TOBY

Toby Slambrook - Barnie Duncan

Toby lives in Briarwood and is the boss of Rock Porium.  He has four employees, Madison, Vida, Chip, and Xander.  Toby had taken the day off to go snorkeling.  He returned, still dressed in scuba gear, because he knew his employees would not be cleaning the store.  Toby stood in the doorway of Rock Porium, as Vida messed around with records, Chip was sword fighting, Xander was sitting, and Madison was recording it all on her video camera.  Madison spotted Toby:  Toby!  Everyone stopped what they were doing and walked over.  Xander:  Hey, nice snorkel boss.  Vida:  Weren't you taking the day off today?  Toby tried to speak with the scuba gear still in his mouth:  Yes, I...Toby took out the scuba gear and answered:  Yes.  As a matter of fact, I was at the beach, snorkeling with the little fishes.  Toby started to make a fish face and his employees laugh:  And one swam past me and look at me with those big fish eyes.  And he said are your employees cleaning the store like they said they would?  Now I have to go back to the water.  Back to the reef, find the fish and say no.  Xander assured Toby that they would have the store organize.  Toby walked over to the door of his office and before entering, commented you mean do what you get paid to do.  Moments later an earthquake hit.  As the building and ground shook, Toby stuck his head out.  Reading from an index card, he told Xander, Madison, Chip, and Vida to follow the safety procedures and quickly get around a desk.  Toby then hurried back into his own office and hid.

The earthquake was short and Toby changed out of his scuba gear and into his regular clothes.  Later, he was outside his store, when he noticed Xander walk out of  a tree.  Toby stood there in amazement and soon Vida, Chip, and Madison tumbled out of the tree as well.  Chip, Madison, Xander, and Vida cross the street to where Toby stood.  Toby asked them about the tree, but the teens asked him if he was okay.  Toby did not reply and the teens hurried into the store.  Toby gazed at the tree for a moment, and then cross the street.  He walked up to the tree and tried to enter it.  Instead, he received a large bump on his head.  The following day, Toby was walking along, when he spotted the tree.  He gazed at it for a moment, and then decided he would try once more.  Toby walked up to the tree and tried to enter it and received another bump on his head.  After he cleared his head, Toby walked into Rock Porium, expecting to find the place a mess.  He was very surprised to see it so clean.  Toby wondered if maybe it was too clean and had lost it's edge.  Madison, Vida, Chip, and Xander laughed.  A young woman walked in and announced that she was new in town and needed some help.  Xander and Chip raced to her side.  The young woman took a look at both of them, and then spotted Nick.  The young woman walked up to Nick and stated she wanted him.  Nick replied that he didn't work here.  Madison told Toby that Nick had been instrumental in cleaning up the store.  Toby asked Nick who the greatest guitarist is, and Nick replied Jimmy.  Toby told Nick he was hired and to help the customer.  The young woman walked away with Nick and told him her name is Leelee.  Leelee asked Nick what his name was.  Nick looked back at Toby and his friends and replied that he was in trouble.  Toby, Chip, Vida, Xander, and Madison laughed.

Toby was working at the Rock Porium.  A customer had come up to the counter and asked him about eight tracks.  Toby:  We don't have 3 track tapes you Neanderthal!  The fidelity of those things is horrible!  Now get back into your pinto and take your business elsewhere.  The customer walked out of the store.  Madison came up, with camera in hand, and asked Toby what was wrong.  Toby confessed that he was fasting for his mind and body.  Unfortunately, he was missing out on some of his favorite foods.  Toby told Madison he was so hungry he could eat the oldies section.  Madison laughed and walked away.  Moments later, Madison put her camera on the counter and walked out upset.  Leelee yelled out a cherry see you.  Leelee stopped to talk to Toby and added that she hoped Madison was okay.  Leelee asked Toby if he had heard about people being turned into stone.  Toby did and the whole idea freaked him out.  Leelee told Toby that a lot of freaky things have been happening since the Power Rangers showed up.  Later, Vida, Chip, Xander, and Nick raced out of the store, telling Toby that they were going out to lunch.  Toby yelled at them, what have I told you about talking about food.  Toby had a record in his hand and he looked at it for a moment.  He was about to take a bite out of it and then had second thoughts and put the record down.

