Spencer Spencer - David Weatherly

Spencer is the Hartford's butler and friend.  Spencer walked out of the mansion and onto the front lawn.  He saw that Mack had, once again, fallen out of his hammock.  Spencer walked over with his tray, that had a glass of lemonade on it.  Spencer noticed the book lying on the ground and bent down and picked it up.  Spencer:  The Baron's Betrayal.  A classic up there with Dickens himself, no doubt.  Lemonade?  Mack:  You lowered the hammock again didn't you?  Spencer replied that he thought it would be best, this was the third time this month Mack had fallen out of it.  Spencer told Mack that it was the adventure books that he read.  Mack asked Spencer if he had heard anything from his day.  Mack wanted more than anything to go with his dad and search for the Corona Aurora crown.  Spencer was more skeptical, telling Mack that his father had spent many years searching for the crown.  Six months later, Spencer would realized that he was wrong.  Mr. Hartford had found the crown, and in doing so release great evil that could destroy Earth.  Mr. Hartford needed to set things right and selected four teens to become Power Rangers.  Spencer had helped Mr. Hartford every step of the way.  The day had come and the four teens were invited to the mansion.  Spencer walked behind Mr. Hartford, as Mr. Hartford greeted his guests.  Mack was there as well and asked his father what was going on?  Mr. Hartford didn't answer, instead he pulled Mack to the door and then shut the doors on him, telling him he would tell him later.  Mr. Hartford then faced the teens and told them he was sure they had a lot of questions, and offered them some lemonade.  Mr. Hartford asked Spencer about the lemonade, and Spencer no thanks, he was fine.  Mr. Hartford told Spencer he meant for the guests.  Spencer left the room.  But he knew what was going on.  Spencer and Mack listened through a vent that went into the room.  They could heard Mr. Hartford explain what had happened and how he wanted the four teens to become Power Rangers.  The teens turned down the offer.  Mr. Hartford frantically called Spencer back into the room.  Spencer walked in with his tray of lemonade.  Mr. Hartford wanted Spencer to stop Ronny, Rose, Dax, and Will from leaving.  Spencer replied that you cannot make people do what they do not want to do.  But the teens were stopped by a glowing image of a Sentinel Knight who told the teens that Mr. Hartford was telling the truth.  The four teens decided to become Power Rangers.  Spencer and Mr. Hartford got to work immediately.  They took Rose, Dax, Will, and Ronny to their base of operations, which was below the mansion.  Mr. Hartford started the program that would enhance their abilities.  Mr. Hartford told the teens he wouldn't ask them to do anything that he wouldn't be willing to do.  Mr. Hartford was ready to become the Red Ranger.  Spencer smiled approvingly as Mr. Hartford got in place to have his molecules enhanced.  The elevator doors opened and out walked Mack.  Mack was very impressed with what he saw and asked his father what was going on.  Mr. Hartford told his son to go home, he would tell him later.  Mack replied that he was home.  Mack and Mr. Hartford went back upstairs and the four teens went out onto the front lawn of the mansion.  Later, Spencer walked out of the mansion and saw Dax, Will, Ronny, and Rose battling several Lava Lizards.  Spencer hurried back inside to let Mr. Hartford know.  Mr. Hartford was refusing Mack's help when Spencer walked in.  Spencer told Mr. Hartford there were large lizards attacking his guests.  Mr. Hartford told Spencer to gather the teens and the vehicles.  Mr. Hartford instructed Mack to stay inside where it was safe.  Spencer walked back outside, followed closely by Mack.  Mack tried to pass Spencer up, by Spencer grabbed his him the neck of his shirt and stopped him.  Spencer reminded him that his father told him to stop put.  Will, Ronny, Rose, and Dax walked up to them.  Spencer had Ronny, Will, and Dax take the ATV and bikes.  Mack made to leave with them, but Spencer stopped him once more.  Mack wanted to help.  Time was running out.  Spencer had no choice but to let Mack come along.  Spencer, Mr. Hartford, Rose, and Mack rode in a vehicle preceded by the ATV and bikes.  As they raced along, all their vehicles stopped.  Ahead of them were several Chillers.  Mr. Hartford gave Ronny, Rose, Dax, and Will, Overdrive Trackers, that would allow them to morph and become Power Rangers.  The four teens took off with the Overdrive Trackers in hand.  Mack still wanted to help, but his father refused.  Spencer promised Mr. Hartford that he would look after Mack.  Mr. Hartford jumped out of the vehicle.  Mr. Hartford was attacked by a couple of Lava Lizards.  Mr. Hartford dropped his Overdrive Tracker.  Mack spotted it and jumped out of the vehicle.  Mack grabbed the Overdrive Tracker and morphed into the Red Ranger.  Spencer stayed in the vehicle as the Rangers battled the Chillers and the Lava Lizards.  Moltor arrived as well.  As Moltor tossed Mr. Hartford around, demanding to know where the Corona Aurora crown was, Spencer was overpowered by several Lava Lizards.  The Lava Lizards got a hold of the crown and gave it to Moltor.  Spencer joined the Rangers and Mr. Hartford, apologizing.  Moltor then blow off the top of a volcano above a city.  Moltor told the group they could come after him or save the city.  Moltor and the Lava Lizards vanished.  The Rangers and Spencer all looked at Mr. Hartford, wanting to know what they should do.

The Rangers demorphed.  Will:  We can't let them get away, we have to go after the crown.  Mr. Hartford:  No.  there are people to be save first.  Ronny:  But the crown?  Mr. Hartford:  It wasn't the real crown.  Now we need to split up.  Rose, Ronny, Dax, find a way to stop the volcano at the source.  Rose:  Let's go!  Rose, Ronny, and Dax took off.  Will:  Alright, then Mack and I will go into town and see how...Mr. Hartford:  Will, Mack has done enough.  Mack:  No dad!  I started this, I'm going to finish it.  Mack and Will took off.  Spencer tried to reassure Mr. Hartford that Mack would be alright, but Mr. Hartford was still worried.  Spencer and Mr. Hartford went to the Operation Overdrive base.  the Rangers had managed to stop the volcano and save the people.  Everyone's spirits were high.  Will was only disappointed that they hadn't caught the bad guys.  Mr. Hartford told them there will be another day for that.  Mr. Hartford told what a great job they did.  Rose pointed that it had all been due to Mack.  Mr. Hartford told his son he had done a great job as Power Ranger, but it was now time to put away that fantasy.  Mr. Hartford walked up to Mack and took the Overdrive Tracker and walked out of his room, heading for his office.  Everyone was stunned.  Eventually Mack left the base as well.  Spencer found Mack outside sitting on some steps.  Spencer noted Mack did not have an adventure book and commented on it to Mack.  Mack replied that he was not in the mood to read about other people's adventures.  Spencer sat down next to Mack, after placing a hander kerchief on the steps.  The outdoors was a messy place according to Spencer.  Spencer asked Mack if he was upset.  Mack told Spencer he wasn't upset, just confused.  Mack had finally had an opportunity to prove himself to his father, and when he does, his dad takes away from him.  Spencer told Mack that his father is the most fearless person he has ever met.  Mr. Hartford has numerous possession, but the one possession, he considers irreplaceable is Mack.  Mack was quiet.  Later, Spencer was at the base with Rose, Ronny, Dax, and Will.  Mack had just entered with news that his father had been taken.  Mack believed it had been the Lava Lizards.  Spencer hoped Mr. Hartford was wearing his locator watch, unless he had already broken it.  Everyone started searching for Mr. Hartford.  Mack wished the Overdrive Tracker wasn't gone.  Spencer told Mack that it wasn't gone, it was locked up in a fool proof safe.  Spencer spoke a little more loudly as he mention how no one could break into the safe.  Will grinned, enjoying the challenge.  Will left to break into the safe.  At base, Rose had located Mr. Hartford, on the island of Rotondo.  Rose, Dax, and Ronny wondered how they were going to get there.  Spencer pulled up a screen that showed Mr. Hartford's latest invention - a Special Hydro/Aero Recon Craft or S.H.A.R.C. as Mr. Hartford called it.  The team was excited and Ronny stated that she was driving.  Mack told them he was going to and told Spencer not to try and stop him.  Spencer replied that he would never try to stop Mack.  Will entered and told Mack he might need this and tossed him the Overdrive Tracker.  The teens raced out and took off in the S.H.A.R.C.  Spencer waited anxiously at base.  Eventually, the Rangers and Mr. Hartford returned to base.  Spencer was very relieved to see them and Mr. Hartford questioned Spencer as to whether he was getting soft in his old age.  Spencer remarked never.  The screen showed Rotondo Island being attacked by a monster.  Rose, Ronny, Dax, and Will were ready to go.  Mack pointed out that they needed his help.  Mr. Hartford looked at the four teens and they gave an eager nod.  Mr. Hartford reluctantly let Mack go.  Mr. Hartford told Mack to be careful and the five teens took off for the zord by and the Drive Max zords.  Spencer and Mr. Hartford watched the screen anxiously as it monitored the Rangers forming their Drive Max Megazord.   Spencer commented to Mr. Hartford that Mack had the makings of a fine Ranger.  Mr. Hartford asked Spencer if there wasn't any silver to be polished.  The Rangers battled and eventually destroyed the monster.  Spencer was greatly relived, although he pretended he hadn't been worried a bit.  Later, Spencer had Mack's genes enhanced.  The rest of the team were there and thrilled to have Mack become the Red Ranger.  Mack's genes sequence and he lifted Spencer, with one hand, up off the floor.  This was not what Spencer meant when he said he wanted a raise.  Mr. Hartford walked in and told Mack to put Spencer down.  Mack put Spencer down.  Spencer walked over to Mr. Hartford and told him he had enhanced Mack's genes.  Mr. Hartford told the group that the bad guys had the crown and now they will be after the jewels.  It will up to them to stop them.  The teens cheered, ready for the challenge ahead.

