It is night time. Dillon comes down the stairs and heads towards his car. There is music playing in his head. When he hears the phrase "knocking", Dillon drops his morpher to the floor. Dillon is about to get into his car, when he notices his pocket watch is missing from his chain. The doors to the Ranger room open. Dillon enters, but there is no one there. The room begins to spin and Dillon is no longer in the Ranger. Dillon sees a man ahead of him, holding his pocket watch. Dillon grabs the pocket watch. The man turns around and it is Dillon, dressed as a patient. Dillon is stunned to see himself. Mysterious Dillon: Who am I? Dillon reaches out to him, and turns into the patient. Dillon: I can't remember. There is a blind woman walking, and she is suddenly grabbed by Grinders. Dillon: No! Stop! The young woman is dropped into a pit, but Dillon manages to grab her hand. Dillon: Hold on! Dillon tries to hold onto her, but her grasp slips and she falls in. Dillon: No! Dillon is then grabbed by the Grinders. An attack bot approaches Dillon. Sat Bot: Master, shall I initiate the upload on subject D44. Venjix is there as well and gives the attack bot the go ahead. Dillon screams and then wakes up from his dream.
Morning comes and there is already trouble. Dillon is the last to arrive downstairs as Dr. K informs the teens of a couple of a transmission that is causing several shield breaches. One is located by the sewer. The teens figure that Venjix is trying to get to the dam, and they head towards their vehicles. Summer asks Dillon how he slept and he tells her like a baby. Summer asks Dillon if he had any dreams. Dillon tells her he dreamt he was in a rock band, touring the world. The teens get into their vehicles and take off.
Dr. K sits at her desk and tries to figure out the source of the energy disruptions.
At Venjix's headquarters, Venjix has summon Tenaya 7, Generals Swifter and Crunch. There is a screen displayed that shows an attack bot with several Grinders. Venjix tells the three he is going to show them how it's done.
The Rangers battle the Grinders. Red Ranger, Yellow Ranger, and Blue Ranger begin battling the attack bot, as Green Ranger and Black Ranger continue battling the Grinders. The attack bot sends out an explosion that knocks Red Ranger, Yellow Ranger, and Blue Ranger off their feet.
Dr. K is still searching for the source of the transmission. The Rangers are having a difficult time against the attack bot. Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks have also been monitoring the battle. Colonel Truman asks Dr. K if she wants him to send in some help. Dr. K tells them no, that the Rangers will take care of the attack bot. The Rangers have defeated all the Grinders and are battling the attack bot. The Rangers used their weapons against the attack bot, then form the RPM Enforcer against the attack bot. The attack bot is defeated. At Venjix's base, Tenaya 7 is ready to go to sleep, but Venjix stops her and tells her she needs to stay. General Crunch is very excited. Watching the attack bots go to giant size is his favorite part. The attack bot is back and giant size. Dr. K downloads the zords. The Rangers form the Zenith Megazord, battle and destroy the attack bot. This is no surprise to Tenaya 7. Venjix gets very angry at their disrespect. Tenaya 7 is ready to leave, but Venjix commands her to stay once more. Venjix has a very reliable attack bot, Sat Bot, in the city causing the transmission. So there is no problems with the Rangers, Venjix sends out another attack bot. The Rangers are contacted and sent out to battle another attack bot. The Rangers battle the attack bot and eventually defeat it with the RPM Enforcer. Tenaya 7 is about asleep and makes another attempt to leave, but Venjix stops her once more and commands that she watches. The teens are heading out when Dr. K contacts them. Dr. K has located the source of the transmission, but there is yet another attack bot. Scott knows they cannot keep up this pace. The teens decide to split up. Dillon and Ziggy will go to the source of the transmission, while Summer, Flynn, and Scott go after the attack bot. Ziggy and Dillon arrive at the location, and Ziggy spots the attack bot on top of a building. Dillon suggests Ziggy go around the back, while Dillon approaches from the front. Dillon gets to the top of the building and battles Sat Bot. There is something familiar about the attack bot to Dillon. During the battle, Dillon morphs. Sat Bot recognizes Black Ranger as well and states that he has his memories and demonstrates by showing him a few. Black Ranger battles Sat Bot. Sat Bot reminds Dillon that if he destroys him, he will lose his memories. Ziggy arrives just as Black Ranger is tossed off the building. Ziggy races across the rooftop and jumps off the building.
Ziggy morphs as he falls through the sky. Green Ranger grabs a hold of Black Ranger teleports them safely onto the pavement. Dillon doesn't know how Ziggy did it, and neither does Ziggy. Dr. K contacts them. Dr. K has the coordinates of Sat Bot, which Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks confirm. Dr. K sends the coordinates to the Rangers and they take off. Red Ranger, Blue Ranger, and Yellow Ranger are the first to arrive and they began battling Sat Bot. Red Ranger pulls out his Street Saber ready to strike. Suddenly Black Ranger is there and he stops him. The rest of the Rangers have no idea what is going on. Black Ranger tells them that Sat Bot has his memories, they cannot destroy him. The rest of the Rangers look to Red Ranger. Red Ranger knows there is no choice, they have to destroy Sat Bot. Sat Bot is attacking the weather transmission again and Green Ranger teleports over to stop him. Black Ranger once more tries to stop the Rangers from destroying Sat Bot. Dr. K contacts Black Ranger and tells him he has to leave his personal agenda behind. Black Ranger doesn't listen and Dr. K begins to shut him down. Sat Bot begins firing at the Rangers.
The Rangers hit the pavement. Dr. K contacts Black Ranger once more, telling him that he is the one who can destroy Sat Bot. But Black Ranger wants his memories. Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks are still monitoring the battle. Dr. K shuts Black Ranger down completely, but Black Ranger manages to get back online. Black Ranger goes after Sat Bot. Eventually Black Ranger realizes that Sat Bot needs to be destroyed. Sat Bot realizes this and reminds him that he will lose his memories. Black Ranger tells him that's okay, he has new memories. The Rangers form the RPM Enforcer and fire at Sat Bot, destroying him. Venjix is furious that his plan failed. Tenaya 7 has had enough and tells them she is off to bed. The Generals wish her a good night. Back in the Ranger room, Dr. K is running a scan on Dillon. Summer is there as well. Dr. K has bad news. There was a virus planted in Dillon's circuitry and Sat Bot has activated it. The virus will eventually take Dillon over, and there is no cure.
