In the future, aliens live alongside humans on Earth and the majority of the aliens are peaceful.  For the few aliens that are not, there is the police force Space Patrol Delta.  Sky, Sydney, and Bridge are a part of the Space Patrol Delta.  Each one has their own special ability to help them battle the bad guys.  They are a rookie team eager to prove themselves.  They train under Dr. Kat Manx in simulated battles, often with Boom disguised as an alien.  On the way to Chief Cruger, the Squad A Power Rangers passed them in the hall.  Chief Cruger gives the team an assignment - to capture two thieves.  Bridge, Sydney, and Sky have a more difficult time bringing in Jack and "Z" than they expected and Jack and "Z" get away from them.

Bridge, Sydney, and Key return to headquarters and Chief Cruger is not happy with them.  Cruger points out that they don't work as a team.  Cruger and Sky speak privately and Sky states how much he wants to be a Power Ranger.  Cruger tells him that his dad was the best of the Power Rangers.  Cruger asks Sky if he would follow Sydney or Bridge if they were leaders and Sky replies no.  Cruger dismisses him and Sky is confident that he will become a Power Ranger.  Meanwhile, in the city Z and Jack distribute the stone items to homeless aliens.  Z tells Jack that after five years of playing Robin Hood, she feels that they have accomplish nothing and she wants to do more.  Jack convinces Z to do one more job with him and they end up at a clothing manufacturers, taking racks of clothes and loading them onto a truck.  Before they leave, an alien comes up to Jack and gives him a silver container before taking off in terror.  Jack and Z don't think anything of it as they take off in the truck.  At headquarters, Sky paces as Sydney and Bridge clown around as they wait for Cruger.  Cruger enters to find the three goofing around.  Cruger leads them to another room where Dr. Manx and Boom is waiting.  Cruger makes them Squad B Power Rangers.  Dr. Manx shows them their new badge on Boom and demonstrates how it can detect guilt and turn it's victims into a small plastic card.  The Rangers leave to go after Z and Jack.  Jack and Z are busy distributing clothing to the needy.  Jack doesn't know what to do with the silver container and tosses it in the trash.  Sydney, Bridge, and Sky appeared.  Jack is ready to take them on again.  Jack and Z are surprised when they have a more difficult time defeating them.  Sydney, Bridge, and Sky surround Jack and Z.  Suddenly a strange looking creature appeared in front of Jack and Z.  Everyone is surprised and the creature releases several other creatures.  Sky assumes the creatures are Jack's and Z's friends.  Jack tells him no and Jack and Z take off running as the creatures surround Sydney, Sky, and Bridge.