Spencer had gone into the city.  He was disguised as a construction worker.  Spencer got to the top of a building and then deliberately dangle from it.  Spencer:  Help!  Help me!  Spencer then let go and began to fall to the pavement below.  Spencer screamed as he fell.  Luckily for him, Will heard him.  Will morphed into Black Ranger and leaped into the air and caught the "construction worker".  They landed safely on the ground.  Will demorph before they landed on the ground.  "Construction Worker":  Whoa!  Thanks.  Will:  You're welcome.  The "construction worker" walked away.  Later, the "construction worker" entered Operation Overdrive base.  Mr. Hartford asked him how things went.  The "construction worker" removed his mask and replied I'm fine, thanks for asking.  Mr. Hartford became a little impatient.  Spencer told Mr. Hartford the good news is he was saved, the bad news is the teens didn't work as a team did save him.  Mr. Hartford was not happy.  Spencer told Mr. Hartford he had to remove his boots before they gave him hammer toes.  Spencer walked out.  Later, Spencer was back on the base, dressed in his normal butler uniform, with Mr. Hartford.   The teens excitedly entered the base with a cocoon.  Rose was very excited over the fact they had seen Atlantis.  Mr. Hartford told them they would need to keep the information to themselves, in order to protect Atlantis.  Everyone agreed.  Mr. Hartford asked Will if there had been any problems.  Will started to answer, but Mack interrupted.  Mack told his dad there were some problems, but they sorted them out as a team.  Mr. Hartford and Spencer were pleased.  The teens told them the cocoon had a high sensory reading.  Will gave Rose the cocoon to open.  Everyone was ready to see a fabulous jewel, instead there was an ancient scroll.  Dax was very disappointed.  Mr. Hartford told them the scroll was another piece of the puzzle.

Spencer walked into the Operation Overdrive base with Will.  Mr. Hartford and the rest of the teens were already there.  Will:  Whoa, oh man, you guys got to check out the Hovertek cycle Spencer is hooking me up with.  Spencer:  Yes, and you will be hooked up when it's good and ready.  The scroll was unraveled and laid on top of a table.  It had a drawing on it.  Mr. Hartford:  Any one know what it is?  Ronny:  Helicopter.  Mack:  Helicopter?!  The teens started to argue until Rose gave a whistle.  Rose made a few adjustments to the scroll and it now show a drawing of a sword.  Mr. Hartford recognized it as Neptune's sword.  Mr. Hartford told them he was going to have to do some research unless...Spencer and the rest looked expectantly at Rose.  Rose asked them why they would think she would know anything about the sword.  But she did.  Rose told them Neptune's sword belong to the god of the sea and it required two other swords to assemble it.  The next day, Spencer walked into the base.  Mr. Hartford and the teens were already there, searching for the two other scrolls.  Spencer had a message for Mr. Hartford.  Will hoped it was about his Hovertek cycle, it was not.  Mr. Hartford told them the two scrolls had been in a museum, but have allegedly been stolen by Lady Penelope.  Will had heard about Lady Penelope and her legendary heists.  Will had tried to retrieve allege stolen items from Lady Penelope, but had never been successful.  Rose wonder where someone like that would keep the scrolls.  Spencer suggested that like some ladies, she would keep it close by.  Spencer pointed out that Lady Penelope did not live far away.  The teens started to race towards the door.  Mira appeared on the screen.  Spencer told Dax that his lady friend was on the screen, for the third time this week.  Dax told the others to go, he would catch up.  After Dax left, Mr. Hartford sent out Spencer, in case the teens ran into any trouble.  Spencer put on his disguise, looking just like Lady Penelope.  Will had successfully gotten the two scrolls, but the teens were stopped by two security guards.  One of the security guards told Will that he had taken something that didn't belong to him.  Will had reluctantly gave the two scrolls to the security guard.  "Lady Penelope" arrived and took the two scrolls.  "Lady Penelope" then dismissed the security guards.  "Lady Penelope" faced the teens and told them it was time to give them what they deserved.  The teens went into a ready fight stance.  "Lady Penelope" couldn't believe they would fight an old lady, but also went into ready fight stance.  Soon "Lady Penelope" was double over with laughter.  "Lady Penelope" stood up and tore the mask off his face.  The teens couldn't believe it was Spencer.  Spencer told them Mr. Hartford thought they might run into some trouble and had sent him along.  Spencer gave the two scrolls to Will and told them to take it back to the mansion immediately.  Spencer told them to go ahead without him, as he would only slow them down.  Spencer, having trouble with the high heels, stumble away from the teens.  Spencer returned to the Hartford mansion and the base below.  He watch, along with Mr. Hartford, the screen which show the Power Rangers battling a monster and soon several Chillers.  Black Ranger contacted Spencer and ask if he could have the Hovertek cycle.  Spencer replied that he would hook him up.  Unfortunately, the Rangers would lose their two scrolls to the monster, when Mira arrived and was captured by the monster.  Red Ranger, Yellow Ranger, Pink Ranger, and Black Ranger continued to battle the monster.  Dax was at the mansion with Mira.  After awhile, Spencer found Dax playing pool.  He knew the Rangers were still battling the monster and asked Dax why he wasn't helping his friends.  Dax replied that his friends were better off without him.  Dax had just found out that Mira was really Miratrix and she had used him to get the third scroll.  Spencer told Dax that believe it or not, he had had his heart broken a few times as well.  Dax asked what made it easier.  Spencer replied time and good friends.  Spencer told Dax that romances may come and go, but good friends are there for you always.  Dax's Overdrive Tracker went off.  Dax was ready to help his friends, but he wanted Spencer to do a favor for him.  Spencer, of course, obliged.   Moments later, Spencer and Mr. Hartford watched the Rangers battle the monster.  When Blue Ranger joined them, the Rangers were able to defeat the monster.  But the monster was brought back by Kamdor, who was trapped within Miratrix's necklace.  Mr. Hartford sent the Rangers their Drive Max zords.  The Rangers quickly formed their Drive Max Megazord.  The battle continued.   It was a difficult battle as the monster was powered by the two scrolls.  Miratrix had tried to use the third scroll, but nothing had happened.  Miratrix soon discovered the third scroll was a fake.  Spencer arrived on the scene.  He tossed the real third scroll to the Megazord.  The Rangers caught it.  During the battle, the two scrolls from the monster fell right at Spencer's feet.  Spencer picked them up.  The Rangers destroyed the monster.  Miratrix vowed she would be back.  Later, the teens would put the three scrolls together and it formed Neptune's sword.  Only the stone was missing from the sword.

