Corporal Hicks - Damien Avery
Dr. K: Listen carefully, okay. We don't have a lot of time. It started three years ago. The World Internet Federation reported the appearance of an aggressive new computer worm. Venjix Virus. A year later, it was estimated that Venjix had already affected 37% of the world's computer systems. By then it was too late. Venjix took control of the world's communication, power, and defense systems. It built armies of advance robotic soldiers that laid waste to everything in their path. There was no stopping them and Venjix declare victory.
Venjix: I am Venjix. Your world is now my world and your time is now over.
Dr. K: But it's not over. Not yet. If you can hear my voice, please go now to the dome city of Corinth. It's the only place we can be safe. You'll have to make it inside the city walls before the defense shields is activated. Please hurry.
Corporal Hicks was busy trying to keep Venjix's army at bay as people ran into the safety of the city. Corporal Hicks: Colonel Truman! Colonel Truman! Corporal Hicks ran up to Colonel Truman. Colonel Truman: Easy son. Get yourself together and give me a proper report. Corporal Hicks: Yes sir. They've broken into the west corridor in the zone delta, sir. We can't hold them off. Colonel Truman: Eagle squad? Corporal Hicks: We lost contact with air support over an hour ago, sir. Corporal Hicks was silent for a moment. Both of Colonel Truman's sons were in Eagle Squad. Corporal Hicks: What should I do sir? Colonel Truman: Go shoot at something. Corporal Hicks: Sir, yes sir. With a glance at Colonel Truman, Corporal Hicks walked away. A school bus pulled up. Colonel Truman had walked over to the busy. Corporal Hicks soon joined them. The explosions had gotten closer. Colonel Truman told Flynn (the driver of the bus) to take the rest of the passengers inside the city. Flynn did so. Colonel Truman shouted at the rest of his men to fall back. They all managed to get inside the city. Grinders were getting closer. Colonel Truman gave the order to seal the city and shut the gates. Corporal Hicks reminded Colonel Truman that his sons were still out there. Colonel Truman knew that, but he had surviving humans to protect as well. The gates started to go down. Corporal Hicks pointed out the approach of a motorcycle. The motorcycle barely made it through the gates. A young man (Scott) and young woman (Summer) removed their helmets. They were smiling until Colonel Truman's approach. Corporal Hicks walked up to the pair as well. Colonel Truman ask Eagle II (Scott) for a report. The report was not good. Eagle I (Scott's brother) had not made it. Colonel Truman did not betray a flicker of emotion as he dismiss Scott. Scott began to protest, but Colonel Truman remained firm. Summer lead Scott away. Corporal Hicks asked Colonel Truman if he thought they had gotten everyone. Colonel Truman hoped so. For anyone left outside the city, only heaven could help them.
Corporal Hicks continue to work with Colonel Truman and Dr. K. They had gotten a Black Ranger, and now needed a Green Ranger. Ziggy had thought he had found the perfect candidate - Tenaya Sevenson. Scott, Summer, and Flynn put Tenaya through several tests and her scores were off the chart. Summer, Flynn, and Scott welcome Tenaya to the team. Ziggy had left to get the morpher. Flynn, Scott, and Summer had left as well. As standard procedure Corporal Hicks and another security guard ran their scanner on Tenaya. The scanner kept picking up strange signals, which Corporal Hicks thought was the fault of the scanner. It had been acting up all week. Tenaya moved her hair to one size and Corporal Hicks saw that Tenaya was actually a robot. Tenaya 7 fought Corporal Hicks and the other security guard and defeated them. Ziggy had just walked in and Tenaya 7 went after him. Moments later, Scott, Summer, and Flynn walked in. One look, and they knew there had been trouble. They took off as well. Later, Tenaya 7 would be defeated and Ziggy, not by choice, became the Green Ranger.