Toby walked out of his office and noticed Madison and Vida frantically searching for something.  Toby asked them what they were looking for.  Xander, Madison, and Vida told him they were not looking for anything.  Toby glanced back, and it had looked liked Chip had been floating in the air and then on the ground.  Toby asked Chip what was going on.  Chip told him he was practicing his ballet and then proceeded to dance around the store.  Toby wasn't sure what to make of it.  Toby turned around and asked Xander if he had made the deposit for him.  Xander answered by asking Toby a question.  Toby decided to accept what Xander told him and walked away.  Later, Toby was busy stacking DVD's cover on top of each other.  He was almost done when Xander startled him.  Madison, Xander, Vida, and Chip looked uncomfortable.  Toby told them he could tell they wanted to tell him something, but didn't want to tell him.  Toby went back and forth as to whether the teens should tell him or not.  Toby asked them if it was about the missing money.  Xander was surprised.  Toby pulled out the deposit envelope and told them he had found it behind the cash register.  Xander was relieved.  Toby told them he was not only their employer, but their friend.  Xander confessed that he had thought Nick had taken the money.  Toby was surprised and told them Nick was honest.  He asked the teens where did they get that idea.  The teens turned towards Leelee.  Leelee angrily told them she hadn't accused her friend.  Leelee then sprayed her can of soda all over herself.  Toby gave Leelee a concerned look.  Madison told Toby they needed to apologize to Nick and Toby let them go.

Toby was at the counter with headphones on.  Xander, Chip, Vida, and Madison were there as well.  Nick walked in and after a few moments they all left.  Toby was unaware his employees had all left.  He took off his headphones to tell Chip something and realized that his employees were all gone.

Toby was carrying a cardboard cutout of Jake Bonebreaker.  He was behind it and startled Xander.  Toby noticed Madison, Vida, Chip, and Nick working.  Toby:  Nice work Xander.  I like the way you got everyone working.  You are a born leader.  Xander was flattered.  Xander asked who the old guy was.  Toby was outrage that  Xander, Vida, Chip, Nick, and Madison did not know who Jake Bonebreaker was.  He told them about the heavy metal music Jake was responsible for, but it didn't impress the teens.  Toby told them to play the music, learn it, and love it.  Toby left the cardboard cutout in their care.  Later, Xander placed a spell, that unintentionally, turned the cardboard cutout into the real thing.  Jake Bonebreaker sang at the top of his voice, and played air guitar.  Chasing a few customers away.  Toby looked out of his office to see what was going on and was thrilled to see Jake Bonebreaker in his store.  Toby asked Jake to hold on and ran back into his office to get a camera.  While Toby was in his office, Xander cast another spell that turned Jake back into the cardboard cutout.  Toby left his office, talking away about the thrill of having Jake in his store.  Toby realized it was only a cardboard cutout, and thought he must be losing it.  Toby went ahead and took a picture of him and the cardboard cutout Jake Bonebreaker.  The following day, Chip, Nick, Xander, Madison, and Vida excitedly called Toby out of his office.  Toby popped his head and noticed Jake Bonebreaker, this time the real thing.  Toby told the teens he wasn't falling for that again, and he was too busy for games.  Toby shut his door.

Toby was inside his office and working on a puzzle.  He became very excited.  Toby:  Yes!  Success!  Toby opened his office door and stepped out to the counter, where Chip, Vida, and Xander were working.  Still excited, Toby:  I finished this entire crypto magnetic puzzle in just under forty minutes.  I should work for the CIA or the FBI.  Or better still, the Power Rangers.  Vida, Xander, and Chip became quiet and tense.  Toby noticed this.  Toby:  What did I say?  Xander, Chip, and Vida relaxed.  Vida:  Nothing.  Chip:  Yeah, that's a great idea.  Chip and Vida suggested to Toby that he give the Rangers a call.  Toby agreed and returned to his office.  Later, Chip and Vida entered Rock Porium with a large chest.  Toby looked it over as Chip and Vida told him it was the most difficult puzzle in the world.  Toby told them he could solve in less than half an hour.  Toby carried the chest into his office and began working.  Toby worked furiously on the puzzle.  He had numerous papers that he had written on and he consulted those as he continued to work.  Toby was concentrating so hard, sweat had gathered on his forehead.  Suddenly, Toby realized the answer to the puzzle.  With only a few seconds left on the timer, Vida, Chip, Xander, Madison, and Nick entered his office.  Vida came and stood by Toby.  Toby told them it was a mathematical problem and the answer lead to a button, which Toby pointed out.  Vida, after looking questioning at her friends, pressed the button.  A latched opened.  Toby excitedly told them he was a genius.  The teens thanked Toby for all his help.  Nick and Chip started to carry the chest out.  Toby was upset, he wanted to see what was inside the chest and tried to stop the teens.  Xander stopped Toby with a riddle.  Toby hurried back inside his office to figure out Xander's riddle.