Spencer was ready for Mr. Hartford when Mr. Hartford called for him.  Mr. Hartford's back was turned, when Spencer entered in the base.  Spencer:  You call sir?  Mr. Hartford:  Spencer, I...what's with the get up?  Spencer:  In case I'm needed on his mission, I wanted to show you that I'm able to blend in as an islander.  Before you send me undercover as a parrot.  Mr. Hartford:  Hopefully that won't be necessary.  Why isn't the Drill Driver operational?  Spencer:  It's running a little behind schedule, sir.  Spencer assured Mr. Hartford the Drill Driver would be ready soon.  Mr. Hartford wanted Spencer to gather the team.  As Spencer walked out, Mr. Hartford told Spencer he looked very islander.  Spencer was very pleased and agreed.  Later, Spencer was drenched as he entered the base.  The teens had returned from battling Lava Lizards and Moltor in Australia.  Mr. Hartford was there as well.  Spencer complained about the weather to Mr. Hartford.  Mr. Hartford quickly checked the local broadcast.  An announcer was talking about the rains and floods throughout the world.  Mr. Hartford knew that Moltor had something to do with the weather.  Mr. Hartford announced that he was putting the jewel quest on hold.  Mr. Hartford told the team they needed to find out what Moltor was up to.  Mr. Hartford told them there was a new zord, the Drill Driver and it had Mack's name on it.  Mack, having failed to protect a driver, was reluctant to take the Drill Driver, preferring someone else to have it.  Mr. Hartford told Mack he knew he had had some trouble out there, but these were the times that defined a hero.  Mack reluctantly agreed to take the zord.  Later, Spencer was back at the base with Mr. Hartford.  The Rangers had gone into battle with Moltor and several Lava Lizards.  The weather device that Moltor had created and gone haywire and the rain had changed into snow.  An avalanche occurred and the Drive Max zords and the Rangers, except Red Ranger, were buried under the snow.  Spencer and Mr. Hartford watched the screen as Red Ranger tried to contact the rest of the Rangers.  Red Ranger felt he had failed once more.  Mr. Hartford urged his son to keep it together, but Red Ranger could not hear him.  Moltor arrived and Red Ranger and Moltor battled.  Red Ranger defeated Moltor.  Spencer and Mr. Hartford were busy trying to locate the four Rangers when Mack walked in.  Mack was very angry, feeling he should not have been sent out there in the first place.  Mr. Hartford tried to calm Mack down, but Mack was too angry.  Mack gave his dad the Overdrive Tracker and told them he quit.  Spencer and Mr. Hartford were stunned.  Spencer had found the rest of the Rangers.  He only had video, no audio.  Everyone looked at the image of the four teens sitting calmly in their zords.  Mack couldn't understand why they were not scared.  Mr. Hartford told Mack because they believe he was going to save them.  His friends believed in him.  Spencer added he had never had any doubts about him.  Mr. Hartford asked Mack if he was going to prove his friends wrong.  Mack realized Spencer and his dad was right.  Mack asked for the Tracker back and told them he had a hole to dig.  Red Ranger rescue the rest of the Rangers.  The weather device had turned into a monster.  The Rangers battled and destroy the monster, which ended the unusual weather.  Later, Spencer was carrying the teens bags as they prepared to leave for the Caribbean.  Mack was full of enthusiasm for the upcoming adventure, as was his friends.  Will walked in, carrying Dax's bag of lucky marbles.  Dax told Will he must believe in the story of St. Lucia being haunted.  Will told them he wasn't superstitious, but a little luck couldn't hurt.  Rose, Ronny, Dax, and Mack ran up to Will, trying to get a few marbles for themselves.  Will made sure the marbles were out of reach.  Spencer dropped the bags he was carrying in frustration as the teens argue over the marbles.

Spencer was at the base cleaning when Mack and Rose walked in.  Rose was very upset.  When they were on the island of St. Lucia, Brownbeard had inhabited her body.  Mack thought she made a great pirate, Rose thought Mack was delusional.  Miratrix had taken of the Eye of the Sea jewel.  The teens believe this to be the first jewel of the Corona.  Rose told Mack they needed to find Miratrix.  Miratrix just appeared on the screen.  Spencer pointed this out.  Miratrix was back in the city, with her monster.  As Spencer, Rose, and Mack watched, Brownbeard also appeared on the screen.  Brownbeard demanded that Miratrix return the jewel to him, he had stolen it fair and square.  Rose asked Mack if she could take this one on her own.  Rose had a score to settle with Miratrix.  Mack told her sure, but he would be ready in case she needed back up.  Spencer added that he would have the new Shovel Driver ready, in case the monster grew to an enormous size.  Rose told Spencer he was the best.  Spencer wished his paycheck reflected that.  Spencer and Mack watched the screen and it show Rose morphing into Pink Ranger and battling Miratrix and her monster.  It was soon apparent that Pink Ranger needed help.  Mack was ready to leave and told Spencer to contact the others, which he did.  The Power Rangers destroyed the monster, but Brownbeard had taken the Eye of the Sea.  Spencer was in the dining room when the teens walked in.  Rose couldn't believe that Brownbeard had tricked her, right when she was starting to believe him.  Brownbeard suddenly appeared in the dining room.  Spencer was thrilled and offered Brownbeard a tankard of lemonade.  Rose told Spencer not to bother, Brownbeard was not welcome here.  Brownbeard told Rose he may be a scoundrel, but he was not a rat.  Brownbeard gave Rose the Eye of the Sea.  Will eagerly try to fit the jewel into Neptune's sword, but it didn't fit.  The teens were disappointed, all that work for nothing.  Brownbeard asked if he could have the jewel.  Rose didn't see why not and gave him the Eye of the Sea, from one pirate to another.  Brownbeard wanted to give them something in return and gave Rose his lucky pearl.  As soon as Rose held the pearl, all the Trackers went off.  Rose took off her Tracker and the pearl had a high reading.  Rose fit the pearl into Neptune's sword.  The teens had found their first jewel.  Everyone was thrilled. 

Spencer is driving a cart around the lawn of the mansion as the teens job alongside him.  Spencer:  Keep up the pace.  Only another mile to go.  Will:  Want to get out of the cart and jog along with us?  Spencer:  I do many things around the Hartford estate.  Jogging is not one of them.  Mack:  I'm going to pick it up and come again.  Any one care to join me?  Dax:  No.  Mack pulled ahead.  Ronny decided she could not let that happened and pulled ahead to race along with Mack.  Later, inside the mansion, Spencer walked in where Ronny and Mack were.  Spencer told them Mr. Hartford would like them to go to the loading dock and escort the dragon scale back to the mansion.  Mr. Hartford needed the dragon scale to power up a shield device he was working on.  Mack walked out, but Ronny stopped for a moment.  Ronny asked Spencer if she was fun to play with.  Spencer replied that she was as fun as a bag of moldy rocks.  Ronny was surprised and walked out.  Spencer thought maybe he should have lie.  Later, Ronny walked in and sat down.  Ronny told Spencer how her friends did not want to play with her.  Ronny didn't know why.  Ronny told Spencer she didn't know what was wrong with winning.  Winning was fun.  Spencer told Ronny in his day, it was the playing that was fun.  Winning was just something that happened to one of the participants.  Ronny realized what Spencer was telling her.  Ronny's Tracker went off and she had to go.  Ronny thanked Spencer before leaving.  Spencer thought he really deserve a pay raise for all that he did.  After the Rangers defeated Moltor's latest plan, Spencer entered the base.  Mr. Hartford was there, researching.  Mr. Hartford was very excited, he had found something.  Spencer hoped it was the indenture papers and he could finally be set free.  Mr. Hartford laugh and told Spencer no such luck.  Mr. Hartford opened the book to a drawing of a bird.  Mr. Hartford told Spencer he believe he had found where the next jewel was and believe finding the Hou-ou bird was the next step.

