Skyla - Jamie Passier-Armstrong

A Karmainion life form raced through the woods in Blue Bay Harbor.  The Karmainion, Skyla, was trying to escape a bounty hunter, Vexacus.  As she tried to outmaneuver Vexacus, she became trapped in a spider web.  Skyla cried out for help.  A young boy, Shane, heard her cries.  Shane found her and release her from the spider web.  Shane lifted her into the sky.  Skyla thanked the young boy and flew away.  Several years later, Skyla raced towards Earth and Blue Bay Harbor.  Vexacus was still in pursuant of her.  Skyla managed to escape his clutches several times.  In the familiar woods, Skyla noticed that Shane and Vexacus was battling.  Shane ended up on the ground.  Skyla reverted to human form and using her power, teleported herself and Shane out of danger.  Shane was a little bewildered to discovered himself in a different part of the woods.  Skyla walked up to him and asked him if he was okay.  Shane told her he was.  Shane asked her where she came from and Skyla pointed up to the skies.  Shane laughed, as he told her that she was trying to tell him she was an alien life form.  Skyla told Shane that he had been the one to ask and Shane realized that she was serious.  As they walked along, Skyla told Shane that she was not the first alien he had encountered and Shane agreed.  Shane told her that may be true, but he had never met an alien that looked like her.  They reached a part of the woods that were very familiar to Shane and he realized it was the part of the woods from his recurring dream.  Skyla told Shane her name and told him how they had met years earlier.  Shane remembered the time he was a young boy.  Vexacus found them.  Skyla used her powers once more to teleported herself and Shane to safety.  Shane wanted to know why Vexacus was after her.  Skyla told Shane that he had saved her life and now she had come back to repay him.  Skyla had a great power and Vexacus wanted it.  Moments later, Shane was knocked aside as Vexacus grabbed Skyla and dragged her through the woods.  Skyla screamed for Shane.

Skyla struggled to free herself from Vexacus.  Vexacus knew her time to pass on her power was close and he wasn't going to let her go.  Skyla told Vexacus he would never have the power.  Shane arrived with a flying kick, that set Skyla free.  Shane told Skyla to run.  Skyla started to run and then suddenly fell to the ground in pain.  Vexacus knew her time was close.  Shane and Vexacus battled.  Skyla told Shane if he was not morphing because of her, it was a little too late.  Shane wanted to know how Skyla knew that he was the Red Ranger.  Skyla told him she knew everything about him.  Shane morphed into the Red Ranger and soon Vexacus retreated.  Red Ranger went to Skyla's side and asked her if she was okay.  Skyla told him that she didn't have much time and needed to go back to the place where they first met.  Skyla and Shane walked back into the woods.  As they walked, Shane told her he couldn't believe that she had chosen him.  Skyla told him that she didn't choose him, it was their destiny.  Skyla knew from the time he had saved her as a young boy, that he was meant for the power.  Shane found it difficult to accept Skyla's explanation that Karmanionins pass from one life form to another higher life form.  Skyla had always accepted this fact, although she could understand why Shane was having trouble with it.  Shane had always thought it had been a dream.  Skyla told him sometimes people forget things they can not understand.  Shane told her then he was going to forget all of this.  Skyla looked at him puzzled and Shane told her never mind.  Eventually they came to the place where they first met.  Shane held Skyla in his arms.  The time had come.  A great surge of power came from Skyla and she placed it within Shane's morpher.  She told Shane goodbye.  Her body slumped in his arms.  A fiery bird emerged with Skyla's face on it.  Skyla gazed at Shane for a moment and then flew up into the sky.  Skyla's gift to Shane was the ability to use the Red Battlized gear.
