Dr. K: Listen carefully, okay. We don't have a lot of time. It started three years ago. The World Internet Federation reported the appearance of an aggressive new computer worm. Venjix Virus. A year later, it was estimated that Venjix had already affected 37% of the world's computer systems. By then it was too late. Venjix took control of the world's communication, power, and defense systems. It built armies of advance robotic soldiers that laid waste to everything in their path. There was no stopping them and Venjix declare victory.
Venjix: I am Venjix. Your world is now my world and your time is now over.
Dr. K: But it's not over. Not yet. If you can hear my voice, please go now to the dome city of Corinth. It's the only place we can be safe. You'll have to make it inside the city walls before the defense shields is activated. Please hurry.
Colonel Mason Truman stood with perfect posture as explosions took off right in front of him. Some of the explosions were so close, they were reflected in his sunglasses. There was chaos all around him, as people scramble to get into the city. Corporal Hicks: Colonel Truman! Colonel Truman! Corporal Hicks ran up to Colonel Truman. Colonel Truman: Easy son. Get yourself together and give me a proper report. Corporal Hicks: Yes sir. They've broken into the west corridor in the zone delta, sir. We can't hold them off. Colonel Truman: Eagle squad? Corporal Hicks: We lost contact with air support over an hour ago, sir. Corporal Hicks was silent for a moment. Both of Colonel Truman's sons were in Eagle Squad. Corporal Hicks: What should I do sir? Colonel Truman: Go shoot at something. Corporal Hicks: Sir, yes sir. A school bus pulled up. A young man (Flynn) flung out a Grinder (Venjix's foot soldiers). Flynn had handed a young girl to her mother when Colonel Truman came up to the bus. Colonel Truman: You! What are you doing behind the wheel of one of our transports? Flynn: I would be driving it. What else would I be doing? Colonel Truman: And you made it through the entire Venjix army in one piece? Flynn had. Corporal Hicks had joined them. The explosions had gotten closer. Colonel Truman told Flynn to take the rest of the passengers inside the city. Flynn did so. Colonel Truman shouted at the rest of his men to fall back. They all managed to get inside the city. Grinders were getting closer. Colonel Truman gave the order to seal the city and shut the gates. Corporal Hicks reminded Colonel Truman that his sons were still out there. Colonel Truman knew that, but he had surviving humans to protect as well. The gates started to go down. Corporal Hicks pointed out the approach of a motorcycle. The motorcycle barely made it through the gates. A young man (Scott) and young woman (Summer) removed their helmets. They were smiling until Colonel Truman's approach. Colonel Truman ask Eagle II (Scott) for a report. The report was not good. Eagle I (Scott's brother) had not made it. Colonel Truman did not betray a flicker of emotion as he dismiss Scott. Scott began to protest, but Colonel Truman remained firm. Summer lead Scott away. Corporal Hicks asked Colonel Truman if he thought they had gotten everyone. Colonel Truman hoped so. For anyone left outside the city, only heaven could help them. A year later, the city of Corinth was doing well. Dr. K had put together a team of Power Rangers. The three members were Scott, Summer, and Flynn. Venjix had placed a barricade around the dome city, which made it almost impossible for anyone to enter or leave, at least in the daylight. Colonel Truman was sitting at his desk, when a man approached his desk. A bio form had been detected right outside the barricade. Colonel Truman quickly got up and went over to Vasquez and demanded to know the situation. Vasquez told him the scan had detected one or two life forms heading towards the barricade. Colonel Truman wanted to know whether it was one or two life forms. Vasquez checked again and told Colonel Truman the scan must be off. The scan was showing 1 1/2 life forms. Colonel Truman and Vasquez watched the screen intently. The car with the humans inside had managed to blast their way through the barricade. Vasquez was impressed that they had made it through. Dr. K was brought into the room and she suggested they open the gates and let them in. Colonel Truman was concern that would also allow some Grinders to enter as well, since the gates would not be close for a few moments. Dr. K told him she would send in her team.
The Rangers battled the robot. There was frantic activity inside headquarters. Colonel Truman: Let's move it people! We need those shields back up. Vasquez: Contact Alpha. Multiple airborne targets approaching from south southwest. Contact Beta. More targets, from the northeast. Assistant: Venjix drones sir. They're everywhere. Dr. K: Rangers, this is Dr. K. Dr. K let the Rangers know about the approaching drones, which the Rangers had already spotted. Colonel Truman and Vasquez kept an anxious eye on the battle between the Rangers and the drones. The zords had been download and that was a help. Colonel Truman and Vasquez were aware that the Grinders had set a trap up for Yellow Ranger, but there was nothing they could do. The two young men who had entered the city, started up their car, and rammed into the Grinders. Several Grinders were destroyed. The Grinders had a weapon, and when they were knocked, the weapon was knocked as well and it fire on several of the drones. Soon the Rangers had the drones retreating. The shields and gates were shut down. The Rangers had also used their High Octane Megazord to destroy the robot that Venjix had reactivated and made giant size. Colonel Truman sent in security to apprehend the two young men. The two men were taken into separate interrogation cells. The two young men were Ziggy and Dillon. Colonel Truman was most interested in Dillon, as the security guards had detected Venjix hardware inside him. Dillon told them he didn't know who he was or where he came from. Colonel Truman couldn't believe that Dillon was aware that he had robotic technology, but didn't remember how he got it. Colonel Truman didn't know if he should treat Dillon as a human with robotic technology or a robot with human features. Colonel Truman didn't even know which side Dillon was on. Dillon remarked that he was always on his own side. Colonel Truman had several x-rays that showed the modifications that had been made on Dillon. Dillon demonstrated his quick reflexes when he grabbed a coffee cup that had been knocked off the table. Colonel Truman was impressed, but not making any progress with Dillon. Summer, who had been standing quietly outside the cell, asked if she could talk to Dillon. Colonel Truman and his man left.