Spencer was inside the Hartford mansion, feeding the fish in the aquarium.  Spencer:  Dry flakes of salmon, halibut, blue cod, krill, crab, clam, herring, squid, and shrimp.  Oh well.  Bon appetite little fishes.  Soon you may grow up and become...fish food yourselves.  Andrew:  Spencer!  Spencer turned around.  Spencer:  Sir!  Andrew:  What are you doing?  Spencer:  My job sir.  Spencer went on to remind Andrew that it was not too long ago, he was feeding dukes and earls.  Andrew couldn't forget since Spencer remind him all the time.  Andrew asked Spencer where the Rangers were.  Spencer gave them some time off to do whatever young people do these days.  Andrew agreed the teens needed some time off.  Andrew confessed that he still worried about Mack.  Spencer and Andrew walked away.  Later, Spencer entered a room that had a climbing wall in it.  Mack was climbing the wall.  Spencer asked Mack why he wasn't with the others.  Mack climbed down and told him he didn't want to worry his father.  Spencer realized with Mack's snippy retort that he had overheard their earlier conversation.  Spencer told Mack that he should talk to his father first, before assuming anything.  Mack's Tracker went off and Mack left.  During the battle, Spencer and Andrew monitored the situation in the base.  They were very aware that Mack was in trouble, as he was still in the Drive Max Megazord when captured by Flurious and Moltor.  Andrew wanted to leave immediately, in the S.H.A.R.C., to search for his son.  Spencer stopped Andrew, telling him he would be more help if he stayed at the base.  Ronny, Rose, Dax, and Will entered the base.  Andrew asked them what had happened.  The four teens told him that they were attacked from both sides by Flurious and Moltor, they didn't stand a chance.  Rose, Dax, Will, and Ronny assured Andrew they would do everything to rescue Mack, unless Mack manages to free himself.  Everyone quickly went to work.  The four teens soon realized they would need more power than ever to defeat Flurious and Moltor.  Dax, Will, Ronny, and Rose went to the zord bay and immediately began work on repairing the zords.  Spencer and Andrew watched them on a monitor and they were very impressed with the speed and skill the four teens were using.  Will, Ronny, Rose, and Dax entered the base just as Spencer located Mack.  Spencer was very excited to have found Mack, but tone it down a bit.  The four teens immediately left to rescue Mack.  Mack had managed to free himself with some clever planning that set Flurious and Moltor against each other.  Mack soon reached the Megazord and the rest of the Rangers were there as well.  The Rangers, in their Megazord, battled Flurious and Moltor in their Dragonizer and giant robot respectively.  The Rangers destroyed the Dragonizer and giant robot and defeated Flurious and Moltor.  The teens returned back to the mansion.

the teens had just entered the Hartford mansion.  they were in a jubilant mood as they had successfully defeated Moltor, Kamdor, and Miratrix.  They had also gotten the parchment which lead to the Torhu diamond.  Spencer stopped the teens.  Earlier, although Mr. Hartford had told him not to, Dax had went out for a audition, with Rose' encouragement.  Spencer told the teens anyone who doesn't not feel they deserve Latrine duty to step back, except for Dax and Rose.  Rose protested, what had she done.  Spencer replied aiding and abetting.  Spencer told them their punishment was to clean all the bathrooms.  Dax didn't think the punishment was too bad.  Mack told Dax the mansion had twenty-seen bathrooms.  Spencer lead Dax and Rose away as Mack, Ronny, and Will laughed.

Spencer was in the he control center with Mack and Andrew.  Andrew as working frantically.  Mack:  Dad, this is ridiculous.  You've been working on the new zord 24/7.  You've got to take a break.  Spencer:  Your pleads fall on deaf ears.  I've been telling him that for the past two days.  Andrew:  the Sonic Streaker isn't just any zord Mack.  the speed and agility of a shark.  With the most advance weaponry ever developed.  Mack:  Great.  How about I get you a sandwich.  Spencer:  I get the sandwiches around here, if you don't mind.  Let's keep our duties clear.  Spencer went on to tell Mack you didn't see him running around in a shiny suit.  Mack told Spencer he would look great as a Red Ranger.  Spencer admitted he was still ripped for his age.  Spencer left to get the sandwiches.  Moments, later he returned with two PBJ sandwiches on the tray.  Mack was very excited.  His father just told him he was going to be the pilot for the Sonic Streaker.  Mack grabbed a sandwich off the tray and raced off.  Mack couldn't wait to tell his friends.  Spencer chuckled as he reached for a sandwich.  the enthusiasm of youth.  Spencer took a bite of his sandwich and admitted he made a pretty good PBJ.  Spencer then left as well.  Andrew never got a sandwich.

Spencer and Andrew were in the control center.  The Rangers had gone into battle and now Mack was missing.  Ronny, Rose, Dax, and Will entered the control center.  Ronny:  We've comb every inch of those woods.  Mack and that...creature are nowhere to be found.  Andrew:  That's because he doesn't want to be found.  He's turned off his Tracker.  Keep looking team.  Andrew turned towards Spencer.  Andrew:  Spencer!  Spencer:  Sir.  Andrew:  Can we speak in my office.  Andrew wanted to have a word with Spencer privately.  Spencer and Andrew left the control center and entered his office.  Andrew asked Spencer if he had noticed any thing unusual about Mack.  Spencer told Andrew that Mack is an extraordinary young man.  But that is not what Andrew meant.  Andrew told Spencer that Mack was so unpredictable, he never knew what he was going to do next.  Spencer reminded Andrew he had been the same way when he was a teenager.  Spencer reassured Andrew that Mack would be okay.  Later, Spencer walked into the control center.  Mack had returned, along with an alien.  Spencer commented that no one had told him they were having a guest.  Ronny introduced Spencer to Tyzonn.  Spencer left once more.  Moments later, Spencer entered the control center with a tray of lemonade.  Andrew, Rose, Dax, Mack, Will, Ronny, and Tyzonn gathered around the table where the parchment laid.  Tyzonn didn't know what lemonade was.  Rose explained to him it was a citrus drink on Earth.  Tyzonn knew the acid contained in the citrus and took a glass.  Tyzonn then poured the glass of lemonade onto the parchment.  Andrew, Ronny, Rose, Dax, and Will were very upset.  The parchment was soaked.  Will pointed out numbers had appeared on the parchment.  Rose quickly figured out they were the coordinates to where the diamond was located.  Andrew told them the S.H.A.R.C. had been fueled and was ready to go.  The teens took off.  Tyzonn asked Mack if he could come along.  Mack told Tyzonn he believe there was room for one more and they left as well.  Spencer and Andrew monitored the teens' progress on the screen.  The teens had arrived at the coordinates.  The diamond was in a crater.  Bullox had arrived, along with Lava Lizards piloting Lavadactyls.  Rose, Dax, Mack, Will, and Ronny morphed and along with Tyzonn went into battle.  Red Ranger contacted his dad and asked him if the Sonic Streaker was ready.  Andrew told him it was and sent it out.  Later, the Red Ranger and Tyzonn had retrieved the Torhu diamond.  The Lava Lizards had been destroyed, but Bullox had grown to a large size, thanks to Moltor.  Pink Ranger, Yellow Ranger, Blue Ranger, and Black Ranger had formed the Megazord.  But it had been a difficult battle.  Andrew contacted them and told them they could combine with the Sonic Streaker to form the Drive Max Ultrazord.  The Rangers did so and destroyed Bullox.  The teens returned to base with the Torhu diamond.  Thanks to the two jewels, Tyzonn was returned to his normal form.  Spencer, Andrew,  Mack, and Tyzonn were in the mansion. Tyzonn told them this had been an incredible experience, but he had to go.  Andrew asked him to stay and help them.  Tyzonn told them as they had their mission, he had his own.  Mack stepped forward, he had almost forgotten, and gave Tyzonn his crystal.  Tyzonn was thrilled to see it had been repaired.  Spencer added it was their advance technology of glue.  Tyzonn placed the crystal into his bracelet and thanked them once more.  Spencer, Andrew, and Mack watched Tyzonn walk out.

