Andrew Hartford appears in a hologram form.  Andrew:  My name is Andrew Hartford.  To prevent the powers of evil from taking over the world, I've pulled my considerable wealth and resources to assemble the finest fighting team known to mankind.  Power Rangers Operation Overdrive.  But what if something unforeseen should befall one of my team members?  Mr. Hartford wants you to become a Reserve Ranger.

Spencer is sound asleep on the couch.  Spencer wakes up and is impress that you have made it through Level 1.  Spencer questions whether or not you can make it pass the next level.  First you are ask for the password.  Once you get the right password, you are ask a series of questions to test your knowledge of Power Rangers.  The next step is assembly the Ranger's weapons.  You must assemble each of the Ranger's weapons in fifteen seconds.   Once you have accomplish this, you have gain access to the armory.  Next, you need to learn to use the Drill Blaster.  To prove you skill you have to fire at holograms of Lava Lizards and Chillers.  Once you have defeated them, the final round is to fire at a hologram of Moltor and then Flurious.  When you have accomplished this task, Mr. Hartford comes on the screen and congratulates you.  He also lets you know the password for the next data disc for the third jewel.