Colonel Truman appear on screen at the Rangers' home. Summer, Flynn, Scott, Ziggy, and Dillon were standing in front of the screens. Colonel Truman informed them of a breach through the air intake. Flynn assumed it would be small, but it wasn't. Tenaya 7 and several Grinders were in the city. Dr. K sent in her team. The Grinders would be destroyed and Tenaya 7 had retreated. But the next day, there were numerous attacks by Venjix's forces in the city. Colonel Truman appear on screen once more. The security guards were being overwhelmed. The teens were ready to take off. They had a little trouble leaving, thanks to Tenaya 7's hand. But once they had destroyed it, they were able to enter the city. The Rangers destroyed the giant Nozzbot and the numerous drones.
Ziggy had been brought into prison by security guards. Ziggy had been found inside a vault. Ziggy was now in the interrogation cell with Colonel Truman, Summer, Dillon, and Dr. K on a laptop. Ziggy told them it had been a mistake. Ziggy couldn't get into the vault again, even if he tried. Ziggy was no criminal, just incompetent. Colonel Truman asked Dr. K if she could vouch for him. Dr. K remarked that she could vouch for the incompetent part. Colonel Truman had look into Ziggy's past and found out that Ziggy had come to Corinth City with the Scorpion cartel. Colonel Truman wanted to know what had Ziggy done that made all five cartels want to ghost him. Ziggy was uneasy, but answer no questions. Summer and Dillon left to find some answers. Dillon and Summer returned from visiting Fresno Bob. While working for the Scorpion cartel, Ziggy had taken a truck with millions of dollars worth of cargo in it. Ziggy did not deliver the truck, instead keeping it for himself. That was enough for Dr. K and she stated the Ziggy was removed form the Ranger project. Ziggy reluctantly turned his morpher in to Colonel Truman. Just then Blue Ranger and Red Ranger contacted them. The two Rangers had been tracking down Venjix's latest robot, Magnetron, and found him with several Grinders. The two Rangers needed help. Summer and Dillon were ready to go. Before leaving, Dillon asked about Ziggy. Colonel Truman told Dillon they would keep an eye on Ziggy and get to the bottom of everything. Later, another man from the Scorpion cartel, Benny, had come to see Dr. K. Ziggy had taken the truck, but only to deliver it to an orphanage with sick kids. Ziggy hadn't said a word, because he didn't want the cartels to go after the orphanage or the kids. Ziggy would be restored to Green Ranger and the Rangers would destroy Magnetron.
The new Croc Carrierzord had a malfunction and flew into the city and hit the electric tower. Corporal Hicks reported that there were civilians on the scene. Although Dr. K had given the Rangers orders to continue with their pursuit of the attack bot, the Rangers headed into the city instead to help. The Rangers were unsuccessful in helping the civilians to safety, but the attack bot had escape and was very dangerous. The following day, Scott came in to see him. Dr. K needed a flux over thruster remote core to make the Croc Carrierzord work. There had been one on Marcus' plane. Scott wanted the coordinates. Colonel Truman refused. A one man operation. Colonel Truman didn't believe his son had it in him. He based this on the past. Colonel Truman remembered standing with Marcus and watching as Scott struggled with a flight simulator. Scott had failed and didn't think the flight simulator was fair. Colonel Truman told his son if he wanted fair, he was in the wrong business. They all walked out together. Marcus had been the only cadet to ever defeat the flight simulator. Scott wanted to know how he did it. Marcus replied like he did everything else with style. Colonel Truman enjoy his son's humor as much as Scott did. Colonel Truman handed Marcus a red confidential envelope. Colonel Truman needed Marcus to pick a 2nd Squad Leader. Marcus told him it was tough. Marcus needed someone he could really trust up in the skies. Colonel Truman gave him several names. Marcus rejected them all. Colonel Truman wanted a decision tonight - with or without style. Colonel Truman also remembered sitting in on the briefing that Marcus had with his squad. Marcus didn't know what the flux over thruster was, but he knew it made his plane faster. Marcus told the squad tonight the skies belong to the Eagle Squadron. They were to keep Venjix's forces away until the shields were up on the city. The building shook. It was time. Everyone was leaving. Colonel Truman ask Scott to wait. Colonel Truman wanted Scott to hang back. Scott insisted he was ready. Colonel Truman ordered Scott to stay out of his brother's way. Back in present time, Colonel Truman was not very happy that Scott had disobeyed him. Scott had gotten hold of the disc and was now outside the city, searching for the flux over thruster. Scott was in trouble as the attack bot and numerous Grinders were blocking his path back into the city. Colonel Truman and several men on his team headed outside the city. When they arrived, Colonel Truman blew away several of the Grinders. Scott came running and jumped into the jeep. Colonel Truman barked at Corporal Hicks to go. They managed to get back into the city. But the attack bot and Grinders were there as well. Scott handed him the flux over thruster and asked him to take it to Dr. K. Colonel Truman was furious and told Scott he had been reckless. If Marcus had been here...Scott pointed out that if Marcus had been here, he would have done the same thing. Colonel Truman didn't have a reply to that. Scott raced away to deal with the Grinders and the attack bot. Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks headed to the Ranger's base and the Ranger room. They delivered the flux over thruster. Summer and Flynn were sent out to help Red Ranger in his battle. Dr. K worked frantically on the flux over thruster. It was ready. Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks watched the battle on the screen. Dr. K sent Green Ranger and Black Ranger out with their zords and the Croc Carrierzord. When the two Rangers arrived, the Grinders had been destroyed, but the attack bot was giant size. Plus the skies were filled with drones. Green Ranger and Black Ranger used their zords and the Croc Carrierzord to form the ValveMax Megazord. They battled and destroyed the attack bot and the drones. Red Ranger contacted Dr. K to let her know of their victory. Corporal Hicks told Red Ranger he had done well, but there was no compliment from Colonel Truman. After the battle, Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks returned back to work. Colonel Truman gave Corporal Hicks the disc and told him he hope he would do a better job of filing it away. Colonel Truman noticed a red envelope on his desk. It was the same one he had given to Marcus. Colonel Truman sat down and opened the envelope. Inside was a profile of Scott. Colonel Truman read Marcus' recommendation. Marcus had wanted his brother as 2nd Squad Leader. Colonel Truman gave a small smile.
A group of students, with their teacher, were being given a tour of Colonel Truman's offices. Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks were conducting the tour. Dr. K and her team were there as well. Dr. K was explaining some of the technology of the Power Rangers. Dr. K used a whiteboard and numerous equations to help in her explanation. Dr. K: And that is how we power the Ranger bio hardware using no traditional external energy source. When Dr. K turned around there was silence. Ziggy nudge Flynn, who had fallen asleep. Flynn wiped the drool from the corner of his mouth as he woke up. Colonel Truman: Thank-you Dr. K. Now how about some questions from our visiting students. Let's see...how about you? The mic was handed to a young boy. Boy: Ranger Black, you're my favorite Power Ranger. Your toughness and spirit is an inspiration to all of Corinth City. Do you have any advice for all the kids out there who look up to you? Dillon: No. Girl: Ranger Blue, how come you talk pretty and everybody else doesn't? Flynn: Really lass, it's because I am Scottish and everyone else isn't. Boy: Would you please tell me, where do you get your spandex? Dr. K became furious and rush forward until she was restrained by her team. Dr. K: That is not spandex! The material is a self-assembling nano...Summer covered her mouth with her hand. Then Dr. K was passed on to Dillon, who then covered up Dr. K's mouth. The students have moved backwards during Dr. K's rant, but now they step forward again. Boy: Red, you're the leader of the Power Rangers. Is that the reason why your hair is the coolest? Scott: That would be one of the reasons, yeah. Girl: Ranger Yellow, as the sole female representative of the Power Rangers, I have a question for you. Which one of the guys looks the cutest in the span...Dr. K moved forward, ready to get angry again. Her team pulled her back and the young girl modified her question. Girl: I mean in the tights? Ziggy went to the mic. Ziggy: Actually I...the mic gave some feedback and everyone wince. Ziggy: I can answer that question. I think it comes down to the angle in which you...Scott and Dillon hauled Ziggy back. Boy: Ranger Yellow, will you marry me? Summer: I like a man with taste, the answer is yes. Everyone, except Dr. K, was good humored about the question and applause was given. Dr. K: I'm not sure I understand the relevance of the question. It makes the endless quires into Ranger Red's hair seem pertinent and insightful by comparison. Boy: I'm sorry. It's just...Ranger Yellow seems so nice. Have you always been this nice Miss Yellow? Miss Yellow? But Summer had gone into deep thought. Moments later, Dr. K was working. As was Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks. There had been a breach in the city's shields. Colonel Truman, Corporal Hicks, and Dr. K monitored the situation. The Rangers would battle and destroy the Grinders and the attack bot, Boom Bot.
Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks stood together. On the screen in front of them was Dr. K, with the teens circled around her from behind. The screen also show diagrams of various Venjix hardware. Dr. K: What we're looking at is a dramatic spike in the current levels of Venjix technology. Into the areas of theoretical molecular manipulation, inverse physics, and expediential energy transfer. Colonel Truman: Excuse me, Dr. K, but...what are you trying to say exactly? Dr. K: What I'm trying to say is that Venjix technology has surpass our own Ranger bio tech hardware capabilities. Dr. K walked away, followed by the teens. Later, Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks entered the Ranger room. There were several security guards and they were bringing in an attack bot that had shut down during a battle with the Rangers. Colonel Truman was hesitant about having the attack bot in the Ranger room, and wanted to destroy it. Dr. K was excited. It would give her an opportunity to study Venjix's latest technology. Corporal Hicks was looking at several items, when he accidentally knock one over. Dr. K told Corporal Hicks not to touch anything. Corporal Hicks apologized and then walked over to Dr. K. Corporal Hicks was very impressed with Dr. K's work and asked her how she did it. Dr. K replied she had some help, but gave no further explanation. It would turn out that Tenaya 7 was hiding in the attack bot. The Reflex bot, generation 12, had the ability to reproduced what was reflected in it's mirrors when the chamber was open. The flux over thruster was replicated and this gave the Rangers' additional fire power. The ability to use all the zords together to form the Zenith Megazord. The Rangers would destroy the second Reflex bot and Dr. K would defeat Tenaya 7.
The Rangers are battling an attack bot and several Grinders in the city. Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks had been monitoring the battle. The Rangers are having a difficult time. The attack bot blasts the Rangers off their feet. Corporal Hicks: They've taken a direct hit sir. Colonel Truman: Dr. K, can my men be of any help? Dr. K: Right now Colonel, just stay out of their way. Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks continue to monitor the battle. Eventually the Grinders and the attack bot are destroyed. But another attack bot has been located in the woods, the Rangers are sent out once more. Once more, the Rangers destroy the attack bot. There are several breaches by the docks and Sat Bot is in the city. The team is split up. Once the docks are taken care of, the Rangers get together and destroy Sat Bot.
The shields were going down all over the city. Colonel Truman contacted Dr. K via the screens in the garage. Summer, Flynn, Scott, and Ziggy were with Dr. K. Colonel Truman inform them of the problem. Colonel Truman also let them know the deactivating of the shields was occurring from within the Ranger room. Dr. K and the teens would rush in and see that it was Dillon pulling out wiring for the shields. Dillon was being controlled with remote device placed on his neck. The Rangers would lure in Lighting Bot, who had activated the virus within Dillon to increase 50%. The Rangers then destroyed Lighting Bot and tried to use the circuit board to slow down the virus. They were unable to because the board was encrypted and Flynn needed the base code. Dr. K would be the one to type in the base code. Dr. K knew the base code because she was the one who had wrote it.
Colonel Truman was working, along with Corporal Hicks, when Scott entered. Scott wanted his team to go to Omega City. Colonel Truman told Scott if he went through with this, he couldn't expect any help from him. Scott told him he wasn't expecting any. Colonel Truman was very opposed to the idea. Colonel Truman told Scott they stay inside the dome and protect the city. Colonel Truman was confident they could outlast Venjix. Scott told his dad that Dillon can't. Colonel Truman knew that Scott would go to Omega City with or without his permission, and Scott confirmed this. Colonel Truman asked Scott what it was he wanted. Scott wanted to borrow Colonel Truman's favorite possession - the Ground Outdoor Operational Network General Purpose Exploration Rover/Go-Onger. Colonel Truman let Scott have the Rover. Later, Dr. K ask Colonel Truman to lower the shields. Colonel Truman gave the order to Corporal Hicks, who lowered the shields. Colonel Truman was still not happy about the plan.
Colonel Truman was in his office. Corporal Hicks was working when Dr. K arrives. Dr. K is trying desperately to get a hold of the Rangers. Dr. K: Rangers, please come in. Do you read? Dr. K looks at Corporal Hicks. Corporal Hicks was nervous. Corporal Hicks: Doctor, sir, the transmission is going out at full power, doctor, sir, madam. Dr. K: I need more. Colonel Truman denies the request, as the shields would be weaken, and he can't risk that - even for his own son. Corporal Hicks continued to work, but he cannot but overhear Dr. K's conversation with Colonel Truman. Dr. K was not about to give up. Dr. K tells Colonel Truman about her time at Alphabet Soup. Dr. K mentions how when she was eleven she had developed a odorless, colorless substance that when added to a liquid causes the most severe diarrhea you have ever had. Colonel Truman was in the middle of drinking his coffee when Dr. K told her story. Colonel Truman instructs Corporal Hicks to divert 15% of the shields to the transmission for ten minutes. Dr. K begins her transmission. Dr. K would eventually contact Ziggy and Flynn and let them know the memories planted in Dillon were false. Later, that day, two flying objects were flying towards Corinth. Corporal Hicks alerts Colonel Truman about them. Colonel Truman asks if there are any human life signs and Corporal Hicks tells him no. Colonel Truman is ready to stop whatever is approaching. Dr. K instructs Colonel Truman to lower the shields. Colonel Truman points out there are no life signs. Dr. K tells him that is because there is a sheath mode that hides human life signs. Dr. K knows this, because she designed it. Colonel Truman has Corporal Hicks lower the shields. The two zords land in the city. Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks head out into the city, while Dr. K goes to the Ranger room. Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks follow the teens as they take Silver Ranger and Gold Ranger to the garage. Ziggy warns them that Dr. K can be a bit icy and cold, but that is just her nature. Dr. K walks out of the Ranger room. Gold Ranger and Silver Ranger demorph their helmets. It is Gem & Gemma - Dr. K's friends from Alphabet Soup. Dr. K runs towards them and greets Gem & Gemma with much affection and tears. Hugging them both, Dr. K tells them she has miss them. Gem & Gemma have missed Dr. K as well. Ziggy thinks Dr. K may try a different approach with the two new Rangers.
