CHARLIE

Charlie - Jacob Rutene

Charlie and his mom live in Blue Bay Harbor.  Charlie's father had passed away.  Charlie's mom sign him up for a program similiar to Big Brother.  Hunter Bradley is his big brother.  Charlie and his mom walked into Storm Chargers and Charlie was introduced to Hunter for the first time.  Charlie's mom really appreciated Hunter spending time with Charlie, but Charlie didn't say a word.  Later, Charlie and Hunter walked down to Charlie's house.  They were watched by Marah and Kapri, who noticed Charlie had the PAM in his backpack.  Hunter asked Charlie if he was into motocross, basketball, and hockey.  Charlie replied no to everything.  Hunter asked him if he liked pizza.  Charlie told him that pizza gave him hives.  Hunter asked him what he did like.  Charlie told him he like to play games and wanted to try this new one he just got.  Hunter enthusically told Charlie he enjoyed playing games too.  Charlie told him it was one player only.  Charlie also told Hunter that he appreciated what he was doing, but he didn't want a big brother.  He had gone this long without a father and he was okay.  Charlie then ran into his house.  Later, in his room, Charlie began playing the PAM (thinking it was a video game and unaware that it was Lothor's Personal Alien Manager).  Charlie began pressing several buttons, unaware that he was summoning hundreds of Kelzaks to appear in the city.  Charlie also made the hundreds of Kelzaks disappeared.  Charlie played around with the PAM by linking it to his radio.  By doing this, Charlie accidentally created DJ Drummond.  Marah and Kapri try to get the PAM back by dressing up as Girl Scouts selling salsa.  Marah and Kapri ring Charlie's doorbell and he answers.  He doesn't quite believe Marah and Kapri, believing them to be too old to be Girl Scouts.  Charlie has them pass him a bottle and he squeezes it, getting salsa all over Kapri.  Before he slams the door, he tells them that Girl Scouts don't sell salsa.  Later, Charlie is back in his room, trying to get the PAM to work.  Kelzaks begin to materialize in his room.  Charlie thinks they are cool graphics, until they attack him.  Hunter runs in and begins to battle the Kelzaks.  Charlie is impressed that Hunter knows martial arts.  After Hunter gets rid of the Kelzaks, he can't believe he has something in common with Charlie - martial arts.  Later, Kapri and Marah break into his room and take the PAM.  Charlie walks in before they leave and asks them who they are.  Kapri and Marah tell him they are evil alien ninjas and ask him if he is scared.  Charlie replies no and goes into a martial arts stance.  Kapri and Marah run from his room.  Later, in Storm Chargers, Charlie is sitting as Hunter works on his bike.  Charlie asks Hunter if he misses his dad.  Hunter tells him everyday.  Charlie asks if it will ever go away and Hunter tells him no, but it will get better.  Hunter tells Charlie he knows he cannot replace his dad, but if he ever needs to talk to someone, he will be there.  Charlie appreciates it.  Blake, Shane, Dustin, Cam, and Tori call out for Hunter to come see their video.  Charlie and Hunter join them and watch the winning video - a combination of all their videos into one.
