face with a pie.  Phineas, after wiping the floor with him, toss the last Styxoid against the wall.  Leelee walked up to Phineas and told him how impress she was.  Phineas grinned.  Phineas bowed.  As Phineas, the Styxoid he had knocked to the ground had gotten up and was ready to attack again.  Leelee leaped up, gave a hard kick, and knock the Styxoid out.  Leelee grin at Phineas' look of surprise.  Clare came up and ask Leelee what was it that she wanted to try.  Leelee pulled out Udonna's snow staff and told them she had borrowed it from her mom, without telling her.  Clare smiled in relief as she held Udonna's snow staff.  Clare, Leelee, and Phineas gathered around the table.  Clare placed the snow staff on Udonna and taught Leelee and Phineas the spell.  They clasp hands.  The three chanted the spell and soon Udonna had vanished in a white sparkles.  Later, after the Rangers had destroyed the poisonous frogs and Hekatoid, everyone had returned to the woods, just outside of Rootcore.  Leelee and Phineas stood on the sidelines as the teens, Clare, Udonna, Daggeron, Jenji, and even Fire Heart rejoice in being together again.  Clare was very happy to have everyone back.  Nick broke away from the group and asked what she (Leelee) was doing here.  Phineas stood protectively close to her and told Nick that she was with him.  Clare left the teens and also stood by Leelee.  She told Nick that Leelee was with her as well.  Udonna told Nick that Leelee had helped in the rescue, she was trustworthy and one of them.  Leelee did not think Nick would accept her and told him it was okay, she understood.  Clare and Phineas both placed protective hands on Leelee.  Nick told Leelee to step forward.  Leelee was confused.  Nick told Leelee that you can't have a group hug without everyone in it.  Clare was excited for Leelee.  Clare, Leelee, and Phineas joined the teens as they formed a circle and celebrated their victory and being together.

Clare was inside Rootcore, trying to clean up the mess.  Earlier, Nick, infused with dark magic from the Master, and Wolf Warrior had battled inside Rootcore, tearing up the place in the process.  Leanbow told Daggeron that he had train his son well, maybe too well.  Daggeron replied that it was not his training, but the power of the Master.  Leanbow would know that better than anyone.  Udonna suddenly went white and everyone became alarmed.  Udonna told them that something terrible has happened.  Moments later, the Snow Prince came out of a seal and collapse on the floor.  Clare, Udonna, Daggeron, and Leanbow raced over and helped the Snow Prince.  The Snow Prince had grave news for them.  The Master had attacked the snow realm and the Mystic Mother.  Clare asked who the Mystic Mother is.  Udonna explained that the Mystic Mother was the Empress of all that is good, one working for the dark side and known as Rita.  The Snow Prince told them how the Mystic Mother had used a powerful spell on the Master, but it had done nothing to the Master.  Mystic Mother then cast a spell that sent Snow Prince to them to warn them.  Snow Prince had no idea if the Mystic Mother had survived or not.  Udonna told them without the Mystic Mother, good magic didn't have a chance.

Clare and Snow Prince appeared out of a seal.  Clare had just cast a spell that stopped the Master from destroying the teens.  Clare and Snow Prince had just returned from the Snow Realm.  Master:  What?!  Vida:  Snow Prince?!  Madison, Vida, Chip, Nick, and Xander hurried over to where Clare and Snow Prince stood.  Nick:  Clare!  You have powers!  Clare excitedly told them that the Mystic Mother had made her a full sorceress.  The Master scoffed, he had destroyed the Mystic Mother.  Snow Prince corrected him.  Snow Prince told the Master that just before his spell hit, Mystic Mother turned herself into energy, and later reformed.  Mystic Mother stated it was not that easy to destroy her.  The Master told them he would return to the depths and gather his strength.  Clare and the rest were pleasantly surprised when Udonna arrived and told the Master he would be unable to return to the depths, because it no longer exists.  Itassis and Necrolai stepped forward.  The Master was surprised to see Itassis and asked her where Sculpin was.  Itassis told the Master Necrolai had revived her.  When Sculpin returned to the pit with Udonna, Itassis had been waiting.  Itassis and Sculpin battled and Itassis destroyed Sculpin.  Itassis had also destroyed the depths.  Itassis battled the Master and the Master vanished in smoke.  Itassis warned the group that the Master would return.  There was a brief moment of joy, celebrating the Master's retreat.  Itassis noticed the tears on Udonna's face and asked her what was wrong.  Clare and her friends knew and they were sad as well.  Udonna told Itassis that her tears were for her sorrow for the loss of her husband Leanbow, and their friend Daggeron.  Itassis bowed her head, she could not help them.  Leelee arrived and told them her mother could.  Leelee walked up to Necrolai and told her mother that she believed in her.  Necrolai decided to try.  Necrolai cast a spell at Leanbow and Daggeron.  Necrolai fell backwards after the spell.  Clare and her friends were stunned to see that Daggeron, Leanbow, and even Jenji were revived.  There was another moment of pure joy until Clare and her friends heard the concern in Leelee's voice.  Necrolai had not gotten back up.  There was a golden glow and after it vanished, a human stood there.  Necrolai had been transform into Nikki.  Clare and her friends were thrilled for Leelee and her mom.  The Master had returned, eager to break up their reunion.  Clare and her friends were ready to fight.  Nick told them they would show the Master real courage, even without magic.  Mystic Mother told them there was always magic, they just needed to know where to look.  Madison was puzzled, as was Clare and the rest.  Toby arrived, with citizens from Briarwood and said maybe she meant us.  Phineas appeared on the other side, with villagers from Mystic Realm and stated maybe she meant us as well.  Toby and Phineas had been spreading the word that there was no need to fear each other.  Instead they needed to stand together and fight the real evil, the Master.  Toby told the Rangers they had protected them all year, now it was their turn to help the Rangers.  The citizens of Briarwood and the villagers of Mystic Realm united together, chanting "We believe in magic".  A golden glow cascaded around the teens, Udonna, Daggeron, and Leanbow.  The Power Rangers were back and had their magic once more.  Clare and the rest of the crowd watched as the Power Rangers battled the Master.  The Master was eager to eat more good magic.  The Rangers gave him their magic and then some.  The Master could not keep up, the magic kept coming.  The Master exploded.  Clare and the rest of the crowd cheered over the destruction of the Master.  Mystic Mother concluded that darkness was destroyed by light.  And if it ever returned, your magic must stop it. When the smoke cleared, Madison, Vida, Chip, Nick, and Xander walked proudly through the crowd.  Clare and the rest of the crowd gave them thunderous applause and cheers.   Vida, Chip, Nick, Xander, and Madison bowed.  Several days, Clare was inside Rootcore by herself.  Udonna had left with Leanbow and Nick.  They were going to visit Nick's adoptive parents.  Clare opened the Xenotome and look through it.  Clare smiled as she read the last page.  Clare turned around, still smiling, and cast a spell that made her vanished in golden sparkles.  The last page of the Xenotome had said "The End".