Toby was loading his van when he saw a huge bat swoop down and carry away a man.  Toby couldn't believe what he had seen.  He muttered to himself that it couldn't have been a large bat.  Later, still outside and confused over what he had seen, Toby himself was swoop up by the bat he had seen earlier.  Necrolai, the huge bat, dropped Toby further away.  Necrolai demanded that Toby, as Gatekeeper open the gates of the pit.  Toby told Necrolai that she had the wrong guy, he was not the Gatekeeper.  Necrolai became furious and toss Toby to the ground.  Luckily for Toby the Power Rangers showed up.  Toby thanked the Red Ranger and went into hiding.  He watched the Power Rangers battled Necrolai and when the battle got too close, Toby chose another hiding place.   Eventually Necrolai would fly away.  Later, Toby entered Rock Porium, excited to tell his friends what he had seen.  The teens told Toby just a sec, as Xander's morpher went off.  The teens had a quiet conversation and then raced out the door.  Toby asked them where they were going.  Vida told him they were going on break.  Toby called after them, didn't they want to know who he had meant.  But the teens were already long gone.  Toby quietly told no one that he had met the Power Rangers.

Toby was walking when he spotted his employees and stopped to say hello.  Xander introduced Toby to Phineas, telling Toby that Phineas was his uncle from the old country.  Xander asked Toby if he would take Phineas to the dentist for him and Toby amicably agreed to take Phineas.  Toby and Phineas walked along towards the dentist office.  Toby confirmed with Phineas what Xander had told him, that Phineas has been in a skiing accident and that he had a skin condition, which is why he had to wear a hat and sunglasses.  Phineas wanted to know about cars.  Phineas had spotted a parked car and asked Toby how do you eat one, and assumed you had to cook it first.  Toby was very confused when Phineas found a soft spot, the tire, and tried to eat the car.  Toby managed to get Phineas to the dentist office.  Toby and Phineas were seen right away.  Toby was surprised at how fast the lobby had cleared out.  He had thought they would have to wait for hours.  Toby asked Phineas if he would like to read a magazine.  Phineas asked him what a magazine is.  Toby thought Phineas was joking.  Toby was impressed with Phineas' bread.  He asked Phineas how long it had taken him to grow it.  Phineas replied he didn't know, he had had the bread since he was a baby.  Toby was stunned.  Dr. Tristian, the dentist, walked in.  Dr. Tristian confused his reflection with the patient.  Toby had to point out that Phineas was the patient.  Dr. Tristian looked into Phineas' mouth and couldn't believe how many teeth he had.  Dr. Tristian asked Phineas if he would like to be numb.  Phineas glanced at Toby and Toby gave a small nod.  Phineas told Dr. Tristian yes.  Dr. Tristian was ready to try out his new numbing ray.  Instead of numbing Phineas, Dr. Tristian numbed Toby instead.  Toby sat in a chair as Dr. Tristian struggled to get the aching tooth out of Phineas.  Toby tried to drink some coffee, but managed to spill it on himself instead, since he was still numb.  Toby got out of the chair excitedly as he noticed the Rangers' Megazord out the window.  Toby excitedly watched the battle between the Rangers, Jenji, and Imperious.  The ground shook and this gave Dr. Tristian enough power to yank the tooth out of Phineas.  After the dentist visit, Toby took Phineas to Rock Porium.  Phineas immediately like the place and the music.  Phineas began to play air guitar in front of the customers.  Xander and Madison walked in and told Toby they had been looking all over for him and Phineas.  Toby pointed out where Phineas was and commented that it seemed to him, Phineas had never heard rock and roll before.