Andrew was in the control center when he called for Spencer.  Spencer entered the control center.  Andrew asked him where the teens were.  Spencer told Andrew the teens were in Portugal, looking for the next jewel.  Spencer noticed all the activity on the screen.  Andrew told Spencer to contact the teens and tell them to reroute to Brazil.  There were explosions, jewels sensors, and something big.  Very big.  Andrew was worried and Spencer was concern as well.  Spencer contacted the teens and told them they needed to get on the S.H.A.R.C. and go to Brazil.  The teens did so. 

Andrew told Spencer to bring a stabilizing unit from the plant.  The teens and Tyzonn had battled the Fearcats and now Tyzonn was in mercury liquid form.  Spencer got the stabilizing unit to the control center.  Andrew would manage to get Tyzonn back to human form.   Later, Spencer and Andrew stood on top of the steps, outside the mansion.  The Rangers and Tyzonn had destroyed the Fearcats.  The teens happily raced towards the mansion.  Tyzonn took a more sedate approach and walked up to the mansion.  Andrew told them he was very proud of them.  Spencer added that it had been quite exciting to watch.  Ronny told them they all owed it to Tyzonn.  Tyzonn stepped forward.  Tyzonn told them he thought he would feel better, once he destroyed the Fearcats, but he didn't.  Tyzonn had completed his mission and now he planned on going.  Spencer, Andrew, and the teens entered the mansion.  Tyzonn sat facing the teens, who were also sitting.  Spencer and Andrew stood behind the group.  Andrew told them Tyzonn had made his decision, he didn't want to join them.  Tyzonn told them it wasn't that he didn't want to join them, he couldn't.  In frustration, Ronny asked why.  It was apparent this would be a difficult story for Tyzonn to tell.  Tyzonn told them many years ago, he was part of an elite team.  Intergalactic Emergency Response.  There had been a cave in and Tyzonn and his team arrived.  Tyzonn's team had gone inside the cave and helped get the people out.  Tyzonn had stayed outside the cave, tending to the injured people.  The team managed to get the people out of the cave.  One of them, told Tyzonn the Fearcats were still inside the cave.  The Fearcats had been blowing up the cave from the inside for power to release their army.  Tyzonn knew everyone had to be save, not just the innocent.  Tyzonn sent his team back in.  After his team had gone in, Tyzonn saw that somehow, the Fearcats had managed to escape the cave in.  Tyzonn raced towards the cave, but the Fearcats blasted it.  Tyzonn was blown away from the entrance.  Several rocks had fallen inside and outside the cave.  The team was lost.  Tyzonn told them rescuing was his life, but he would never put another team in danger again.  Tyzonn got up and walked away.  Later, thanks to Ronny, Tyzonn returned and Andrew gave him his Tracker.  Tyzonn became the Mercury Ranger and joined the Operation Overdrive team.

Spencer walked into Andrew's office.  Andrew and Tyzonn were there.  Tyzonn:  Spencer, I bet you know.  What kind of zord am I going to get.  Andrew warned Spencer not to say anything.  Spencer just gave a small hint that it might be more than one zord.  Tyzonn was stunned.  Spencer told Tyzonn he had to go, Andrew had a visitor.  A lady visitor.  Jessica Jeffries entered the office and Spencer discreetly left.  The following day, Spencer and Andrew watched "Good Morning San Angeles".  Jessica Jeffries was the host and she had asked Andrew if she could have the Rangers on the show.  Andrew had agreed.  All the teens had done well, except for Dax who had choked.  Spencer told Andrew the teens looked splendid on TV and Andrew agreed.  Later, Andrew and Spencer placed Tyzonn on a couch in the mansion.  Tyzonn was not feeling well and was fluctuating from human from to mercury form.  Spencer and Andrew had no idea how to help him.  Although Spencer tried to prevent her, Jessica entered the room.  Earlier that day, the teens had received medals from the mayor's office.  Jessica glanced at Tyzonn, but was not surprised by what she saw.  Jessica told Spencer and Andrew that she had placed a call to the mayor's office.  The mayor had not sent over any medals.  Jessica leaned over and removed the medal from Tyzonn.  Tyzonn was immediately better, although a little confused, as he asked if he was still on television.  Mercury Ranger defeated the Fearcats in the city with his three new zords, the Fire Rescue and Rescue Runner 1 and Rescue Runner 2.  Another day, and Spencer was dusting in the mansion.  Andrew was there, looking over the Canon of Ki Amuk, which the Rangers recovered from the Fearcats.  The teens entered happily, they had received real medals from the mayor this time.  Andrew was proud of them, but reminded them they had a lot of work ahead of them.  The sound of Jessica's show reached them.  Spencer, Andrew, and the teens walked over to the set.  Jessica announced this would be her last day on the show as she had accepted a position as a field reporter.  Jessica gave a personal thanks to Andrew Hartford and the teens for inspiring people to make a difference.

Spencer was inside the mansion, serving a delicious meal to Ronny, Will, and "Thor".  "Thor" was not pleasant and rather rude to Spencer as he called him servant and told him to fetch him some cake.  Spencer felt sorry for "Thor's" parents.  Later, it was discovered that "Thor" was actually Loki in disguise.  Loki had the hammer and the teens needed it back.  The teens asked Spencer for help.  Spencer disguised himself as Ronny/Goddess Freya.  "Ronny" sat in a small boat and signed over Loki.  Loki suddenly appeared in the boat with "Ronny".  Loki was initially suspicious of "Ronny's" change of heart.  "Ronny" told him it was because she had thought he was the lug Thor, not the brilliant Loki.  It only took a few flattering words to win over Loki.  "Ronny" and Loki walked together.  Loki wanted "Ronny" to ran away with him, but "Ronny" couldn't.  "Ronny" had made a promise to Thor to help the mortals.  "Ronny" wished there was something they could give Thor in exchange.  Loki suggested the hammer.  Before Loki gave "Ronny" the hammer, he told "Ronny" that once you made a commitment to a god, in was forever.  "Ronny" agreed.  Loki gave "Ronny" the hammer and "Ronny" tossed the hammer over to Thor, who had just appeared.  Thor then vanished with the hammer.  Loki was ready to give "Ronny" a romantic kiss.  "Ronny" asked him to wait a moment and then removed his mask.  Loki was furious that he had been tricked as Spencer told him he did not kiss on the first date.  Spencer remembered Loki had wanted some cake and gave him a cake in the face.  Loki wasn't too upset, the cake was rather good.

Spencer and Andrew walked into the control center.  Spencer:  Sir, now that Moltor has the compass, what does that mean for us?  Andrew:  I don't know.  According to legend, that compass has great power, and is very unstable.  Which in the hands of an evil mind like Moltor's, better get the Overdrive Team on high alert.  Spencer:  They always are sir.  Later, Spencer and Andrew were still in the control center.  Will had come to report what had happened in the park.  Ronny, Rose, Dax, Mack, and Will had been attacked by Blothgaar, and Blothgaar had the compass.  Mack had taken a major hit, and the compass was suppose to give Mack bad luck.  Rose, Dax, and Ronny slid down the poles and enter.  A moment later, so did Mack.  Only Mack's pole broke on the way down.  Mack was okay, but Spencer, Andrew, and the rest of the teens were concern for him.  Mack insisted that he did not have bad luck.  Mack then proceeded to step into a wastebasket, lose his balance, knocked into the globe, which went spinning around the room and then landed on top of Mack.  Spencer pulled Andrew aside concern.  Spencer wondered how bad luck could affect Mack.  Andrew didn't have any answers for him.  Later, the Rangers had been successful in destroying Blothgaar and getting the compass back.  Pink Ranger had also used the compass on Red Ranger to take away the bad luck.  Andrew was doing research on the compass when Spencer walked into his study.  Andrew was distraught as to how bad luck could have affected Mack, when there wasn't supposed to be any way Mack would be affected.  Spencer was about to make a suggestion, when Andrew told him a firm no.  Spencer told Andrew he would keep an eye on Mack.  Spencer entered the pool room.  Mack and his friends were there.  Mack had just made a shot on the pool table, and the ball went flying.  Spencer caught it.  Mack tried to reassured his friends this meant he no longer had bad luck.  Spencer made no comment and held up a pair of socks, asking who it was.  Spencer had found the socks on the floor of the control center and they had an awful smell.  Spencer washed them.  Ronny screamed as she realized Spencer had washed her lucky socks.

