KELLY
Kelly Holloway - Megan Nicol
Kelly Holloway is the owner of Storm Chargers. Storm Chargers specializes in extreme sports equipment. She is also Dustin's boss and helps him train with his motocross. Kelly also lets Shane and Tori hang out at her shop. Kelly was out on the trails timing Dustin's runs. She told him he hadn't done too bad, and suddenly Dustin had to leave, Kelly struggled to hold his bike upright as Dustin took off and told her he would call her later. The following day, Kelly and Dustin were working at Storm Chargers. She was upset when Dustin suddenly had to take off again. She asked him if he expected her to close and clean shop on her own. Dustin told her she was the best boss ever and took off. Kelly grinned.
Kelly was working in Storm Chargers when she noticed Shane, deep in thought. She asked him if everything was okay. Shane walked to Kelly and asked her if she considered herself a good boss. Kelly replied that no one has quit on her yet. Shane asked her how she did it. Kelly told him that they work as a team. Kelly noticed people flying by her store window and asked what was going on. Shane told Kelly to stay where she was at, and he would check it out.
Inside Storm Chargers, Tori was furious at Shane and Dustin. Tori wanted them to realize she was a girl. The guys told her they realized that, but she was more like a boy/girl. This did not make Tori happy. Kelly walked up and told the guys to stop while they are ahead. Kelly gave Tori an envelope and told her it was for her. The envelope was from Girl Sport magazine and they wanted to photograph Tori. Tori decided to take up the offer, to prove to the guys she was a girl. Kelly questioned whether that was a good reason to do something. Later, Kelly, Shane, and Dustin told Tori that she needed to help a customer. Tori reminded them that she didn't work here. Kelly, Dustin, and Shane continued to push Tori to help the customer. Tori did and the customer turned out to be the guy, Dill, that she was interested int. Kelly, Shane, and Dustin grinned as Tori shot a quick smile of thanks at them.
Kelly was out on the tracks with Dustin. She was timing his ride around the track. Kelly shouted out that he was doing well. Suddenly two other bikes appeared and edged Dustin out. Dustin pulled alongside to Kelly and asked her if she had seen them before. Kelly told Dustin that the two bikers drove like factory pros - she would have remembered them.
Kelly walked into Storm Chargers and she was not happy by what she saw. She walked up to the counter and saw several things flying through the air. Kelly asked Dustin if he understood the concept of cleaning up. Dustin was distraught. Dustin told Kelly that he had lost his backpack and until he found it, he couldn't focus on anything else. Kelly told him she was sure he would find it. Kelly asked Dustin if he had seen Blake and Hunter - the two bikers from the track. Dustin told her that Blake and Hunter had blown him off. Kelly asked Dustin if he had their cell number. Dustin said sure and gave it to her and asked her why. Kelly told him that she got some financing and needed to put together a 250 team like yesterday. Dustin stopped for a moment and Kelly saw his look. She told him she only had money to finance a 250 team and hoped he understood. Dustin was quiet for a moment and then told her that if he was putting together a team, he would want those guys as well. Dustin then raced out of Storm Chargers. Later, Kelly had gotten out of her van and ran into Hunter and Blake. She asked them what they were doing here - the city was under attack. Hunter and Blake told Kelly they believed their friends were in trouble. Kelly raced along with Hunter and Blake.
Kelly, Blake, and Hunter found Shane, Tori, and Dustin. Kelly told them there was an attack on the city. Blake and Hunter questioned them about the attack and Shane remarked if they had ever wondered why housing was so cheap. Kelly was concern about the three and wanted to call the FBI or someone. Tori told Kelly they were alright and it wasn't necessary to call anyone. Later, in Storm Chargers, Blake and Hunter walked in. Kelly was glad to see them. She had some forms for them to fill out and told them to show them to their parents. Hunter replied that they didn't have parents. Kelly told them she was sorry and Blake told her it was okay.
Kelly walked into Storm Chargers, with Dustin trailing behind, very upset. Hunter and Blake did not show up for the race. Kelly was angry and she did not stay to talk with Shane and Dustin.
Kelly was working behind the counter at Storm Chargers when she noticed Dustin talking to Blake and Hunter. She quietly watched as Blake and Hunter blew Dustin off, but she didn't say anything.
The temperatures were dropping rapidly in Blue Bay Harbor. It was cold enough that people were buying winter gear. Storm Charger's was having a huge sale on all their winter gear. The place was mobbed and Kelly rushed around trying to help everyone there. A young man needed gloves, but Kelly didn't have any. She talk the young man into buying motocross gloves, they keep you warm and look good. The young man agreed. Kelly raced over to the register, mumbling that if Dustin did not show up, he was so fired. Later the temperatures returned to normal. Kelly was busy cleaning up after the chaotic sale, when Dustin, Hunter, and Blake walked in. Kelly was not happy to see them. Dustin apologized and told her that he was in the middle of nowhere. Kelly wanted to know why Dustin couldn't have call or e-mailed her. Blake told Kelly that Dustin was telling her the truth and he knew that both he and Hunter had let her down as well, but promised to make it up to her. Kelly thought for a moment and then told them she could always use a couple of stock boys. Blake told her that they accepted and Kelly told them they could start working right away. Dustin promised her they would, but they had to make one other quick stop and left the store.