There was commotion in the city. The Croc Carrierzord had a malfunction and hit the city's electrical tower. Corporal Hicks confirmed that there were civilians on the scene. The Rangers arrived to help out, but the attack bot they were tracking had escape. The following day, Corporal Hicks was working when Colonel Truman called him over. Colonel Truman hand him a disc to file. The disc had the last coordinates of Marcus' plane. Dr. K needed the flux over thruster remote core that had been placed in Marcus' plane to make the Croc Carrierzord work. Scott had just asked his father for the disc, but Colonel Truman turned him down. Corporal Hicks took the disc and placed it in his work station. He went over to talk to another person and when he returned the disc was gone. Later, Corporal Hicks would drive a jeep outside the city's wall. Colonel Truman was with him, along with several security guards. Scott had run into trouble outside the city's walls while searching for a flux over thruster core. Several Grinders were blocking the Scott's path. Colonel Truman fired at the Grinders and then tossed his weapon to Corporal Hicks. Scott came running and jumped into the jeep. Colonel Truman barked at Corporal Hicks, asking him if he was waiting for the light to change. Corporal Hicks told him no sir, and they all took off. They made it inside the city, but the Grinders and the attack bot was close behind. Scott gave the flux over thruster to Colonel Truman and asked him to take it to Dr. K. Colonel Truman was furious with Scott and told him if Marcus was here. Scott pointed out that if Marcus was here, he would have done the same thing. Reluctantly, Colonel Truman nodded his head and Scott took off. Red Ranger was battling the Grinders as Corporal Hicks and Colonel Truman headed for the Rangers' base and the Ranger room. Summer and Flynn raced out to help Red Ranger in his battle. Corporal Hicks and Colonel Truman watched the battle as Dr. K worked frantically on getting the flux over thruster to work. Red Ranger, Yellow Ranger, and Blue Ranger had destroyed the Grinders and defeated the attack bot with the Road Blaster. The attack bot was up and running and giant size. Numerous drones were coming in as well. The Croc Carrierzord was sent out along with Green Ranger and Black Ranger. The two Rangers used their zords and the Croc Carrierzord to form the ValveMax Megazord. The two Rangers destroyed the attack bot and the drones. Red Ranger contacted Dr. K to let her know the city was secure. Corporal Hicks told Red Ranger he had done an outstanding job and got a look from Colonel Truman for it. After the battle, they all returned to work. Colonel Truman handed Corporal Hicks the disc and told him he hoped he would file it right this time. Corporal Hicks reassured Colonel Truman he would do it right away.
A group of students, with their teacher, were being given a tour of Colonel Truman's offices. Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks were conducting the tour. Dr. K and her team were there as well. Dr. K was explaining some of the technology of the Power Rangers. Dr. K used a whiteboard and numerous equations to help in her explanation. Dr. K: And that is how we power the Ranger bio hardware using no traditional external energy source. When Dr. K turned around there was silence. Ziggy nudge Flynn, who had fallen asleep. Flynn wiped the drool from the corner of his mouth as he woke up. Colonel Truman: Thank-you Dr. K. Now how about some questions from our visiting students. Let's see...how about you? The mic was handed to a young boy. Boy: Ranger Black, you're my favorite Power Ranger. Your toughness and spirit is an inspiration to all of Corinth City. Do you have any advice for all the kids out there who look up to you? Dillon: No. Girl: Ranger Blue, how come you talk pretty and everybody else doesn't? Flynn: Really lass, it's because I am Scottish and everyone else isn't. Boy: Would you please tell me, where do you get your spandex? Dr. K became furious and rush forward until she was restrained by her team. Dr. K: That is not spandex! The material is a self-assembling nano...Summer covered her mouth with her hand. Then Dr. K was passed on to Dillon, who then covered up Dr. K's mouth. The students have moved backwards during Dr. K's rant, but now they step forward again. Boy: Red, you're the leader of the Power Rangers. Is that the reason why your hair is the coolest? Scott: That would be one of the reasons, yeah. Girl: Ranger Yellow, as the sole female representative of the Power Rangers, I have a question for you. Which one of the guys looks the cutest in the span...Dr. K moved forward, ready to get angry again. Her team pulled her back and the young girl modified her question. Girl: I mean in the tights? Ziggy went to the mic. Ziggy: Actually I...the mic gave some feedback and everyone wince. Ziggy: I can answer that question. I think it comes down to the angle in which you...Scott and Dillon hauled Ziggy back. Boy: Ranger Yellow, will you marry me? Summer: I like a man with taste, the answer is yes. Everyone, except Dr. K, was good humored about the question and applause was given. Dr. K: I'm not sure I understand the relevance of the question. It makes the endless quires into Ranger Red's hair seem pertinent and insightful by comparison. Boy: I'm sorry. It's just...Ranger Yellow seems so nice. Have you always been this nice Miss Yellow? Miss Yellow? But Summer had gone into deep thought. Moments later, Dr. K was working. As was Corporal Hicks and Colonel Truman. There had been a breach in the city's shields. Corporal Hicks, Colonel Truman, and Dr. K monitored the situation. The Rangers would battle and destroy the Grinders and the attack bot, Boom Bot.