The Rangers had just defeated Tenaya 7, Generals Shifter and Crunch, and several Grinders at an air duct system. Tenaya 7 and the generals were retreating. Gold Ranger and Silver Ranger went after them. Colonel Truman contacted the Rangers and told them they need to regroup in his office. Red Ranger went after Gold Ranger and Silver Ranger to stop them from leaving the city. Red Ranger then brings them to his dad's office. The rest of the team and Dr. K are there. Colonel Truman has Corporal Hicks report on the damage to the air duct and the quantity of air remaining in the dome. There is also activity outside the dome. Numerous Grinders at an outpost. Gem & Gemma want to go and blow it up. Colonel Truman tells they make it sound so easy. Colonel Truman wants to use more power to strength the shields, to prepare for the attack. Gem & Gemma wish him luck and are ready to leave. Scott tells his dad that maybe Gem & Gemma are right. Maybe they should be more offensive in their attacks. Colonel Truman doesn't agree. Gem & Gemma are at the door. Colonel Truman warns them if they leave, they won't be able to lower the shield for several hours. Gem & Gemma are okay with that. Colonel Truman asks them what are they trying to do. Gem & Gemma replied destroy Venjix, then they ask Colonel Truman what is his plan. Colonel Truman doesn't have an answer. Gem & Gemma leave. Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks head out into the city. They stop at a gate. Colonel Truman gives the order for the shields to be strengthen. As require, Corporal Hicks warns Colonel Truman that this would cause them to be unable to lower the shields for several hours. Just then Scott comes racing up in his car. Scott runs over to his dad and tells him that Venjix wants them to panic, and Colonel Truman is playing right into it. Colonel Truman dismisses his son's words and gives the orders. Corporal Hicks gives the orders that starts the process. Colonel Truman tells Scott that he knows what the plan is. Scott decides this time he is not going with the plan. Scott manages to get out of the city, before the gates are sealed. Colonel Truman yells at his son from the other side and then demands that the gates be open. Corporal Hicks reminds Colonel Truman that the gates cannot be raise for several hours. Scott is stuck on the outside until then. Colonel Truman sees an air vent and realizes that means they are stuck on the inside. Colonel Truman returns to his office. He is in contact with Dr. K and the remaining members of her team. The oxygen levels have already started to drop. Colonel Truman realizes his son was right. Dr. K points out that so where Gem & Gemma. Ziggy figures out a why that the rest of the team can leave the dome - through station 19. Yellow Ranger, Blue Ranger, Black Ranger, and Green Ranger managed to get outside the dome using their suit's special abilities. The Rangers stop the oxygen from being drained by Vacuum Bot. When Vacuum Bot becomes giant size, the Rangers battled him. Colonel Truman roots for the Rangers. The Rangers destroy Vacuum Bot. The oxygen levels return to normal in Corinth.
Colonel Truman contacted Dr. K via the computer screen. Colonel Truman informed Dr. K, Scott, and Flynn that Saw Bot had entered the city's perimeters. The Rangers battled and eventually destroyed Saw Bot.
Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks were in the Ranger room. They stood shoulder to shoulder with Summer, Dillon, Flynn, Scott, Ziggy, Gem & Gemma. They all faced Dr. K. Dr. K: It is my conclusion that Venjix is alternating it's strategy for destroying our city. If my analysis is correct, Venjix now intends to launch a single, crushing and unstoppable aerial attack, lead by this...(Dr. K had walked across the room and stood in front of a screen that displayed the doomsday machine) a massive armor aerial attack vehicle. Ziggy: Right, well that obviously is the bad news, now for the good news. Dr. K: This aerial attack bot is equipped with two hundred millimeter laser cannons, dual landing strips for landing and refueling drones, and this frequency scrambling dish I'm calling the shield buster. Ziggy: Just haven't gone to the good news part yet, clearly. Scott smacked Ziggy on the shoulder. Colonel Truman: Dr. K, how long before this new threat can be launched? Dr. K: Within 41 hours. Flynn: 41 hours? Summer: Less than two days? Ziggy: And the good news is we...we can bring it down by? Dr. K: Once it's air borne, we don't have enough fire power to ever bring it down. Ziggy: Okay, I'm really starving for a silver lining of some kind here doctor. Scott: Then we attack the factory right now. Make sure that thing never leaves the ground. Gem: Oh, we can use the neutronic detonator Gemma: to blow up the entire factory compound! Summer: We can't just blow it up. Dillon's sister might still be in there. Flynn: Not to mention all the other workers. Colonel Truman walked over to Dr. K. Colonel Truman: We need an operation to rescue the civilian prisoners from that factory, before blowing it and that thing inside off the face of the Earth. Gem: Sure, hey just let us know when Gemma: it's boom time! Gem: We love to go Gem & Gemma began making various exploding sounds. Ziggy walked over to Dr. K. Ziggy: There, was that so hard? We rescue the civilians, we save Dillon's sister, and then we set the boom happy twins loose on the factory. Sounds like good news to me. Dr. K: As usual, Ranger Green, it's not that simple. Even if we succeed at destroying this doomsday vehicle, Venjix will build another one. Summer: Then we need the fire power to match that thing. Corporal Hicks: Where are we going to get anything that could ever match that? Dr. K: Well, Ranger Green, is there any good news you'd like to contribute at this juncture? Ziggy didn't have any. Dr. K walked away. Colonel Truman, Corporal Hicks, their men, and the teens headed out in the waste land. Summer and Flynn were sent out to spy on the factory. After awhile, Flynn and Summer returned. Summer walked over to Scott. Summer: No signs of life. Dr. K is being kept inform by the radio signal. Colonel Truman tells the group they rescue the civilians first, and then blow up the Doomsday Bot and the building for good. Dr. K asks the group a very difficult question. What if they don't get into time to the Doomsday Bot? Do they protect the humans inside the factory or the only remaining human city? No one has an answer for her, except Flynn. Flynn steps forwards and tells the group he is not a complicated man. Flynn knows one thing - good vs. evil, us vs. them. Put the bad guy in front of him, and Flynn knows what to do. Saw Bot Generation 16 then appears. Five of the Rangers battle Saw Bot. They have a difficult time against Saw Bot. Grinders arrive as well, which Gem & Gemma battle. Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks fire at the Grinders. Dr. K contacts Gem & Gemma and tells them to place the explosives on Saw Bot. Gem & Gemma do so and blow up Saw Bot. The Rangers defeat the Grinders. They all gather together. Dr. K cautions the group that Saw Bot will be back, and Venjix is very aware of their presence. Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks keep an eye on the area as the teens race towards the factory. After awhile, Scott had returned to them, after planting the explosives in the factory. Soon Ziggy and Flynn had directed the prisoners towards the waiting trucks. Dillon and Summer were trailing the prisoners. Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks helped the prisoners onto the trucks. Dillon didn't spot his sister and raced back to the factory, followed by Summer. Even though the explosives had already been set on the factory. The Doomsday Bot had taken off from the factory. Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks quickly escorted the prisoners back to Corinth, which was under attack by Doomsday Bot and numerous drones. Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks, along with their men and prisoners, make it inside the city. Colonel Truman has Corporal Hicks report, and Corporal Hicks tell him that the shields won't hold much longer. Thankfully, Dr. K's plan worked and she had transform the Doomsday Bot into the new Blue Whale zord. With the Doomsday Bot taken care of, the next problem is the massive size Saw Bot in the city. Gold Ranger and Silver Ranger used their zords to form with the Whale zord to form the Mach Megazord. With the Mach Megazord, the two Rangers battle and destroy Saw Bot. The Whale zord is then sent out to the factory to put out the fire so that Dillon and Summer can leave.
Numerous Grinders had managed to get inside Corinth. Colonel Truman and his men were immediately on the scene. Colonel Truman's men fired at the Grinders. Security Guard: Take cover! Soon Colonel Truman and his men were overwhelmed. Colonel Truman: Delta squad, move east one block! Fall back! Fall back! Soon the Rangers arrived and they leaped into battle. Red Ranger: Dad! Colonel Truman and some of his men entered an alleyway. A young girl was facing a Grinder. Colonel Truman: Not this time! Colonel Truman grabbed a hold of the Grinder and flung it aside. Unfortunately the path out was blocked by more Grinders. Colonel Truman: Fall back! Fall back! There were more Grinders and an attack bot behind Colonel Truman, the young girl, and his men. Colonel Truman: Track my signal. Employ back-up pronto! Soon the Gold Ranger arrived and began battling the attack bot. Red Ranger arrived as well and began battling the Grinders. Red Ranger: Dad! Colonel Truman: Let's go! Move! Move! Colonel Truman kept an eye on the Rangers from around a corner. Gold Ranger: Boom time! Gold Ranger destroyed the attack bot. Gold Ranger: Yeah! Red Ranger had destroyed the Grinders. Gold Ranger raced up to him. Red Ranger: Nice work. Gold Ranger: yeah, you too! Ka-boom! Yeah, I really love that sound. Gold Ranger laughed. Red Ranger glanced over at Colonel Truman. Red Ranger: Colonel. Gold Ranger: Come on! Gold Ranger and Red Ranger left to help the rest of the Rangers destroy the remaining Grinders. Later that day, Colonel Truman and two of his men entered the garage, behind Dr. K. Dr. K: Rangers, a moment please. Colonel Truman: Good afternoon Rangers. You know I've been a solider all my life. In that time, I've seen a lot of bravery. But today, I witness a true hero. Gem, I'd like to present to you the Medal of Valor for the bravery you show today in the battle against Venjix. The city of Corinth is very grateful. Colonel Truman placed the medal around Gem's neck. Gem: Incredible! Thank-you sir! Colonel Truman: Oh no, thank-you son. Colonel Truman and his men left. Colonel Truman was at his office when Dr. K contacted him. They needed to open a gate for Scott and Gem. Colonel Truman gave Corporal Hicks the instructions and then he headed out with his men to just outside Corinth. Summer, Dillon, Flynn, Ziggy, and Gemma were there as well. They anxiously waited to see what was heading there way. First they saw a Venjix transport vehicle, but it was followed by Scott's car. There was two Grinders after them. Colonel Truman's men fired and destroyed the Grinders. Scott and Gem went over to Venjix's vehicle and helped the refugees off the truck. Flynn, Ziggy, Gemma, and Summer went over and helped direct the refugees into the city. Colonel Truman was surprise to see Commander Murdoch among the prisoners. Commander Murdoch gives Scott full credit for his and the rest of the prisoners rescue. The refugees got safely into the city. Venjix approaches the city, in a new body and giant size. The Rangers battled and defeated Venjix. After the battle, Colonel Truman and two of his men, once more, entered the garage. Colonel Truman walks towards Scott, and tells him if it wasn't for him and his well executed plan, Commander Murdoch and the rest of the humans would not be here. Summer, Dillon, Flynn, Ziggy, Gem, and Gemma gather around as Colonel Truman presents Scott with a Medal of Valor and tells him the city of Corinth is grateful. Scott tells his dad he cannot accept the medal. Scott tells him he was not brave. he had left his post without permission and acted selfishly. Scott gives his dad the medal back and tells him he will accept the medal when he deserves it. Colonel Truman takes the medal back, and is proud of his son's ethics. Colonel Truman and his men leave.