Toby was inside his office at Rock Porium.  He could heard a lot of screaming and commotion coming from his store.  Toby walked out of his office and saw his employees running around and Madison shrieking.  Several of the customers looked bewildered as to what was going on.  Far from getting mad, Toby attributed the behavior to rock and roll.

Toby was sitting in his office at Rock Porium.  He was looking over some records when he heard a loud train whistle.  It startled him so badly that he tossed the records in his hands up in the air.  Toby gathered the records and sat back down.  Moments later, Toby was startled once more by a loud train whistle.  Toby once more jumped and scattered the records he was holding in his hands.  Toby left the records on the floor and ran out the door of his office.  Toby demonstrated a train whistle as he call out to the empty store.  Toby wanted to know if anyone else had heard the train whistle, but the store was empty.

Toby was walking in the city of Briarwood, his arms full of stuff for his store.  He noticed several people running in terror.  Toby received a shock when he saw Necrolai in the city.  Toby closed his eyes, hoping it was a dream.  But when he opened them, Necrolai was still there, and with a blue monster, Screamer.  Toby watched as Screamer turned several citizens into feathers.  Toby started to run.  He reached his store, and turned the sign back to close.  Toby asked the teens if they remember the big bat creature and told them it had returned, along with a blue monster.  Toby was fearful of being taken once more and was determine to hide before that happened.  Toby ran into his office and hid.

Toby was inside his office, trying to get everything ready for his one year anniversary party the following day.  He manage to get tangle up in the streamers and stumble out of his office.  Madison and Vida were both working and saw Toby.  Madison and Vida headed towards Toby.  Madison:  Are you okay Toby?  Toby:  These balloons won't inflate.  I can't get the streamers to stream.  And my poppers keep popping.  This party is going to be a disaster.  Vida and Madison started to removed the streamers from Toby.  Vida:  Don't worry about a thing, boss.  We'll take care of it.  Right Sis?  Madison:  Absolutely.  You just tell us what you want and it's done.  Toby:  Well, it has to be perfect.  Toby continue with what he would like the party to look like, including a cake that represented Rock N Roll.  Madison had slipped away for a moment and when she returned, she had a cake that was just what Toby wanted.  At the end of the day, Toby left all the decorations on a table for his employees, along with a note, telling them he was confident they would make everything look perfect.  The following day, the party had begun at Rock Porium.  Toby danced in the midst of this customers and was having a great time.  Everything did look perfect.  One of the customers told Toby he needed to make a speech.  Toby went up on stage in great spirits.  Toby made a small speech about the magical year he had had.  He also wanted to thank his devoted employees, but when he tried to find them in the crowd, they were gone.

Toby was walking outside, pushing his shopping cart.  He heard a familiar voice call his name.  Vida:  Toby?!  Toby saw his four former employees.  He walked over to them, still pushing his shopping cart.  Toby:  Hey guys!  I was worried about everyone.  I thought that...Toby looked at fifth person, that he did not know.  Toby:  Who's he?  Madison:  What?  Nick:  At least he's still got his sense of humor.  The five teens laughed.  Toby smiled but was still puzzled.  Toby:  No, seriously, who is he?  Vida:  Toby, what happen to Rock Porium?  What happen to all the color?  Toby:  Are you, are you trying to mess with me.  You don't remember how the darkness took over?  Four month ago.  Nick:  Guys, something's happened.  The world as we know it has change.  Four months ago is when I first came to Briarwood and we became...you know who.  Toby pulled out his miniature music box.  Toby:  Hey guys!  Do you hear, I got music.  Toby told them how music was banned, which the teens were surprised.  Toby played his miniature music box.  Chip wanted to know who had banned music.  Suddenly, a Styxoid and several Hidiacs appeared.  The Styxoid and Hidiacs walked right over to Toby and grabbed him.  Toby could not fight them off.  The Styxoid took Toby's music box and crushed it.  Toby was crushed as well.  Later, in another dimension, the Tribunal of Magic would use an image of Toby working at his shop to tempt the teens to take the easy way out.

