City Guards

In the city of Corinth there are City Guards.  The City Guards work closely with Colonel Truman.  When two young men entered the city, they were detain by the City Guards.  They were taken to separate interrogation cells in Corinth's prison.  One of the young men, Dillon, was questioned by Colonel Truman himself.  The City Guards had detected Venjix hardware inside Dillon.  In the other cell, two City Guards were questioning Ziggy, the other young men.  At first, Ziggy refused to answer any questions, but quickly changed his mind, when a security guard simply clicked his pen.  Soon the two City Guards were being entertained by Ziggy's story of accepting himself.  They sat at a table as Ziggy decided to finish up his preschool years.  Word had gotten out, and soon several more City Guards were inside the cell.  Popcorn was being passed around as Ziggy told them how he had arrive to school in only his underwear, with a terrible rash.  But soon, the guards became bored.  They had all left, although Ziggy never noticed as he continued with his story.

There were a group of City Guards on city patrol.  They soon ran into trouble.  There was an attack bot, Boom Bot, several Grinders and Tenaya 7.  The City Guards fought them off.  City Patrol:  Get them!  But they were soon overwhelmed.  City Patrol:  Code Red!  Infiltration!  One of the guards managed to make it to the jeep and grab the CB.  City Patrol:  Corinth Control Tower!  This is city patrol...its.  Tenaya 7 knocked the guard out.  One of the other guards spotted her as she moved closer to the vehicle.  City Patrol:  Hey!  Stop her!  The guard ran towards Tenaya 7.  Tenaya 7 held him in place with her leg.  Tenaya 7 mimic the earlier guard's voice perfectly.  Tenaya 7:  It's all clear.  Over and out.  Tenaya 7 then knocked down the security guard.  Tenaya 7 walked over to Boom Bot and the Grinders.  Tenaya 7:  Now go and crush them.  Later, more City Guards were trying to protect the city, but once more they were being overwhelm.  Several citizens were on the scene and they try to get them to run to safety.  Soon Dillon, Flynn, Scott, and Ziggy arrived.  The guys leaped in and battled the Grinders.  They told the guards to get to safety and they did as well.  Later, the Rangers would destroy Boom Bot and the Grinders.

Several City Guards were sent out into the waste land, along with Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks.  Dr. K's team was there as well.  There had been a factory discovered that forced human prisoners to make Grinders.  It was also discovered that Venjix was making a Doomsday Bot in the factory as well.  In addition, there was the possibility that Dillon's sister (who had a cell next to Gem & Gemma) was there.  Flynn and Summer had been sent out ahead to spy on the factory.  After awhile, Summer and Flynn returned.  Summer walked over to Scott.  Summer:  No signs of life.  Scott told everyone to remember to rescue the prisoners, and then they were to destroy the factory.  Dr. K, who was being kept informed by a radio signal, asked them what happens if Doomsday Bot takes off before they can get to it.  Do they protect the prisoners or the city?  Flynn stepped forward and told them he was not a complicated man.  Flynn likes to keep things to the basics - good vs. evil, us vs. them.  Give him a bad guy and he knows what to do.  Suddenly there was an explosion and Saw Bot Generation 16 appeared.  The City Guards began firing at Saw Bot, but it had no effect.  Scott asked his dad to pull back the troops, they would take care of it.  The City Guards retreated as Summer, Dillon, Flynn, Scott, and Ziggy raced forward and then morphed.  The five Rangers battled Saw Bot.  Numerous Grinders appeared.  The City Guards began firing at them, along with Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks.  Gem & Gemma leaped into the battle against the Grinders.  Dr. K contacted Gem & Gemma and told them to place one of the explosives on Saw Bot.  Gem & Gemma did so, and Saw Bot exploded, along with several Grinders.  The five Rangers defeated the remaining Grinders.  Dr. K caution them to be careful.   Saw Bot would be back, with more Grinders, and Venjix was aware of their presence.  Colonel Truman gave the orders.  Dillon, Flynn, Scott, Ziggy, Gem, Gemma, and Summer raced towards the factory.  The City Guards, Corporal Hicks, and Colonel Truman paroled the perimeter.  Unfortunately, Doomsday Bot took to the skies before the team could destroy it.  Flynn and Ziggy had found the prisoners and directed them towards the waiting trucks.  Scott had returned after placing the explosives and he helped the City Guards load the prisoners onto the trucks.  Dillon and Summer had trailed behind the prisoners.  None of them turned out to be Dillon's sister and he took off to search the factory once more.  Summer followed Dillon out.  The City Guards, along with Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks escorted the prisoners back to Corinth, which was under attack.  They made it inside the city, but there was doubt was to how much longer the shields would hold up under the attack.  Thankfully, Dr. K had come up with a plan and it worked.  The Doomsday Bot was transformed into the new Blue Whale zord, which battle and destroyed the drones.  Saw Bot had also entered the city.  Gold Ranger's and Silver Ranger's zords combine with Whale zord to form the Mach Megazord.  The two Rangers battle and destroyed Saw Bot.  The Whale zord was then sent out to put out the flames of the factory, so that Summer and Dillon could leave.