Spencer was with Andrew in the control center.  Andrew contact the teens via their Trackers.  Spencer stood just behind him.  Mack:  Dad!  Andrew:  Fearcats are approaching San Angeles in a giant robot.  Time to cut the mission short.  We need you now.  Mack had good news for his dad, there was no reason to cut the mission short, they had found the third jewel of the Corona Aurora.  Spencer exchange a thrilled look with Andrew.  Later, Spencer and Andrew were in his study.  Will sat down facing them.  Will told them he had been attacked by Miratrix and Kamdor and had lost the jewel to them.  Andrew was very upset.  Will told them they didn't need a Ranger like him on the team and gave his Tracker to Andrew.  Andrew took the Tracker and passed it on to Spencer.  Spencer was surprised, but said nothing.  Andrew told Will he had lost the jewel and then walked out.  Spencer told Will he believe this was his and gave him back his Tracker.  Will was surprised, Mr. Hartford had accepted his resignation.  Spencer told him once a Ranger, always a Ranger.  Spencer told Will that his friends were battling the Fearcats in the city.  It was up to him what he wanted to do about it.  Spencer then left Will to think over what he had said.  After awhile, Andrew was back in his study, sitting in a chair and deep in thought.  He was still upset over the loss of the jewel when Spencer walked in.  Andrew knew what Spencer was going to say and he didn't want to hear it.  Andrew reiterated to Spencer that Will had lost the jewel and had he any idea what that meant.  Spencer knew what it meant.  Will had lost the jewel and that is all that it meant.  Andrew stood up and faced Spencer.  Spencer pointed out that it wasn't that long ago someone had lost the crown.  Andrew told Spencer that was different.  But Spencer didn't think so.  Spencer pointed out he remembered a ten year old boy who had made a costly error in his baseball game.  Andrew remembered as well.  Andrew had tossed his baseball glove into the trash and Spencer had retrieve it and brought him back to the game.  Andrew told him he made him play in the game.  Spencer corrected him.  Spencer had taken him to the game, but Andrew had decided to play in the game.  Spencer pointed out that Andrew had turned out to be a pretty good ball player.  Andrew agreed.  Andrew wanted Spencer to contact Will so he could give him his Tracker back.  Spencer told Andrew he already had, as he knew that is what Andrew would have wanted.  Andrew smiled.  The Rangers had battled and destroyed the Fearcats' latest robot.  The teens were in the control center with Spencer and Andrew.  Andrew told them he was gently reminded that this was not a one battle fight.  Andrew praised Will for getting into the battle and Spencer for being the bulldog that he is.  Andrew then dismissed the teens.  The teens walked out.  Spencer walked over and thanked Andrew for listening to the truth, even when it was something he didn't want to hear.  Spencer reassured Andrew that he would always hear the truth from Spencer.  After all, Andrew had trusted Spencer with his biggest secret.  Spencer walked out.

Spencer was waiting in the mansion with a tray full of glasses of lemonade as the teens entered the mansion.  Rose:  You know I can barely remember what life was like before Operation Overdrive.  Mack:  I can.  Boring!  Being a Ranger is definitely the most exciting thin to ever happen to me.  Will:  I've got to admit.  I thought my life was adventuress before, but now it's like...Dax:  Something out of a movie.  Will:  Exactly.  Tyzonn:  Come on guys, you're forgetting the best part about being a Ranger.  Saving the world.  They all laughed.  The alarm went off and the screen was on.  The screen showed Moltor, Flurious, Kamdor, Miratrix, and the Fearcats.  Along with a new creature.  Dax:  Who's that?  Thrax:  I'm Thrax.  Son of Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd.  And the orchestra of your doom.  The teens immediately left.  Later, Spencer entered the control center.  In the earlier battle, using all their evil energy, the villains had severed the teens connection to the universal morphing grid.  The teens were no longer Rangers.  The teens had returned, and along with Mr. Hartford, were trying to make repairs.  Spencer told them the evil alliance had wasted no time and there were reports of attacks around the world.  Will noted it would not be long before they would come after the two jewels they had.  Dax thought that meant it was over.  Mr. Hartford insisted it was not over.  Ronny wanted to know how they could continue to fight.  Mr. Hartford told them they still had their genetic abilities.  Mack told them his dad was right, they had to keep fighting.  Later, Spencer would let Mr. Hartford know the six teens wanted to see him.  Sentinel Knight had replaced the teens with five former Rangers, Blue Ninja Storm Power Ranger, Yellow Dino Thunder Power Ranger, Black Mighty Morphin Power Ranger, Red S.P.D. Power Ranger, and Green Mystic Force Power Ranger.  The six teens felt they were no longer needed and wanted to go back to their lives before Operation Overdrive.

Several days later, Spencer was in the control center.  The teens had left Operation Overdrive, but now they were back.  Mack had gone after the Excelsior sword, to help Sentinel Knight.  The teens, Sentinel Knight and Mr. Hartford were in the control center.  Mack gave Sentinel Knight the sword.  When he took the sword, Sentinel Knight's form was restored.  Sentinel Knight was pleasantly surprised.  Rose told Mr. Hartford that they had been wrong to leave Operation Overdrive.  Will added they wanted to come back and would willing do whatever was asked of them.  Spencer gave Andrew a pat on the shoulder as Andrew welcome them back.  Kira, Tori, Adam, Bridge, and Xander walked in.  Earlier Mack had used the sword to help the Rangers in their battle against Vulturus and had greatly hurt him.  Tori told Mack that he had really saved their butts out there.  Alpha 6 then arrived.  Earlier Adam had brought him to help fix the universal morphing grid.  Dax asked who he was.  Adam explained.  Andrew checked and the morphing grid was fixed.  The Operation Overdrive teens had their Ranger powers back.  Everyone was thrilled.  The eleven Rangers would face off the Thrax and his evil alliance.  The Rangers did well.  Mercury Ranger destroyed Vulturus.  Sentinel Knight arrived and destroyed Thrax.  The evil alliance broke apart as the villains argue over who was going to find the jewels.  Later, Spencer entered the mansion with a tray full of buttery toast and presented it to Bridge.  Bridge asked if it was buttery and Spencer assured him it was the butteriest.  Tori, Adam, Bridge, Xander, and Kira were all planning to leave.  Tori gave her card to Mr. Hartford and reminded them they were only a phone call away.  Kira told them she would come back with a copy of the CD she was working on.  Andrew asked everyone to gathered together in a circle for old times sakes.  Everyone placed their hands in the center and on top of each other.  They then leaped into the air and cheered for Power Rangers.

Spencer was sitting in the control center, when he picked up a strange signal.  Spencer:  Sir, I'm picking up an abnormal energy reading, just outside San Angeles.  Andrew had walked up behind him and taken a look.  Andrew:  Abnormal?  Better get the Power Rangers to investigate.  Andrew started to walk away.  Spencer:  Oh, but sir, it's their day off.  Spencer stood up and walked towards Andrew.  Spencer told Andrew that it was only slightly abnormal.  He would keep an eye on it and let him know if it got worse.  Andrew agreed.  Andrew confessed that sometimes he forgets what it's like to be a kid.  It's been only two years since Mack arrive, and six months since Operation Overdrive had started.  Spencer told Andrew that only two years ago, it had been just the two of them.  Later, Pink Ranger would contact Spencer to send the zords.  The Rangers were battling the Fearcats.  Later, Spencer and Andrew were in the mansion talking when Rose, Dax, Mack, Will, and Tyzonn entered.  They asked them how their picnic was.  Will told them the usual, hike a little, ate a little, fought some bad guys.  Ronny then entered and told them they even brought back a gift for the both of them.  Andrew and Spencer were proud of the teens as Ronny gave Andrew the Centurion Torch.