Colonel Truman was working when Scott came to see him. Scott had his papers over Colonel Truman's desk, which he didn't bother looking at. Scott: I'm just saying that if we can divert 70% of the shield power away from Zone Alpha...Colonel Truman: I said no! Colonel Truman shoved the papers back towards Scott and then got up and walked away. Scott quickly gathered the papers and followed his dad. Scott: Come on! You can't say "no" and not give me a reason. Colonel Truman: I have work to do. The doors shut behind Colonel Truman. The next day, five of the Rangers were battling Hammer bot. Colonel Truman was monitoring the battle anxiously. He contacted Dr. K and offered to send in his men. Red Ranger told them no, there was no time. Colonel Truman continued to monitor the battle. Eventually the Rangers destroyed Hammer bot. Dr. K asked Colonel Truman if he still doubted her and her team. Colonel Truman wisely says nothing.
Colonel Truman was working when suddenly he fell asleep. Not even Vasquez could wake him up. Tenaya 7 had created Chemical Bot which released a chemical in the air system which cause all the men in Corinth City to fall asleep. Later, Dr. K would come up with an antidote. The Rangers destroyed Chemical Bot and the antidote was placed into the air system. Colonel Truman and the rest of the men woke up and were okay.
The alarms had gone off. Colonel Truman was on Dr. K's computer screen. Dr. K and her team were gathered around her. Scott: So, what have we got? Colonel Truman: There was a shield breach in an eastern sector. An hour later, sensors picked up some sort of excavation in the south mountain ranger. any idea what Venjix is looking for? Gemma: The south red mountains! Gem: That's where they dumped Gemma: the failed technology from Alphabet Soup. Dr. K: It's mostly junk. Colonel Truman: Well, it may be nothing, but I've sent out a team to take a look. I'll keep you posted. After awhile, Corporal Hicks return to Colonel Truman's office with a laptop found at the site. Corporal Hicks removed the hard drive and gave it to Colonel Truman. Colonel Truman was pleased and put the hard drive into his own computer and watched the flickering screen intently. Colonel Truman was surprised to see Dr. K on the screen, talking to Venjix. Colonel Truman became very angry when he realized that Dr. K had created Venjix. Colonel Truman had Corporal Hicks and several of the city guards follow him to the garage. They walked in as the team was telling Dr. K about the locomotive they encountered in the woods. Colonel Truman is ready to arrest Dr. K for treason for creating Venjix. Scott reminded his dad that she had also created the Rangers and everything involved in protecting the city. Colonel Truman was too angry to care and instructed Corporal Hicks to restrain Dr. K. Corporal Hicks reached over and touched nothing as Dr. K was a hologram. Colonel Truman was really angry. He instructed Corporal Hicks and the city guards to search the entire city for Dr. K. Colonel Truman stormed out with his men. Colonel Truman was in the city, helping in the search. But the search was not going well. Corporal Hicks reported that there were dozens of Dr. Ks everywhere. Corporal Hicks took off once more. Colonel Truman was frustrated, he knew Dr. K had to be somewhere. Colonel Truman glanced around and spotted the security cameras, which gave him an idea. Colonel Truman entered his office, with his weapon drawn, and found Dr. K at his desk. Colonel Truman angrily told Dr. K to move away from the desk. Dr. K did so hesitantly. Colonel Truman asked her what she was doing at his office. Dr. K replied that when you send out the whole city guard, it was the only place. The voices of the Rangers' came over the computer. They needed Dr. K and asked if she was there. Dr. K asked Colonel Truman if she was. Colonel Truman glanced over at his picture of him and his son, Marcus. Dr. K had noticed. Dr. K told Colonel Truman if she could go back in time, she would, but she can't. Dr. K could only try to correct her mistakes. Colonel Truman had noted he had lost more than most. The voices of the team came over the computer once more. Colonel Truman asked Dr. K if she could help them, and Dr. K told him she could try. Colonel Truman let her go back to the computer. Dr. K frantically began working on getting the locomotive/paleozord working for the Rangers. Despite himself, Colonel Truman was impressed and asked is she was born in a lab. Dr. K replied practically, thanks to the government. Dr. K got the paleozord working and sent it out to the Rangers. The Rangers would successfully destroy the attack bot. Colonel Truman escorted Dr. K back to the garage. Dillon, Flynn, Scott, Ziggy, Gem, Gemma, and Summer had been searching for Dr. K, and was fearful that Colonel Truman had taken her. Colonel Truman entered with Dr. K and told him not exactly. Dr. K had been granted a full pardon. Dr. K breathe a sign of relief. Colonel Truman tells them it is time to put the past behind them and look to the future. Dr. K tells Colonel Truman she needs to debrief her team, it had been a long time. Colonel Truman understood and left.