Kelly was in Storm Chargers watching as Blake and Hunter brought in the new shipment. She told them they were doing a great job and if they keep it up, who knows. The following day, Kelly told Dustin, Hunter, and Blake that she was going and to lock up when they left. Kelly was about to step outside, when Roger Hannah stopped her and questioned her about Blake and Hunter.
Kelly was hosting Total Trek at Storm Chargers. She showed Tori and Dustin the map of the course, which involved skateboarding, biking, running, and climbing. Shane and Hunter walked in. Kelly asked them if they were going to sign up as a team for Total Trek. Shane and Hunter laughed. Hunter decided he wanted to sign up, and Kelly told him he would be the second person. Hunter asked her who was the first and Kelly told him Shane. The following day, Kelly gave the first prize trophy to the winning team - Hunter and Shane.
Kelly is going over some paperwork with Blake when Hunter walks in with movie tickets. Kelly walks away. Blake invites Tori to come along and she said yes. Blake and Hunter leave and Kelly walks up to Tori. She asks Tori if she is still going to watch Shane compete in the skateboarding competition. Tori realizes that she had made plans with Blake, after having already made plans with Shane. Kelly can't believe Tori has forgotten, as Shane has talk about nothing else. Tori tells Kelly that she will be there to watch Shane and Kelly tells her good before walking away. The following day, at the competition, Kelly tells Shane that he is next. Kelly sees Tori and tells her she is glad that Tori work out her scheduling problem.
Storm Chargers was offering a cooking class. Shane, Dustin, Blake, and Hunter walked in and couldn't believe it. Tori wanted to know what the problem was. Kelly told them Storm Chargers was having a sponsored cook-off. Cam walked in and had joined the class with Tori. The guys made fun of Cam until several young girls entered the store to take the cooking class. Kelly started the first class by demonstrating how to make a Storm Charger smoothie. The following day, Kelly sat with the class and turned the TV on. She wanted to show the class a cooking show, but instead got "I Love Lothor". Shane, Dustin, and Hunter left. As the "I Love Lothor" show played, Kelly and the rest of the class fell under it's spell. Kelly never realized how dreamy Lothor was and the girl next to her wanted to meet him right away. Kelly lead the charge out of Storm Chargers. With several homemade signs, Kelly and her class storm the outside of the studio, demanding to see Lothor. Dustin, Hunter, and Shane found them and tried to tell them they were under a spell. Kelly told them they were wrong, they loved Lothor. Kelly commanded the girls to go after Hunter, Shane, and Dustin. Kelly and the rest of the class chased Shane, Dustin, and Hunter until they found a good hiding spot. Eventually the Rangers would destroy Mr. Ratwell, which broke the spell. Kelly and her group stop and wondered why they were holding up signs. Kelly ditched her sign and return to normal.
In Storm Chargers, Kelly walked up to Dustin and told him someone was here to see him. Dustin, depressed over the loss of his bike, which he had given to a total stranger, did not want to see anyone. Standing at the counter were Tori, Shane, Hunter, and Blake. Kelly insisted and Dustin noticed Dwayne Wheeler walk in with his bike. Dustin eagerly raced over and Kelly smiled as Dwayne apologized to Dustin for the misprint of his business card and hoped the new engine worked out well for him.
Kelly was inside Storm Chargers. She was passing Dustin, Hunter, Blake, and Cam when Dustin stopped her. Dustin introduced his dad, Mr. Brooks to Kelly. They were looking for a pair of motocross gloves. Dustin's dad had trash his pair. Kelly pointed out a rack to them. Later, Kelly stood beside Tori in a skateboard competition. "Shane" was performing badly and Kelly wondered why. Tori told her it was probably an inner ear thing. Kelly smiled at Tori and then left.
Kelly was working at Storm Chargers when a businessman stopped Kelly and asked her if he could speak to the owner. Kelly tells him that he is looking at her. The businessman is surprised. The businessman tells Kelly that he is from Total Pro Sports and they would like to buy her small shop. Kelly tells him no and walks away. The businessman follows and persists. Kelly tells him that she has been inside his shops - the merchandise is shoddy and the staff don't know anything about what they are selling. Kelly tells him that her shop may be small, but she is very proud of it. The businessman leaves, but mutters that she will change her mind. That evening, Kelly has Dustin close up and she walks out. In her absence, several thugs entered the shop. The businessman had hired the thugs to mess up the store, hoping that would make Kelly change her mind about selling the place. Dustin morphs into the Yellow Ranger and stops them. Kelly walks in, having forgotten something and is surprised to see the Yellow Ranger in her store. Yellow Ranger tells Kelly that she won't have any more problems with the thugs. Kelly is stunned and says goodbye and thanks as the Yellow Ranger leaves. Moments later, Dustin comes out from the back and Kelly tells him what he had miss. The following day, the store is mobbed. The newspaper had ran an article about the Yellow Ranger and Storm Chargers. Shane, Hunter, and Blake made their way to the counter and ask Kelly what is going on. She tells them about the Yellow Ranger and how everyone wants to shop at Storm Chargers now. Shane comments that he doesn't understand, it's not like it was even the Red Ranger. Kelly tells Shane that there is just something about a guy in yellow.
