JESSICA JEFFRIES
Jessica Jeffries - Natalie Boltt
Jessica Jeffries was the host of "Good Morning San Angeles". Friends, like Andrew Hartford, and her camera man Gary, call her Jessie. Jessica had been reading a lot about Andrew Hartford and his Rangers and decided to pay him a visit. Shea arrived at the Hartford mansion and Spencer lead her into Andrew's office. Andrew was very surprised to see her. Jessica and Andrew hugged each other. They had not seen each other since their college days. Jessica told Andrew he was always the adventurer and took a look around his place. Andre asked about her, did she become the field reporter that was going to make a difference in the world. Jessica admitted that dream had gotten sidelined, but she was the host of "Good Morning San Angeles". Jessica told Andrew that is why she had stopped by. She would really like to have the Rangers on her show. Andrew hesitated, they were really busy at the moment. Jessica asked him if he would do it for an old friend. Andrew relented, telling Jessica the teens had worked so hard, and they deserve it. Jessica was thrilled as she left. The following day, Jessica prepared to have the Rangers on her show. She greeted everyone she passed and reached the set. Jessica told the teens they would be great and not to worry. The taping of the segment began. Jessica went around and introduced the teens to the audience. She stopped at Dax, not knowing who he was. Dax was unable to help her as he choke. Tyzonn gave Jessica Dax's name and what he did. Jessica try to get more information from Dax, but he giggled. Tyzonn introduced himself. Jessica told him that was a very unusual name. Tyzonn replied not on his planet. It was soon time for a commercial break. Jessica got up and told the teens they were doing great. Jessica went to her dressing room to get ready for the second half of her show. There was a knock and a young woman entered the room. The woman introduced herself as Laura Hicks and told Jessica that she was the mayor's assistant. Laura told her the mayor had heard the Rangers were going to be on her show and wanted to give the Rangers commendation medals. Jessica was thrilled to present them on the mayor's behalf. Jessica left her dressing room and went back on the set. The rest of the segment went smoothly and Jessica presented the medals. After the taping was done, she told the teens what a great job they have been doing and what an inspiration they are. The teens started to leave. Tyzonn stumbled on the steps, but his friends caught him. Jessica asked him if he was okay. Tyzonn replied that he was alright and assumed it had been the hot lights. Jessica was still concern. Later, Jessica was sent, with Gary, to do a story on a dog show. Jessica hated poodles and remarked to her Gary that she was actually allergic to dog hair. As they got into their vehicle, the radio was turned on. the radio announced the city was under attack. Jessica told Gary to forget the dog show, they were going into the areas that had been attacked. When they arrived, there was chaos and havoc all around. Jessica had Gary begin taping as she did her report. Jessica stopped a citizen and asked what was going on. The citizen told Jessica the Rangers had been unable to stop the villains, which were the Fearcats in a giant robot Flurious had built. Jessica continued with her report, wondering if the Rangers had met their match. Gary urged Jessica there was not any more she could do. Jessica had hunch and they hurried back to the vehicle. Jessica went back to the Hartford mansion. Spencer tried to stop her from entering, but Jessica insisted. Both Andrew and Spencer tried to shield Jessica from Tyzonn, who was on the couch, fluctuating from human form to mercury form. Jessica was not surprised. Jessica told Andrew and Spencer that she had called the mayor's office and they had never sent any medals. Jessica leaned over Tyzonn and removed his medal. Tyzonn was immediately better, but a little confused, as he asked for they were still on television. Jessica, Andrew, and Spencer chucked. Thanks to Jessica, Mercury Ranger was able to stop the Fearcats. Another day, Jessica was back on the air to announce this would be her final day on "Good Morning San Angeles". She had accepted a position as a field reporter and was thrilled to finally be able to accomplish her dream. Jessica thanked Andrew Hartford and his Rangers for being an inspiration for people to follow their dreams.