Corporal Hicks stood next to Colonel Truman. On the screen in front of them was Dr. K, with the teens circled around her from behind. The screen also show diagrams of various Venjix hardware. Dr. K: What we're looking at is a dramatic spike in the current levels of Venjix technology. Into the areas of theoretical molecular manipulation, inverse physics, and expediential energy transfer. Colonel Truman: Excuse me, Dr. K, but...what are you trying to say exactly? Dr. K: What I'm trying to say is that Venjix technology has surpass our own Ranger bio tech hardware capabilities. Dr. K walked away, followed by the teens. Later, Corporal Hicks and Colonel Truman entered the Ranger room. There were several security guards and they were bringing in an attack bot that had shut down during a battle with the Rangers. Colonel Truman was hesitant about having the attack bot in the Ranger room, and wanted to destroy it. Dr. K was excited. It would give her an opportunity to study Venjix's latest technology. Corporal Hicks was looking at several items, when he accidentally knock one over. Dr. K told Corporal Hicks not to touch anything. Corporal Hicks apologized and then walked over to Dr. K. He was very impressed with Dr. K's work and asked her how she did it. Dr. K replied she had some help, but gave no further explanation. It would turn out that Tenaya 7 was hiding in the attack bot. The Reflex bot, generation 12, had the ability to reproduced what was reflected in it's mirrors when the chamber was open. The flux over thruster was replicated and this gave the Rangers' additional fire power. The ability to use all the zords together to form the Zenith Megazord. The Rangers would destroy the second Reflex bot and Dr. K would defeat Tenaya 7.
The Rangers are battling an attack bot and several Grinders in the city. Corporal Hicks and Colonel Truman had been monitoring the battle. The Rangers are having a difficult time. The attack bot blasts the Rangers off their feet. Corporal Hicks: They've taken a direct hit sir. Colonel Truman: Dr. K, can my men be of any help? Dr. K: Right now Colonel, just stay out of their way. Corporal Hicks and Colonel Truman continue to monitor the battle. Eventually the Grinders and the attack bot are destroyed. But another attack bot has been located in the woods, the Rangers are sent out once more. Once more, the Rangers destroy the attack bot. There are several breaches by the docks and Sat Bot is in the city. The team is split up. Once the docks are taken care of, the Rangers get together and destroy Sat Bot.
Corporal Hick was working when Scott came in to see his dad. Scott told his dad about the plan to go to Omega City to try and discover something about Dillon's past. Colonel Truman was very against the idea. Colonel Truman told his son he wouldn't help him once he was outside the dome. Scott wasn't expecting any help. Colonel Truman emphasized that they stayed inside the dome and protect the city, they could outlast Venjix. Scott pointed out that Dillon can't. Colonel Truman knew his son would go with the plan irregardless of his consent and asked him what he wanted. It was Colonel Truman's favorite possession the Ground Outdoor Operational Network General Purpose Exploration Rover/Go-Onger. Later, Dr. K would contact Colonel Truman about lowering the shields. Colonel Truman gave the order to Corporal Hicks. Corporal Hicks lowered the shields and the teens headed out.
Corporal Hicks was working in Colonel Truman's office, when Dr. K arrives. Dr. K is trying desperately to get a hold of the Rangers. Dr. K: Rangers, please come in. Do you read? Dr. K looked at Corporal Hicks. Corporal Hicks was nervous. Corporal Hicks: Doctor, sir, the transmission is going out at full power, doctor, sir, madam. Dr. K: I need more. Colonel Truman denies the request, as the shields would be weaken, and he can't risk that - even for his own son. Corporal Hicks continued to work, but he cannot but overhear Dr. K's conversation with Colonel Truman. Dr. K was not about to give up. Dr. K tells Colonel Truman about her time at Alphabet Soup. Dr. K mentions how when she was eleven she had developed a odorless, colorless substance that when added to a liquid causes the most severe diarrhea you have ever had. Colonel Truman was in the middle of drinking his coffee when Dr. K told her story. Colonel Truman instructs Corporal Hicks to divert 15% of the shields to the transmission for ten minutes. Dr. K begins her transmission. Dr. K would eventually contact Ziggy and Flynn and let them know the memories planted in Dillon were false. Later, that day, two flying objects were flying towards Corinth. Corporal Hicks alerts Colonel Truman about them. Colonel Truman asks if there are any human life signs and Corporal Hicks tells him no. colonel Truman is ready to stop whatever is approaching. Dr. K instructs Colonel Truman to lower the shields. Colonel Truman points out there are no life signs. Dr. K tells him that is because there is a sheath mode that hides human life signs. Dr. K knows this, because she designed it. Colonel Truman has Corporal Hicks lower the shields. The two zords land in the city. Corporal Hicks and Colonel Truman head out into the city, while Dr. K goes to the Ranger room. Corporal Hicks and Colonel Truman follow the teens as they take Silver Ranger and Gold Ranger to the garage. Ziggy warns them that Dr. K can be a bit icy and cold, but that is just her nature. Dr. K walks out of the Ranger room. Gold Ranger and Silver Ranger demorph their helmets. It is Gem & Gemma - Dr. K's friends from Alphabet Soup. Dr. K runs towards them and greets Gem & Gemma with much affection and tears. Hugging them both, Dr. K tells them she has miss them. Gem & Gemma have missed Dr. K as well. Ziggy thinks Dr. K may try a different approach with the two new Rangers.