Kelly was out on the tracks, watching Blake and Hunter raced. She became frustrated when Hunter's bike began to smoke. Blake won the race. Hunter dragged his bike along. Kelly walked to the guys and asked Hunter if he would be able to make the next race - which was in two hours time. Hunter didn't think he could fix his bike in time, it usually took him five fours to work on the engine. A mechanic walked up, Perry, and offered to fix Hunter's bike. Hunter didn't think Perry could fix it in time. Moments before the second race started, Perry walked over with Hunter's bike repaired.
Tori, Dustin, and Shane were watching "Totally Talented" on the TV in Storm Chargers. Kelly walked over and turned it off. She told them there would be no trash TV in her store.
In an alternate dimension, the gold dust dimension, Kelly still ran Storm Chargers, but she was a completely different person. Kelly dressed in Goth/punk fashions, sitting on a bike, she was completely unfriendly to a confused Tori. Tori asked her where the boys where, and Kelly asked her who she meant, as lots of boys come into her shop. Tori asked about her stock boys and Kelly yelled for them to come out. Zurgane stumbled out and when he fell, Kelly called for Choobo. Choobo chewed Zurgane out.
Kelly was at the motocross races, walking along with Blake and Hunter, as they ran over some last checks before the big race. This race would determine who would move on to Nationals. Kelly asked Hunter and Blake if they had seen Dustin, but neither had. The race started and Blake won. After the race, Kelly walked up to Blake as he and his brother, Hunter fought. Hunter had stormed off and Kelly asked Blake if everything was okay. Blake replied that it was and walked off. Kelly watched him concern. The next event was free style. Kelly walked through the crowd gathered and stood beside Blake. She asked him where Hunter was. Blake told her that he had gotten a ride. Kelly and Blake watched the free style event. One of the motorists crashed after his performance. Kelly and Blake raced over, surprised that it was Dustin. After making sure he was okay, Blake left. Kelly asked Dustin what he was doing. Dustin told her that he had been so busy racing, he had forgotten free style and he just wanted to try it again. Kelly told him that he had promising race career and she couldn't believe that he would jeopardize it. Dustin asked her why he couldn't do both. Kelly replied that he was good, but he wasn't like Travis Pastrami and walked away. Later, at Storm Chargers, Dustin asked if he could talk to her. Kelly told him sure. Dustin told her that he had made a decision. Dustin really liked racing, but he loved free style and that was what he wanted to do. Dustin told her that she had been great, and he understood if she didn't support him. Kelly told Dustin that Storm Chargers is a extreme sports store, and free style is an extreme sport. If Dustin wanted to do free style, then Kelly and the shop was behind him one hundred percent. Dustin gave Kelly a big hug.
Kelly was in Storm Chargers, talking to Shane, when Dustin walked in complaining about the wrong shipment of oil. Shane and Kelly laughed and Dustin asked what was going on. Kelly walked up to Dustin with a big smile on her face. She told Dustin that he wanted to go free style and now was his chance. Kelly was sponsoring Dustin at the U.S. Action Games. Dustin is thrilled and Kelly walks away. She had already told all of Dustin's friends what she was doing, as Dustin soon found out as he tried to tell everyone and they already knew. The following day, Kelly, Dustin, Blake, Hunter, Cam, Tori, and Shane arrived at the U.S. Action Games. The crowd was excited and everyone was having a good time. Kelly told them she was going to check in at registration. Later, Kelly watched some of the games with Blake, Hunter, Cam, Tori, Shane, and Dustin. She was a little bewildered when they all had to leave. When she asked what was going on, they replied they had to go to the bathroom. Kelly found it hard to believe they all had to go to the bathroom at once and watched them leave in exasperation. Later, Kelly couldn't find any of them. She pleaded with an official to wait until they had shown up. But the official told Kelly if they were not here, he would have to start the games without them. Kelly started to leave and had to catch herself as the ground began to shake.
Commotion and confusion ran rampart as Lothor had opened the Abyss of Evil and released all the formerly defeated monsters and generals. The U.S. Action Games were postponed. Kelly and the crowd ran to safety. The Rangers and the ninja students would return all the creatures back to the Abyss of Evil, including Lothor. Overloaded the Abyss of Evil closed on itself. With everyone out of danger, the U.S. Action Games were reopened. Dustin placed third and Kelly was thrilled for him.