Several City Guards were in the city with Colonel Truman.  Numerous Grinders had managed to get into the city.  The City Guards and Colonel Truman fired at the Grinders.  Security Guard:  Take cover!  Colonel Truman:  Delta squad, move east one block!  Fall back!  Fall back!  The City Guards and Colonel Truman were being overwhelmed by the Grinders.  Soon the Rangers arrived and immediately leaped into battle.  Red Ranger:  Dad!  Some of the City Guards and Colonel Truman ended up in an alleyway.  There was also a young girl, who was facing a Grinder.  Colonel Truman:  Not this time!  Colonel Truman grab and flung the Grinder aside.  More Grinders arrived.  Colonel Truman:  Fall back!  Fall back!  Unfortunately there were more Grinders and an attack bot behind them.  Colonel Truman:  Track my signal.  Employ back up pronto!  Soon Red Ranger and Gold Ranger arrived.  Red Ranger:  Dad!  Red Ranger battled the Grinders.  Gold Ranger battled the attack bot.  Colonel Truman:  Let's go!  Move!  Move!  Gold Ranger:  Boom time!  The attack bot was destroyed.  Gold Ranger:  Yeah!  Red Ranger destroyed the Grinders.  Gold Ranger had run up to Red Ranger.  Red Ranger:  Nice work.  Gold Ranger:  yeah, you too!  Ka-boom!  Yeah, I really love that sound.  Gold Ranger laughed.  Red Ranger faced Colonel Truman and the City Guards.  Red Ranger:  Colonel.  Gold Ranger:  Come on!  The two Rangers joined the rest of the Rangers in destroying the remaining Grinders.  After the battle, two of the City Guards went with Colonel Truman to the garage.  They followed Dr. K inside.  Dr. K:  Rangers, a moment please.  Colonel Truman:  Good afternoon Rangers.  You know I've been a soldier all my life.  In that time I've seen a lot of bravery.  But today, I witness a true hero.  Gem, I'd like to present to you the Medal of Valor for the bravery you show today, in the battle against Venjix.  The city of Corinth is very grateful.  Colonel Truman placed the medal around Gem's neck.  Gem:  Incredible!  Thank-you son.  The two City Guards and Colonel Truman left.  Later, City Guards were sent outside the city of Corinth.  Scott and Gem were returning from the waste land, but Colonel Truman wanted to make sure who was arriving before letting anyone into the city.  Two Grinders were pursuing the transport vehicle and Scott's car.  The City Guards fired and destroyed the Grinders.  Some of the City Guards went over to the transport vehicle, where they helped the refugees off and they were lead to the safety of the city.

A couple of the City Guards were patrolling the city.  Suddenly one of the City Guards fall to the ground.  The other security guard checked on him, but the fallen security guard was fast asleep and could not be waken up.  This would occur to all the men in Corinth City, they suddenly fell asleep.  Tenaya 7 had created an attack bot, Chemical Bot, that had put a chemical into the air system that cause the men to fall asleep.  Eventually the Rangers would destroy Chemical Bot.  Dr. K had developed an antidote that was put into the air system and the men woke up.

