Dill

Dill lives Blue Bay Harbor.  He was on the beach, talking to Shane.  Dill wanted to know about Tori.  Dill told Shane that he thought Tori was cute and wanted her phone number.  Shane blew him off.  Dill walked away, taking one last glance at Tori, who was also at the beach.  Later, Dill was walking downtown, when he noticed Tori across the street.  He waved and said hi, but Tori just growled at him.  Dill was unaware that he was waving to Tori's clone.  A little disappointed at her reaction, Dill walked away.  Later, at Storm Chargers, Dill was looking at some surf boards when a young woman offered to help him.  It was Tori.  Tori introduced herself and Dill did the same.