Spencer was in the mansion helping the teens decorate for Ronny's Halloween party.  Spencer enjoyed this time of year.  Tyzonn thought it all sounded like fun as well, since Rose explain to him what Halloween was.  The fun was cut short when Andrew's voice came over the loudspeakers, telling them there was a situation.  Later, Spencer was in the control center with Andrew.  They were monitoring a battle between the four Rangers and Moltor in a giant robot.  In an earlier battle, the Fearcats had captured Ronny, while Moltor grabbed Black Ranger and the Sentinel sword.  The four Rangers were not doing well.  Andrew looked at Spencer and Spencer gave a small nod.  Andrew had the lab working on a new battle fleet zords for the Rangers and he sent them out.  The new zords turned the battle around for the four Rangers and soon Moltor was retreating.  Instead of continuing, Andrew had the four teens return.  Rose, Dax, Mack, and Tyzonn returned to the control center.  Rose asked why Sentinel Knight was battling against them.  Sentinel Knight had been in the battle helping Moltor.  Andrew didn't know.  Tyzonn asked if they had heard anything from Ronny or Will.  Spencer told them there had been one contact from Will, but nothing since.  Andrew told the four teens they needed to go back to Egypt (they had been there earlier) and find the jewel.  The four teens were reluctant to do so.  Spencer reassured them that Will and Ronny were strong Rangers.

Spencer was in the control center with Mr. Hartford when Rose, Dax, Mack, and Tyzonn transported a relic tablet to them.  Spencer and Mr. Hartford were thrilled.  Mr. Hartford told Spencer that Will had sent his coordinates, it was time to send the four teens there.  Spencer saluted Mr. Hartford and told him it was as exciting as being in the royal navy.  The Rangers were successful in finding Ronny and destroying Moltor's robot.  That evening, Ronny gave her Halloween party.  All the teens were there in costume.  Dax as an action hero/movie star, Rose as a pink haired cat, Will as a skeleton, and Tyzonn as a super hero.  Spencer was dressed as a British solider and Andrew as a mad scientist.  They looked at the party, which was in full swing.  Both Spencer and Andrew paused in their tracks.  Mack was dressed as a robot and doing the robot dance.  Mack then grinned.  Spencer and Andrew were both relieved.  Spencer gave Andrew a reassuring pat on the shoulder.

Spencer was inside the mansion.  He had walked into a room and overheard the guys talking.  Mack had brought out a photo album and was showing it to Dax, Will, and Tyzonn.  Dax:  this photo is really...I don't know, weird.  The tree casts a shadow, but you don't.  Mack:  You trying to say dad created this photo.  I landed that fish.  I should know, cause I was there.  And so was my dad.  And Spencer took the photo, so...Mack shrugged.  Dax:  Okay, fine.  Spencer glanced down for a moment.  He was uncomfortable with the deception.  Spencer:  Gentlemen, you're needed below.  The guys left.  Spencer walked over and picked up the photo album, looking at the picture.  Spencer was concern and worried.  Later, Spencer was helping Andrew.  The teens had been in a battle with Datun, and Miratrix and Kamdor.  Kamdor had planted a computer virus, that had affected Mack.  Mack opened his eyes and gave his dad a soft hello.  Spencer and Andrew turned around and walked cautiously over.  Mack asked his dad if something had happened to him.  Andrew reluctantly told him yes.  Mack glanced around and noticed his body laying on a table, with circuits around the neck.  Mack cried out a startled dad.  Spencer and Andrew connected Mack's head back to his body.  All three were silent.  Finally, Mack asked his dad what he was.  Andrew replied he was his son.  But Spencer knew the time had come for the truth and told Andrew now was the time.  Andrew told Mack that he had created him and he was an android.  Initially Mack was in disbelief and thought he must be dreaming.  Spencer told Mack that his father was telling him the truth.  Mack asked how old he was.  Andrew told him he came online two years ago.  Mack couldn't believe it.  It was difficult to watch Mack as he brought up memories of school, breaking his arm, and camping trips.  Andrew told Mack that he had planted those memories, because he wanted him to have a normal childhood.  Mack, with a break in his voice, told Andrew he was not an ordinary boy, he was a machine.  Andrew told Mack he was the son he always wanted.  Andrew tried to explain by telling Mack he had been too busy with his work to find the right woman.  Mack told his dad maybe he should have built one of those too.  Spencer was stunned that Mack had spoken to his father like that.  Mack glared at his father before storming out of the room.  Later, Spencer found Mack by the pool table.  The rest of the teens had gone into battle.  Spencer told Mack that he saw he had elected to stay behind.  Mack told him he was only a robot, they didn't need him.  Spencer told him on the contrary, they need him more than ever.  Mack told Spencer he would only break down again.  Mack's back was turned to Spencer.  Spencer told Mack that he was there when his father programmed him and for the life of him, he couldn't remember Andrew programming Mack to feel sorry for himself.  Spencer surmised Mack must have done that on his own.  Mack gave a sarcastic laugh.  Spencer became angry and told Mack he didn't mean it as a joke.  Spencer asked Mack if he could be allowed an observation.  Mack turned around and faced Spencer and told him sure.  Spencer told Mack to snap out of it.  Mack sputter in disbelief.  Spencer then soften up a bit.  Spencer told Mack that he can't imagine how shock and disappointed he must feel to find out he is not what he thought he was.  Mack told Spencer that was an understatement, he is an android.  Spencer added an android who is loved by his father and his friends.  Spencer threaten to have Mack reformatted if he told anyone, but Spencer loved him as well.  This brought a reluctant smile to Mack's face.  Just then Andrew walked in.  Andrew told Mack the Rangers needed him.  Mack was reluctant to go into battle.  Andrew told Mack that he was their only hope.  Mack agreed, but only if he could take Rose's robotic technology.  Andrew refused, the technology hadn't been tested.  Spencer tried to get Andrew to see reason.  Andrew refused, he was not going to watch Mack get destroyed.  Mack had slipped away and Spencer told Andrew he didn't have a choice.  Andrew realized Mack was going into battle with the robotic technology.  As it turned out, Mack did well as the Red Sentinel Ranger and destroyed five monsters.  The teens returned to the mansion, with the Star of Isis, the next jewel.  Mack told his friends, what he had just found out, that he is an android.  His friends were very supportive and Mack was relieved.  Spencer and Andrew entered the room.  Will suggested they put the jewel in the control center.  Ronny, Rose, Dax, Will, and Tyzonn walked out.  Mack told Spencer and his dad that he was going as well.  Andrew stopped Mack and told him they needed to talk.  Mack replied that he had had a long day.  Andrew suggested the following day.  Mack told his dad tomorrow was going to be a long day too and walked out.

