Hunter and Blake ejected from their Thunder Megazord and return to Ninja Ops. Sensei Kanoi is reverted back to human form. Hunter and Blake decided to go to Lothor's ship to free Cam and the ninja students. Sensei Kanoi reveals the ending of an ancient scroll that decipts the battle between Lothor and the three Wind Ninjas (Tori, Dustin, and Shane). But the scroll does not reveal the ending of the battle. Tori, Dustin, Shane morphed into Rangers to take on Lothor at the abyess of evil. Hunter and Blake free Cam, Marah, and Kapri, only to find themselves surrounded by Choobo and Kelzaks. A battle breaks out on Lothor's ship and at the abyess of evil. Previously destroyed monsters are set freed from the abyess and Tori, Dustin, and Shane are greatly outnumber. The Thunder Rangers destroyed Lothor's console which frees the ninja students and they teleport to the abyess of evil. Hunter, Blake and the ninja students help the Wind Rangers battle Lothor's army. Cam tries to take back his ambulent, but is unable to. Using the ambulent, Lothor's takes the Thunder Ranger's powers and the Wind Ranger's powers. All of the monsters are returned back to the abyess of evil except for Lothor. Lothor battles all the Rangers until the only three left standing are Tori, Shane, and Dustin. Summoning their ninja powers, they send Lothor into the abyess of evil (along with their ranger powers), which seals itself. The Rangers return to the U.S. Action Games, where Dustin takes 3rd place in freestyle and Shane is offered a sponsorship. Blake agreeds to ride for Factory Blue and asks Tori to come and watch him. Sensei Ominio offers Hunter a head teacher position at the Thunder Academy. Sensei Kanoi and Cam greet the new students of the Wind Academy - which include Marah and Kapri. Sensei Kanoi reveals his new instructors - Shane, Dustin, and Tori.