Toby stayed hidden while several Styxoids and Hidiacs walked past, pushing the citizens of Briarwood.  As the group pasted, Toby came out of his hiding place.  Toby sat down and played his small music box.  Toby made sounds of contentment as the music played.  Suddenly Toby was surrounded by several Styxoids, Hidiacs, and Necrolai.  Necrolai:  You were told once.  Music is forbidden.  Toby:  But it's just a little music box.  Necrolai:  The law is the law.  Necrolai grabbed the music box and crushed it.  Necrolai:  Seize him!  The Styxoids and Hidiacs grabbed Toby.  Toby:  No!  Toby struggled to free himself.  Toby:  I'm sorry.  Help!  Somebody help me!  Suddenly a young man, Nick, ran towards Toby.  Nick knocked several of the Hidiacs and Styxoids away.  Nick:  Run!  Get out of here!  Toby ran for it.  Later, Toby found himself in danger as well.  The world had reverted to normal, but there were still Hidiacs and Styxoids everywhere.  Toby was in the midst of Hidiacs and Styxoids when Red Ranger, on his Mystic Rider, got rid of several of them.  Red Ranger told Toby to run for cover.  Toby was thrilled to see the Red Ranger once more.  He told the Red Ranger, Rangers Rule, before taking off.  Back at the Rock Porium, Toby was giving a speech at his anniversary party.  It was a long speech and the customers were getting bored.  Toby, in frustration, told the crowd he didn't understand why his employees bailed on him.  Suddenly, the teens walked in, carrying a cake they had made.  Toby walked off the stage.  He told the teens he loved the cake.  Toby decided he wanted to make a wish.  The teens screamed at him no.

Toby walked out of the Rock Porium to see the mural his employees had painted on the side of the store.  Toby:  Whoa!  Whoa!  This is...shocking.  I've never seen anything like it!  You think people walking by are gonna stop and look at this and want to come into my store?  Toby didn't see Xander shake his head no.  Toby:  Well, I do!  Toby thought the mural was beautiful, even though he could not tell what it was.  Xander stepped in front of Toby and thanked him.  Xander told Toby that it had been difficult getting the others to see his vision, but he thought they had pulled it off.  Toby nodded his head in agreement.  Toby told his employees that they all should be proud of themselves.  He took one last look at the mural and stepped back into the store.

Toby walked towards Vida, Chip, and Xander.  Toby:  Ohhh, who are you guys?  Do you know what happen to my employees?  Xander:  We're right here boss.  Toby:  Ahhh, no.  I mean the ones who are never here for more than a hour without running off and not telling me where they're going.  Xander:  Ohhh, sarcasm.  Well there is a simple explanation for that.  Xander asked Vida to tell Toby.  Vida mumble a few words and then asked Chip to fill Toby in.  Chip told Toby they are the Power Rangers and they had to leave to fight evil.  Toby gave them a long stare and then realized they were joking.  Toby thought it was a good joke as he walked away.  Later, Toby timed how long his employees had been working.  It had been over three hours and they were all still working in the store.  He heard a strange sound and then all five of employees shouted they had to go and raced out the door.  Toby knew it had been too good to be true.  Toby decided it was time to do something about it.  Later, Toby was helping some customers when Madison, Vida, Chip, Nick, and Xander all came back into the store and started working.  Toby commented that it was nice of them to show up.  The teens apologized, but Toby had had enough and told them so.  Toby had hired a new employee, Leelee.  He told them Leelee had promised not to take off all the time.  Nick sputtered a protest, but the rest shushed him up.  Toby looked at him, puzzled for a moment.  Nick then welcomed Leelee.  Toby was pleased and patted Leelee on the shoulder before walking away.

Toby had sent Vida to get Nick and to pretend that Toby was upset with him.  Nick cautiously entered his office.  Xander, Vida, Chip, Madison, and way in the back Leelee, crowded behind Nick.  Toby stood behind the very large award.  Toby:  The winner of the first every Rockployee Award goes to Mister Nick Russel.  Everyone cheered and clapped.  Leelee:  I can't see!  I can't see!  Vida simply moved more in front of Leelee, to make it more difficult for Leelee to see.  Nick:  Thank-you Toby!  Toby and Nick shook hands.  Nick:  Thank you guys!  Wow!  Well, I couldn't have done it without the help of my friends and co-workers.  Recent hires excluded.  Toby shook Nick's hand once more.  Nick:  Thanks again Toby.  Everyone cheered again.  As Nick walked out of the office, he took another glance at the award.  Nick:  Amazing.  Later, Toby had a change of heart.  He had watched Leelee worked very hard in the store, while as usual, his other five employees were gone.  Madison, Vida, Chip, Nick, and Xander entered the store.  Toby walked up and told them he was giving the Rockployee Award to Leelee.  Leelee was thrilled.  Toby told Vida, Chip, Nick, Xander, and Madison they could learn a lot from Leelee's example.  Toby walked away.