Colonel Truman sent several city guards and Corporal Hicks to the south mountain range.  There had been some sort of excavation and Colonel Truman wanted to know what Venjix was looking for.  The city guards and Corporal Hicks search the area.  There was a hole in the ground and the city guards and Corporal Hicks entered it, continuing their search.  Corporal Hicks:  What were they looking for in here anyway?  City Guard:  Sir, over here.  A city guard gave Corporal Hicks a lap top.  Corporal Hicks shown his flashlight onto the lap top.  Corporal Hicks:  Maybe this will throw some light on things.  Corporal Hicks would give the hard drive to Colonel Truman, who discovered that Dr. K had released the Venjix when he watched the footage on the hard drive.  Moments later, Colonel Truman had several city guards and Corporal Hicks follow him to the Rangers' headquarters.  They entered and found Dr. K with her team.  Colonel Truman is ready to arrest Dr. K for treason.  Scott argues with his father, telling him they need Dr. K.  Colonel Truman refuses to listen.  The team continues to protest.  Colonel Truman instructs Corporal Hicks to restrain Dr. K.  Corporal Hicks reaches over, but touches nothing.  Dr. K is a hologram.  Colonel Truman is not happy.  Colonel Truman instructs the city guards and Corporal Hicks to search the city for Dr. K.  The city guards and Corporal Hicks, along with Colonel Truman, leave for the city.  Finding Dr. K in the city turns out harder than what the city guards and Corporal Hicks would have thought.  There seemed to be dozens of Dr. K in different areas of the city.  The city guards and Corporal Hicks pursue the various Dr. Ks without any luck.  Corporal Hicks was frustrated and snapped at a couple of city guards.  The city guards and Corporal Hicks never caught Dr. K.  Later, Colonel Truman would grant Dr. K a full pardon.

Several city guards were guarding an entrance to several buildings.  A fence was surrounding the area, with barb wired at the top.  A delivery truck pulled up.  A city guard motioned for the truck to stop and then walked up to the window.  City Guard:  ID.  The driver gave him a disc which the city guard scan.  City Guard:  Open the gate.  The gates opened and the truck driver pulled through.  Later that day, another delivery truck pulled up to the gate.  The city guard walked up and the driver gave him some paperwork.  The truck driver stated he was to do a pick up for Colonel Truman.  The city guard was taken aback by the paperwork - no one uses paperwork anymore.  The truck driver asked the city guard if he wanted to call Colonel Truman an old man.  The city guard paused for a moment, glance at the paperwork, and then wave the truck driver through.

Colonel Truman and Scott were having an argument when Corporal Hicks entered.  Corporal Hicks pulled his weapon and was prepared to fire at Colonel Truman's back.  Scott spotted Corporal Hicks.  Scott pushed his dad aside and then kicked the weapon out of Corporal Hicks' hand.  A couple of the city guards got a hold of Corporal Hicks and pinned him to the wall.  It would turn out that Corporal Hicks' had the Venjix virus.  Later, Colonel Truman has his city guards working hard.  They are planning on attacking Venjix instead of just protecting the dome.  Vasquez is working hard on strengthening the city's shields.  Suddenly the power goes out.  One of the city guards ask Colonel Truman what that was.  Colonel Truman believes it was a magnetic wave.  Out on the streets of Corinth, two of the city guards lose all control over themselves as the Venjix virus kicks in.  The two city guards dropped their cups and begin walking, along with several other hybrids throughout the city.  Inside the office, the auxiliary power had kicked back on.  Vasquez had her weapon drawn against Colonel Truman.  The city guards are unable to stop Vasquez as several Grinders enter and stop them.  Venjix then enters and tells Colonel Truman that he works for him now.

The city guards that were not hybrids were taken to the old Swanson Factory.  There were also citizens of Corinth inside the factory.  They were all prisoners.  People were being placed on stretchers and Grinders were injecting them with the Venjix virus.  Colonel Truman was there as well and he managed to send out a military code via Scott's morpher.  Scott, Summer, and Flynn arrive and immediately began battling the Grinders and freeing the prisoners.  Summer freed one of the city guards.  City Guard:  Thanks.  Summer:  Come on, hurry!  Soon the prisoners were all freed and Colonel Truman was leading them out of the factory.  Summer, Flynn, and Scott battled the Grinders, keeping them away from the prisoners.  Colonel Truman:  Let's move!  Let's move!  Come on!  Come on!  Move it!  Move it!  Move it!  Move it!  They all got out of the factory safely.  Later Venjix was destroyed and the hybrids would be cure.  A few days later, Corporal Hicks lead a group of City Guards outside the dome.  Colonel Truman and Scott followed them out.  Corporal Hicks tested the air and the oxygen levels were normal.  Corporal Hicks and the city guards walked further out.