Andrew had just sent Spencer to gather the teens.  Spencer did not have to look too hard.  He could hear loud heavy metal music playing.  It was Mack was the guitar and his friends encouraging him.  Spencer pulled the plugged out of the speakers.  I'm sorry to interrupt this ruckus event.  Mr. Hartford needs you down in the Command Center.  As the teens left, Spencer muttered to himself.  Spencer:  In my day, one could get arrested for that.  Later, Spencer was in the Command Center as well.  The teens had gone off to fight a new Fearcat, Crazer.  Whom Tyzonn had known, but had not said anything.  The Rangers had been unable to defeat Crazer and had return to the Command Center, except for Mack who had stayed up in the mansion.  Tyzonn told the group about Crazer, how she had been at the fateful cave-in.  Tyzonn had assumed Crazer had been destroyed, because he had not seen her leave with Cheetar and Mig.  Ronny wanted to know why he had never said anything.  Tyzonn told them his girl friend, Vella, had been trapped in the cave-in.  They had been inseparable and had planned to marry.  Everyone felt bad for Tyzonn.  The screen went to alert.  The Fearcats had split up.  Tyzonn insisted on going after Crazer.  Ronny told Mr. Hartford the rest of them would go after Benglo and Mig.  Mr. Hartford asked where Mack was.  Spencer replied he believed Mack was strumming his pain with his fingers.  Spencer asked Andrew if he wanted him to get him.  Andrew told him no, he would get Mack.  Mr. Hartford told the teens Mack would join them later.  The five teens took off.  After the battle, the teens returned to the Command Center.  Ronny, Rose, Dax, and Will had to abort their mission in following Mig and Benglo to help out Tyzonn and Mack, who had been battling a giant Crazer.   The Rangers turned Crazer into smoke and dust.  Mr. Hartford had the screen up and everyone took a look.  It showed the Fearcats emerging from a cave, with a cup in their hands.  The teens thought it might lead to a jewel.  Mr. Hartford told them he would have the satellites search and suggested they take some time off.  The teens were ready for that.  Mack asked Spencer, who's back was turned, if he had any more cupcakes.  Spencer did not response.  Mack raised his voice and asked again.  Spencer heard him and turned around, removing his ear plugs.  Mack asked him what he was doing.  Spencer replied that he was preparing for Mack's next concert.  They all knew how much he loved heavy metal.  The teens all laughed.

Spencer was working in the control center.  Andrew and Rose were there as well.  Andrew was watching the screen that showed the zords being repaired.  Mack walked in and stood by his dad.  Mack:  How are they coming along?  Andrew:  We're talking extensive damage from the last battle.  It's going to take awhile before the zords are fully operational.  Rose:  And the Sentinel sword got hit pretty hard too.  I should be able to repair it completely, but it's going to take time.  Mack:  And where's Tyzonn?  His locator signal disappear.  Spencer:  The others are out searching for him as we speak.  Mack:  I just know he wouldn't have miss that last battle unless he was in some kind of real danger.  Later, the screen went to alert.  The Fearcats were attacking the city.  Rose wondered what they would do, the zords were not ready yet.  Mack told them not all the zords were damaged.  Mack wanted to take the FlashPoint Megazord.  Andrew told him no, he had no training.  Mack told him he didn't need training, just programming.  Andrew refused.  Mack told him to just do it and referred to him as Mr. Hartford.  Spencer and Andrew stood in front of the screen along with Rose and anxiously watch.  Soon Dax, Ronny, and Will arrived and joined him at the screen.  They all watched as the FlashPoint Megazord battled Agrios.  Red Ranger was pushing the Megazord hard.  Andrew yelled at his son to eject, but Red Ranger refused.   Spencer and the rest watch worryingly as Mack continued to battle the Fearcats.  Thankfully, the zords were soon repaired and the four Rangers left to help out Red Ranger.  Spencer and Andrew kept busy in the control center.  Andrew kept an eye on the battle.  Spencer informed him that the Sentinel sword was almost repaired and he was continuing the search for Tyzonn.  Andrew smiled at Spencer and asked him what he would do without him.  Spencer replied let's hope you never find out.  The Sentinel sword was sent out.  The battle continue.  The Rangers would eventually be joined by Mercury Ranger, who had already destroyed Crazer.  The Rangers destroyed Agrios and the Fearcats and would return with the Octavian Chalice.

Spencer walked into the control center with a tray full of sandwiches.  The teens were all there.  Spencer:  Rangers, I brought you some brain food before you begin your next adventure.  Everyone gathered around Spencer, except for Rose who hung back.  Ronny:  Hey, thanks Spencer.  Ronny, Dax, Will, and Tyzonn begin to dig into the sandwiches.  Suddenly Rose got an idea.  Rose:  That's it!  Spencer you're' a genius!  Spencer could only smile in agreement.

Ronny, Rose, Dax, Will, and Tyzonn were packing for their next assignment to Egypt.  Rose mentioned even if they get the fifth jewel, they still had to get the crown from Moltor.  Dax suggested they go ahead and get the crown.  Spencer had overheard their conversation.  Spencer told them a firm no.  If a volcano was inhabitable, someone would have built a condo on it.  Spencer emphasized that none of them were going to the volcano.  The teens did not argue.  Later, Spencer was down in the control center with Andrew.  Rose, Dax, Will, Tyzonn, and Ronny walked in.  Will noted that Mack was not around.  Andrew told Spencer to use Mack's locator watch to track him down.  Spencer did so, but he did not have good news.  On the screen was Moltor's lair.  Spencer told them that Mack was inside the volcano and it was very unstable.  The teens would leave to get their friend safely out of the volcano and returned to the mansion.  Spencer would walk in as Andrew lecture Mack about placing his team in danger.  Spencer told them the signal for the crown had moved to the north, the very north.  The teens quickly realized that meant Flurious now had the crown.  Andrew told them their priority was the fifth jewel, they would deal with the crown later.  The teens, except Mack, left with Spencer to go to Egypt.  Mack would join them a few moments later.  The following day, Spencer walked into the mansion and was very surprised.  The mummy was walking as the teens and Andrew sat stunned on the floor. 

The teens had gotten the fifth jewel from the mummy, but then Flurious and his Chillers stormed the mansion.  A battle erupted, but Flurious now had the crown and the five jewels.  Spencer was in the control center with Andrew and the teens.  Andrew told the teens he couldn't have assembled a better team and asked them what they were going to do now.  The teens were determined to get the jewels and crown from Flurious and kick his frozen butt.  Dax's suggestion of celebrating afterwards was well received.  Spencer told them a huge jewel reading shown movement.  Flurious was on the go.  The teens raced over to the elevator.  Spencer told Andrew that he had raised a fine son.  Andrew was filled with pride.  Later, the teens would return and although they had destroyed the Chillers and Flurious, they did not return in triumph.  Instead they returned filled with sadness, Mack had gotten badly hurt during the battle.  The teens watched anxiously as Spencer and Andrew tried to repair Mack.  Unfortunately, Andrew told them there was nothing he could do.  Ronny told Andrew he could build Mack again.  He had built him once, he can build him again.  Andrew told them he would look like Mack, but wouldn't be Mack.  Sentinel Knight appeared with the Corona Aurora crown.  Sentinel Knight told the teens they had done a great service and the universe would remember them always.  Sentinel Knight wondered why they look so sad.  Dax told him they did not feel like celebrating.  The teens had separated and Sentinel Knight could see Mack.  Sentinel Knight commented on the brave red warrior.  Sentinel Knight also told them the mere mention of the Corona Aurora could make humans tremble as it can cause great destruction, but also restore life.  Tyzonn asked Sentinel Knight if he could restore Mack.  Andrew told them it was not possible, Mack was never alive, he was a machine.  Sentinel Knight disagreed.  Sentinel Knight had saw Mack fight with heart.  Sentinel Knight asked Spencer and Andrew to hold up Mack.  They did so.  Sentinel Knight placed the crown on Mack's head.  A golden glow emerged.  Mack slowly opened his eyes.  Mack asked them why they were all staring at him.  Ronny cried out because you are alive.  The teens couldn't believe it.  Mack responded of course he's alive, he could feel his heart racing a mile a minute.  Spencer looked at Andrew and mouthed the word heart.  Mack then realized what he had said.  Mack had a heart and was alive.  Mack got up and hugged his dad, he was alive.  Mack then raced over to his friends as they gathered around him.  Everyone was very happy.  Several days later, the team was ready to go their separate ways.  Spencer had found a yeti and a young woman with his geraniums.  Spencer lead them to the front of the mansion.  Spencer overheard Tyzonn telling Andrew that he was going to search the galaxy for Vella.  Spencer told him he would not have to search for long.  Behind Spencer was Vella and Norg.  Vella and Tyzonn hugged as Spencer told them the yeti had destroyed several Chillers on his own and rescued Vella.  Norg was welcomed to the group as Andrew offered him fields of geraniums.  Spencer had thought they were for him and thanked him, but Andrew told him that the geraniums were for the yeti.  Spencer remarked that he sees life has returned to normal.