Corporal Hicks was inside Colonel Truman's offices. Dr. K and her team were there. The Rangers had just finished battling Tenaya 7, Generals Crunch and Shifter, and several Grinders. Tenaya 7 and the generals had managed to get away. Colonel Truman informed the group there was an outpost just outside Corinth that had lots of Venjix's forces there. Gem & Gemma immediately wanted to go and blow it up. Colonel Truman told them they made it sound so easy. Colonel Truman then had Corporal Hicks report. Corporal Hicks reported on the damage to the air duct system that Tenaya 7 and the generals had damaged. There was only so much oxygen left in the city. Colonel Truman wanted to strengthen the shields. Scott thought maybe Gem & Gemma had a point. Maybe they should be more offensive in their attacks. Colonel Truman didn't agree and dismiss his son's argument. Gem & Gemma wish Colonel Truman well on his plan, but they still plan on heading out and battling Venjix's army. Colonel Truman warn them that once the shields were strengthen, they would be unable to lower them for several hours. Gem & Gemma decided to take their chances and left. Corporal Hicks left with Colonel Truman and they headed out to one of the gates. Corporal Hicks took one last reading. Colonel Truman gave the order to strengthen the shields. Corporal Hicks, by regulation, reminded Colonel Truman that doing so, they would not be able to lower the shields for several hours. Colonel Truman was about to give the order, when Scott came racing up in his car. Scott ran to his dad and told me now to. Venjix wanted them to panic. Colonel Truman didn't listen to a word Scott said, and gave the order to Corporal Hicks. Corporal Hicks passed the order on. Before the last gate was sealed, Scott slipped out and into the wasteland. Colonel Truman yelled at his son from the other side and then demanded that the gates be raised. Corporal Hicks reminded Colonel Truman that they could not raise the gates for several hours. Scott was trapped outside. Looking at an air vent, Colonel Truman realized they were trapped inside. Corporal Hicks and Colonel Truman return to the offices. Colonel Truman tried to lower the shields, but they wouldn't budge. Corporal Hicks reported that the oxygen levels were starting to drop. Colonel Truman would realized his son had been right. Yellow Ranger, Blue Ranger, Black Ranger, and Green Ranger managed to get outside by using their suits' special abilities. The Rangers destroy the machinery that was helping Vacuum Bot drain the city of air. The Rangers also destroy Vacuum Bot. The oxygen levels return to normal.