Toby was working when Vida and Nick erupted into an argument.  Nick had used her tables for DJing and Vida was very upset.  Both Nick and Vida tried to have Toby back up their argument.  Toby took neither side and instead sputter a few words, but was soon forgotten and Vida and Nick continue to argue.  After a few moments, Toby walked up to them and asked them to take it outside.  Nick and Vida were giving the place a bad vibe.  Later, Nick and Vida returned to Rock Porium in high spirits.  Nick was DJing as Toby and Vida danced around.  Toby was very happy to see the two of them had worked out their argument.  Vida told them it was her fault.  Nick jumped down and told Toby and Vida, it had been his fault.  Soon Vida and Nick were arguing over who's fault the original argument had been about.  Toby cautiously walked away from the bickering pair.

Toby burst into Rock Porium with plenty of energy.  Toby did a few pushups and got back on his feet and started jogging in place.  Vida, Chip, Xander, and Madison gathered around Toby and ask him what was going on.  Toby told them that the other night he had been roller blading, while eating a jelly doughnut, when he discovered he was out of breath.  Toby decided then and there that diet and exercise was the name of the game.  Chip, Xander, Madison, and Vida all gave him words of encouragement and Toby referred to himself as a machine before entering his office.  Later, Toby walked into Rock Porium carrying fruit.  He offered a pineapple to the teens, but they were busy racing out the door and didn't hear him.  Toby tried to take a bite out of the pineapple with unpleasant results.

Toby was blading in the park.  He was impressed with how well he was doing.  People in the park began to scream and run.  Toby stopped and spotted a giant Hekatoid battling the Manticore Megazord.  Toby hoped that one day he would be fit enough to be a Power Ranger.  Toby bladed away.  None of his employees show up for work, so Toby shut the store and wrote a note that he would return in thirty minutes.  Later, Toby returned to the store, jogging in.  All of his employees, except Leelee, were there.  Toby felt great and definitely thought diet and exercise were the way to go.  He noticed the long faces on Madison, Vida, Chip, Nick, and Xander.  Toby offered them water and fruit, but they didn't want any.  Toby told them he knew something was going on.  The teens were always coming in and then racing away.  Toby told them they could tell him, it would make them feel better.  Nick told Toby they were the Power Rangers and they had to race off all the time to fight evil.  Toby grinned and told them they had told him that one before.  Toby asked them to morph, which they should be able to do if they are Power Rangers.  The teens groaned.  Chip explained that their powers had been taken away by a giant frog.  Toby didn't believe it.  He told them the Power Rangers were the healthiest people around, the fate of the world rested on their shoulders.  The Rangers would realized the giant frog was out of shape and simply wear him out by moving quickly until the frog tired.  Toby gave physical demonstrations of the Rangers' moves as he talked.  The teens straighten up and told him he was right.  The teens then raced out of the door once more.  Later, Toby went for another run through the park.  He stopped as he spotted, once more, a giant Hekatoid.  Toby also saw the White Ranger and his employees running towards the White Ranger.  Toby was stunned when the teens morphed into the Power Rangers.  Toby realized they had been telling him the truth.  Toby mimic their moves as the Rangers destroyed Hekatoid.