The Mayor of Corinth City was holding a press conference. A crowd had gathered and reporters were there as well. By her side, stood Colonel Truman. Also on the stage, was Corporal Hicks. Colonel Truman and the Mayor each held a half of a giant key. Mayor: Today, we celebrate a great achievement. The final step at making sure Corinth can survive well into the future. Energy - the key to our lives. Colonel Truman: And the key to our security. Colonel Truman and the Mayor placed both halves of the key together. Colonel Truman used the giant key to open the door behind them. Colonel Truman: These two keys will unlock our new fuel depot. The doors opened and a blast hit the new fuel depot. Mayor: What was that? Colonel Truman: Something's wrong. Run! The citizens run for cover. Later, the Power Rangers would destroy the Heat Bot, the attack bot attacking the fuel depot.
Colonel Truman is working in his office when Scott enters. Scott tells his dad about the Venjix virus being 51% in Dillon. Dillon can be activated at any time and they will be down one Ranger. Scott feels now is the time to attack Venjix. Colonel Truman wants to stick to what they have been doing - protecting the dome. Colonel Truman also doesn't want to risk the whole city for one person. Corporal Hicks enters the office. Colonel Truman's back is towards Corporal Hicks as he argues with his son. Corporal Hicks pulls out his gun and aims it Colonel Truman's back. Scott sees this and pushes his dad aside. Scott kicks the gun out of Corporal Hicks' hands and two city guards detain him. Colonel Truman is stunned. Later, Colonel Truman and his dad, plus two city guards, enter the Ranger room. Dr. K and the rest of her team is there. Dr. K is sitting at her computer. The computer screen is displaying information on Corporal Hicks. Apparently Corporal Hicks has also been infected with the Venjix virus and is at 53%. Corporal Hicks has been infected a long time, probably during the war. Summer wonders if there are other hybrids. Dr. K had the same thought. Dr. K had run a scan in the city and Colonel Truman and the team is stunned when it is revealed how many hybrids there are. If they are activated all at the same time, they will be in trouble. Colonel Truman tells Scott he try to warn him, but he couldn't listen. Colonel Truman tells Scott that he and his men are ready. Scott puts together a plan. The team is excited. Colonel Truman the two city guards head back to Truman's office. Once they return, Vasquez and the city guards are working on strengthening the shields and getting ready for the battle against Venjix. After awhile, the power goes out in Colonel Truman's office. One of the city guards ask Colonel Truman what happened and Colonel Truman tells them he thinks it was a magnetic wave. Within a few minutes, the auxiliary power comes back on in Colonel Truman's office. Vasquez walks up to Colonel Truman pointing a gun. Colonel Truman is outrage. Several Grinders appear in the doorway and then enter. Followed by Venjix. Venjix tells Colonel Truman he works for him now.
Colonel Truman was being held captive and he struggled to free himself from the Grinders. Especially while Venjix was making an announcement to the city via several large screen on various buildings. Vasquez and Corporal Hicks stood on each side of Venjix and paid no attention to Colonel Truman. Venjix: The city of Corinth now belongs to me. If you resist, you will be destroyed. No one can help you. Not your guards, and soon, not even the Power Rangers.
Colonel Truman is taken to the Swanson factory. There are several city guards, along with citizens of Corinth City. Colonel Truman manages to send out a military code to Scott via his morpher. Scott, Summer, and Flynn arrive at the factory and immediately begin battling the Grinders and rescuing the prisoners. Scott reaches his dad and breaks the handcuffs. Scott: Dad, you alright? Colonel Truman: You got my message. Scott: Yes sir, I did. Colonel Truman: Let's get these people out of here. Colonel Truman leads the prisoners out of the factory. Summer, Flynn, and Scott battle the Grinders, keeping them away from the prisoners. Colonel Truman: Let's move! Let's move! Come on! Come on! Come on! Move it! Move it! Move it! Move it! Colonel Truman and the prisoners escape. Later, the Grinders are deleted and Venjix is destroyed. A few days later, Colonel Truman and Scott follow Corporal Hicks and several city guards outside the dome. The oxygen levels test normal and Corporal Hicks and the city guards move further out. Colonel Truman tells his son that when the Rangers are done with him, he would like him to be leader of the eagle squadron. Scott is pleasantly surprised. Colonel Truman tells him he is the right man for the job. Scott is thrilled and the two hug.