Corporal Hicks and Colonel Truman were in the Ranger room. They stood shoulder to shoulder with Summer, Dillon, Flynn, Scott, Ziggy, Gem & Gemma. They all faced Dr. K. Dr. K: It is my conclusion that Venjix is alternating it's strategy for destroying our city. If my analysis is correct, Venjix now intends to launch a single, crushing and unstoppable aerial attack, lead by this...(Dr. K had walked across the room and stood in front of a screen that displayed the doomsday machine) a massive armor aerial attack vehicle. Ziggy: Right, well that obviously is the bad news, now for the good news. Dr. K: This aerial attack bot is equipped with two hundred millimeter laser cannons, dual landing strips for landing and refueling drones, and this frequency scrambling dish I'm calling the shield buster. Ziggy: Just haven't gone to the good news part yet, clearly. Scott smacked Ziggy on the shoulder. Colonel Truman: Dr. K, how long before this new threat can be launched? Dr. K: Within 41 hours. Flynn: 41 hours? Summer: Less than two days? Ziggy: And the good news is we...we can bring it down by? Dr. K: Once it's air borne, we don't have enough fire power to ever bring it down. Ziggy: Okay, I'm really starving for a silver lining of some kind here doctor. Scott: Then we attack the factory right now. Make sure that thing never leaves the ground. Gem: Oh, we can use the neutronic detonator Gemma: to blow up the entire factory compound! Summer: We can't just blow it up. Dillon's sister might still be in there. Flynn: Not to mention all the other workers. Colonel Truman walked over to Dr. K. Colonel Truman: We need an operation to rescue the civilian prisoners from that factory, before blowing it and that thing inside off the face of the Earth. Gem: Sure, hey just let us know when Gemma: it's boom time! Gem: We love to go Gem & Gemma began making various exploding sounds. Ziggy walked over to Dr. K. Ziggy: There, was that so hard? We rescue the civilians, we save Dillon's sister, and then we set the boom happy twins loose on the factory. Sounds like good news to me. Dr. K: As usual, Ranger Green, it's not that simple. Even if we succeed at destroying this doomsday vehicle, Venjix will build another one. Summer: Then we need the fire power to match that thing. Corporal Hicks: Where are we going to get anything that could ever match that? Dr. K: Well, Ranger Green, is there any good news you'd like to contribute at this juncture? Ziggy didn't have any. Dr. K walked away. Corporal Hicks, Colonel Truman, their men, and the teens headed out in the waste land. Summer and Flynn were sent out to spy on the factory. After awhile, Flynn and Summer returned. Summer walked over to Scott. Summer: No signs of life. Dr. K is being kept inform by the radio signal. Colonel Truman tells the group they rescue the civilians first, and then blow up the Doomsday Bot and the building for good. Dr. K asks the group a very difficult question. What if they don't get into time to the Doomsday Bot? Do they protect the humans inside the factory or the only remaining human city? No one has an answer for her, except Flynn. Flynn steps forwards and tells the group he is not a complicated man. Flynn knows one thing - good vs. evil, us vs. them. Put the bad guy in front of him, and Flynn knows what to do. Saw Bot Generation 16 then appears. Five of the Rangers battle Saw Bot. They have a difficult time against Saw Bot. Grinders arrive as well, which Gem & Gemma battle. Corporal Hicks and Colonel Truman fire at the Grinders as well. Dr. K contacts Gem & Gemma and tells them to place the explosives on Saw Bot. Gem & Gemma do so and blow up Saw Bot. The Rangers defeat the Grinders. They all gather together. Dr. K cautions the group that Saw Bot will be back, and Venjix is very aware of their presence. Corporal Hicks and Colonel Truman keep an eye on the area as the teens race towards the factory. After awhile, Scott had returned to them, after planting the explosives in the factory. Soon Ziggy and Flynn had directed the prisoners towards the waiting trucks. Dillon and Summer were trailing the prisoners. Corporal Hicks and Colonel Truman helped the prisoners onto the trucks. Dillon didn't spot his sister and raced back to the factory, followed by Summer. Even though the explosives had already been set on the factory. The Doomsday Bot had taken off from the factory. Corporal Hicks and Colonel Truman quickly escorted the prisoners back to Corinth, which was under attack by Doomsday Bot and numerous drones. Corporal Hicks and Colonel Truman, along with their men and prisoners, make it inside the city. Colonel Truman has Corporal Hicks report, and he tells him that the shields won't hold much longer. Thankfully, Dr. K's plan worked and she had transform the Doomsday Bot into the new Blue Whale zord. With the Doomsday Bot taken care of, the next problem is the massive size Saw Bot in the city. Gold Ranger and Silver Ranger used their zords to form with the Whale zord to form the Mach Megazord. With the Mach Megazord, the two Rangers battle and destroy Saw Bot. Whale zord is then sent to the factory to put out the fire so Summer and Dillon can leave.
Dr. K contacted Colonel Truman and told him they need a gate open, as Scott and Gem were returning from the waste land. Corporal Hicks walked over. Colonel Truman wanted to make sure the city was safe and told Corporal Hicks to send a platoon of men outside the gates of the city. Corporal Hicks did so. Scott and Gem had returned with more refugees, which were lead safely into the city.
Corporal Hicks was working when suddenly he fell asleep. Tenaya 7 had created Chemical Bot which released a chemical in the air system which cause all the men in Corinth City to fall asleep. Summer and Gemma dragged him over to a wall, which didn't even wake him up. Later, Dr. K would come up with an antidote. The Rangers destroyed Chemical Bot and the antidote was placed into the air system. Corporal Hicks and the rest of the men woke up and were okay.
