Clawbuster attacks a lone man walking at night in Briarwood. Clawbuster turns the man into stone. The following morning, the teens are working at Rock Porium. Madison has her camera out and is taping her sister. Vida: Boo-Yah! Hey, nice shirt. Madison: Yeah, you too. Madison captures Chip and Xander on her camera as well. Madison also captures Toby being rather rude to a customer looking for 8 tracks. Toby confesses to Madison that he is fasting. Madison goes into the back room to record Nick. Nick gives Madison a hard time, telling her that she tapes life, but hides behind her camera, and doesn't live life. Nick and Madison walk out of the back room. Leelee then insults Madison. Madison walks out of Rock Porium upset. Leelee tells Toby that all the trouble in Briarwood when the Rangers showed up. Meanwhile, in the pit, Morticon, Koragg, Necrolai plot their next move against the Rangers. At Rootcore, Clare calls out for help. Clare has turned herself into a goldfish. Udonna reverts her back to human form. The crystal ball sounds and Udonna contacts the teens and tells them there is trouble in the woods. At the Rock Porium, Xander, Chip, and Vida ask Nick about Madison. The teens run out of the Rock Porium and are soon on their mystic riders. Pink Ranger, Green Ranger, and Yellow Ranger continue to ask Red Ranger why Madison was so upset. Red Ranger claims he doesn't know and pulls out ahead of the others. Meanwhile, Madison is in a park and spot a cute guy. Madison tries to talk herself into going up to the guy, but keeps backing out. The guy, Ben, ends up approaching Madison. Meanwhile, the Rangers had landed in the woods and found several stone statues of citizens of Briarwood. Necrolai arrives, along with Clawbuster. Green Ranger, Red Ranger, Yellow Ranger, and Pink Ranger battle Clawbuster, but they cannot defeat him. Clawbuster and Necrolai leave in triumph.
Madison and Ben are walking together when Necrolai and Clawbuster appear. Clawbuster turns Ben's friends into stone. Clawbuster aims for Ben next. Madison pushes Ben to safety and takes the blast. Madison is turn to stone. The rest of the Rangers arrive. Pink Ranger is very upset to see her sister has been turned to stone. Pink Ranger uses her butterfly wings to knock Necrolai and Clawbuster down. Necrolai is not upset, one Ranger down, as Necrolia and Clawbuster leave. The Rangers return to Rootcore with Madison. Udonna is unable to break the spell and tells the teens they have to destroy Clawbuster in order to break the spell. Vida is ready to take Clawbuster on herself and Xander stops her, telling her she can't do it on her own. Nick tells Vida that is how Madison got in trouble in the first place, and she shouldn't have taken on Clawbuster on her own. Vida tells Nick that her sister has the heart of a warrior and Nick replies that is why she is always hiding behind the camera. Vida can't believe what she is hearing and shows Nick what Madison has recorded. Nick is charmed by Madison's footage and admits that he was wrong. Udonna tells him people communicate in different ways. Nick walks up to the stone statue of Madison and apologizes. Nick then receives a new spell code. Moments later, there is danger in the woods. The four teens morph and head out. There is trouble in one area with Clawbuster and Necrolai, and in another area with Koragg. The Rangers split up. Pink Ranger, Yellow Ranger, and Green Ranger battle Clawbuster and Necrolai. Red Ranger battles Koragg, who has another set of foot soldiers with him, Styxoids. Red Ranger, on his mystic rider, goes after Koragg and takes a hard hit. Red Ranger goes spinning out of control.
Red Ranger comes out of the flames with his new mystic speeder. A lengthy battle follows, where Red Rangers takes on the Styxoids and destroys them all. Red Ranger also defeats Koragg. Green Ranger, Yellow Ranger, and Pink Ranger are having a difficult time with Clawbuster and Necrolai. Red Ranger arrives on his mystic speeder to help them. Red Ranger casts a spell that causes a mirror to come up just as Clawbuster strikes a blast towards them. The blast hits the mirror and then returns to Clawbuster, turning Clawbuster to stone. The spell is broken and everyone who has been turned to stone, is reverted back to human form, including Madison. At Rootcore, Udonna observes that the Rangers are still in trouble. Madison joins the Rangers, as Koragg casts a spell, making Clawbuster large. The Rangers use their Mystic Titans and form the Titan Megazord. With the zord, the Rangers destroy Clawbuster.
The following day, Madison is back to filming everyone at Rock Porium. Ben walks in and starts talking to Madison. Nick looks on, glad that Madison is breaking out of her shell. Vida tells Nick that Ben better not hurt her sister. Nick tells Vida that Madison can take care of herself.
