Porter Clarke - Robbie Magasiva
Porter Clarke is the older brother of Shane Clarke. He had come into Blue Bay Harbor for a business trip and decided to visit with his brother as well. Porter met his brother at the skateboard park. He was not impressed with his brother's moves. Shane tried to give his brother a hug, but it was awkward. Porter and Shane left the park. Porter and Shane walked along and Porter told Shane that their parents were concern about him. He pointed out that Shane was getting older, and they still had no idea what direction he wanted his life to go. Shane replied that he had been busy, but when Porter asked with what, Shane couldn't answer him. Porter told him he had a business meeting and they would talk later. Later, Porter was sitting in an outdoor cafe, reading the newspaper, when he noticed a flash go by. Porter decided to investigate, as the flash look familiar. Porter hid behind a column and discovered the flash was Shane. His mouth dropped opened when he saw Shane morphed into the Red Ranger and battle Eyezac. Porter stayed hidden until the battle was over. Shane demorph and went to look for his skateboard he had hidden. Shane was upset when he couldn't find his skateboard. Porter coughed and handed him his skateboard. He then asked Shane if there was something Shane wanted to tell him. As they walked along, Shane told Porter about being a Ranger. Porter couldn't believe he had lectured Shane about responsibility, when Shane was responsible for protecting the world. Shane cautioned Porter that he could be in danger for knowing his secret. Porter promised that he would not tell anyone, and he was very proud of Shane being the Red Power Ranger. Unknown to the both of them, Motodrone had been close by and overheard their conversation. Porter and Shane parted ways. Later, Porter placed a call to their parents and told them how much Shane had grown. Their conversation was interrupted when Porter was attacked by Eyezac and Motodrone. Shane tried to help his brother, but Eyezac's worst fear collar was already placed on Porter. Porter was stuck living with his worst fears. Eventually the Rangers would destroy Eyezac, and Porter's, along with everyone else's, collars would vanished. The following day, Porter watched his brother at the skateboard park. This time Porter applauded his brother. Shane was thrilled. Porter told Shane that his worst fear was that his brother wasn't happy. Porter hadn't realized just because his brother wasn't living his life like him, he could still be happy. Porter and Shane were happy to finally understand each other. Shane encouraged Porter to try the skateboard. Porter did and promptly crashed.