Colonel Truman sent Corporal Hicks and several city guards to the south mountain range. There had been some sort of excavation and Colonel Truman wanted to know what Venjix was looking for. Corporal Hicks and several city guards search the area. There was a hole in the ground and Corporal Hicks and the men entered it, continuing their search. Corporal Hicks: What were they looking for in here anyway? City Guard: Sir, over here. A city guard gave Corporal Hicks a lap top. Corporal Hicks shown his flashlight onto the lap top. Corporal Hicks: Maybe this will throw some light on things. Corporal Hicks took the lap top to Colonel Truman's office. He removed the hard drive and gave it to Colonel Truman. Moments later, Colonel Truman had Corporal Hicks and several city guards follow him to the Rangers' headquarters. They entered and found Dr. K with her team. Colonel Truman is ready to arrest Dr. K for treason - for releasing the Venjix virus. Scott argues with his father, telling him they need Dr. K. Colonel Truman refuses to listen. The team continues to protest. Colonel Truman instructs Corporal Hicks to restrain Dr. K. Corporal Hicks reaches over, but touches nothing. Dr. K is a hologram. Colonel Truman is not happy. Colonel Truman instructs Corporal Hicks and the city guards to search the city for Dr. K. Corporal Hicks and the city guards, along with Colonel Truman, leave for the city. Finding Dr. K in the city turns out harder than what Corporal Hicks would have thought. There seemed to be dozens of Dr. K in different areas of the city. Corporal Hicks and the city guards pursue the various Dr. Ks without any luck. Corporal Hicks was frustrated and snapped at a couple of city guards. Corporal Hicks also reported to Colonel Truman the problems they were having. Later, Colonel Truman would grant Dr. K a full pardon.
The Mayor of Corinth City was holding a press conference. A crowd had gathered and reporters were there as well. By her side, stood Colonel Truman. Also on the stage, was Corporal Hicks. The Mayor and Colonel Truman each held a half of a giant key. Mayor: Today, we celebrate a great achievement. The final step at making sure Corinth can survive well into the future. Energy - the key to our lives. Colonel Truman: And the key to our security. The Mayor and Colonel Truman placed both halves of the key together. Colonel Truman used the giant key to open the door behind them. Colonel Truman: These two keys will unlock our new fuel depot. The doors opened and a blast hit the new fuel depot. Mayor: What was that? Colonel Truman: Something's wrong. Run! The citizens run for cover. Later, the Power Rangers would destroy the Heat Bot, the attack bot attacking the fuel depot.
Corporal Hicks pulled his vehicle over and parked it. Corporal Hicks removed his hat as he got out. He had a briefcase in one hand. Suddenly Corporal Hicks' eyes glowed red and he was no longer in control. Corporal Hicks received his instructions via a magnetic transmission. Corporal Hicks walked with single purpose towards Colonel Truman's office. He entered the office and Colonel Truman's back was towards him. Corporal Hicks pulled is weapon and was ready to fire it. Colonel Truman was talking to his son, and Scott noticed the weapon drawn. Scott pushed his dad aside and kicked the weapon out of Corporal Hicks' hand. Two city guards quickly grabbed Corporal Hicks and held him down. Corporal Hicks was detained and a scan was run on him. Corporal Hicks also has the Venjix virus and it was at 53%. Venjix had taken over Colonel Truman's office and had activated all the hybrids. Colonel Truman was captured. Colonel Truman struggled against the Grinder that was holding him. Venjix was preparing to make an announcement. Corporal Hicks stood one side of Venjix and Vasquez (another hybrid) stood on the other side. Corporal Hicks stood with a blank expression as several large screens appeared on various building. Corporal Hicks, Vasquez, Venjix, Grinders, and the struggling Colonel Truman appeared on the screen. Venjix: The city of Corinth now belongs to me. If you resist, you will be destroyed. No one can help you. Not your guards, and soon, not even the Power Rangers.
Corporal Hicks was inside Colonel Truman's office, along with Vasquez and the city guards that were hybrids. Tenaya walked in. Tenaya: Everyone out. I want this whole place cleared. No one moved. Tenaya stopped in front of Vasquez. Tenaya: Now!! Corporal Hicks, Vasquez, and the hybrids walked out of the office. Later Venjix was destroyed and Corporal Hicks and the hybrids were cured. A few days later, Corporal Hicks lead several City Guards outside the dome. They were followed out by Colonel Truman and Scott. Corporal Hicks tested the air and the oxygen levels were normal. Corporal Hicks lead the City Guards further outside.