Toby was inside Rock Porium.  Five of his employees were sitting in front of him, and Leelee stood behind.  Toby:  So you guys really are the Power Rangers.  Madison, Vida, Chip, Nick, and Xander nodded their heads.  Toby:  Okay, Nick is the Red Ranger.  Nick:  Right.  Toby:  And Xander is green.  Madison blue.  Chip yellow.  And Vida pink.  Okay, so Nick is also the son of Udonna, the White Ranger.  Toby went on to talk about Leanbow, who was Koragg, and really a good guy and how Nick is the Light and the bad guys want to destroy the Light.  Toby walked over to Leelee and said Leelee's mom is Necrolai, the Queen of the Vampires and she did really take him away.  Toby was relieved that he didn't have to seek professional help. The Ten Terrors were on a mission to raise the Master.    There was screaming from outside the shop.  Toby told the teens he guessed this meant they wouldn't be working their regular hours for awhile.  The door opened and Toby turned around.  It was Phineas.  Leelee excitedly raced over.  Phineas had a bouquet of onions in his hand and gave them to Leelee.  Leelee was thrilled and thought Phineas was very sweet.  Phineas and Leelee walked up to everyone, arm in arm.  Leelee introduced Phineas as her boyfriend.  Toby was a little confused - Leelee was dating Xander's uncle?

Toby was inside Rock Porium.  Madison, Vida, Chip, Xander, Leelee, and Phineas were there as well.  there had been no customers for several days.  Toby and Madison stood behind the counter, when a young woman walked in.  Toby:  Finally, a customer.  The young woman walked over to a rack of CDs.  Xander had gotten up to help the customer.  the young woman remove a CD and Phineas' face was framed in the space.  the young woman gave a small scream.  Phineas:  Welcome to the Rock Porium.  My name is Phineas.  Phineas then recommend a CD.  The customer ran out of the store.  Phineas assumed it was because of the CD recommendation he had made.  Vida's, Chip's, Xander's, and Madison's morphers went off.  Chip, Xander, Madison, and Vida went running out the store.  Phineas shouted out not to worry, he would take care of the store.  Phineas looked at Toby and asked him right?  Toby could only bang his head on the counter.  Later, Toby was counting the money in the register.  There were only a few coins.  Toby made a painful decision.  Toby went to Phineas and told him he hated to do this, but he was going to have to let me go.  Phineas was excited and asked if he would need a sweater.  Leelee had walked over as well.  Toby told Phineas that the people didn't know him like he did.  But he couldn't keep Phineas any more.  Rock Porium was his life.  Phineas asked if this was a bad time to ask for a raise.  Leelee put a comforting hand on Phineas' arm and shook her head no.  Phineas then realized that he was being fired.  Toby felt terrible as Phineas took off his jacket and walked out the store.  Leelee had watched him go with a sad expression on her face.  Toby felt lousy.      

The Master had returned.   Jenji suggested they run, but the rest of the crowd was ready to stand and fight.  Nick told them they would show the Master real courage, even without magic.  Mystic Mother told them there was always magic, they just needed to know where to look.  Madison was puzzled, as was Jenji and the rest.  Toby arrived, with citizens from Briarwood and said maybe she meant us.  Phineas appeared on the other side, with villagers from Mystic Realm and stated maybe she meant us as well.  Toby and Phineas had been spreading the word that there was no need to fear each other.  Instead they needed to stand together and fight the real evil, the Master.  Toby told the Rangers they had protected them all year, now it was their turn to help the Rangers.  The citizens of Briarwood and the villagers of Mystic Realm united together, chanting "We believe in magic".  A golden glow cascaded around the teens, Udonna, Daggeron, and Leanbow.  The Power Rangers were back and had their magic once more.  Toby and the rest of the crowd watched as the Power Rangers battled the Master.  The Master was eager to eat more good magic.  The Rangers gave him their magic and then some.  The Master could not keep up, the magic kept coming.  The Master exploded.  Toby and the rest of the crowd cheered over the destruction of the Master.  Mystic Mother concluded that darkness was destroyed by light.  And if it ever returned, your magic must stop it. When the smoke cleared, Madison, Vida, Chip, Nick, and Xander walked proudly through the crowd.  Toby and the rest of the crowd gave them thunderous applause and cheers.   Vida, Chip, Nick, Xander, and Madison bowed.  Several days, Toby had made a few changes.  He made Xander the store manager, and rehire Phineas.  The store was packed with happy customers from Briarwood and the Mystic Realm.  Toby spotted Nikki in the crowd.  Nikki was talking to Chip and several females.  Toby walked up and reminded Nikki that they needed to get going if they were going to make the movie.  Toby was dating Nikki and they happily left the store together.

A year later, Toby sold a dragon scale to Andrew Hartford.
