Weather Or Not

Will, Ronny, and Rose were sitting in the Hartford mansion. Will: Whoa, St. Lucia! Nothing like a mission to a Caribbean island in paradise. Ronny: Nah, the beach is a little slow for me. Unless, I'm flying through the san in a dune buggy. Rose didn't think there would be any dune buggies where they were going. The part of island, they were going was a dense forest. Mack walked in, very excited. Mack couldn't wait to get going on this latest adventure. Mack sat down just as Dax bounded in. Dax landed on his back on the floor. Dax had grave news for them, the island is haunted. Dax has his lucky marbles to help them out. Rose told Dax it was only folk lore. Mack tells Dax he had nothing to worry about, they are Power Rangers.
Mr. Hartford is working at the base, when Spencer enters, in his colorful attire. Spencer tells Mr. Hartford he wanted to show him he could blend in the Caribbean, as to prevent Mr. Hartford sending him in as a parrot. Mr. Hartford is very amused. Mr. Hartford asks Spencer about the Drill Driver zord. Spencer tells Mr. Hartford the Drill Driver zord is not quiet ready yet. Spencer leaves. In the ice cave, Flurious is wondering about the lack of activity. Flurious is using Norg as a foot stool. Flurious tells Norg to contact Moltor. Norg asks Flurious if he would mind, and Flurious tells him no, deliberately misunderstanding Norg. Flurious gives Norg a hard kick. In the volcano, Moltor is very pleased when the Lava Lizards present him with his weather device. Moltor only needs a sub atomic generator to complete his device. Norg appears on Moltor's screen to announce the arrival of King Flurious. This does not sit well with Moltor as Flurious appears on the screen. Moltor tells Flurious he is no King. Flurious does not care and asks Moltor what he is up to. Moltor tells him it is none of his business, but when he is done, he will be more powerful than Flurious. Flurious tells Moltor he will be keeping any eye on him, he needs a good laugh. Flurious vanishes from the screen. Moltor is more determined than ever to beat his brother. Moltor and several Lava Lizards arrive in Australia and attack an Energy Agency vehicle and it's driver. Back at the Operation Overdrive base, Mr. Hartford is briefing the teens on their mission to the Caribbean. Suddenly the screen pops on and it shows them Moltor and the Lava Lizards attacking in Australia. Mr. Hartford tells the teens the mission to the Caribbean is put on hold, and they must now stop Moltor. The teens morphed. The Power Rangers arrived in Australia via the S.H.A.R.C. The Power Rangers immediately begin battling Moltor and the Lava Lizards. During the battle, the driver of the Energy Agency vehicle is in great danger. Red Ranger does his best to protect him, but despite this, the driver ends up falling off a cliff. Black Ranger springs into action, by using his Hovertek cycle and saves the driver. With Red Ranger and Black Ranger occupied, a couple of Lava Lizards are able to steal the sub atomic generator. Moltor mocks the defeated Rangers before vanishing. Moltor tells the Lava Lizards they know what to do, before vanishing. The Lava Lizards quickly put together the weather device. The Lava Lizards activate the weather device and a thunderstorm appears and drenches them with rain. The Lava Lizards know Moltor will be very pleased. Meanwhile, the weary teens return to the base. Mack is feeling dejected as he tells the group, if it wasn't for Will, the driver would have been badly hurt. Will reminds Mack that is why there are five of them. Spencer walks in drenched, and complains about the weather. Mr. Hartford quickly turns on the screen, which shows a broadcast of the unusual weather throughout the world. Mr. Hartford tells Mack that he has a new zord and it has his name on it. Mack is not feeling very confident and tells his dad maybe he should give the zord to someone else. Mr. Hartford tells Mack these are the times that makes a true hero. Mack reluctantly agrees to test the new zord. Red Ranger tests the new Drill Driver zord. It is very difficult and Red Ranger can't manage it. Very frustrated, Mack storms into the base and tells his dad maybe he is right, maybe he shouldn't be the Red Ranger.
Mr. Hartford reminds his son this is what he wanted, and now he has it. The screen in the base turns to alert. Mr. Hartford tells his son to go. Mack very angrily leaves. The Power Rangers are battling the Lava Lizards once more. During the battle, Moltor arrives. Moltor plans to flood the world and gain respect from his brother. The Rangers are doing every thing they can to stop him. Moltor's weather device goes haywire and it starts to snow. Flurious, watching on his screen, finds the whole thing very amusing. Norg starts to laugh as well, until Flurious gives him an angry look. The Rangers struggle to battle in the unrelenting snow storm. The Drive Max zords are sent to the Rangers. Even with the zords, the Rangers are having a difficult time. An avalanche traps the zords. Only Red Ranger manages to eject from his zord. The rest of the Rangers and the zords are buried under the snow. Red Ranger tries to contact his friends, but the Overdrive Tracker is not working. Red Ranger feels he has failed his friends. In the base, Spencer and Mr. Hartford is watching. Mr. Hartford hopes that his son will not give up. In the midst of the snow, Moltor comes towards Red Ranger. Red Ranger and Moltor battle, with Moltor the victor. Beneath the snow, the four Rangers tried to get out of the snow, but the zords are unable to. Pink Ranger is confident Red Ranger will rescue them, as are the rest of the Rangers. Back at the base, Spencer and Mr. Hartford are trying to contact the Rangers, but only get static. Spencer and Mr. Hartford are relieved when Mack walks in. Mack tells them he has failed and he quits being a Ranger. Mack tells his dad that he can be the Red Ranger and gives him the Overdrive Tracker.
Inside his volcano, Moltor is angry with his Lava Lizards. He tells them his weather device was working fine until they mess with it. Moltor then vaporizes the Lava Lizards. Flurious and Norg appear on the screen. Flurious taunts his brother. Moltor tells him to let him be or he will vaporized his throw rug. Norg quickly leaves. Flurious chuckles before vanishing from the screen. At the base, the Rangers have been located. Only the visual is working, not audio. Mack is surprise to see his friends are calm and wonders why they are not worrying. Mr. Hartford tells his son because his friends believe in him, like he does. Mack asks for his Overdrive Tracker back and takes off in the Drill Driver. Red Ranger still has troubles with the Drill Driver, but he pushes himself on. Red Rangers digs into the ground and soon comes up into the snow. Red Ranger pushes on until he finds the zords. The teens are okay. Red Ranger apologizes to them for bailing. His friends still have confidence in him. The zords are free and back on the surface. The weather device has turned into a monster. The Rangers form the Drive Max Megazord, and Pink Ranger, Blue Ranger, Black Ranger, and Yellow Ranger are inside. Red Ranger stays inside the Drill Driver. The Rangers battle the monster. The Rangers decide to attach the Drill Driver to the Megazord to form the Drive Max Megazord Drill formation. The Rangers destroy the monster.
Inside the volcano, Moltor sees the Rangers, in their Megazord, has destroy the monster. Once the Megazord vanishes, Flurious and Norg appear on the screen. Flurious tells Moltor doesn't he know that you cannot combine alien technology with human technology without making some adjustments. Moltor vows he will find the jewels and be more powerful than Flurious, than Flurious will have to bow to him. Flurious tells him only in his dreams before vanishing. At the Hartford mansion, Mack is once more, full of enthusiasm for the trip to the Caribbean. Ronny, Rose, and Dax are also excited. Spencer comes in with all their bags. Will enters with Dax's marbles, and thinks maybe they could use them. Spencer drops the bags as the teens fight over the lucky marbles.
